The Carnival Splendor cruise ship lost all power off the coast of Mexico, leading to a massive military-assisted tow to San Diego. A theory is proposed that an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) from a Chinese submarine may have disabled the ship as a show of force following U.S. currency devaluation.
