Investigators are examining whether a projectile hit Amtrak train 188 in Philadelphia shortly before it derailed, killing eight people. The FBI is assisting the NTSB to analyze a circular break in the windshield, following reports that two other local trains were struck by rocks or gunfire in the same area. The engineer, Brandon Bostian, reportedly suffered a concussion and cannot recall the events leading to the over-speed crash.
