Commander Lucien Kins, second in command of the USS Winston Churchill, was relieved of his duties for refusing to comply with the military's COVID-19 vaccine mandate and testing requirements. Despite thousands of requests, the Navy has reportedly not granted a single religious waiver for the vaccine.
