Up-and-coming race car driver Ashlyn Speed recently completed her best qualifying effort of the season, finishing 15th and 17th in her most recent races. Competing in the IMSA series, she was the highest female finisher for the second time this year. Her rookie season continues with upcoming races at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in late August and the season finale at Road Atlanta in September.
