People rushing to get on buses and as you said, it is primarily women and children. The men, obviously many of them are not Ukrainians who are trying to get out. and trying to rush onto those buses to get on to get over the border. When we went to the border, we were stopped dead about 29 miles from the exact border. Sorry about that. And at that point, it just came to a complete halt.

Women with babies on the front of them, people with pets. elderly women, people with toddlers and children and they're getting ready to walk 30 miles. I find it hard to describe sort of what we saw and I think the numbers coming out of the UN are low from what we've seen at that border and others throughout the day. You think that level of inquiry would have already existed. But anyway, what has the reaction been so far from civil rights groups to this decision to end the China Initiative program?

Tonight, the CDC advising more than 70% of Americans they no longer have to wear a mask indoors. I'm so excited. The new guidance is based on not only the number of COVID cases in a community, but also on hospitalizations and hospital capacity.
