A group known as the Tire Extinguishers has begun deflating SUV tires in the San Francisco Bay Area to protest gas consumption. One incident in Vacaville involved a nurse whose vehicle was targeted despite her need to transport children with disabilities. The group reportedly targets electric SUVs as well, claiming all large vehicles are dangerous.
