Bryce Dion, a sound man for the television show Cops, was killed by an Omaha police officer during a shootout at a Wendy's. Dion's family is suing the city for negligence, as he was caught in the crossfire while wearing a bulletproof vest that the fatal shot missed. It was later revealed that the suspect the police were firing at was armed only with a pellet gun.
