In a special ceremony, 102-year-old Pearl Harbor survivor Richard Higgins is dubbed a Knight of the No Agenda Round Table. Higgins, a former PBY Catalina crewman, is honored alongside several new Dames as the hosts read the traditional list of round table amenities.
