About this episode

Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, and Nigel Farage took the stage at CPAC 2017 to solidify a populist, worker-centric shift for the Republican Party. Bannon labeled the media as corporatist globalists while Trump doubled down on his enemy of the people rhetoric, specifically targeting outlets that rely on anonymous sources. The administration also rescinded federal guidance on transgender bathroom use, framing the issue as a matter of states rights rather than federal oversight.

Press Secretary Sean Spicer excluded CNN and The New York Times from an informal gaggle briefing, sparking a solidarity boycott by the Associated Press and Time Magazine. Meanwhile, a CBS News fact-check on immigration inadvertently revealed that the Obama administration deported more individuals in January 2016 than the Trump administration did in January 2017. In the intelligence sphere, Glenn Greenwald warned of a soft coup by the CIA, while Der Spiegel reported that the German BND has been spying on international journalists at the BBC and other outlets since 1999.

Sir Peter of Sydney’s North Shore and Sir Dogbert of the SoCal Underverse received official knighthoods following significant contributions to the value-for-value model. Adam Curry detailed a plumbing disaster in his Airstream involving a shattered water filter and a Play-Doh factory of carbon goop. The episode concludes with a historical investigation into the origins of syphilis involving South American llamas and European explorers.

Airstream Maintenance and Studio Setup Challenges in Fayetteville

Adam Curry describes traveling from Austin to Fayetteville, Arkansas, for a "Mom's Weekend" trip that was complicated by forgetting his primary studio equipment bag. After realizing the mistake south of Dallas, he purchased replacement audio interfaces and stands at a local Guitar Center to ensure the broadcast could proceed. The journey concluded in 25-degree weather at an RV park where mechanical issues with the Airstream immediately surfaced.

00:00 Mandela effect, mandela effect. No it's mandela effect. Adam Curry John C Devorah and Sunday February 26 2017 this is your award-winning Gitmo Nation media assassination episode 907 This is no agenda Fixing pipes and programs without a checklist and broadcasting live from the darkest corners of the internet from the air stream of consciousness in Fayette now, Arkansas in the morning everybody I'm Adam Curry and from Northern Silicon Valley where it's sunny and dry. I'm John C DeVore Sunny and dry and about what is it? Now? It's about 40 degrees here in the air stream of consciousness

00:43 It's cold. Well, it's very cold here in Vietnam so yeah Yeah, they went down to 25 last night is insane and I don't know what's worse? I don't know which is worse Is it worse to be in the air stream of consciousness when it's a hundred degrees outside and no air conditioning Or is it worst to be here doing this show when its 40 and 40 degrees are no heating well you won't have to worry about sweating onto the gear Yeah, I think I'd rather have heat though I have to turn it off because the the blower just makes too much noise ruins the whole vibe Yeah, you know say this but I can never hear it cuz it's not on what turned a blower. I want to hear it No, I'm not gonna turn it on and I have to go to the other side Matt. No just trust me It doesn't sound good But it's been quite a challenging couple of our what couple of days 24 hours whatever it was getting up here This was we've talked about this before about checklists

01:46 Yes, yeah and did I did I make a checklist? Well. I'm guessing no you know brought the topic up Of course not so Friday morning we We hop in the truck, we're on the way up to Fayetteville Arkansas. Mom's weekend Tina the Keeper's daughter goes to school here so you know perfect opportunity to take the Airstream out a little nice little road trip see my buddy dude named Ben up here and just chill out maybe do a little bit of ham radio stuff I don't know see what's going on So as were driving

02:23 And we left Austin 78 degrees on Friday morning, driving up. You see this go, oh well it's now 68 degrees and we're not even in Dallas. In about 30 minutes south of Dallas we stopped for a little gas and I'm like, Oh crap! you're not going to believe it but I left pretty much the studio bag at home So everything... That's a good one. In other words, you left without a checklist? You forgot the whole thing! Well I have a checklist for the bag you see so everything i needed was in the bag but I left the bag and I remember walking like this feels wrong something wrong what's wrong and can't quite put my finger on it but I'm carrying stuff to the car oh no something wrong

03:11 This of course is a problem. I'm not going to drive back three and half hours, so we find the guitar center and i was able to pick up pretty much everything I needed. I had the microphone with me, I had the laptops with me... So that's all cool but just needed the audio interface and a mic stand because of course the mic stand-I have the mic stand with me but not the clamp that attaches to the table because that belongs as per the checklist in the studio bag So, okay. Small crisis averted we continue It's a long drive from Austin to Vietnam it's about eight hours if you didn't stop so we did about nine hours nine and half hours And we get in 9 o'clock and of course it's one of its actually have pretty nice RV park up here That is right on the golf course interestingly enough

CHAPTER 02 / 47 Discussion

Plumbing Disasters and Inline Water Filter Failures

A major water leak occurred inside the Airstream after the internal inline water filter shattered due to improper winterization. Attempts to repair the unit with gaffer tape failed when the filter was reinstalled backward, causing a "Play-Doh factory of carbon goop" to explode under the sink. A 6:00 AM trip to Home Depot was required to bypass the filtration system and restore basic water functionality.

plumbing· water filter· home depot· gaffer tape· winterization

04:03 And of course, you know there's no one around and it's dark and pull up. Now it's 25 degrees and I have to hook up the air stream to water until electricity and yeah so how okay? So I'm doing that got a get the metal stabilizers down Hook up the water and I am like okay really gotta pee so I go into the little bathroom little commode And as I'm tinkling away, I hear water running somewhere. And I can't quite figure it out and... And I'm not liking this sound so you know I'm trying to hurry up, I'm squeezing it out like come on go go go! As I turn around there's water gushing from underneath the sink all the way at the floor. There is water just flooding the place. What did you do? Well first let me talk about why. Well underneath the sink

05:01 There's an inline water filter now this thing has been standing still for a couple of months hasn't gone anywhere It's supposed to have been winterized by the fine company who soon you know who's supposed to be taking care of it and storing it And this thing broke. It's kind of like a tube, if you've ever seen these? You know it was just probably about a foot long and you hook it up one end the water goes through and comes out reasonably clean So this is broken and... What kinda dirty water are you talking about? Is this sink water? This is water going to come out of the faucet So in other words, the water going that you're getting with your hookup is so... Is it pee? I mean how dirty is this water that needs massive filtering. Well you have a filter at home everyone has a filter just a regular filter so you know it's good water. I don't have a filter at home! You don't have a Brita

05:54 Yeah, I got a separate little device. I have a Zero by the way. Much better than the Brita. But that's a separate device! I can still drink water from the faucet... Hey you know what? Don't focus on that. That's not the story. Okay So the problem is when you have pressure in the system because you hook it up to the outside Either I have to clamp this thing shut, or I have to fix this filter. Or shunt it...or something." So we can't have water because the water would just be gushing. Now this is 930. Okay, so I look underneath and it's like the top has kind of popped off of this thing. And maybe I can MacGyver it? So I hammer back in my gaffer tape. Of course you never go anywhere without gaffer tape. You have to have gaffer tape wherever you go! Yep.

06:46 And now we're not going to, so instead of testing with the water supply outside I use the internal pump and the internal water because then if it goes wrong i can just turn the pump off and then you know the water will stop gushing out. So Tina's manning the pump switch, I'm underneath now... Now it's really cold when you know we're tired want a shower. Wait a minute! How cold is it in the trailer? Well, the trailer it's 25 degrees. The trailer hasn't warmed up yet So the whole area is 25 degrees and you're cold in the trailer? It's cold inside Well it's starting to warm up yeah I turned the furnace on but got everything but its still cold You know this isn't an operation And somehow... so Tina turns it on I'm like IT'S HOLDING! It looks like it's gonna work But apparently I had put the inline filter in reverse

07:40 Oh great. You know what happens when you do that and there's enough pressure on it? I can't imagine but it can't be good. No, the top pops off into the... The top pops off and then this- It's like a Play Doh factory of carbon goop. Poops out! Yeah, we all just look... So... How'd you get this thing turned around huh? Well there was an arrow that I didn't see You can place it both, either direction. Anyway... So now I'm just looking to bypass this thing, can't find anything. Says screw it we'll go to bed. I get up at 6am and go to Home Depot Actually they open at six so I'm there at 605 Of course they don't have any water inline filters but I get a piping and you know now Mr Plumber Can you believe me? Me! Mr Plummer

CHAPTER 03 / 47 Discussion

Airstream Manufacturing Quality and Universal Audio Configuration

The hosts criticize the build quality of modern Airstream trailers, comparing the interior workmanship unfavorably to FEMA trailers and noting a lack of attention to detail. The discussion shifts to the technical difficulty of configuring "flex routing" on Universal Audio AD converters for remote broadcasting. They contrast modern plastic construction with the perceived durability of 1940s-era manufacturing.

airstream· manufacturing· donald trump· universal audio· flex routing

08:31 Come back, fix the thing. Alright we're good to go! Finally turn on the pressure everything's working and all of a sudden I hear drip-drip-drip and I hear pshhh So all the ceilings...all the sealants..all the washers from every...from in the shower To this sink, to the kitchen have all dried out so they are all leaking And there is water spraying left, there is water spraying right It's a disaster I'm surprised you're still alive. You know, the workmanship of these airstreams is so pathetic. I know we've talked about it before. Americans are so sad when it comes... Donald Trump wants to rebuild our manufacturing well if this isn't well screw it then were doomed! Now I got a real good look behind the scenes here behind the shower and all that's put together willy-nilly and things aren't

09:27 spaced out, there's no attention to detail. It's really insulting when you think about what these things are going for and the stature that they have it's really really pathetic. I wonder if an old one from the 40s was built better? You know what's good? They're all the chassis. Because you got a reputation somewhere along the line Yeah, but that's really for the chassis and for the And for the aluminum shell itself But the interior is no different than one of these formaldehyde FEMA things that are parked everywhere around me It's all the same bull crap inside I reiterate I would wonder if this if they fit and finish in all the details and then

10:11 Way these were put together in the 40s was better if you took one apart and probably yeah, oh I'm sure. I'm sure they had actual piping not just plastic and you know I'd pretty now just now you're right probably everything was better in the 40s And we are making plastic crap looks nice anyway, and then of course I had to spend a whole Saturday afternoon remembering how to configure The device that I use currently which is another Mind meld so it's been the device are using for your if you're talking your a d converter. Yeah, Mike yeah This is the universal audio device and it has you know there's ways to do the routing It's called flex routing oh, it's so simple well No You always have to wrap your head around how did how are they trying to do this? How are they trying to make internal that's it? It's too. Did you know too deep to even attempt to explain it but

CHAPTER 04 / 47 Discussion

CPAC 2017, Steve Bannon and Nigel Farage Speeches

Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, and Nigel Farage addressed the 2017 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) following Trump's election victory. Bannon characterized the media as "corporatist globalists" opposed to an economic nationalist agenda, while Farage emphasized the importance of national sovereignty and English-speaking alliances. Trump explicitly rejected globalism, stating he represents the United States rather than a global flag or currency.

cpac· steve bannon· nigel farage· globalism· economic nationalism

11:12 Yeah, anyway so... So yeah! Here we are. I've had plenty of time to prep and now it's just you know in the Airstream We got our streams ready everything is rolling and the heat is off And I'm gradually getting cold well as long as you don't freeze Did get a lot of good stuff that I was uh Okay Well once you start off with one of your best good stuffs and see if I got anything better well Let me summarize the news okay There was a speech. Trump gave a speech. Yeah, this is CPAC actually... You know what? Before we summarize I have three- He didn't even go last year They hated him last year Correct This year he went to He went in 2013 and actually pulled the clip which is little too soon to play it right now on the show but thought maybe I'd just give you a few Well okay here's... I'm gonna play for you Here we go Let's see Steve Brannon

12:20 And Bannon, let's see. Banning it just a short little blip this is the you said Brandon. I'm saying banyan we need a nickname for him. He needs he's kind of what is his face? It's like a tomato face little bit when that's not gotten rosacea Rosacea yeah something like that bad boy Brandon here we go. It's now ain't not going to get better. It's gonna get worse every day and here's why But by the way, the internal logic makes sense. They're corporatist globalist media that are adamantly opposed to an economic nationalist agenda like Donald Trump has." Okay so that's Brannon on the media. And he nails it! That is absolutely the case. Yeah here is Farage who dropped by to speak our buddy there from the UK I always believed we should govern our own country

13:17 I always believe we should be free to reach out and make our own deals with our real friends in the world. And it's funny, our real friends in the world speak English have common law and stand by us in times of crisis. If you don't speak English, you're not our friend! You know, I am Irish. Now Trump had a couple of interesting things to say but here's a short one about global... well i just say this is no to globalism uh which if anyone saw any clips you probably saw or heard this one. Global cooperation

13:55 Dealing with other countries, getting along with other countries is good. It's very important but there is no such thing as a global anthem, a global currency or a global flag This is the United States of America that I'm representing I'm not representing the globe. I'm representing your country." Yeah, that's the one thing we always take exception with Like he is the leader of the free world! No... no So i like that Now here is- I was yelling Yelling at President Trump when he was saying this

CHAPTER 05 / 47 Discussion

Constitutional Misconceptions and the First Amendment

The hosts critique Donald Trump's interpretation of the First Amendment during his CPAC speech, where he claimed the amendment "gives" citizens the right to speak. They clarify that the Bill of Rights restricts the federal government from abridging pre-existing natural rights rather than granting them. The discussion highlights the missed opportunity to educate the public on the actual legal function of the Constitution.

first amendment· constitution· bill of rights· free speech· congress

14:33 And I understand from a populist nationalist point of view why you position something like this as he does, but it is so incredibly wrong and what an opportunity is missed. Maybe not on this crowd that CPAC crowd but maybe there is about the amendments and what they mean And this is so wrong. I'm gonna play it, it's only 40 seconds. I'll play and then tell you why this is so wrong. Just to conclude... It's a very sensitive topic and they get upset when we expose their false stories They say that we can't criticize their dishonest coverage because of the First Amendment You know they always bring up the first amendment! And I love the first amendment nobody loves it better than me Nobody

15:25 Who uses it more than I do? She's already wrong. But the First Amendment gives all of us, it gives it to me. It gives it to you. It gives it to all Americans the right to speak our minds freely. No! It gives YOU the right and ME the right to criticize fake news and criticize it strongly. NO! This makes this makes me so mad. Particularly if your pontificating about The First Amendment which reads, Congress shall make no law. The First Amendment does not give you Mr President or anybody any right it protects the right we already have and I'm very disappointed

16:10 He needs to talk to that gal who wrote the book about the 12th Amendment, 9th Amendment. This amendment guy who's an Indian which I think is... Oh yeah! That book, everything you didn't know about the Constitution and some other stuff? Yeah well it picks up on that. It pisses me off. It's a misconception the way he... Yes, but it would be so much more powerful granting us a right. It is the right we already have and then the First Amendment is about not abridging it. But then to say I use it all the time? No you can't use it! You know you can't use it. It's not yours to use. It is a restriction on the federal government and what a missed opportunity particularly for trying to explain how important that is explain what it is

CHAPTER 06 / 47 Discussion

Trump Defines Fake News as the Enemy of the People

Donald Trump doubled down on his "enemy of the people" label for the media, specifically targeting outlets that use anonymous sources to create "fake" stories. He argued that the media intentionally omits the word "fake" when reporting his criticisms to make it appear he is attacking the entire press. The hosts discuss the performance art aspect of Trump's delivery and his long-standing consistency on these themes dating back to 2013.

fake news· enemy of the people· anonymous sources· media· journalism

16:56 If he actually explained it just the simple way you just did right now, let alone that way that expert loves to do and actually explain to people what it meant. In reality I think he did score points! I think so too but this is points off big points off. So I agree all right so this of course led us down the famous clip now about fake news and I went back and checked, and as far as i can tell he's correct. And maybe it was a setup? It's something Obama does which is say something consistently then have people respond to it and then say oh no I've always said it this way I never said the way you're saying it I'm saying the way I've always said it its technical language technicalities and as far as I can tell he's right. And I want you all to know that we are fighting the fake news! Its fake phony fake

17:49 I love that. I had to ISO that, it's just too good. A few days ago i called the fake news the enemy of the people and they are! They are the enemy of the people because they have no sources...they just make them up when there were none They're very dishonest people. In fact, in covering my comments the dishonest media did not explain I called the fake news the enemy of the people — the fake news! They dropped off the word fake and all of a sudden the story became the media is the enemy they take the word fake out and now i'm saying oh no this is no good but that's the way they are

18:48 So I'm not against the media. I'm not against the press, I don't mind bad stories if i deserve them and...I tell you- I love good stories but we won't talk about it. I don't get too many of them But I am only against the fake- Sorry? You know is when he's speaking like this which just off the cuff uh It almost is performance art in some way Oh totally It's always got, it's got entertainment elements throughout. There was a moment or two where he just cracked me up. Yeah he says funny stuff absolutely. He says funny stuff just offhandedly. I am only against the fake news media or press. Fake! They have to leave that word. I'm against the people that make up stories and make up sources they shouldn't be allowed to use sources

19:46 Unless they use somebody's name. Let their name be put out there let their name be put out fake news Now before we move on to fake news I just want to do a quick and by the way that I also wanted interrupt you and mention that it The idea of fake news was not Trump's invention well, I'm gonna take us down that road I have all the clips for ya A gamble of years. Well, let's do it now then and what I have is we can do it later It's not that...I have a piece from Trump from 2013 He says exactly the same things right down to make America great again If anyone was paying attention they could've heard You can go back to 96 and Trump saying the same things about China

CHAPTER 07 / 47 Discussion

Historical Context of Presidential Feuds with Fox News

A retrospective analysis compares Donald Trump's media attacks to the Obama administration's 2009 "war" on Fox News. Archival clips from CBS and Katie Couric illustrate how the Obama White House attempted to delegitimize Fox News as a "communications arm of the Republican Party." The segment also references Spiro Agnew's famous "nattering nabobs of negativism" quote to show a long history of executive-press tension.

barack obama· fox news· katie couric· spiro agnew· white house press

20:40 About our country being in trouble all of that. Yeah, yeah the whole thing here's a quick little Quick little montage of a few times our president Obama Spoke about fake news in this case you may recall his war is jihad against Fox News You've talked to somebody who said well I don't know I was watching Fox News and they said there's horrible good affordable health care might seem like a fanged threat to the freedom of of the American people on Fox News. folks who make me mad. Look, if I watched Fox News, I wouldn't vote for me either because you've got this screen, this funhouse mirror through which people are receiving information." Now these are just clips but i also dug up an actual report a package from 2009 from CBS

21:44 Cia BS And who's is it? Who's a CEO who was the the pixie girl who went on to work for Yahoo once her name, you know I'm a pixie girl went on their work free. Yeah Newsgirl who got Sarah Palin all crazy. Hey Oh you're talking about Yeah, Katie Couric Katie Couric Thank You here's a package and listen to the similarities between 2009 President Obama calling out Fox News as fake and lame, and wrong, and crazy to watch it. And today's messaging about Trump. Politicians in the media have long had a contentious relationship It is part of the American system but we've never seen anything quite as intense Oh I haven't heard that before As the feud between President Obama and The Fox News Channel The Obama White House is firing back charging that Fox News is different from all other news That Fox News often operates almost as either

22:41 or the communications arm of the Republican Party. If media is operating basically as a talk radio format, then that's one thing and if it's operating as a news outlet then that's another. And The White House has gone beyond words last September 20th the president went on every Sunday News show except Chris Wallace's show on Fox And on Thursday the Treasury Department tried to exclude Fox News from pool coverage of interviews with one of its key officials. It backed down after strong protests from the press All the network said that's it, you've crossed the line Tension between presidents and the press is as old as The Republic FDR was so incensed by the war reporting of one New York Daily News correspondent he tried to present him with an Iron Cross from Nazi Germany

23:28 I didn't know that. This is a great, I mean talk about it. Can you imagine Trump doing that? Yeah! Straight from my playbook! John Kennedy tried to get New York Times when David Halberstam pulled out of Vietnam and Vice President Spiro Agnew's assaults on the network press are legendary We have more than our share of the nattering naibobs of negativism Do you remember-I had heard that quote And I never knew where it came from. Also, the way I heard it was... It's me that remembers that one. Was at the Washington Correspondents Dinner? The White House Correspondents Dinner, I think? No!

24:08 Yeah, that was just Sparrow Agnew shooting his mouth off. Yeah but he was dressed up and I was looking at the video as dressed up in white and it was a white suit black tie It wasn't...I don't think it was a correspondence dinner but it was some formal event But I'd always heard of it as the nattering naysayers of negativity And he's...and the actual quote is Oh no, it's Nay Bob's Let me hear it again of the nattering naibobs of negativism. The nattering naibobs of negatives, negativism... It's another N word. Negativism. Now the White House is arguing that the Fox News Network is not a real news organization at all and that has brought some mainstream media voices You remember that? When it was like ah its not even real To its defense here's ABC's Jay Tapper at a recent White House briefing He was putting in context when I said that was evidence of them not being enough

24:58 news organization. So why is the White House out to delegitimize Fox? Not because it has opinions, but because its opinion voices are so hostile to Mr Obama and because Fox News is as it's been for a decade by far the most watched of the cable networks including a fair chunk of Democrats and independents and by the way since mr obama hasn't president foxes ratings overall have increased 13 percent actually just since the summer so if fox is feeling any pain from the white house stands Casey it is crying all the way to the bank So I just thought that was very interesting to hear the package, you know. Well that's because what you were hearing was a sense of reality as opposed to what we're being fed today in fact let's go to a good example of that exact same thing only on the other side this is The Associated Press refuses...

CHAPTER 08 / 47 Discussion

White House Press Gaggle Exclusions and Media Boycotts

Press Secretary Sean Spicer excluded several major outlets, including CNN and The New York Times, from an informal "gaggle" briefing, prompting a solidarity boycott by the Associated Press and Time Magazine. The AP's Sally Busby defended the boycott on PBS, arguing that deliberate exclusion is "dangerous territory." The hosts note that the event was a pool report, meaning the excluded outlets still had access to the audio content.

sean spicer· cnn· new york times· associated press· press gaggle

25:48 There was a guy for spice but spicy sweaty Sean sweaty Sean sweaty Sean sweaty Sean Spicer had put together what they call as a gaggle a small group of people that were based on some parts of the Can I stop you there for one moment just one second? Yeah, I want to remind everyone that I'm this program based upon sources we had in I told you that the Trump White House, the Trump administration was going to review every month all media accreditation and make changes as appropriate. Exactly one month and there it is just saying. So they did not allow CNN in New York Times in Los Angeles Times among maybe others Politico and BuzzFeed. Many others.

26:39 MeVeo is another one, and BuzzFeed. We do not...we can't have MeVeo there. Actually they were like 3 thousand. So the Associated Press made a fuss and I think in one other outlet and they refused to go even though they were invited yeah And so this is an example this is the head of the Associated Press executive editor or something like that of the Associated Press woman on PBS and she comes on and she tries to explain why they didn't go on. And she never answers the simple question that Judy has, but let's play part one and then I'll discuss this a little bit then you can see that your report which was very complete because it was based on the actual happenings in 2009 as opposed to what people are saying now

27:25 There's been much reaction late today to the decision by the White House to ban some news media outlets from the briefing in the press secretary's office. It is often called a gaggle, two prominent organizations, The Associated Press and Time Magazine chose to boycott attending in solidarity with those news organizations. Sally Busby is the executive editor and senior vice president of the AP, and she joins me now. Sally thank you for being here why did the AP not attend that briefing? You were not shut out We think that public deserves as much access to the President and other governing officials as possible

28:02 When we find ourselves in a situation where national news organizations seem to be being deliberately excluded, we think that's dangerous territory. We think that the public needs to get as much access as possible. Then why didn't you go? Well, hold on one second. Hold on one second. Just back it up. This is a gaggle. Usually this takes place on Air Force One and there'll be a little informal thing. It's no video Excuse me. It's only the press corps that is there, and this is a pool event which means everybody gets the exact same data media which in this case is only audio they don't get to ask a question before you play part two I have a recording of the event when this came up

28:56 Okay, but before we do yeah I want you to play it before I play my part too. First of all i want to mention that she her assertion that the public needs to get as much access as possible represented by the media she never says why she didn't go because that assertion of hers denies what any rationale she has for not going. She was invited! Yeah and she didn't...yeah exactly I do want to mention one thing is that Obama did the exact same thing with his little grouping he did. That's right only he did it not as a gaggle but some sort of a private meeting if you remember this about a year and half ago, remember? Sure do! It was like let's say we're gonna have a little private meeting it was only going to be select people from the New York to all his buddies in The New York Times or Washington WAPO. Wapo wapo wapo wapo And again completely

CHAPTER 09 / 47 Discussion

Constitutional Freedom of the Press vs. Exclusive Access

The discussion explores the legal distinction between the "freedom of the press" and the right to "exclusive access" to government officials. The hosts argue that while the Constitution protects the right to publish, it does not mandate that every credentialed reporter be allowed into every room. Audio from a heated exchange between Sean Spicer and reporters highlights the logistical challenges of accommodating 3,000 credentialed journalists.

freedom of the press· constitution· bloggers· white house correspondents· c-span

29:45 left out everybody else and just had this little thing, and nobody bitched about it. Well the media actually bitched about it because they didn't get to go into it but okay play your little clip. Yeah so important here is that many organizations and maybe we should just point out that everyone's talking about the free press well the Constitution doesn't talk about a free press which in my mind would mean its free I don't have to pay for it which a lot of the press out there today is free Bloggers. Bloggers, yes. The Constitution speaks of freedom of the press which in my constitutional analysis means they can write whatever they want to write however they see it. It doesn't mean that get exclusive access because not everybody can have exclusive access. We don't get an invite like I have questions

30:33 I'm pretty sure that if i put in my notice and say hey we'd like to beat the gaggle thingy up, that's exactly what it would sound like. Pretty much. And you know so also journalists and you can back me up on this are not free to write whatever they want Bloggers, yeah. But not journalists? No! They have to go through the editor... The editor might have to talk to the publisher... The publisher might have to talk to the owner... Usually the editor never talks to the publisher except in other meetings but it's not gonna be about your article But you do have to get the article approved, or you have to run it by somebody. You just don't write... It's not like being a... If you're a freelancer and now working for the paper and you got some great thing you wrote, you say hey look at this! Do you want to run it? Yeah I'll take it. Exactly but that's not the way it works out of bed to pay for itself so here's a recording which showed up on meetings lot of meetings since this was a pool report I knew where to get it but just went to C-SPAN and yes there was and just four kicks I left

31:34 the C-SPAN lady tag at the end because she had a nice little editorial which is... pretty uncommon for C-SPAN. I think that we have shown an abundance of accessibility, we've brought more reporters into this process and the idea that every time that every single person can't get their question answered or fit in a room they're excluding people... We've actually gone above and beyond with making ourselves our team in our briefing room more accessible than probably any prior administration so I think you can take Why? Because Cecilia, there's 3,000 people that are credentialed to come in here. Okay. Oh no there is not six. There is actually... No actually that is false. To say that there are six maybe six that reached out to you but it was not.. Hold on! I understand that they're way more than 6 that wanted to come in We started with the pool and then we expanded

32:27 So, you know I get it but why...I can ask you know there are plenty that want to come in at all times for every event. We do what we can be accessible and if there's a problem with that you know i understand it but we do what we can to accommodate the press. I think we've gone above and beyond when it comes- What are you doing? I don't know! I hear beeping Not doing anything Oh it sounded like you were playing something No, I was like so yeah it was some random beeping. It thought that it was coming from your clip? No well it must be! Accessibility and openness and getting folks to you know our officials our team um and and so you know respectfully I disagree with the premise of the question thank you That audio was recorded by The White House Pool a group of news outlets that under long-standing agreement share material with all media colleagues regardless of who is physically present

33:19 After the briefing, the White House Correspondents Association released a statement saying the WHCA board is protesting strongly against how today's gaggle is being handled by the White House. The board will be discussing this further with the White House staff. Yeah. So, you know... And by the way since it's a pool that's... Everybody gets... Everyone can get the feed so what difference does it make? Why do you have to be there? Why do you have to be inside when you can get the feed? Which is the way I feel like I don't need to go sit in the gaggle. I just got off C-SPAN the way it's supposed to work perfect. I mean they're trying to get a date with some reporter for some other operation. That's a possibility Well Shep Smith is still looking for a job

CHAPTER 10 / 47 Discussion

Shep Smith and the Media's Reaction to Exclusion

Fox News anchor Shep Smith defended CNN's reporting against "fake news" allegations, while the Associated Press continued to protest the White House's changing rules for media access. Sally Busby of the AP admitted that while physical limitations have always existed, the current administration's actions "felt different." The hosts suggest the media's outrage is rooted in a loss of their traditional role as the primary manipulators of public narrative.

shep smith· fox news· associated press· sally busby· media bias

34:05 He's continuing to jump on the report, as you pointed out astutely. That he is thinking oh crap I gotta get out of this Fox News, I need a new gig everyone is moving around! Yeah he figures he can make it jump and get some dough. Yeah well not so sure... For the record fake news refers to stories that are created often by entities pretending to be news organizations solely to draw clicks and views and are based on nothing but substance In short fake news is made up nonsense delivered for financial gain CNN's reporting was not fake news. Its journalists follow the same standards to which other news organizations, including Fox News adhere Senior administration officials regularly speak without attribution so that the public can be informed of what our government is doing Off the record Just as CNN reports previous Senate officials to speak off-the-record against the Russia Trump campaign reporting

34:57 No, okay. So Shep's still looking for it. And by the way with a known fact that very often these so-called off the record comments which are done off many times to move the reporting into a certain direction to kind of Buffalo the reporters it's used to manipulate the media yes yeah when they're so pissed that they're not a part of the manipulation damnit! It was our turn to get manipulated All right, so we have the Associated Press woman and she's continuing to talk with Judy with no real reason for not going to this thing except to, you know, sisters unite or whatever. And so this is the second part of it deliberately excluded. We think that's dangerous territory is this White House? Are these behaviors rules different from previous White House rules?

35:48 There's always physical limitations on access. There are always compromises that we make and sort of concessions that are made for physical limitations and other things I think when you get to the point where there are news organizations that seem to be being deliberately excluded. I think that's different we felt today was different has that so that hasn't happened before it to your knowledge? I can't speak for all of history in the access fight that we've been engaged in for many decades this felt very different to us today oh yes it's felt different there it is that's the key hold on felt different that's fair very it may have happened before

36:25 But they felt very different. Yes, because instead of blocking Fox, they're blocking the left wing media. I mean it feels different to you! I want to hear her say that again. All of history? Right. In the access fight we've been engaged in for many decades this felt very different to us today. Yeah because it was about us and were the good guys! We're the good guy's you can't have that And they're very disingenuous that her whole all of her remarks well certainly in light of the In in light of what? Which was exactly the same it was the same and that remind you know and this sort of thing which is like oh It's never been this bad so CBS has been trying to do I mean they got a come by almost everything you get from them and only clips mostly are these hit pieces but

CHAPTER 11 / 47 Discussion

CBS Fact-Check on Immigration and Deportation Rates

A CBS News fact-check intended to discredit Donald Trump's claims about "bad hombres" inadvertently revealed that the Obama administration deported more people in January 2016 than the Trump administration did in January 2017. The report also noted that 42% of Obama's deportees had no criminal convictions. The hosts argue that such "fact-checks" often backfire by highlighting the previous administration's aggressive immigration enforcement.

cbs news· immigration· deportations· barack obama· margaret brennan

37:20 They've been trying to do this thing on, I'm trying to find the clip. Are you moving away from the fake news? No no i'm going... This is still part of it. Okay Prebis? No. Uh see this is uh... Prebis Russian now. Bannon hit piece that must be it. The Bannon hit piece is after the Bannon hit piece comes out. Is there a part two of the Bannon hit piece? Trump gotcha's by CBS. That's it! You got it good finding. Now here's the deal Again, we're seeing nothing new with any of this. And we're seeing actually nothing new with what Trump's trying to do. All we're saying is it's just different actors and the other side, the losing side is very irked and they're going to stay that way."

38:02 So now listen to this piece, which is as you know we tried the CBS tried to do this and we had it on the show a couple times they've been trying to do fact check. Oh yes. And CBS News has looked at what he said and this is... He said there was 45 guys that were shot! It turns out to only be 44 another fact-check I mean, this is kind of so they said this has been going nowhere. So here's it. So they're trying to twist a little bit more and here's another example on this time. I think somebody in the front office says hey don't do that because this isn't working out because you're actually making Obama look worse than Trump. Margaret Brennan joining us at The White House. Margaret there was some confusion today on immigration. The president said one thing and then his homeland security secretary rushed out and

38:48 Yes, well the president sent his secretaries of state and homeland security south of the border to reassure officials there that illegal immigrants will be treated humanely when they're deported from the U.S. to Mexico but the president today caused some confusion himself when he suggested using the US military to expel them We're getting really bad dudes out of this country at a rate that nobody's ever seen before And they're the bad ones. Bad hombres. It's a military operation No, repeat no use of military force in immigration operations None The White House later tried to clarify saying the president meant Military Operation as an adjective to describe what they say is an efficient rate of deportation Margaret Brennan for us tonight Margaret thank you well the President's boasting got the better of him today He said that U.S. is deporting drug dealers and gang members quote

39:47 For the first time and as you heard he said they're being deported at a rate nobody has ever seen before Well for the record our research department spoke to an official at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency In January of last year there were 17,649 deportations. Last month it was 1,000 fewer And last year, 58% had been convicted of serious crimes such as drug dealing. So this is their example there was 1,000 less that Trump did which means there was 1000 more that Obama did! Yeah

40:29 And to make it worse for Obama, they said there was 58% only 50 only 58 percent of his deportees were convicted of anything. Yes that means that that means 42 percent of these people were innocent they didn't do anything but they got kicked out of the country by Obama yeah That's okay right? Yeah right! Right I guess that's okay so Obamas kicked more people out and obviously kicked out more families than Trump but yet we hear this squawking So how does this benefit anybody, the CBS report? This fact check bullcrap. Trump's a liar! Fact-check false. It only benefits them and people watch for the crazy. People watch for the crazy actor Robert Davi

CHAPTER 12 / 47 Discussion

Robert Davi's Proposal for Media Parent Company Accountability

Actor Robert Davi appeared on Tucker Carlson's show to suggest that White House briefings should identify reporters by their corporate parent companies, such as "Time Warner's CNN" or "Comcast's NBC." The goal would be to hold large conglomerates accountable for the news their subsidiaries produce. The hosts support the idea as a way to expose potential collusion and corporate interests in news reporting.

robert davi· tucker carlson· time warner· comcast· corporate media

41:14 You probably don't recognize the name. If you saw him, you'd recognize him He's a character actor villain like villain in James Bond I know his name. I don't know what he looks like to my brain But if I saw him I would say but I wouldn't know his name kind of one of those bulbous kind of faces Little bit big head, you know big contours and I'm trying to limit my Tucker Carlson stuff in fact of cutting Tucker out of most clips because it's guesswork Yeah, well unfortunately he has great guests and I'm really trying to get him out of it. So he's not in most of this good and And he had a novel idea

41:51 to, well for the press corps and even though he kind of fumbles around explaining the scenario what he's talking about is here's how I think it should work when Sweaty Sean does the White House press briefings and this is how he should address the individuals who are there to ask questions on behalf of the mainstream media. Talk about the media for second you know This media thing, I think... and we hear all the brouhaha of the media. I have an idea for the administration and everyone who's the parent company of CNN? I can't get into that but there is a parent company yeah. I thought that was interesting That's why i left it in He says he can't get into that Why can't you get into that Is that not done? Is that something you don't do? Done all the time! I don't see why he said I can't get into that

42:41 That was very bad. Maybe he doesn't know who the parent company is, that's my guess. Nahh... He knows, he knows. Now there's some other reason. I think he might not? Well you'll hear it. Oh I know what it is! Yeah, I think it's this. This is just a guess but i think this what would be these companies which really should be talking about...I think they collude! I think you don't bitch about us and don't bring to general electric when we talk about NBC. Don't break because we got jet engines the cell. If you say something that we're gonna talk about Disneyland deaths Well you've nailed it Talk about media for second

43:17 This media thing, I think... and we hear all the brouhaha of the media. I have an idea for the administration and everyone's. Who is the parent company of CNN? I can't get into that but there is a parent company yes There is a parent may I say it? Yeah of course Time Warner So what if at the press briefings they go Time Warner, parent company of CNN Jim Acosta Go! Go Jim! How about if they did that? They did Universal, Comcast NBC MSNBC Joe Scarborough. Go Joe! Now all of a sudden because if the president is held accountable and he's the main guy shouldn't those companies be held accountable? And maybe...and MAYBE they'll think twice about how their distorting news I like that idea It's great idea Yeah yeah Comcast Universal GE MSNBC CNBC NBC News GO JOE SCARBOROUGH

CHAPTER 13 / 47 Discussion

CPAC 2017 and the Redefinition of the GOP

The 2017 CPAC event signaled a shift in the Republican Party toward a populist, worker-centric platform under Donald Trump. While some attendees expressed reservations about Trump's opposition to multilateral trade deals, there was broad support for his "America First" vision and his promise of a new executive order regarding travel. The hosts note the absence of traditional Libertarian voices like Ron Paul at the event.

cpac· gop· american worker· trade deals· travel ban

44:18 We should be doing that. Yeah, it's kind of long-winded yeah But it makes a thing most of our guys are pretty much up on most of this It makes it pretty clear. That was good. Yeah Okay, let's see all right. Well we got some I got some other stuff. I got the Display I have a different kind of a PBS. I got about five different reports got RT. I got CBS and I got PBS probably did backed off the best. And did the best job on the CPAC thing with Trump? Maybe we should explain briefly what CPAC is, because a lot of people not conservative

45:01 political action committee, I think. Yes and they have a big operation... It's not necessarily the Republican Party correct? It is for conservatives but it is always Republicans. I mean I've never seen any Democrats. Well Libertarians? Yeah but they are usually Republicans too. That doesn't make sense what you said. And they finally, I've always thought that they were annoyed by the Libertarians because they do these strong polls on who should be president. Ron Paul would always win. The Libertarians are always in there giving their libertarian speeches Last year they kind of softened it a little bit and then this year There's no Libertarians at all! Ron Paul didn't speak Rand Paul didn't speak Nobody spoke except Trumpites

45:47 Bill de Burgh Illuminati, go Mika. Just practice it. So let's listen to the Trump at CPAC that there are two parts on PBS and very... It's long but I think it really covered it well without... There was a subtle attempt to maybe embarrass Trump himself and let him say these crazy things and people in the know, Trump haters will spot that as for what it is and the Trumpites will just not think twice about it because it's just Trump. The spotlight was on President Trump today as he took the stage at the annual conservative political action conference outside Washington. He touted his agenda and called some news outlets, the enemy of the people. That's before a crowd of activists who have at times viewed him with a skeptical eye. John Yang reports from the conference

46:43 Our victory was a victory and win for conservative values. President Trump moved today to put his brand on the conservative movement, stressing his populist nationalist vision of America first. There is no such thing as a global anthem, a global currency or a global flag This is the United States of America that I'm representing! I'm not representing the globe...I'm representing your country

47:26 Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC in a packed hotel ballroom. The president said he's transforming the Republican Party. The GOP will be from now on the party also of the American worker if you look at how much bigger our party has gotten during this cycle millions and millions of people were joining Now I won't say it was because of me, but it was. Okay? Mr Trump told the enthusiastic crowd he would soon sign a new temporary travel ban — a signature campaign pledge to replace the executive order the federal courts put on hold And in a matter of days we will be taking brand-new action to protect our people and keep America safe You will see the action

48:23 I will never ever apologize for protecting the safety and security of the American people. I won't do it." While some conference attendees said they had reservations about another key Trump policy position, opposition to multilateral trade deals, it doesn't dampen their enthusiasm for the president. Everything he said, I agree with you know with the exception maybe some of the trade stuff You know, I can't get 100% from him. Can't get 100% from anyone but overall I was very pleased." Others said Mr Trump's election is redefining the Republican Party. People have come out

CHAPTER 14 / 47 Discussion

Anonymous Sources and Journalistic Integrity Failures

The hosts discuss the over-reliance on anonymous sources in modern journalism, citing historical fabrications by reporters like Janet Cooke and Jayson Blair. They argue that the lack of accountability for unnamed sources allows for the spread of gossip and rumors as fact. The segment references the "weapons of mass destruction" reporting as a primary example of how anonymous sourcing can lead to catastrophic policy decisions.

anonymous sources· janet cooke· pulitzer prize· new york times· washington post

49:17 of the closet. Yeah, I guess he said uh i found that the um this the switch the way the malleability of the republicans are i think the democrats would be the same way to be the party of them just gotta freak the democrats out by the way that The Republicans want to be, or at least Trumpites want to be the party of the working man. Which is a large voting bloc When you're ready I have a piece from the DNC that it has to be heard to believe Do you want me to play part two of this? Yeah yeah yeah And then you can play that and so let's do it because that's good Clinton also devoted much of todays speech to a favorite topic lambasting what he calls the fake media

50:03 I'm against the people that make up stories and make up sources. They shouldn't be allowed to use sources unless they use somebody's name." What is the typical policy, John? You of course have been a journalist all your life... what is the policy on unnamed sources? It's okay Some people you can't name, they're like your secret source. There's some guys in the government who are spilling his guts to you that this is exactly what you want! The problem is there's no rule... yeah it's bullcrap You say a government source told me blah blah blah

50:46 And then you can maybe balance that a little bit if you want to, or you don't have to. Generally speaking when you do that it's because you got something scandalous to report and the guy will get in trouble if he finds out about it and that's why they monitor these guys so much." It appears to me these days everything is just anonymous source. Just about all reports people... They're not pressed to go on record anymore let's put it that way Well, that started a while ago. I think that started probably during Bush. I'm sure it did. And it was really gotten out...I think is slightly out of control because you get so nobody's saying anything they just haven't got the guts to do it but they've also been told not to say anything and there's all these new rules at the federal level right that does that they don't allow me to talk to the press at all! You can't even have lunch with them

51:36 Or you're violating some rule, which is I think is what Trump is bitching about because all these people are rule violators or they wouldn't be getting no less information. The danger is with especially with some of these outlets that are very biased and I would put CNN in that category for sure you could make it all up and In fact if there's been example or your source or your sources who are not held accountable could be making it up Or both, which doesn't make sense. But one or the other but you can be making somebody could be making this up it could be taking and also a lot of these sources are basing their information on gossip and rumors which are generally not reliable but these operations I mean The Washington Post is a good example. I think Janet Cook you can look her up she's making stories up

52:23 years ago, and I think she won a Pulitzer Prize. She was a black reporter. Yeah? She's a black reporter and she wrote about all some stuff is just making it up so the New York Times or The Washington Post was busted for that the New York Times had this guy another blight there's a black male who is making stuff up making up all these stories as a big hero and how about the weapons of mass destruction That was also made up and passed on to a reporter who used it as an anonymous source, and that eventually you can argue led us into... Right. That was also in New York Times reporter? Yes And so the New York Times in The Washington Post have lots of... they have a background of this sort of thing. So you could... You'd have to wonder how their reliability works but I think all the newspapers generally speaking if had their rout or bouts with a phony

53:13 reporter, some of the better than some more wild than others but generally speaking they don't win a Pulitzer and which is an embarrassment because where's your editors? What's the word? Is anyone doing any work over there? Where's the fact checking? So you can have this, yes if you're writing for a newspaper you can be a complete fake. You can fake stories very easily but using anonymous sources if you're a good reporter you vet them and double check. You just don't run crazy with this stuff and I think they are running crazy with these stories because some of them turn out not to be anywhere near true

CHAPTER 15 / 47 Discussion

Berlin Station and the Reality of Intelligence Leaks

A discussion of the TV series *Berlin Station* serves as an illustration of how intelligence agencies can burn media outlets by moving assets before a story breaks. The hosts praise the show's dark, realistic portrayal of espionage and the consequences of news leaks. They use a specific plot point involving a Chinese general to show how "truth" can be manipulated by state actors in real-time.

berlin station· espionage· cia· media manipulation· television

53:50 But again, now here's a good example. If anybody wants to watch the series Berlin Station... Yeah which I still haven't seen you keep telling me to watch that in Berlin station there is an episode where this Chinese general who is living in Berlin he snuck out of the country and he's now a spook for or he's not as spooky as an informant Somehow somebody finds out about it and they run a news story on it. And they run at front page of one the top newspapers, the CIA station guys find out that the news story is going to run in like five hours

54:26 They go kidnap the guy, put him on a plane and drop him off in Beijing just as the news story comes out. And the Chinese are shown on their news network saying we've got to general he was hiding it an apartment in Beijing because that was part of the deal to turn it back over right even though he was supposed kept in the country outside of China because they're gonna execute him now and so that's the way it goes. Meanwhile, the newspaper comes out saying he was in Berlin and there is news on TV showing that he's in Beijing... Boom! The newspaper gets burned In fact they had to write a story very good That whole series Berlin Station is quite dark It's fun to watch not fast moving shoot-em up It's just good

CHAPTER 16 / 47 Discussion

FBI Leaks and the White House Press Standoff

Donald Trump utilized Twitter to criticize the FBI's inability to stop national security leakers within the government. This occurred alongside a CNN report claiming the FBI refused a White House request to debunk stories about Trump associates' contacts with Russia. The tension culminated in the exclusion of several major news organizations from a Spicer briefing, further straining the relationship between the administration and the press.

55:14 Back to PBS's second part of the report from CPAC. unless they use somebody's name. His latest target? A CNN report that FBI officials refused the White House request to knock down reports of alleged conversations between Trump associates and Russian intelligence officials during the 2016 campaign. Before this morning speech, the president tweeted, The FBI is totally unable to stop the national security leakers that have permeated our government

56:03 Classified information is being given to media that could have a devastating effect on U.S.. This afternoon, the Trump administration's relationship with the White House press corps hit another stumbling block Some news outlets including The New York Times CNN and the Los Angeles Times were excluded from an informal off-camera briefing with Press Secretary Sean Spicer Conservative news organizations were allowed in White House officials offered no immediate explanation For the PBS NewsHour, I'm John Yang at CPAC in Oxon Hill Maryland. Burlington Northern great Well in the background of this CPAC event the Democratic National Committee the party were working on electing a new leader and there was lots of debates and things going on and I was very happy to see that Donna Brazile the interim chairman

CHAPTER 17 / 47 Discussion

Donna Brazile's DNC Speech and Racial Rhetoric

Interim DNC Chair Donna Brazile delivered a highly emotional speech to the Democratic National Committee, referencing historical racial violence in the South and her own "sacrifices" for the party. The hosts critique her use of the third person and her claims of "cleaning house" after the 2016 hacking scandal. They compare her delivery style to the "Obama phone lady" and Howard Dean's infamous scream.

donna brazile· dnc· hillary clinton· bernie sanders· racial politics

56:57 Chief of the DNC you recall, but we'd probably just back it up a little bit during the election cycle she received questions from CNN where she was working and She passed them on to Hillary and then later had the audacity to say well You know that was we don't know if that's true because the Russians hacked my emails And they were changing stuff. Yeah so You know, she's a liar and she was fired from CNN over it. Fired! Fired! Now she comes out and you have to bear in mind this little speech She does is all about her because I'm sure she was threatened. I'm sure she had a really rough go of it but people blamed her In emails we also saw that she was more than willing to screw Bernie Sanders over

57:48 So that's a little review. Now she comes out and her job here is to rile up the base who are incredibly unenthusiastic, they needed Jeb Bush there to say please clap couple of times but speaking of frenzy she goes into just a crazy rant that has to be heard to be believed. When I received that call on Sunday July 24th to once again become your chairwoman I did so without reservations. Now, does she usually get open table to get those reservations or did she mean to say reservation? I did it without reservations! Really?! When i received that call on Sunday July 24th... To once again become your chairwoman

58:46 I did so without reservations. I just walk, I was just a walking no reservation for me! I don't need reservations. All right that was just that just kind of set me up for the goodness that was about to come because i'm a democrat. I dropped everything I could possibly drop out on my life My jobs, my income... Whoa whoa you were fired from your jobs? What do you mean your job's my income now you were fired out of my life. My jobs, my income My vacation, my time away. I took phone calls from Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton Barack Obama and i said absolutely there would not be a Donna Brazile had it not been for the leaders of this party starting with John F Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson There would not be a Donna Brazile.

59:33 Did they call her too? I don't know. Now she says there were now what she's doing now is she's talking about herself in the third person this always fascinates me, i-i don't know why you do that. I've never done that that I can remember Well you uh you just got a lot left You can still do it Is it maybe... What does that mean what does that say about someone when they talk about themselves and the third person that way So there would know they were not you know we have to we have two here's what I mean We just make some something up right now, but I think we should actually look into it Okay and has some psychiatrists and some other people tell us. It's so we can actually report yeah to our Producers good what does it really mean? I mean it happens all the time in sports

1:00:18 with certain psycho players. They always talked about themselves in the third person, but it's always something psycho about it. Trump also does it He does it a lot. So narcissism problem, that's gonna be my guess but we'll see. Clinton Barack Obama and I said absolutely there would not be a Donna Brazile had it not been for the leaders of this party starting with John F Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson. There would not be... Lyndon Bines? She is funny man. Let her play! Alright. It wouldn't have been Donna Brazile if it hadn't been for Jesse Jackson Walter Mondale Dick Gephardt Mike Dukakis Bill Clinton

1:00:56 Barack Obama. I fought over the years with Hillary Clinton when she first started the Children's Defense Fund and yes, I marched with and registered new voters with Bernie Sanders so my first obligation as the party chair was to make sure that I went into that building to conduct the most exhaustive review of our party. I know you don't want me to stop it, but jeez come on! I went through everything i could find and let me tell you when i found things that were inconsistent with our values i made sure that we put it aside and we got rid of them Everything's clean now Don't worry Donald Brazil has cleaned house It's all good And every step along the way

1:01:44 I will call Bernie, I will call Hillary and I will report back to them. And yes, I am grateful that both Bernie and Hillary stood by us as this party was hacked by a hostile military intelligence unit they stood by and they helped us stand back so we could get back to work to win for across this country! Remember she's talking about herself... So when it comes to the staff of the Democratic Party I will stand by them. They are the best and the brightest, the hardest working, the most dedicated and let me say this... The most courageous people i know! People who had to march and then came home bleeding. I know people who found their family members hanging from trees.

1:02:38 in the south to see blood on the hands of those who tried to get people to register. And yet I watched for the last seven months, people who came to work after their lives were threatened at the deal went by candlework for you. She was so bad she knows this woman like 120 how old is she? She's not that old Thank you for asking 57 I checked Yeah but she knows family members who do people whose family members were hanging from trees

1:03:19 She's crazy and it's all about her, about the death threats. You know as I was listening to that i thought wow she sounds like somebody we know. And yet I watched for the last seven months people who came to work after their lives were threatened! Doesn't she sound just like the Obama phone lady? A little bit. I was thinking more of what's his name with his scream Howard Dean yeah, but that's that's just crazy man That's the way they like to do it and people were not really riled up They were not really riled up Just they weren't just not working. Normally they put in a Casper milk toast and The Muslim guy didn't win he's irked Yeah

CHAPTER 18 / 47 Discussion

No Agenda Art and Episode 906 Credits

The hosts credit Sir Anthony for the artwork of Episode 906, titled "Hitler's Playbook," which featured a parody of the CIA logo. They encourage listeners to visit the No Agenda Art Generator and emphasize the "value for value" model of the show. This segment serves as a transition into the donor thank-you portion of the program.

1:04:26 It would have been funny if Ellis and the Muslim congressman had become the new DNC head. I don't know why, just think that would be... It would have been even more for... Republicans can take the working men and women and probably take the blacks next. Yeah And then the Democrats can just represent the Muslims That's what i'm thinking Well with that before we slip into the alternate universe I'd like to thank you for your courage and say in the morning to you John Cena You know she stands for conference Dvorak, that's a weak one That's all I got you mr. CHAPTER 19 / 47 Discussion

Peter Ruthven's Birthday Donation and Youth Travel Observations

Producer Peter Ruthven donated $1,000 for his 35th birthday while traveling through Europe with groups of 18-to-25-year-olds. He observed that young people seem increasingly shut down and unwilling to engage in conversations that deviate from the mainstream narrative. The hosts discuss his background as a potential financial consultant and grant him "Job Karma" for his future employment search.

peter ruthven· australia· europe· youth culture· mainstream narrative

1:06:18 Random number. Okay, Peter Roth van Ruthven in West Pimble New South Wales Australia Came in with a thousand dollars and he's been listening to for a long time without donating So he decided what better time to fix this Excuse me then for my birthday On 222 he turned 35. He's on the list I assume yes Wow well, I am traveling you I am traveling Europe. I would say, well, I'm traveling through or through Europe but he's traveling Europe. I went to hospital when I was traveling Europe. I went to hospital when I was travelling Europe by scarf while wearing headscarves.

1:07:10 With Adam's talk about heading to Australia soon and so many signs from the show, I've always gotten a lot of people get signs which is great. I have seen late they couldn't be...I couldn't avoid this anymore now really enjoyed the shows of late and they're giving me opportunity to have some interesting conversations with fellow travelers. I've been on the road since before Christmas, on different tours with close to 200 different people primarily aged 18-20. Is he a roadie? Is he a producer for rock and rolls? We're going to find out! Well you talk about 18-25 that's the group... I want to find out let us know He says it's certainly been eye-opener so often when you actually do what you look him up. You know I don't Say that we just look everybody up, but sometimes you can look them up there and LinkedIn or they're famous in some way We have a lot of famous people who listen to the show

1:08:01 But they don't bring about it. Anyway, what was it? Go he's getting good conversation with these kids It isn't the mainstream narrative people really do seem to shut down now and do not want to talk I have assumed this and a really just in American prize of American problem He thought was an American problem that people don't want to talk. He says no its wider anyway Thanks for all the work you do and which we think we know that looks like he's a financial consultant Maybe he's on some speaking tour, but 18 to 25? I look forward to hearing for your future deconstructions. Only request that I have her for a de-douching jobs karma and i will Have to look for work once they get back home regards as soon maybe he's following the dead around

The dead or fish? Fish is the new band. Fish Nobody follows fish Yes there are fish

CHAPTER 20 / 47 Discussion

Sir Dogbert and the Social Security Donation

AJ van Steenbergen, now Sir Dogbert of the SoCal Underverse, donated his first Social Security check to the program. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines, he expressed gratitude for the show's deconstruction efforts. His donation included requests for sound bites involving Al Sharpton and Yoko Ono, and he was officially "de-douched" by the hosts.

sir dogbert· carlsbad· marines· social security· al sharpton

1:09:26 People please find attached to check for $1,000. This is our next instant night this is AJ van steenbergen Okay that von steenberg and sounds Dutch Yes I understand y'all have real trouble keeping track of small donations until we reach knighthood's do we don't have trouble no all know oh At all. Because we don't keep track at all! That's why it's not a problem. So, it's not a problem? I decided to go all in with my first donation and I'm tired of being a douchebag another one. This is great. I hope everybody out there hasn't donated which has plenty of people they all of a sudden say to themselves... I'm a douche bag. Besides coughing they say I've been a douche bag I'm gonna give $1,000

1:10:15 Anyway, henceforth... Well that tells me these people have enjoyed quite a considerable amount of value from the program and that makes me smile. Well that's good and they've also gotten a guilty conscience finally. Anyway you have to give him a de-douching so let's do just that. You've been de-douched! Anyway, henceforth he liked to be known as Sir Dogbert of the SoCal Underverse. He's in Carlsbad, he's in Southern California So, as a fairly recent smash-mouth victim I wanted to share my first Social Security check with you in gratitude. This is great for your deconstruction efforts for which I'm very grateful please continue your great work and continue paying your federal taxes so i can share more of my Federal largess with you in the future." I need a deducing who gave me that and request anything you have with L Sharpton

1:11:11 Yeah, well also Yoko Ono with also Yoko Ono with two shots to the head So he was sharp didn't yoke go two shots of the head and some karma for his little sweetheart Gracie now AJ is your Al but AJ Is also a retired lieutenant colonel in the Marines. Really? So he's probably getting, I'm assuming he is getting military pension too or marine pension. Oh which is good. Semper Fi! Yeah Semper Fi! Hoorah! But resist we much We must and will much about that be committed You've got karma Hey you need a lozenge man are you okay

CHAPTER 21 / 47 Discussion

Sir Tom Derry and the "Sausage Making" Video

Sir Tom Derry, a marine engineer and Navy veteran, donated to the show and commented on Adam Curry's "sausage making" screencast of the podcast's production. The hosts discuss the technical level required to produce the show in real-time versus post-produced podcasts. Adam clarifies that he will not be doing regular studio walkthrough videos, preferring to maintain the "theater of the mind."

sir tom derry· navy· marine engineer· podcast production· screencast

1:12:08 I do need a lodging, someone had to find one in a minute. Sir Tom Derry 3333 reports unknown hey pinky and the brain having been without steady work since retiring from the Navy in July of 2015 today's military day money has been tight and I have not been able to donate it to show teams keep getting back on track now that I am sailing again as a marine engineer so don't It was time to pay up my dues and become a productive producer in good standing.

1:12:44 Okay, once you read some I go find a lozenge. I can't help be coughing my way through this thing okay As my birthday is on the 2nd of March. I thought I would give a gift of cash That's right cash to help ensure the show remains for all to enjoy I've also set up My bank to send them monthly donation Thank you, I strongly encourage people who support the value for value model every dollar helps so pitch in yes Adam I did like seeing how the sausage is made and I should probably explain that if you haven't heard of this. I did a screencast of production back at the crackpot condo and I'm surprised anybody got a kick out of that I've seen people who sat down and watched it for their evening entertainment with beer and some chips I'm not kidding yeah, there's people have tweeted pictures like oh this is great I have a nice evening watching the sausage being made

1:13:35 Can we get an update walkthrough video of both your studio and the Airstream of consciousness? Hmm. No, I've tweeted out pictures before but this was just a one-time one time only And I like the fact that you know, I'm sitting in the air stream You know it's true and that you imagine what it looks like that theater of the mind This was a one shot deal Anyway The more technical the better since I would love to see a couple of shows about living in Japan and working on the high seas Oh no, he would love to do a couple of shows. I'm like whoa wait a minute... Yeah he wants to do some shows Well you should! You should. I'll help ya out But it has nothing to do with what we showed on that video And believe me man, you don't need to be at Adam's level To do a reasonably good podcast No absolutely not If you want- I mean if you wanna do the NO Agenda show with all the noises and sound effects and clips and all the rest You need to be decent

1:14:31 No, if you want to do it even so but we even so let's say you wanted to do the Noah Jenner show You're missing the point If you want to post at all if you want to do the best podcast in the universe. You have to do what I do Yeah, and it's done in real time. But if you wanted to do something that sounded good you could post it You could do it all after the fact, talk talk talk I'm not a fan of that Well actually It never sounds great, it never does It doesn't have the life to it Being from Madison, Wisconsin home of the Noodle Boy. Please play him for me followed by my favorite LGY Jobs karma for all those at Noodles and Company who will lose their job this year as recently reported Yes, they're going out of business then new to the noodles company gee I wonder why

CHAPTER 22 / 47 Discussion

Noodle Boy and the Rise of Social Justice Warriors

The hosts revisit the "Noodle Boy" clip, an early example of social justice warrior rhetoric from a worker at Noodles & Company. The individual in the clip compared his restaurant job to a dictatorship and advocated for a "Noodles Union." The hosts note that the company is now facing financial difficulties and store closures, which they link to the mindset displayed in the video.

noodle boy· noodles and company· social justice warrior· unions· workplace dictatorship

1:15:22 Yeah, for sure. A little bit of the new one. Well like I described earlier there are two fundamental classes that are just a plain fact in society you either work for someone else or you work for yourself and most people work for someone else in a way that they aren't free You don't really get to decide your worth For example I work at Noodles a restaurant And basically it's a dictatorship there We're told exactly what we're going to cook How are we gonna cook it? What time- You know, we didn't have the term social justice warrior when we first started playing this. This is what now is that five years ago? Five years ago six years ago maybe but this was the beginning in fact noodles and company ground zero of the social justice warrior movement We're gonna get there and basically if they don't like what they're doing They try to tell us what to do If we don't listen then get rid of us And so we're not able to actually cooperate In a way that we make decisions together I tried to convince my

1:16:17 My fellow employees that we should have a union at Noodles. So it's a source of power to start the Noodles Union and I think in terms of the bigger picture when you look at revolutions, The way that you actually get rid of any sort of dictatorship. Just...I can't take it anymore. Yay! Jobs jobs jobs and jobs let's vote for jobs. You've got karma. There ya go. Noodle boy Good times with the noodle boy. Starting your own nerdy company, oh wait starting up a something that's interesting. It takes awhile to get going and it isn't cheap. Things are finally catching up and in the first place I need to get straight was the best podcast in universe to ensure the karma train keeps rolling. Sarah and I will be donating again soon to get her official damehood so she can come to the table

1:17:29 Keep up the great job as always, stellar work. Jingles, Job Karma mashup chemtrail for 25 years something from The Seed Man. I gotcha Okay and then he also is just chiding me because he's gonna come out to go to the train museum Yeah when... He wants know when it's happening When is it happening? What is it happening? Yep! He does that's what he wants And I'll tell him. I'm gonna do them in the order he requested, although it's not the typical order. Maybe has a reason for it so here we go jobs jobs jobs jobs jobs and jobs let's vote for jobs! My god for 25 years they've been growing babies in cows you've got karma

CHAPTER 23 / 47 Discussion

Producer Scripts and Demon Voice Requests

Producers Milton Cuevas and James Reeves provided significant donations, with Reeves requesting a specific audio sequence to help him battle procrastination. The hosts attempted to record a "demon voice" script using an echo tube and digital effects. Despite some technical fumbles during the live recording, they provided the custom audio for the producer's morning routine.

milton cuevas· james reeves· procrastination· demon voice· audio effects

1:18:22 It never and they are the growing in pigs, but he was close enough. Yeah Okay We got Milton Cuevas from parts unknown $250 and I'm looking to see if he has see you e V a s is that right? They are not! I can't believe they are but their having fun And uh...they took that fantastic piece we were talking about and put on a t-shirt

CHAPTER 24 / 47 Discussion

The No Agenda Shop has released new merchandise featuring recent show artwork, with proceeds split between the artist, the shop, and the podcast. Additionally, Uber Producer Scott McKenzie released the seventh book in his *Gitmo Nation* series, titled *The Self-Driving Killer*. The short story, available on Amazon, explores the theme of autonomous vehicles being used for murder.

CHAPTER 25 / 47 Discussion

Cambridge University Microaggression Claims Over "Inauthentic" Food

Students at the University of Cambridge's Pembroke College labeled "inauthentic" cafeteria food, such as mango beef stew, as a "microaggression" and "cultural appropriation." The catering staff was criticized for mixing flavors and mislabeling ethnic dishes. The hosts mock the notion of "cultural violence" regarding college food and compare it to Lena Dunham's past complaints about campus sushi.

cambridge university· microaggressions· cultural appropriation· pembroke college· jamaican stew

1:23:38 Welcome to the program coming up on Thursday. Devorah org Slash and a so you got about four days in the meantime to go out there and propagate our formula Our formula is this We go out we hit people in the mouth I'm a little article like their read or run by ya, okay? I don't know how much of this is true It's a Dow Jones report on this crazy website called Heat Street. Yeah, I've seen this as some kind of propaganda thing. I don't know what it is...I'm not quite sure. I haven't put my finger on it but this is Cambridge students claim that inauthentic canteen food from the cafeteria in the college they call it canteen is a microaggression

1:24:40 Wait a minute. Students at the university, see this is I'm if the...I knew that these guys are taking all this stuff as pretty seriously because you see all these you know protests and they won't let people speak in all that big schools like Cambridge in the UK yeah but You have to wonder if this is a put-on or not, but it's still good story. Students at the University of Cambridge have attacked the canteen staff for producing inauthentic foreign food claiming it's a microaggression. That's a good one! Yeah One anonymous student wrote Dear Pembroke catering staff stop mixing mango and beef and calling it Jamaican stew It's rude

1:25:27 And that's also cultural appropriation of the highest order. They do not discuss that. Other dishes singled out for criticism were Oriental beef stew, Tunisian rice and African stew according to screenshots published by the Cambridge tab. I know exactly what happened there was a meeting at Pembroke catering whatever it's called and it went like this we need some diversity in our menu okay I got an idea Tunisian rice, African beef. Jamaican!

1:26:04 Wow, you know that's what happens. I think you might be right and as I said quote, I'm used to as a minority student here being constantly invalidated. I like that how do you get invalidated? You my friend are invali- Yes, your invalid. Constantly invalidated when flagging up specific issues which is just the culture at Pembroke This is fantastic! Tina and I use the plated, you know it's like Blue Apron and you get it twice a week. And you have meals in there? I'm gonna complain! I'm going to complain about their diversity. You're being invalidated. I'm being invalidated and their menus are micro- Invalidated Yeah, then their menus are microaggression

1:26:45 Sure, I know you continue. Sure, I know there are bigger issues but microaggressions are a reality of the everyday existence of many people of color. Some students objected to the attacks on the catering staff and defended the food one Indian student wrote while the Indian food in trough isn't straight from my dadiki karahi in a Mumbai high-rise I'm thankful to the Pembroke staff for at least trying And another kid's quote, I urge people to look around and realize there is a lot more to life than complaining about fruity chicken. Grow up!

1:27:24 Although it's served as an elegant dining 19th century dining hall surrounded by the portraits of distinguished academics, food at Cambridge colleges is of similar quality to that served in college and faculty canteens anywhere. And has been for years! What is unusual is the students considering the quality of their dinner a matter of cultural violence Wow. And engaging in earnest online flame wars over the issue, the incident echoes comments last year by Lena Dunham who decided the canteen sushi served at Oberlin her alma mater was not up to scratch

CHAPTER 26 / 47 Discussion

School Cafeteria Quality and the Betsy DeVos Controversy

The discussion shifts to the generally poor quality of American school lunches and the political backlash against Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. The hosts argue that the "unidentifiable crap" served in schools is a more pressing issue than the "appropriative" nature of the recipes. They conclude that the catering staff's attempts at diversity are being met with irrational hostility from student activists.

betsy devos· cafeteria act· school lunch· sushi· cultural appropriation

1:28:02 She echoes God, by the way most sushi's not a scratch. I was gonna say it Oberlin isn't that in Ohio or sits on one of the things at the middle and nowhere you're gonna get good Sushi things not to eat at school top of my list you want kids puking everywhere and sushi raw fish are you kidding me? This sushi is not up to scratch. I've had better sushi in the Los Angeles bar. You know, on the face bag there's this copy and paste meme going around about the Betsy DeVos of course will abolish... was just going to ruin public schooling

1:28:40 And one of the big jokes in this copy and paste, I'm doing it from memory. Is you know this is going to repeal the oh so important cafeteria act of 2010 or whatever. Are you kidding me? The crap kids are being made to eat it's unidentifiable! Exactly. Except for the sticker that says Jamaican. Now here, you're right about this by the way because you're going to hear it in this next line there's only a couple more graphs she echoes comments Blina by campus activists who said the low quality Japanese food was a gross manipulation of traditional recipes which they further derided as quote appropriative There ya go! I want blowfish at school and disrespectful

1:29:29 Oh, the end is near. He said that the head chef has been upset to hear the allegation and will aim to do more in the future to avoid offending anyone else. Meatloaf forever! Okay now I have to read something to you this this is along the same lines of nuttiness we are expecting on March 8th Women's Day International Women's day A big movement, a big march and it is titled... A Day Without A Woman. And the idea is all women are going to... Well I'll read it to you Our International Women's Day March On International Women's Day March 8th women and our allies will act together for equity justice in the human rights of women through one day demonstration economic solidarity

CHAPTER 27 / 47 Discussion

International Women's Day and "A Day Without A Woman"

Organizers of the Women's March called for a "Day Without a Woman" strike on March 8th, urging women to take the day off and avoid shopping. The hosts point out a logical inconsistency in the instructions, which encourage shopping only at women-owned businesses while simultaneously calling for all women to stop working. They characterize the movement as being led by "middle-class white women" and criticize the racial undertones of the strike's logistics.

international women's day· women's march· strike· economic solidarity· racism

1:30:25 The Women's March supports the feminists of color and grassroots groups organizing the International Women Strike on International Women's Day, March 8th. In the same spirit of love and liberation that inspired the women's march together we will mark today by recognizing the enormous value that women of all backgrounds add to our socioeconomic system while receiving lower wages and experiencing greater inequities vulnerability to discrimination sexual harassment and job insecurity now Here's what is interesting about this. This to me, is set up by a bunch of rich white women or let's call them middle class white women because they are saying all women need to lay down work

1:31:06 Everyone needs to stop just stop and we're gonna march, and let's show them. This is kind of a modern-day Lysistrata I guess so except they're not withholding sex but that's coming that's coming They're gonna do that one too Late lay down you will show it will show them damn it But here's the here's the funny thing about it here's how I conclude this is a bunch of white Middle aged women organizing this So again the Women's March supports the feminists of color in grassroots groups organizing this women strike Anyone, anywhere can join by making March 8th a day without a woman in one or all of the following ways. Number 1 Women take the day off from paid and unpaid labor. Number 2 Avoid shopping for one day with exceptions for small women and minority owned businesses Now this is where my head got short circuit You're saying please take the day off paid or unpaid

1:32:04 and only shop at shops that are owned by women, and women of color. Who I guess can't participate? Do they not get to quit?" Yeah they should quit and close the business! No but they're saying right here we're gonna march then we'll come and shop at your place Blackie That's what they're saying! Yeah yeah very racist Extremely racist! Extremely racist Racists sorry i'm not saying it right Races Racists It was extremely racist No tea. Yeah, no tea. This is people living in the... Racists. Racists. These are the people living in the alternate universe. Yeah of course Here's another one from the alternate universe There is now a thinking that Donald Trump won the presidency because in key states his name showed up at the top of the ballot because voters are clearly too stupid.

CHAPTER 28 / 47 Discussion

Carl Bernstein, the CIA, and the "Fact-Free Universe"

Journalist Carl Bernstein appeared on CNN to claim that Donald Trump lives in a "fact-free universe" and is scaring "movement conservatives." The hosts suggest that Bernstein has been "reactivated" by the CIA to undermine the administration, noting his increased media presence since the release of the Steele dossier. They contrast his background with Bob Woodward's documented ties to the intelligence community.

carl bernstein· cnn· cia· mockingbird· watergate· washington post

1:33:06 Washington Post, Washington Post writing this. Thousands of... Wapo! Wapo wapo wapo wapo wapo thousands of furious Trump fans can't stop visiting a website that pretends Clinton won and we're not going to talk about that but I just want to point out... Yeah, exactly it's dumb All i'm pointing out is the wapo wapo wapo is now writing about it Because they're in the alternate universe. I have a couple of examples of this being something that actually exists in the language used here is the infamous Carl Bernstein from the

1:33:48 from Watergate, woppo-woppo-woppo on CNN. economic nationalism? Well, I think two things are happening. The base of his victory have embraced it and we're watching at CPAC a narcissistic demagogue even going farther with his message of anger and with his messages of exclusion

1:34:24 While on Capitol Hill, what is happening? He is scaring the hell out of a lot of movement conservatives and a lot of senators and congressmen who worry about his stability. And are well aware that he's presenting all this in a fact-free universe. There it is! In a fact free universe I have to say something Bernstein, I think for the last decade has rarely shown up on television. He does it he works at the paper and he does his columns and he writes and whatever he does once in a while shows up on these shows all of a sudden especially since the fake dossier which Bernstein was all in on reporting yeah he's showing up a lot and he's on these things constantly I believe he is doing the bidding of the CIA been reactivated I agree

1:35:17 He's never been activated. It was Woodward that was this... Oh, you're right! You're right! It was very...Woodward's background was very carefully outlined in Family of Secrets and he was with the Army or Navy Intelligence first and then somehow next thing I know is writing for The Washington Post and then he's doing these breakout stories And there's all these books he does. He was always in the community. Bernstein ever was, I think this is a tryout. Oh he's auditioning? Yeah looking over at his associate over there Woodward these books are being cranked out he's seen as an elder statesman and you know slow talks on all these shows and he gets to do a lot of work and it gets to make a lot of money and Carl has got us thinking himself what did i do wrong come on I can't get the big dough here

1:36:10 Mockingbird is alive and well. And he already knows the influence of the agencies because he wrote that piece in 1997, it's on his website which I assume is still there... Yes, it is. He may take it down. No, it was still there. You should go look at it talking about how this CIA took over the place and I think this a tryout. I think he says okay, I'll play ball but you know can I get a monthly stipend? Just give me something. Can I turn in some receipts at least for the subway? Sometimes you can actually see the alternate universe materialize and it was beautiful to see this happen when, again this goes back to the DNC audition process that we heard Donna Brazile out earlier. And Sally Yates walks in the room. Sally Yates if you don't remember just a few weeks ago she is the assistant... Is he Assistant Attorney General I think?

CHAPTER 29 / 47 Discussion

Sally Yates and the "Alternate Universe" Hero Narrative

Rachel Maddow reported on former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates receiving a standing ovation at the Carter Center, framing her as an "overnight hero." The hosts describe this as a manifestation of the "alternate universe" where Yates is being groomed for a political career in Georgia. They argue she was "trotted around" by figures like Eric Holder to serve as a symbol of resistance.

sally yates· rachel maddow· carter center· georgia· eric holder

1:37:05 She was the assistant attorney general and then was acting Attorney General when before they could get sessions in. Right, and she said I'm just not gonna follow these policies as she stood up! I'm standing up speaking truth to power so she walks in with...I think she walked in with what's his face? Holder. Truth to Power And well, you can hear the here it is. The alternate universe materializes and of course at the center of our journey there is Rachel Maddow So I mean you look at somebody like Sally Yates before one month ago She had this interesting an accomplished but fairly low-profile career as a prosecutor and as a Justice Department official now she is a household name in moments like this A household name? Not so sure about that

1:37:54 I don't think so. But in her universe, maybe she is we don't know. Now she is a household name. In moments like this, in moments of political transition you never know who's going to be called to rise to the occasion You never know who's going to become an overnight hero because of the circumstances they find themselves in or because of actions they feel by conscience they must take take. But now look at this, Sally Yates is from Georgia she's from Atlanta this is Sally Yates last week see her in the foreground there? This is an event at the Carter Center in Georgia she walks into this room this event at the Carter Center she's with former Attorney General Eric Holder and you can see she's embarrassed she's blushing there but she's sort of overwhelmed by the unexpected standing ovation that greets her at the Carter Center

1:38:39 Sally Yates was not even there to be in that event. She was not there to be on stage or be... No, she was on this we know why she was there She was there to be to be trotted around as a little Little good luck charm look We've got salad and it's true John people just stood up and they were clapping oh my god there she is It's Sally Yate! are part of that event. She's not on the stage, she is not part of the panel. The audience questions at that event at the Carter Center last week ended up getting directed at her. Sally Yates will you please run for Congress? Sally Yates will you please run for Senate? Sally Yates we all know who you are now. We'd love you to run. Georgia Democrats say they are seriously lobbying Sally Yates to run for Georgia governor when that seat opens next year. Where did this alternate universe story come from?

CHAPTER 30 / 47 Discussion

CNBC Explains the Mandela Effect and CERN Theories

CNBC aired a report dismissing theories that the Large Hadron Collider at CERN created a rift into an alternate reality where Donald Trump became president. The report defined the "Mandela Effect" as a phenomenon where groups believe things that are "not true," which the hosts argue is a fundamental misunderstanding of the concept. They criticize the media for using "fake news" as a label to shut down speculative scientific discussion.

cnbc· mandela effect· cern· large hadron collider· alternate reality

1:39:41 Came from the alternate universe Unbelievable now we've been talking about it's pretty good. That's a good clip well wait until you hear this one and this comes from This is CNBC It's a serious report I guess maybe it was meant only for weekend release Now they do something interesting in this report they connect the Mandela effect to the alternate universe which is completely incorrect because we've explored the mandala effect but the well listen to it. We believe that there are alternate universes in play right now and one theory That exists is that these altas split the rift, the split happened when CERN kicked on the Large Hadron Collider again

1:40:30 And CNBC went out and talked to those guys about it. We are not living in an alternate reality, in case you were worried. That's according to physicists at the European Organization of Nuclear Research or CERN for short A spokesperson with the agency was responding to a trending idea that experiments at CERN caused the world to shift into an alternate reality In which Donald Trump became president The CERN spokesman said people shouldn't confuse the agency's work with science fiction CERN is best known for its Large Hadron Collider, a massive particle accelerator in Europe used to study subatomic physics. Believers in the strange theory cite the Mandela Effect, a phenomenon that occurs when large groups of people believe something that isn't true. They believe the effect has become more common since CERN began staging it's experiments. The bottom line? Rest assured, the physicists have labeled this as fake news!

1:41:21 There's so much in this. I love it! And this is NBC? CNBC, yeah. Oh, well actually CNBC probably tries to be the most objective because they're just talking about stock market stuff. So here's what I don't understand... What physicist would say no of course not you're not living in an alternate reality But you wouldn't a true physicist say, but it's possible. I think yeah. Maybe there are some number of dimensions going on here. There is all these dimensions they're all simultaneous or running. They could be running beside each other and then all of the sudden appear in the same at the same point in the same time maybe how can you do anything that explains what we're witnessing?

1:42:13 But how can you say it's not true, it's not happening without saying, you know, it's possible. It's possible! Yeah most of the physicists are... yeah they're the ones that believe in it To be a really high-end physicist You really have to be crazy because your brain is just completely dissociated Because the theories and stuff you understand, you actually understand Is not normal No, but it's also not normal not to acknowledge it. Acknowledge the possibility... Well they could be some sort of physics training and a physicist training okay boys here we're gonna do you're gonna hear this this and that in this and that yeah do not even get into it But what was to me almost more interesting is then saying that this is because of the Mandela effect definition according to NBC News CNBC

1:43:03 Mandela effect is when large group of people believe things that are not true. That's not the Mandela effect! That's not what that is No, it's not that does not anything near what it is and then somehow tie it all into hey It's fake news Right, unbelievable. Really that's what you came up with? You can't even put a story together that's interesting We need to get out of the story I need an ending Just say it's fake news Okay thanks good got it Good to go thank you perfect Exactly what we wanted And then of course Oh I have one more Okay go play that Well just... I'm gonna move away Don't move away too far No Will you see well

CHAPTER 31 / 47 Discussion

Academy Awards Politics and Casey Affleck's Speech

The hosts anticipate a highly political Academy Awards ceremony, citing Casey Affleck's "abhorrent" administration comments at the Spirit Awards as a preview. Joy Behar on *The View* defended celebrities using their platform for political advocacy. The hosts predict the show will be "boring and banal," suggesting a drinking game for every mention of "Russia" or "Cheetos."

1:43:53 When I play the view, you know that there's something else coming. So this is just an example of their alternate universe and of course... Okay before you play it, play my ISO screamer. Play it! Yeah yeah hold on, I don't have my regular setup. I'm trying to go as fast as I can. What is this? What is that? It's some raving lunatic that one of those stage, you know these town halls. These women are standing up now and they're just ranting about all kinds of crazy stuff it's fantastic! What did she say? I couldn't hear exactly My husband suffered from Alzheimer's and I don't know if you have insurance and this is gonna cost us... Just ranting it's ranting! My husband was dementia, alzheimer's plus multiple other things

1:44:40 Damn. Multiple other things. I'm gonna put that away, screamer... Put that on end of show. Alright this leads up to tonight Joy Behar on The View That's the thing i feel like you know too who much is given much is required and you have this significant significant platform sorry should probably set it up by saying this is about the conversation of tonight during the Academy Awards presentation that there will be lots of political speeches should they do it, should they not do it? That's the conversation. all the time and half the country yeah but it's repeated I've never seen an award show in Hollywood and sat back and been like wow they're advocating for a right-wing cause that so interesting. How loud is an award show? I'm subjected to Donald Trump, the biggest celebrity in the world have to listen to his baloney every minute

1:45:49 I want to hear from some other celebrities. I don't want to hear from that celebrity anymore people are really divorced baloney Yeah, okay well here we go with this you brought it up You open it you opened up the line of questioning. I did and you opened the door so I get to play This was from the spirit awards This is be very similar what you're gonna hear in the Academy Awards tonight. This is Casey Affleck And he is received the award for, I don't think he's going to receive it again but he received the award for best actor. Yes For, I guess, I don't know what the movie was, Manchester by The Sea Just say La La Land you're almost always right

1:46:26 Yeah, no this wasn't La La Land. It's the only one I was gonna say they still don't know whether La La Land is gonna sweep or not But here's the somebody explained La la land as a love letter to Los Angeles and everyone that's in the Academy is In there and they may vote it in that's why I read that and then actually said Really really bad for Hollywood movies? I haven't seen La La Land but apparently it's a lampooning or you know take off I have tried to watch it twice on the screener. I have a screener and i have yet to watch it because this is so corny, anyway here's Casey Affleck accepting his award this is the kind of thing you'll probably hear I thought it would be worth recording. Thank you LV2 for creating this opportunity

1:47:09 And now I'm going to do something that I know I shouldn't do, but they...I should just whisper it to myself in the bathroom. and i have whispered it to myself in the bathroom But uh..i feel like increasingly my kids don't listen to me unless its something im saying on TV so i just want to say thats the policies of this administration are abhorrent and they will not last They won't uh...and um You dont have to clap out of obligation It'll be over quicker if i just wrap up They're really un-American. And also, I was reading something that Ezra's mom wrote this week and she said it is a time to struggle for the future of the soul of our nation and so I know this feels preachy and boring and I'm preaching to the choir but I am just lending my little voice here to the chorus here saying all

1:48:06 You you are struggling. You're doing it so well and speaking up And I'm really proud to be a part of this community for that reason and because you give me trophies, and you cast me in movies and stuff like that So thank you all very very much That's it. Thank you He clearly has a problem parenting his kids You know this is yes really absolutely he's always mumbling in the bathroom apparently yeah, but does preaching to the choir This is a if this is gonna be at the Academy Awards. They're gonna have to put a stop to it This was the worst banal

1:48:44 Kind of statement about a guy who's been in office for a month He hasn't really done one thing or another so much so that you can condemn him And saying it is the worst ever and all the rest of it This is not gonna be a pleasant Academy Awards if they're gonna have this kind of speech. It's boring Oh, it's going to be well Maybe some maybe just do a drinking game every time the color orange is mentioned have a drink Cheetos. Cheetos, have a drink small hands have a drink yeah Putin Putin you have a drink of vodka I'm just not looking forward to this and the movies don't look that good either This is gonna be a bad Academy Award And I have to say that Tina the Keeper and I since we're here visiting We're going to dinner with dude named Ben here and his wife and we'll recording it at home will watch it tomorrow night

CHAPTER 32 / 47 Discussion

New York Times Oscar Ad and "The Principled Press"

The New York Times debuted its first-ever Oscar advertisement with the slogan "The Truth is More Important Than Ever." The hosts analyze the phrase "principled press" used by media commentators to distinguish legacy outlets from newer competitors. They suggest the ad serves as a "wink and a nudge" to Hollywood actors to continue their public opposition to the Trump administration.

new york times· oscars· advertising· principled press· media strategy

1:49:37 I need you know for professional reasons. I have to have a report obviously I have to see what's going on, but yeah It's gonna be horrible But the today show in The New York Times They're all in no matter who wins politics will likely take the stage Sunday if recent award shows like The Golden Globes or any indication we need the principled press to hold power to account, too. What is the principled press exactly? The principled- Oh that's a new one! Good catch! The principled press to how- That means the New York Times and WAPO! Wapo wapo wapo wapo! Hold on...the principled press let me write that down She says the principled press Yeah Screw all you other locals Hey all you losers who aren't in the principled press Hey losers just shut down

1:50:26 It's insulting. To account to call them on the carpet for every... I said something else, it was the principled press to hold power to account i think. Principled press to hold power to account to call them on the carpet for every... Call him on the carpet? Yeah! I like alliteration like that. Call em' ON THE CARPET Well we can do more alliteration this is good I like her a lot. This is fun. Caught him undercover The truth is our nation is more divided than ever the New York Times will even debut its first-ever Oscars ad with the message The truth is more important than ever the sign that with millions watching Hollywood's biggest night could become it's most political What I don't understand Is the New York Times making ads? They did an ad they've done ads before like 30 40 years ago

1:51:20 They did an ad TV at for the I guess they're gonna. I think it's been running or they're gonna run in the cat Why are they doing that? What is died? I'm curious, I don't know why not you mentioned it again preaching to the choir. I have no idea Back maybe so encourage here's a here's an idea as a thought is a conspiracy thought oh The idea is to treat It's like an ad with trigger words and it that'll get these these crazy actors and actresses to start Go nuts on the stage. Yeah, okay. I agree that it's gotta be you know this world sucks because of this red-headed green eyed monster that's in the office pumpkin head Cheeto man yeah you're right it's about its a validation is what it is validating what the actors can now do it's an oh he's a wink wink nudge dodge it's okay you go actors we're all behind ya

CHAPTER 33 / 47 Discussion

Robert Davi's Open Letter to Hollywood Regarding Refugees

Actor Robert Davi published an open letter challenging Hollywood celebrities to invite illegal immigrants and refugees as their guests to the Academy Awards and after-parties. He argued that if celebrities oppose borders and law enforcement, they should open their own homes and events to those they claim to support. The hosts praise the letter for exposing the perceived hypocrisy of the wealthy elite in Bel Air.

robert davi· oscars· refugees· illegal immigrants· hollywood hypocrisy

1:52:12 Yeah, we'll be taking notes because this is gonna be good material. You're gonna get a lot of free publicity So go for it because we're with you they're gonna ruin their careers potentially But that your New York Times are going to write it up in positive way I introduced you to villain character actor Robert Davi earlier He has a very good idea For all of these fabulous Hollywood actors and other people accepting awards It's people attending in general he says This is great. I love that you have such big hearts for... In actuality, he wrote an open letter to Hollywood and to the Academy about this And his argument was why not let immigrants legal and illegal enjoy all of America? Invite them as your guests to the Academy Awards 3500 seats at the Oscars

1:53:02 And there's other parties all around town, the Vanity Fair party. Let them come as guests. Give 3,000 tickets to the illegal immigrants, the criminals, the refugees... let them enjoy The Wolfgang Kock dinners and The Governor's Ball and the entertainment! I think it is about time that Hollywood which they do great things and I respect all those talents by the way Yes! I disagree vehemently with the message their giving America So i want have all of the migrants, so if you're listening Converge on Hollywood Boulevard on the night of the Oscars and be guests of all the people that believe we should have a country of no law and No order I don't want any barriers, and I say that they're men in blue the police officers

1:53:40 Hollywood shouldn't hire them to protect them anymore. Of course not! They shouldn't have those protections I mean the hypocrisy of it all you know and then after the party bring tents and camp out in Bel Air There's nine acre homes, there are a lot of acres I think they should camp out there and see what happens And this is with love in my heart This is with love in my heart. That's how you sign the peace, with great love! I think we should even just invite some of them right there from wherever they might be in Budapest right now and bring them over and say come on Habibi, come to the Oscars. I mean it's sad that they don't know look at there's a lot of people Let me let me put the caveat of this A lot of people in Hollywood have big hearts a lot of talents have big hearts But I think a lot of them do for sure absolutely and they do great things but for some reason They've lost sight of the American worker. They've locked side of America the blue collar of America

CHAPTER 34 / 47 Discussion

Lionel's Rant on the Death of Mainstream Media

Media commentator Lionel delivered a rant comparing the mainstream media to a "dead star" whose light is still reaching Earth even though the source has burned out. He argued that the media's 24/7 anti-Trump narrative is a sign of its irrelevance. The hosts agree, noting that the "big giant behemoths" are failing because their business models do not translate to the internet age.

lionel· rt· mainstream media· trump· music business

1:54:30 and what America stood for. I thought it was fantastic. This is getting better by the week, our show is improving because of the craziness of the second dimension. Yes! Oh, the second dimension very nice. Yeah we were... How about let's play some off here's a hit well there's actually got a lot of clips left but you're gonna run out time. Okay but we'll do one more and then we'll go to break for the D block okay well let's

1:55:15 I've got a Lionel rant that is pretty funny. Normally, Lionel's on RT and Lionel's an ex-lawyer used to be on WABC or one of these stations in New York. would do always do these rants, which is rare in television nowadays. But but this particular rant is good because and I'm not going to run these rants maybe once a year on this will be it. It's short. It's a little rant and he does a little twist at the end that I just thought was very creative because because he he does so well. He really a good ranter for the longest time. The American public has been held hostage by these people who've had a monopoly with his hard

1:56:00 haughty, hubristic attitude that they know better. Let me let everyone around the world know this you have no idea the 24-7 incessant drumbeat of everything that is anti Trump look I'm not standing up for the man i didn't vote for the man! I'm not here to push his agenda I'm telling you the facts Everything about Trump, his family, his daughter, his sons. His hands! The color of his skin! But I've got a little news for these folks because they don't realize this

1:56:41 Sometimes when a star burns out millions of years ago, it takes a long time for the light to reach the earth. And you think you still see the star but it's not there! That's the mainstream media they don't know they're dead!" I agree yeah we've been fighting fake news for the entire life of the show. The show that's what deconstruction does now shows that you got the basis for the stories or bogus, or they're controlled by a public relations company. Or all those sort of things that you run into? Well I have maybe then... And now that they've got native advertising just makes it just a joke. Oh yeah exactly! Well its slow motion collapse The music business was first Number one album this week with whopping 17 thousand sold is the soundtrack to La-La Land

1:57:38 Come on people come on. There's no music business anymore Everything else books are still kind of doing pretty decent I guess this is not the sharing culture very old-fashioned Yeah, well, I mean the music you know what really good doing okay? No no music business Oh the music business oh yeah, it's like saying there's and there's no writing You know of course There's always writing, there's always music. People like to play music, people like to sing. Radio is dying. And the news business is doing fine it's just scattered now and it's all over the place and the big giant behemoths are having trouble because they can't make their model work over the internet. Yes exactly. It's that simple. Before we go I'd thank a few more people The Trump administration changed the guidance

CHAPTER 35 / 47 Discussion

Transgender Guidance and the American College of Pediatricians

The Trump administration rescinded federal guidance regarding transgender bathroom use in schools, framing it as a states' rights issue. In this context, the hosts discuss a report from the American College of Pediatricians titled "Gender Ideology Harms Children." The report argues that human sexuality is a biological binary and that conditioning children to accept "chemical and surgical impersonation" is harmful.

transgender· title ix· american college of pediatricians· gender dysphoria· dsm-5

1:58:30 on use of bathrooms, transgender bathrooms. Transgender which bathrooms they want to use this is mainly towards schools and was very clear this is a state's right issue send it back I don't want to go down the marijuana route but I do want to say that also maybe there's maybe it's a red herring and they're going to use that so you know what we're also sending marijuana back to the states which is also where that belongs But the transgender issue, like this is guidance which you pointed out perfectly on the previous program that didn't know the guidance is still valid. It's still there it's just you know The Trump administration now saying we shouldn't be providing you guidance if you want to read it That's what we thought but this should be something that you arrange in your own state Which I think appropriate

1:59:16 And I think most liberals who are all for marijuana seem to think the same thing. So there's a lot of confusion and double standards. Are you for it with marijuana? Or why not this? A lot of double standards. Make up your minds! But this transgender thing is a big deal, and it comes out in the backdrop...in the background of an updated report from The American College of Pediatricians which isn't uh..you know It's a real group. It's a trade organization, I guess is what you'd call it. Yeah, I think it would be something like that and they've updated a lot of conferences and they all talk to each other and they learn what's going on And I wanted to share this because the star that has long ago burned out and whose light we still see the mainstream corporate media Does not report on this gender ideology harms children now This is from The Pediatricians and I think it's worth reading

2:00:10 The American College of Pediatricians urges healthcare professionals, educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts not ideology determine reality." Now that I think about it, I want to make sure this is not some crazy organization but what i could see these guys are legit So here are their arguments. One, human sexuality is an objective biological binary trait XY and XX are genetic markers of male and female respectively not genetic markers of a disorder so now they're calling it a disorder

2:00:53 The norm for human is designed to be conceived either male or female. Human sexuality is binary by design, with the obvious purpose being the reproduction and flourishing of our species. This principle is self-evident. The exceedingly rare disorders of sexual development—SDSDs, including but not limited to testicular feminization and congenital adrenal hyperplasia Whoa are all medically identifiable deviations from the sexual go from the sexual binary norm and oh, and what? He said it's just funny the way you position Jack this donor dude you get like testicular feminization in congenital adrenal hyperplasia Oh Man

2:01:46 Individual with DSDs, also referred to as intersex do not constitute a third sex. Two no one is born with a gender everyone is born with the biological sex gender and psychological concept not an objective biological one I don't have to go into detail on that Three A person's belief that he or she is something they are not is at best a sign of confused thinking I can't wait for this to... someone should report on this when an otherwise healthy... You think? When an otherwise... Probably we have to have meetings to report on this. Oh, geez! What are we gonna do?! Oh it'd be horrible When an otherwise healthy biological boy believes he is a girl or an otherwise healthy biological girl believes she is a boy, an objective psychological problem exists that lies in the mind not the body and it should be treated as such. These children suffer from gender dysphoria. Gender Dysphoria GD formerly listed as gender identity disorder is recognized men... is a recognized mental disorder in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical

2:02:47 manual the American Psychiatric Association DSM-5. The psychodynamic and social learning theories of gender disorder and gender identity disorder have never been disproven 4. Puberty is not a disease and puberty-blocking hormones can be dangerous. Yeah, this is crazy stuff that's happening. Reversible or not, puberty blocking hormones induce the state of disease—the absence of puberty—and inhibit growth and fertility in a previously biologically healthy child." And these people have something to say about so called... what is it? Conversion therapy

CHAPTER 36 / 47 Discussion

Puberty Blockers, Sterility, and Child Abuse Allegations

Continuing the discussion on gender ideology, the hosts cite statistics from the American College of Pediatricians claiming that most gender-confused children eventually accept their biological sex after puberty. They highlight the risks of permanent sterility and increased suicide rates associated with sex reassignment. The report explicitly labels the conditioning of children into these medical paths as "child abuse."

puberty blockers· cross-sex hormones· sterility· suicide rates· child abuse

2:03:31 No, that's horrible. But this? Nah just blocking puberty According to the DSM-5 which of course I think is full of shit but okay As many as 98% oh there you go Of gender confused boys and 88% of gender confused girls eventually accept their biological sex after naturally passing through puberty This is really...this is some good information here No, you gotta dope the kids up before that happens. The parents are all in on this by the way. There's a lot of like Munchausen's by proxy people that just let their kid become a freak because they just think it's a great idea so little 12 year old and next thing you know they're

2:04:14 Oh, little Johnny let's cut his dick off. It'd be great because then we have a kid-a great kid that would really get us a lot of attention. Oh man you know there is some of that going on and it's probably... I think there is a lot of it going on We've had clips with these parents oh yeah you're right That's what he wants Yeah its the parents like Casey Affleck who can't discipline kids thats who doing this Yeah, instead mumbles in the bathroom that and I don't take that back. I'll take that back But you can do whatever you want to do you can let your kid Do whatever you wanted it? I really don't care It's all fine with me a bit and then I hope it really makes everybody happy as I have no problem whatsoever I know plenty of trans people. I don't care I really don't care but I think this is important information for parents and children alike and educators And you know all kinds of people

2:05:04 A couple more here. We have a lot of trans listeners, and you know, a lot of it could be from the atrazine or a lot of it can be natural because chimeras I think exist where we have both male and female DNA in you and you got to make a choice and sometimes it creates all kinds of problems there's a lot of issues here but I think what we're talking about so we don't offend any of those particular listeners...we're talking about a kid like 11 year old who Younger, we're talking seven year olds. We've had stories about that. It's decided by these parents who are freaks and that's the freaks we're talking about they're gonna start giving the kid all kinds of crazy drugs to screw him up

2:05:47 instead of letting them develop naturally. Check it out, pre-sex prepubertal children who use puberty blockers to impersonate the opposite sex will require cross sex hormones in late adolescence this combination leads to permanent sterility These children will never be able to conceive any genetically related children even via artificial reproductive technology. In addition, cross-sex hormones testosterone and estrogen are associated with dangerous health risks including but not limited to cardiac disease high blood pressure blood clots stroke diabetes and cancer

2:06:27 Anal leakage I think too, but they didn't put that in there. 7. Rates of suicide are nearly 20 times greater among adults who use cross-sex hormones and undergo sex reassignment surgery even in Sweden which is on the among the most LGBTQ affirming countries What compassionate and reasonable person that says here would condemn young children to this fate knowing that after puberty as many as 88% of girls and 98 percent boys will eventually accept reality, and achieve a state of mental and physical health? Aids conditioning children into believing in lifetime chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and helpful is child abuse. Whoa there they go! Well that's what you've been saying all along Yeah yeah that why I dinged him

2:07:14 Endorsing gender discordance as normal via public education and legal policies will confuse children and parents, leading more children to present to gender clinics," I guess that's where they go the school and say hey we're gonna have a little session at gender clinic. Where they'll be given puberty blocking drugs This, in turn virtually ensures they will choose a lifetime of carcinogenic and otherwise toxic cross-sex hormones and likely consider unnecessary surgical mutilation of their healthy body parts as young adults.

CHAPTER 37 / 47 Discussion

Media Framing of Transgender Rights and Caitlyn Jenner

The hosts contrast the pediatricians' report with mainstream media coverage that frames the administration's policy shift as "denying students' rights" and "tearing at the social fabric." They also discuss Caitlyn Jenner's public response to Trump and a listener's claim about a political schism within the transgender community based on hormone use. They predict Jenner may eventually "transition back" to Bruce for a book deal.

2:07:52 Signed by President of the American College of Pediatricians, Vice-President of the American College of Pediatricians Distinguished Service Professor in Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical Center Former Psychiatrist in Chief at John Hopkins Medical Center I'll read that again. Former Psychiatrist in Chief at John Hopkins Medical Center But this is how the mainstream media talks about it. What's striking to me is that the president is willing to wade into this area of denying students' rights at a time when gay rights have come so far, so fast in this country and really has been bipartisan too Also striking to me that as with the Supreme Court justice pick he is perfectly happy to spark a huge ideological battle It helps him unite conservatives even social conservatives at a time where he has low approval ratings

2:08:41 and where there's not just the left but also aspects of the center are politically opposed to him. The president is beginning to tear at the social fabric of the country in addition he's threatening to take away a major new entitlement which has been given so they're talking about rights and entitlements but what about the child abuse? Oh won't somebody please think of the children It was a transgender or cross-dresser who wrote in saying that he made it, I think it's in the Bay Area. Or she...or he! Or they? The person said that

2:09:26 There's a huge schism in that community. Oh, and he says the schism as far as he could tell was there were two types of transgender folks or including the crossdressers is confusing He said that the ones who took hormones to maintain like voice and some of these other Which is not which is not Caitlyn Jenner I might point out right The ones who took hormones And I think it applies to Caitlyn Jenner too. All of them that take hormones all voted for Hillary and all the ones who didn't take hormones, all voted for Trump." Really? Yeah! Huh... well that's interesting. Well and then that does fall right in line with Caitlyn Jenner who was a Republican and yeah, she voted for Trump

2:10:17 But I didn't clip it but she came out and did this thing about the transgendered because it would it seemed like just looking at Bruce And and I want, I'm sorry Caitlin. I want to remind everyone your assertion early on was this is going to end huge book deal They already had the reality show not the big success they wanted because guess what? It's boring They have very boring topic. Sorry Yes, very boring. Oh very boring yeah and so Caitlyn Jenner did this piece where oh Mr Trump you know call me he got a damn was tweeting about it I saw the video which was really it was just so crappy, but it looked like you know Caitlin Just threw on a dress and no makeup didn't even try to come here to disguise the boys Which is very how are you doing? But it's not that's not typical. I will say that's not typical of the chant transgender path to not attempt to change your voice and I don't know

Associate Executive Producer Donations and Safe Districts

The hosts read a list of donations from Associate Executive Producers, including a "boots on the ground" report from Maxine Waters' district. The donor noted that the district is heavily gerrymandered to ensure her re-election, which the hosts describe as a "sanctuary for the congressman." They thank various international donors from Germany, Australia, and across the United States for their support.

Birthday Celebrations and Knighting Ceremony

The hosts conduct a formal knighting ceremony for Peter Ruthven (Sir Peter of Sydney's North Shore) and AJ van Steenbergen (Sir Dogbert of the Social Underverse) for their $1,000 donations. They also acknowledge several producer birthdays and clarify a donation discrepancy involving Australian exchange rates. The segment concludes with the traditional "hookers and blow" litany for the new knights.

Nicholas Kristof's "Deadly Husbands" Op-Ed and Glenn Greenwald

The New York Times published an op-ed by Nicholas Kristof claiming that "husbands are deadlier than terrorists" due to firearm access. Meanwhile, Glenn Greenwald appeared on *Democracy Now* to discuss the "deep state." The hosts briefly digress into a discussion about whether Greenwald's facial appearance is due to Bell's Palsy or a "Mandela Effect" shift in their memory of him.

nicholas kristof· new york times· glenn greenwald· democracy now· bell's palsy

2:20:16 Heading over to NoahGeneration.com slash rings and let Eric the shill know where everything be sent off to And thank you very much I saw a tweet yesterday of a night ring with a certificate in the ceiling wax, so it's good Yeah Look at my retweets look at my retweets baby That's what all happening One of our producers sent this piece in, they sent a page from the New York Times and I wanted to at least mention it because it was Nicholas Kristof wrote it. It was... And I just had one quote from one paragraph This is again you know one of these this is the whole New York Times if you look at The New York Times especially op-ed pages just Trump hate. Yeah unbelievable yeah it is Husbands are deadlier than terrorists that has as their headline he's got a graph in here says

2:21:08 Above all, fear spouses. He's talking about terrorists and this bullcrap that he's muscling anyone who is dangerous at all. Above all fear spouses husbands are incomparably more deadly in America than jihadist terrorists because the husbands are so deadly in part because in America they have ready access to firearms even when they have a history of violence Come on! Yeah that'll do it I want to thank that's Andrew M. Andrew Jones. Don't raff, don't raff! Greg Greenwald was on Democracy Now and I felt like I was kind of... How does he look? Does his belt fall better? You know what? I gotta tell you it's almost gone

2:21:54 Okay, good. Now it was there was an odd shadow on that side of his face the right side of his face I know and couldn't tell if that was just the lighting he also is still kind of turning His head away a little bit which you know as well as this left side of his face It had the bells ballsy But if the right side would look that looked weird it was less no no it's left for the viewers right for him I'm pretty sure No, no yeah, I was on them for the viewers at the right side. No it was the left side Well, no it was not the left side bothered me Well, you don't remember the side. Yeah I do! Mandela effect, mandela effect, mandela effect... No it's a mandela effect. Could be could be. I have no doubt about it and maybe he never had palsy at all? How about that? That gotcha there didn't it? He is definitely a Trump hater but he speaks truth to truth

CHAPTER 41 / 47 Discussion

Glenn Greenwald on the CIA's "Soft Coup" Against Trump

Glenn Greenwald argued that the CIA is actively subverting Donald Trump because his "America First" foreign policy is antithetical to the agency's regime-change goals in Syria. He characterized the intelligence community's leaks and withholding of information as a "soft coup" that is dangerous to democracy. Greenwald also noted a "disturbing double standard" where liberals who once decried classified leaks are now cheering them.

glenn greenwald· cia· deep state· syria· soft coup· leaks

2:22:51 And he came on, he talked about what is going on within the deep state. Yes? He... yeah well one thing is that's also a deep-state hater and he's also a hater of people who exaggerate... I kind of think what he's thinking about with this Trump hate is hey let's hate Trump for the right reasons! Yeah that's a great way to categorize it Yeah, exactly. A three-parter and well worth it I feel here he is and he makes an accusation about the deep state which of course is the intelligence agencies and and the dust apparatus that is working underneath the top level government we see one of the main priorities of the CIA for the last five years has been a proxy war in Syria designed to achieve regime change with the Assad regime

2:23:38 Hillary Clinton was not only for that, she was critical of Obama for not allowing it to go further and wanted to impose a No-Fly Zone in Syria and confront the Russians. Donald Trump took exactly the opposite view he said We shouldn't care who rules Syria. We should allow the Russians and even help the Russians kill ISIS and al-Qaida, and other people in Syria." So Trump's agenda that he ran on was completely antithetical to what the CIA wanted. Clinton's was exactly what the CIA wanted. And so they were behind her. And so they've been trying to undermine Trump for many months throughout the election, and now that he won—

2:24:14 They are not just undermining him with leaks, but actively subverting him. There's claims that they're withholding information from him on the grounds that they don't think he should have it and can be trusted with it. They are empowering themselves to enact policy. I hadn't heard about this withholding information. We had a clip on The Last Show. Then for whatever reason, I don't recall it. Yeah, and he's been bitching about it. And rightfully so! People say oh that's bullcrap because he gets everything. No we had a clip in the last show from an ex-CIA guy who... Oh yeah yes I remember now Who bitched about it too This of course is dangerous according to Greenwald? It is Now I happen to think that the Trump presidency is extremely dangerous You just listed off in your news account

2:24:58 And it is important to resist them. having the Democratic Party engage in self-critique to ask itself how it can be a more effective political force than the United States, after it has collapsed on all levels. That isn't what— So, what this resistance is now doing— There you go. —what they're doing instead is trying to take maybe the only faction worse than Donald Trump— You nailed it, John. It's exactly what he wants. Which is the deep state, the CIA with its histories of atrocities and say they ought to almost engage in like a soft coup where they take the elected president and prevent him from enacting his policies.

2:25:52 It's extremely dangerous to do that. And so, to urge the CIA and the intelligence community empower itself to undermine the elected branches of government is insanity! That is a prescription for destroying democracy overnight in the name of saving it. And yet there are so many not just neocons but the neocons' allies in the Democratic Party are now urging and cheering, and it's incredibly warped and dangerous to watch them do that. Yes, yep Rob Reiner. Yeah great example exactly Final clip in the series here and of course Greenwald knows a lot about dealing with confidential information He was part of the entire system that published Snowden's Data but there's of course a big double standard for example there have been lots of claims made on

2:26:43 about the communications that General Flynn had with Russian diplomats and what these transcripts supposedly reflect, and yet nobody has seen the transcripts. We've seen little bits and pieces of them. We haven't seen the whole transcript." We ought to see that whole transcript. And my colleague John Schwartz who wrote that piece is absolutely right—that it's within President Trump's power to order it instantly declassified. There's no review of that decision, and then it can be made public. On the other hand, It is really bizarre to hear people suggest that the president now ought to take the most sensitive intercepts that the government is capable of obtaining, which is how they eavesdrop on Russian officials inside the Kremlin and just toss them to the public. Like there's no problem at all with doing that. I think what you're seeing here is this really disturbing double standard

2:27:38 that all we've heard since the war on terror is that classified information is sacred and anybody who leaks it is treasonous and satanic, and belongs in jail for a really long time. And now classified information seems to be something that's just a plaything—like something that we just toss around for fun if it serves a certain agenda. I think that that's one of the issues that's bothering me about the way this discourse is unfolding." Glenn Greenwald as a unifier of the split universe. Hey, we're the unifiers of the split universe! We're straddling! He's... I forgot. We're straddling. We're straddlers. I need a T-shirt. I'm a stradler. That's all it needs to say. Yeah, well, I like him. I like Greenwald

CHAPTER 42 / 47 Discussion

German BND Spying on International Journalists

*Der Spiegel* reported that the German foreign intelligence service (BND) has been spying on at least 50 media organizations and journalists, including the BBC, since 1999. The surveillance included monitoring telephone numbers, faxes, and emails. The hosts express surprise that journalists are not more diligent about encryption and security given the long history of state surveillance.

bnd· germany· der spiegel· bbc· surveillance· journalism

2:28:28 Don't agree with him, but I'm a lot of things about but did you catch wind of all this? To me it seemed a little coincidental that it comes out right now About the Germans the BSD which we pretty much. Oh yes. I have a clip great cuz because these guys are good BSD is well-known These guys are great spies Well, the BND. I'm sorry, B-A-Y, I want to say BSD. That's Linux. BND is... yeah they're spying. By the way when this report came out I thought the exact same thing this is very odd that this is coming out right now and why? Yeah. I didn't get the why part. We'll discuss.

2:29:25 There's a lot of anger and outrage here in Germany over this whole incident. Der Spiegel magazine, in its weekend edition has published allegations that the German foreign intelligence service, the BND was spying for several years over a number of media organizations now these include the BBC The allegations are offspine on

2:30:08 the BND has the telephone numbers of at least 50 media houses as well as journalists and not just their telephone numbers but also they faxed numbers and they email addresses. And that the surveillance goes back as far as 1999 Yeah, you know what? You know what amazes me are these journalists so arrogant that they don't think that we don't have to encrypt anything or use any precautions with the media where the press I'm surprised they're listening to us. Are they really that stupid? I'm not sure what to make of that, I guess they are. Unless there may be aware of it...I mean we don't know if their not aware or never talked any of them. Were you aware the Germans were spying on ya? We kinda suspected. They can say that its possible. Kinda figured

CHAPTER 43 / 47 Discussion

John Kasich's White House Meeting and Pilot Analogy

Ohio Governor John Kasich met with Donald Trump at the White House to discuss the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansion. Kasich used a "pilot analogy," stating that even if you didn't vote for the pilot, you want him to fly the plane successfully. The hosts note Kasich's "dazed" appearance and his shift from being a vocal Trump critic to a collaborator on healthcare policy.

john kasich· affordable care act· medicaid· white house· pilot analogy

2:31:03 We have most you know, sometimes I'm where your meeting or it's although today's journalists on the phone all the time But you have a lot of meetings in person. They can't do much there right? I mean they could but it's to death know where you were that the planet bug an advance Yeah hard Let's keep going to the same place all the time then. I'm sure this rigged I Saw as I was watching C-SPAN I saw Kasich come out of the White House and Now, Kasich ran against Iran in the Republican primaries. He and the United States... Yeah he was eliminated fast. Just annoying that's the reason I think. Yeah but he was very... He's kind of a mushy mouth and he is very annoying and he likes to...I thought more of a braggart than Trump. And he was... We did this we did that. And he was very anti-Trump

2:31:55 I hated him because i think he called him something. He says well that's why you're at the end of the line there like last place so he comes now, he already has kind of like a dazed look on his face most of the time Like kind of like an old dog I have no other way to put it. It was definitely a dog and he came out but like in he's shuffling You know? And he looked... he looked like someone who was who you know, he put a house coat on him. He looked like a confused dude Yeah, how'd I get here? What is their football game on later and the reason is because not only did he have a nice meeting with the president but they're kind of agreeing on all the same things in particular when it comes to the Affordable Health Care Act we had a Had a long meeting with the president in the Oval Office. I'd say for about that on those add And I did snip out a lot of pauses because just I'm saying that because

2:32:53 He was confused. It had taken a while to get to his words from time-to-time. In minutes of it, it was the two of us and I would tell you that the president was very responsive to my concerns about the Affordable Care Act Medicaid expansion he said he was very intrigued with the idea and is going have a meeting tomorrow at his direction to Secretary Price So we'll have a meeting tomorrow to talk about the details of the things that my team has been working on. Don't know where that will all go, but I will tell you that the president was

2:33:32 You know, he listened very carefully to what I had to say about it and had a very positive response. And he was very open to it and asked a number of questions. And then he was able to call a couple other people in We talked about the whole range of issues including the high cost of pharmaceuticals contained in the Medicaid plan which is very interesting. I made my suggestions about what we should do in regard to those rising costs. Did your opinion of the president change at all? You didn't seem particularly impressed with him as an individual during the election campaign... Look, man is the President United States it's sort of like being on an airplane you want a route for the pilot if you're on the airplane with the pilot I mean you don't want the pilot to screw up Oh that makes nothing but sense

CHAPTER 44 / 47 Discussion

Naloxone Price Gouging and Generic Drug Costs

The price of Naloxone, a generic drug used to reverse opioid overdoses, has seen massive increases, with some products jumping over 500% in price. The hosts discuss how a medication that once cost less than a dollar is now being sold in auto-injectors for thousands of dollars. They characterize this as "scandalous" price gouging by pharmaceutical companies during a public health crisis.

naloxone· big pharma· price gouging· opioid crisis· generic drugs

2:34:20 And I'd like the little nugget in there, expanding Medicaid. Which is something you've been talking about? No, I've been talking about expanding Medicare. Ah he said Medi...I thought he said Medic...well then I'm not so happy about that nugget. Did he say Medicaid or Medicare? I guess it's Medicaid. I don't know, now that you mention it, I didn't know that was the nugget. That's what I thought the nugget was but maybe… Well what does expanding Medicaid then? That makes no sense. There are medicaid's everywhere. I mean right now it's kind of the emergency, it's like the fallback We're gonna have to do a show. We gotta get some solid, maybe he meant Medicare? I mean the way to go is just to do Medicare for everyone and the system's already set up it's known to work and then you can go after these drug companies. Do you have the clip that was last shows clip about the no nuroxin or something in caps? I was going to move it today show and play it but- It's on the... Nuroxin?

2:35:22 It's our no knocks it in there something is that stuff you shoot up. You shoot up heroin overdoses with oh, no that's Whatever it is I'm gonna look I'm gonna look I'm gonna look at them on the last program 906 yeah Okay, here we go looking under and Knox alone Noxalone. Noxalone, noxalone alright? Playing noxolone. Noxone into the hands of opioid users and their loved ones In California you can now buy the drug in pharmacies with or without a prescription but as the push to distribute naloxone grows so too has its price

2:36:02 It just makes me so angry to hear that because it is such an old medication. It's a generic medication." Decades ago for medical professionals, a shot cost anywhere from 20 cents to $1. But another report details how the price of some naloxone products recently jumped. One injectable used as nasal spray saw a price increase of 95%. A multi-dose vial went up by 129% massive increase in the price of that medication is scandalous. But the most dramatic increases with a new easy-to-use auto injector called Evzio, in 2014 a two pack listed at $690 today it's priced at four thousand five hundred dollars a 550% increase some ER doctors see these price increases as gouging

CHAPTER 45 / 47 Discussion

Medical Billing Problems and Pharmaceutical Lobbying

Former hospital administrator Steven Weissman argues that the U.S. has a "medical price problem" rather than an insurance problem. He notes that the healthcare industry spends more on lobbying than the defense and oil industries combined, which prevents politicians from addressing transparent pricing. The hosts agree that the current system is a "huge scam" designed to extract maximum profit from patients and insurance companies.

medical billing· healthcare· lobbying· big pharma· insurance

2:36:58 Wow, yes think I was not think is gouging it gets worse. I wasn't even gonna play this clip But now that you played that one Steve Steven Weissman former hospital administrator. I think a hospital in Philadelphia mmm pencil, I'm not sure he Opens up here about pricing within the insurance system. You can call me a cynic, but the healthcare industry spends more on lobbying than the oil and gas industry defense industry and aerospace industry combined And I can tell you that all our politicians are approaching the problem from the wrong end Everybody has everybody's got a health care plan Tucker which you probably know better than anybody else in the country

2:37:42 It's repeal Obamacare, replace Obamacare, amend Obamacare. And all of the plans are based on the false idea that we have an insurance problem in the United States when what we really have in the United States is a health care billing problem, medical price problem. Insurance is only there to pay the medical bills right? Medical bills are what the real problem is. The one thing that every politician avoids talking about like the plague is medical pricing Healthcare pricing is sick. There's no such thing as a market price It's hard to believe that this is an issue that they're missing I think it has something to do with the lobbying power of the industry You know you ask the price of any service, you can't get a straight answer The only question-the only answer your allowed again Is what insurance do you have? Right Everybody's price depends on how much can be extracted from you personally and then the consumer, the patient

2:38:38 is helpless and hopeless. We can't shop because there's no real pricing, we depend on the healthcare provider to tell us what our individual price is supposed to be but when nobody will tell you that the patient comes right after you for the exact same service may be paying one-tenth of what your paying or ten times more than your paying. Yeah! There you go I didn't know about the lobby, I don't know if thats true No, I believe it's true and I think a lot of it has all big pharma Yeah, and I that but big pharmas and they're the ones who are jacking these prices up which make it everything more expensive And just ratchet and a ratchets up the price of the insurance yeah Which is the idea because the insurance companies only make in small percentage? But if their small percentages off of a million is one thing at the same exact same small percentage is off of 10 billion That's another number altogether he recounted a story of lady who had gone to the same pharmacy for decades and been always received

2:39:35 I always got her medication for, I think it was $100. And then she got her super duper Obamacare insurance and all of a sudden the charge was $300! And of course she has a large deductible so she was you know two hundred dollars more out-of-pocket and this charging based upon what we can get in...and the known fact that's talked about many times there is really 28 cents to the dollar that the doctors get at doctors, hospitals all the reimbursements. That's what the insurance companies tap it down to so yeah it is a huge scam pricing It's an outrageous scam and I will say Trump is one of the few people ever talk about the pricing that's the good news Yeah I don't know if he's gonna be able do a damn thing about because other things then I think another reason there's so much Trump hate The medias all in on this especially the big networks They're getting bulk of money they rely on drug ads

2:40:32 They're making all their money from drug ads. We've gone through the ad breakdown on these various shows between the blocks that did on ABC, where it says drug ad, drug ad, drug ad, drug ad, and then there's maybe a car ad. It's drug ad, drug ad... Well and it's always truck month I mean let's be honest. There is always good time for trucks. I do want to thank our producer, I forget his name CS, for putting up a petition on whitehouse.gov I'm very proud of this, and I'd like everyone to sign this petition. Please ban clicking cameras from the White House press briefing room! It's distracting to listen too." That's a good one. So far... do we have any? Well, you should go click on it. I think we have zero. But I have a clip that I want to get out of the way because it is a one-shot

CHAPTER 46 / 47 Discussion

University Bias Response Teams and "Thought Crimes"

Research by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Education (FIRE) revealed that over 230 American colleges have "Bias Response Teams" that encourage students to report offensive speech. These teams can impose penalties ranging from sensitivity training to suspension for "thought crimes." The hosts describe this as a "dark age" for the American academy and a universal demand from student activists.

2:41:32 Are you familiar with bias response teams? I've heard it's something this must be something on university campuses or some yes It is and I check it out. You can go look it up, and there's college after college that have these things Oh no And it's like in fact that was just looking it up when I ran into University of Northern Iowa And they have a bias response team, and there's all these purpose. Bias-response incidents can contribute to an unsafe environment and have a negative effect on an individual group in the campus community. Therefore, the university maintains a bias reporting team, BRT—this is little different but same thing—the purpose of the BRTs support and encourage appropriate use of reporting process for bias related incidents any bias you have." But here's a clip that's kind of discussing it in more detail

2:42:17 Well, it is a dark age. An age of darkness in the American academy according to research by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Education called FIRE hundreds of colleges around this country have policies encouraging students to report any offensive speech or other crime think they overhear from their classmates once such thought crime is reported squads with Orwellian names like bias incident response team swoop in and impose all manner penalties these range from sensitivity training to suspension How did we get here exactly? Robert Shibley is the executive director of FIRE and he joins us now. Robert, thanks a lot for coming on. Thanks very much for having me. It's hard to believe this is real bias response teams not only is it real its really horrifyingly widespread We found more than 230 of these teams in our searches across campuses nationwide and were sure there are more that we haven't identified The ones we've found though cover and they monitor the speech 2.84 million students

2:43:12 So the idea is that the school is sending out students to tattle on other students for saying things they believe are offensive, indecent and inappropriate. What's the standard? In some cases in the standard varies but they're actually trying to seek out bias and destroy it on campuses so through a series of online forms that you often fill out or just encouraging students if we see something say something on some of these biased response team websites. They're encouraging people to come forward and they say if you hear something that's biased, then that can be... That can be bad. Anything apparently I need this t-shirt On the back yellow letters like DEA FBI it says a bias response team on the front. I straddle. I don't know if you need the I straddle on that shirt because then your mixing messages. I think just bias responsive BRT

2:44:07 BRT. Yeah, the BRT. Now I'm looking if you look at the list of whole list of this stuff when you do a search and get stuff there's one on here that cracks me up but every school has them they're called bias incidence response team bias response team biased reporting Bias this and bias that but here's all these schools is unbelievable, but here's the one that cracks me up This is from it says biased incidents response team And it's from the San Diego continuing education It's like a night school for adults who of course need a biased response team. I mean give me a break

2:44:47 And this has been going on... I'm stunned by this. Tucker Carlson put this on, and I didn't know that. But I knew there was shit like this going on or crap, sorry. It's okay. Stunned that it is almost universal! It's almost demanded so you have to- And that's the point. It is demanded by the children to the parents who are footing the bill. Well when you're paying that much to go to school if it was free they could say we don't care what you think. But no. No, this is-this is the... This is the end! Sorry? This is the end of the climate date? No I just had my finger slipped. My finger slipped. Slip of thicc thumb. Slippage. I got other stuff but we can push it off and finish this today and then uh... Yes. Let's get more stuff on Thursday. I am a proud card carrying member of the Tourette's Tick team. I'd like that tee shirt as well please. Tick reporting. Tick. Tourette's

Show Outro and Syphilis History Tangent

The hosts sign off with a reminder to visit the donation page and prepare for the upcoming Oscars coverage. The final segment includes a bizarre historical tangent about the origins of syphilis, involving South American llamas and European explorers. The episode concludes with a "mixology" of show clips, including "protozoan" insults and "fake news" montages.

I'm John C Dvorak We'll be back on Thursday until then remember us at dvorak dot org slash n a until then

2:46:46 Adios, mofos! Yeah, you can get all kinds of crazy symptoms from untreated syphilis which was always untreated before penicillin. Terrible disease it was a scourge Syphilis Syphilis Get the llama out! I believe by the way...I think that for syphilis

2:47:31 came over from explorers because syphilis is kind of a gross story. Syphilis, I believe this is...I'm pretty sure it's syphilis and not gonorrhea that I am talking about but one of the two but syphilis came over never existed in Europe at all until the 1400-1500s. Syphilis, hey honey! Get the llama out. After explorers came back from South America where it turns out that llamas have syphilis naturally Nice! We'll see what happens And you can put two and two together and come up with how that transference took place but once it happened, it happened

2:48:24 Syphilis, syphilis, syphilis, syphilis Get the worm out, get the worm out Nice! Syphilis, syphilis, syphilis Syphilis. Get the llama out! So anyway, it became a scourge they couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't until Fleming came along and accidentally discovered penicillin that they actually got rid of it was terrible everything makes nothing but sense My husband was dementia, Alzheimer's plus muck up my nuts! He's a pro-gozolan! We the people must drive this regime out

2:49:07 I'm assuming you're not a moderate. For people to stay... Protozoan! Protozoan! The electoral capacity of the president is protozoan. You refuse to accept that fascist America can say no to you? I'm assuming like, a single-celled microscopic animal must drive them out. It's brilliant. But the other... ...drive them out we need to stay in this uptest for the world and we must drive them out We need to stay in this... Protozoan! Protozoan! My father told me... ...we must drive them out. I guess you gotta go kill him He's Krugerzoid. Who would be more truly Hitler or someone else? You must drive them out of the communist regime. How are we going to do that though? He is facing an emergency. Look, he is facing an emergency. I heard it too. Or have stood up in protest and continue... And me! Now I just think the American people understand what's going on This is a bunch of scumbags! ...and Panther out their book. Understand what's going on. You're an isosyphilis. A bunch of scumbags!

2:50:12 I just think sanctions, what's going on? Scumbags. We straddle as best we can. It's a bunch of scum. Straddle the two universes together like a surfer on two surfboards. You know in two different ways. Because this clan... That org is saying to the world that this clan... This mother eague yeah. And so... The reptilians are now normal food. It's what they eat, yes! That's the inauguration. The capacity of a president is to prove his own delusion This guy is just... And so, 50 holes But that's what I think we understand and that is the goal Stay in the streets and aggressively disclose down this way We're done with organizing every single year Okay, I don't know who are your ears and your eyes because it's fake news and he repeated fake fake fake fake fake fake fake You are fake news

2:51:16 This is fake news. Like a petulant child, the intellectual capacity of the president is protozoan. Sit down! Sit down! Sit down! Let's have some fake outrage here. The President like a petulant child Let's have some fish here. Some fake outrage here. Sit down, sit down! Adios mofo. The best podcast in the universe! I'm sick. Dvorak dot org slash N A
