Homeless Ebola Prediction, Executive Order 13295 Amendment
A prediction is made that a homeless person diagnosed with Ebola will lead to mass roundups and quarantines. President Obama recently amended Executive Order 13295 to include respiratory illnesses with pandemic potential on the list of quarantinable diseases. The Lisbon Treaty also contains provisions allowing for the indefinite detention of individuals with communicable diseases.
