Chicago has implemented joint COVID-19 and HIV testing sites, a move that follows reports of false HIV positives in Australian vaccine trials. Additionally, a company called Wellness For Humanity has launched COVID-19 testing vending machines in New York. These machines sell saliva tests for $119, allowing customers to perform the test at home and mail it to a lab for results.
