1537: Dig Up Canada!
Fluoride Lawsuit, Rachel Levine Intervention Allegations
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine are accused of blocking the release of a National Toxicology Program study on fluoride's neurotoxicity. Internal emails obtained through FOIA requests suggest the government intervened to prevent the public from seeing findings that link fluoride to cognitive hazards. The Fluoride Action Network (FAN) is using these documents in an ongoing legal battle against the EPA to ban fluoride from public water supplies.
