First Lady Jill Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci visited a church in Harlem to encourage vaccinations as national administration rates fell 70% from their April peak. The Biden administration is pushing to meet a July 4th goal of having 70% of U.S. adults partially vaccinated. Currently, approximately 63% of adults have received at least one dose, totaling 300 million administered doses nationwide.
