NBC News reports on a "mystery device" used by thieves to break into and start modern cars by cloning the signal from wireless key fobs. The two-part device allows one thief to stand near the victim to capture the signal while another stands by the car to unlock it. Experts demonstrated the vulnerability on 17 different vehicle makes and models.
