About this episode

The Deepwater Horizon explosion in the Gulf of Mexico triggers a national significance declaration from DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano as BP and TransOcean face scrutiny over cleanup liability. While President Obama addresses the spill from the Rose Garden, financial anomalies emerge regarding TransOcean’s public listing on the Swiss exchange the day of the disaster. Speculation mounts regarding potential North Korean submarine involvement linked to Gazprom pipeline interests in South Korea.

Secondary developments include a National Enquirer report alleging a cheating scandal involving Barack Obama and Vera Baker, while the administration defies congressional subpoenas regarding the Fort Hood investigation. In the financial sector, the Chicago Climate Exchange is acquired by CME Group following Investors Business Daily reports of a ten-trillion-dollar climate fraud. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Joe Biden push a high-speed rail agenda that critics claim serves as a ruse for Warren Buffett’s freight interests. Meanwhile, the FDA approves the ninety-three-thousand-dollar Provenge cancer treatment as Australian swine flu vaccines face safety investigations.

Cultural oddities surface as Natalie Morales misidentifies Rascal Flatts during Kentucky Derby coverage and NBC censors overlook provocative dialogue in 30 Rock. The show celebrates its sustaining producer model with the knighting of Sir R. Daniels and Sir Jake Kelly, featuring custom rings designed by artist Neil Dixon. Listeners are encouraged to reclaim the show’s historical narrative on Wikipedia following deletions by a sysop named Chirba.

Michael Jackson Murder Claims, Dr. Conrad Murray Trial

The ongoing court case involving Dr. Conrad Murray and the death of Michael Jackson is addressed, noting that Murray has refused a plea bargain. Claims are made that Jackson was murdered, a theory previously presented on national television via MSNBC. The trial is scheduled to begin in June.

00:01 I'm amazed at what's happening. Adam Curry, John C. Dvorak It's May 2nd 2010 time for your Gizmo Nation Media Assassination Episode 196 This is no agenda On the lookout for mini sub torpedo missions from the Hilltop Watchtower Crockpot Command Center in Gizmo Nation West and The Peoples Republic of Southern California In the morning! 01:01 Yeah, you keep saying that. I don't know what this meeting meme is all about? What is a meeting anyway? A meeting is where a whole bunch of people sit around and try to impress the other people with what they're doing for the common good Why don't they just let their work speak for itself before we really jump into our show here John I would like people to remember That on this very program we were the first ones to say Michael Jackson was murdered. Wait a minute, let's back up a minute We did you're right of course we do that we told you so is as I isn't is the thing? We like to do well We can't really play the jingle just yet because there's but but let's take it a step further You actually not only we only did not only did it on the show But you actually did it on national television yes on MSNBC and all 14 people saw it

01:58 And right and they hung up on you. Hung up on me, never called me back even though I have since then sent a couple emails to the producer saying um gee remember when you hung up on me it was ridiculous that i said that no one's looking into this as a murder case? So, of course now I live in the heart of real news land and so you can't... there's no way to avoid the news about the ongoing court case with Dr. Conrad Murray this case actually starts in June and he has now said that No! I'm not going to cop a plea bargain

Peter Lopez Death, Michael Jackson Business Ties

Entertainment lawyer Peter Lopez, who facilitated Michael Jackson's 2006-2007 comeback deals, was found dead of a gunshot wound on his front lawn. While official reports suggest suicide, skepticism is raised due to his professional success and marriage to actress Catherine Bach. Speculation links the death to industry secrets and Jackson's valuable music catalog.

02:39 Michael Jackson killed himself, damn it! He killed himself. Seriously that's what he is saying and now the big news... What happens? A very well-known respected entertainment lawyer Peter Lopez who was more like a business lawyer in certainly the music business you know lawyers just a guy that goes to sue people but he puts deals together for his more like a deal maker The guy who actually worked a lot with Michael Jackson in 2006-2007, helped him set up the comeback concerts at Wembley Arena etc.

03:20 Found dead shot to the head. Oh, I didn't know this oh yes And everywhere is like a parent suicide On the front lawn and it's like and of course there's no actual reporting you can't get the real story because everyone copy-and-paste and of course you know, Google becomes completely useless. Yeah it does! It's amazing how that works. Oh yeah I mean once AP or Reuters gets it out there and says oh a parent suicide of course there is no note he does it on his front lawn the guys one of the most successful lawyers in the business He's loved by everyone You know this... The guy and he's married to Catherine Bach who was of course Daisy Duke

I don't think that was before. I think that was after Michael was killed Okay But she said that Michael said that to him? I can probably Ehh.. Don't worry about it But what was it she said she said that if anything happens to me, it's because they're after the catalog He had a he had the biggest catalog in the business. She owns The Beatles and of course the Beatles and the dispute is still ongoing Yeah, you know and yes like there were some like flimsy I mean There's a whole bunch of links in the show notes at no agenda show calm We don't have to dwell on it because it's like all right

05:43 Alright, the world is not gonna change because of this but please just be aware of this. This is Of course we're laughing it's horrible It's like schadenfreude you know, he got a laugh about this stuff Yeah, it is actually amusing at some level so what is on the agenda for today's agenda? Well first We need to talk about our executive producer if we have one or producers and But we have a few. Oh really? Producers? Yeah, we got a bunch actually. This is happy news! You know the thing is I want to mention everybody out there please become an executive producer on a weekly basis because it makes Adam happy and the show actually gets a lot better. CHAPTER 03 / 33 Discussion

Executive Producer Credits, IMDB Database Submission

Donors are recognized for their financial contributions, including Sir R. Daniels, Kelly from Charlotte, and Jason Rinkle. The discussion covers the legitimacy of executive producer credits and their inclusion in the Internet Movie Database (IMDB). Listeners are encouraged to use these titles on professional resumes and business cards.

You know the thing is I want to mention everybody out there please become an executive producer on a weekly basis because it makes Adam happy and the show actually gets a lot better. Funny how that works... So let's start with

06:36 uh... sir are daniels was now a night he's bs given some of my good well i can call mister yet left and i didn't later all right okay now is just our daniels in the united way to today at and for giving us a any newsman through n thousand dollars actually threw in thirteen hundred well said um... you know what's the night c felt like it do she bag into we give us the money and then it was over And now he's not anymore, he's been de-douche'd. You ready for it? I think that should be a very expensive jingle to get someone to play for you

07:18 well i think it's a good guy thousand dollars and you're an executive producer in you get the deuce on this spot yes indeed also executive producing is uh... who is i'd believe he has already had though he's come another guy completing his knighthood kelly charlotte north carolina five hundred fifty dollars and to Round it off because we generally give a executive producer title to anyone who gets $333.33 times three well also three hundred thirty-three dollars and thirty three cents generally uh... jason wrinkle in stephenville texas so with those are executive producers and we have to associate executive producers on top of that while it's a big show john no i think they just want because the other one is again sir r daniel or our daniels who give us a three hundred but we have a jerry forester of iraq china

08:18 rhymes with Saskatchewan, Canada. $211 for... I want to thank him. Uh-huh Hey that's what they say there! You know, someone sent me a note the other day and because you know these credits of course are no laughing matter. They are actual credits this is a real show I mean you can put this on your resume you can put it in well in a number... you could put on your business card if you want. Someone has submitted their executive producer credit to the IMDB database Don't see that being a problem. Yeah, is it only for films or can you can you be in other things as well? Well, generally speaking I am DB internet movie database That's gonna be yeah But I've seen I've seen others and you know I have to but usually have to have a movie credit on top of it Okay, no movie credits. I don't think you're gonna get it listed. Are you in there?

09:14 I don't have any movie credits. I've been trying to get a bit part for the last five years and nobody will hire me That's not what i asked, I said are you on IMDB? No! CHAPTER 04 / 33 Discussion

No Agenda Community Sites, SEO Strategy

Community-led initiatives are highlighted, including new websites for veterans, travel, and search functionality. A deliberate strategy is mentioned regarding the refusal to centralize these projects, allowing individual listeners to manage SEO and promotion independently. Mention is made of a meeting at the Meveo offices regarding potential expansion.

10:03 Shut up, Sleev! So I want to get to something that we forgot last time. I want to mention it right off the top... Can I just mention some PR associates before you jump into that? Oh, we have some. Well some associate moves...I kind of like to do that at the top of the show it'll be real quick. No! Okay um we have a suggestion from Kyle Goiver who says hey there's only 263 reviews in iTunes on the podcast that would definitely help if you guys do some reviews obviously positive ones this is true because people do look for that and i appreciate it

10:39 We have some new sites vets for no agenda dot-com Which is kind of starting out? I'm not quite sure what it's going to be we have a no agenda travel calm And we have noagendasearch.com, which actually you worked on over the weekend John? Yeah I was back and forth with the guy and it looks like it's going to be interesting but the funny thing is he turned up all these No Agenda related sites And we're getting quite a few people that are just doing stuff on their own. I mean, one of the things... We'll talk about when we do our third show for The Deuce Club and some of the things that were thinking about and how some of this works because I was over at the MeVeo offices with Dolby and he's talking to me like you guys should do this, you should do that. I said no, we're letting people do this

CHAPTER 05 / 33 Discussion

Wikipedia Page Vandalism, User Chirba Controversy

A Wikipedia editor named Chirba reportedly removed significant portions of the show's backstory, including references to its creative origins and the "Family Guy" model. The removal of content is characterized as an attack by a sysop-type individual with an agenda. A plea is made to the listener community to restore the historical context of the page.

wikipedia· chirba· sysop· backstory· family guy

11:36 We don't want to do the book club personally. No, we want somebody else to do it no that's actual work and you know what those individual people are going to do the best job they can do to promote their site and and yeah SEO and why should we help them? Yeah And why should we do it? We're good at doing one thing right this is it. We can only do this! Alright, I'm sorry you wanted to get into something that we hadn't talked about? Yeah our wiki page has been ruined by a guy named Chirba who...I can't figure out who this is but he went in there and took out all the backstory about The You Know Agenda show He took out the references to The Family Guy how we came up with their basic model

12:21 and just basically ripped the thing to shreds and simplified it so it's useless. I mean before people could, if they've never heard the show they could go to the wiki page and catch up to what our thesis or our theory or our model is for how we do this show why we do it the way we do it and this guy Chirba goes in there and just tears all the stuff out saying it's yes you know I could just imagine who this guy is. We have so many sysop types out there we want to get on this go back and fix the page well a couple of interesting things i'm looking at now, there is all of a sudden a whole paragraph about the Dvorak interlude hmmm...and may I say courtesy of the chat room you are indeed on IMDB which means

13:07 Anybody can get on it. Yeah, no this guy really ruined the page. It's a Chirba person. But we can't go in and change it ourselves John that is a no-no! Yeah I know but anyway you can look at the discussion if you click on different tabs you can see who did this who wrecked the page and i don't know why they did it? I mean they obviously just do not like us or some guys are just a jerk...I have no idea but people have to go there and fix his page

13:50 especially the back story which is important and I don't see why it wouldn't be on there. A lot of wiki pages have been attacked by guys like this Chirba character, and it takes a lot of the charm off the page. This guy actually does more of this? Turba? Yeah. I don't know, I couldn't find out what else he did but yeah i think it's one of those guys who goes in and is some guy with nothing but time on his hands to wreck pages and kind of missed the point of the whole thing. Of course now its opinion piece you know it's not the actual back story so an example although this may not be in there haven't read entirely...I think because we're against global warming Well, duh.

CHAPTER 06 / 33 Discussion

Washington Correspondents Dinner, Jay Leno Performance

The 2010 Washington Correspondents Dinner is reviewed, contrasting President Obama's successful stand-up routine with Jay Leno's poorly received performance. Speculation is raised that the event was structured to favor the President's image. Obama's use of a CNN clip featuring Rick Sanchez is noted as a highlight of the evening.

jay leno· barack obama· jeffrey immelt· rick sanchez· white house

14:42 okay there you go yes indeed and we bitch about it constantly about man-made human global warming constantly because we're idiots apparently. Yes, denialists! We were denialists and so this guy came in there wrecked the page I would like to get this straightened out so i'm making a plea to our computer guys to fix it last night was the Washington Correspondents dinner Oh yes. Did you see it? I saw Jay Leno bomb! This guy was... this was the biggest... by the way, you can go to my Dvorak dot org blog and and you have Obama's stand-up routine which was outstanding he killed

15:32 Leno, did you get to see Leno? I saw it. Well the whole thing is on whitehouse.gov and there's a couple of interesting things they did there but here's what i think happened John so first of all I believe, you know we know that Jeffrey Immelt is Obama's buddy there and he's advisor to the president. Immelt of course the chairman of GE who owns NBC who owns Jay Leno. I'm thinking here's how the meeting goes all right well get Jay in will have our best writers write your stuff Mr President and then we'll give Jay all the crap so you look really good yeah And Obama, he... I mean on the one hand it's very funny but in the other hand it's kind of sinister when you see a guy cracking birther jokes when in fact we still have questions. It was sinister in a way but man! Funny

16:24 No, he's got the timing and everything. And what was surprising when I was...I'm still more typical of people who try to be funny. I was more amused by Leno's bombing. Well also the White House did some... But wait! I want to mention a couple things about his bombing besides the fact that he had no way of getting out of it which which is not common for a professional comic. If you're bombing, you usually can save it with Save It. Yeah just yell the N word really loud He didn't do anything to save his material and he was reading his jokes off of a sheet of paper and showing old clips from his show Which actually the White House version doesn't show his clip they did show Obama's clips which was funny because Obama showed the CNN clip of Rick Sanchez talking about volcanoes

17:12 Not not being in cold places. Yeah, which you know is like all right someone's on the ball there but yeah it was just it was like wow anyway uh It's in the show notes at noagendershow.com if you haven't found it by now You can take a look at it we could play the whole thing but it's just funny and of end up it's just funny But but not funny as in oh my gosh! It's just funny So, yeah. Now we had a bunch of things from last week we wanted to talk about Brett Michaels ratings and salt Well... We already kind of discussed that I think What? Ratings and salt? Ratings and salt Yeah but Brett Michael- we did that at the top of the show! What show?! This show! The show on Thursday Where were you? No this is at the end of the Thursday Show You said hey we're gonna do- we gotta talk about Brett Michaels But we didn't talk about it today NO! WE TALKED ABOUT BRETT MICHAELS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE LAST SHOW

CHAPTER 07 / 33 Discussion

Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, National Significance Declaration

President Obama interrupted a Rose Garden ceremony to address the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano declared the incident one of "national significance," leading to the deployment of SWAT teams to inspect offshore rigs. The legal responsibility for the cleanup is debated between BP and the rig owner, TransOcean.

bp· gulf of mexico· transocean· janet napolitano· swat teams

18:10 No! Oh my god. Yes, it was the first thing we talked about Well, why is it on my list of things to talk about on Sunday? I don't know! Your list is bogus. It's a list that I have. You're not maintaining my checklist when we go flying that's for sure. I thought you didn't like checklists. Yeah, I do...you don't even remember what we talked about in the last show. Do you have low T? I have low T, man. I gotta get pumped up on roids! Oh my god... Alright let me uh... Now you've thrown me for a loop Yeah The um alright i'll just launch into into my main- I got two main stories today and the big one of course is now there's multiple theories about the oil rig that over that it blew up

19:14 Yeah, off the Gulf Coast. And what was interesting, what caught my attention President Obama was actually awarding the Teacher of the Year Award in the Rose Garden when he interrupted the proceedings to actually talk about what had happened. I just found what he said very interesting let's have a quick little listen Welcome to The White House welcome to The Rose Garden this is an extraordinary occasion a beautiful day, appropriately so. So I hate to intrude on it but before we begin i do want to speak briefly uh... to the american people about the recent BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico

20:00 I've been receiving frequent briefings from members of my cabinet and White House staff, including an update last night on the additional breach. And another update this morning. And while BP is ultimately responsible for funding the cost of response in cleanup operations... Which by the way is not true it's they own the field they don't own the The actual rig, we'll get into that in a second. That's by an outfit called TransOcean. My administration will continue to use every single available resource at our disposal including potentially the Department of Defense to address the incident

20:36 Earlier today DHS Secretary Napolitano announced that this incident is of national significance and the Department of Interior has announced that they will be sending SWAT teams to the Gulf to inspect all platforms and rigs. Alright, so I thought that was interesting... Why are they sending a SWAT team? Well because they clearly... Special weapons and tactics? Yes! Clearly there's something amiss John So there's two things first of all National significance is a very specific word and is used, let's see I have it here in 2004 they set up the national response document or you know the... I'm looking forward to hear. There are certain protocols in the event of some form of terrible event and they all kind of evolve around being attacked

CHAPTER 08 / 33 Discussion

Oil Price Manipulation, TransOcean Swiss Exchange Listing

A theory is presented suggesting that large oil companies benefit from disasters that halt drilling and drive up global oil prices. It is noted that TransOcean Limited went public on the Swiss exchange in Zug on the exact day of the Deepwater Horizon explosion. The timing is viewed as a potential financial maneuver involving put options and stock shorting.

transocean· zug· switzerland· oil prices· shorting stock

21:34 And so when Napolitano says national significance, that's basically code for okay something messed up is happening and we're being attacked send in the SWAT team. And so they did indeed send SWAT you know I've never heard of this happening they didn't send SWAT when the Exxon Valdez broke-up Not that I know of at least. No, of course not! Okay so there's a couple things that are very interesting So one and this is the theory now let me go back to my theory which comes from insiders we know that there's meetings going on with all the large oil companies and they want to inflate the price of oil and they basically see that it's cheaper to cause natural disaster to stop oil

22:23 drilling and to lose oil which of course is exactly what happened now no more contracts are being given out everything's being stopped and everyone's like stop we can't drill anymore. We're making jokes from drill baby drill the spill baby spill and kill baby spill in all that these oil companies know that they gonna make far more money on the price of oil skyrocketing which it is It's on the huge uptick. They're going to make a lot more money as opposed to what it is going to cost to clean-up and this is from meeting notes. Well not only that but I'm sure that the company that owns The Rig, and you can be certain that BP did a contract that had a liability clause in it

23:08 So anything that happened would not... Oh, it's just not on them. Yeah it's not on them It's a very common in contracts to have one of these disclaimers where you take all the responsibility for problems and they can just I don't know I have to look this up but I'll look it up But it might be easy for them to go bankrupt and nobody picks up the tab Well this is what's interesting and I'll just stay on this theory then we'll get to the kind of crazier one which isn't not even that crazy. So on the very day, and this was April 20th when this happened, on the very day that this disaster takes place... And this rig was made by an outfit called TransOcean Limited and it's very hard to get a lot of information on these types of companies but here I am looking at a press release

23:59 Zug, Switzerland. Remember now these meetings that we spoke of? Taking place in Zug and Zug is a tax haven it's where all a lot of you know a lot of people live whose last names end in Inc., LLC and LTD on the very day that this disaster happens and this happened at I believe around 10am Would that be central time? Anyway, it doesn't matter. On this very day this company TransOcean went public on the Swiss exchange. Oh that's interesting! Yeah what we would say is... Coincidence?! I think not!! So the share price you know goes up to like a hundred the markets close after this disaster thing tanks

24:50 No, that would have been a nice play. Of course! And so I've been trying to find put options and trying to look at people shorting the stock You've gotta think that was part of it Yeah why not? It's just too coincidental Let's take this thing public and run it up and then just dump the thing and let them go broke On the very same day That's pretty good The indemnification clause is what I was looking for So um Yeah, BP is not picking up a nickel of this thing. It's gonna be it's a scandal No Not at all But here's the theory that you will hear... This is going to go mainstream and it's going to be ridiculed Of course Transocean Is largely funded by South Korea And The reports are That the Let's see

CHAPTER 09 / 33 Discussion

North Korean Submarine Theory, Gazprom South Korea Deal

An alternative theory suggests a two-man North Korean submarine may have targeted the oil platform as a suicide mission. This alleged attack is linked to a deal between the Russian company Gazprom and South Korea for an undersea pipeline that bypasses North Korean territory. Reports mention a vessel departing from Cuba shortly before the disaster.

north korea· south korea· gazprom· cuba· submarine

25:54 Here it is. So there's a lot of backstory to this and where they launched it from, but the report is that a two-man North Korean submarine went on a suicide mission and basically I guess they call it flying underwater flew right into the this deep water oil platform and blew it up to get back at South Korea for a number of reasons and there's Gazprom again Gazprom just signed a deal to bypass North Korea to bring in, these guys are good at that. Gazprom being the Russian gas company, to supply South Korea with Russian gas and of course if you know the map and you look at Google Earth you'll see that North Korea borders on the eastern tip there of Russia

26:46 So they're essentially going through undersea pipelines, going straight to South Korea. And the report is that this is North Korea saying hey we're still at war with you guys watch this and apparently this two-man sub was launched from a vessel that came off of Cuba on April 18th and there's some reports here of people tracking this Empresa Mambisa Estela Habana oh that's the port it came out of Well, you know we do have an insider in the business that's on one of these platforms and I asked him specifically to see what the gossip was around because eventually the gossip amongst these workers that work on these platforms is going to reveal something. Something yeah

CHAPTER 10 / 33 Discussion

Offshore Drilling Politics, Sarah Palin Criticism

The political fallout of the oil spill is discussed, specifically the impact on the "drill baby drill" slogan and the reputation of Sarah Palin. Comparisons are made between offshore platforms and oil tankers like the Exxon Valdez. The presence of SWAT teams on rigs is emphasized as an indicator of undisclosed underlying issues.

sarah palin· bill maher· ross douthat· gazprom· offshore drilling

27:40 So, did you get anything back yet? Not yet. Okay so what I'm thinking is first of all even I the crackpot of all crackpots am much more inclined to believe the story that big oil companies say we don't give a crap will clean it up who gives a crap about some birds you know we're gonna make billions of dollars and look at the price of oil taken up pop-up pop-up pop-up well you know it does fit does play a cramp in the drill baby drill thing and there's nothing but but increased uh... ridicule of sarah palin uh... since this happened yeah and infected back to the leno saying on the active that too media meeting at the white house dinner or they did dinner for the uh... media

28:22 It was, Leno was just ragging on Palin. I guess he's never gonna get her on the show in a very kind of mean-spirited way that was getting zero laughs. So that probably is going to put a crimp into the...I mean it's very rare that anything...these platforms have been out there all over the world as hundreds of them and they've never had this sort of problem Now this is a pretty big one. I was watching, actually have some clips when we get to trains later on... I was watching the Bill Maher show You know? I like some S&M on Friday night and I like to be hurt And uh... I lost my train of thought Bill Maher, trains! You were gonna talk about trains Noooo....I didn't want to talk about trains Your low T dude! I'm total low t man Low T you need to be pumped up on roids I need some help dude Oh yeah now i remember what it was

29:18 So everyone's bitching about, oh this is what you get with offshore drilling blah blah and then actually it was the guy from... There are hundreds and hundreds of these platforms. Well no it was the guy from the New York Times Ross, what's his name? Dolphin whatever good guy actually from The New York Times he said well look its either going to be platforms or its gonna be tankers either way you can't have both ways So, you know you have just as much chance of another Exxon Valdez taking place which was a tanker that broke up. It should do is one these accidents shit does happen! That was essentially the point. Yeah but doesn't it... You know the funny thing it doesn't happen that often No not at all Not at all

29:57 But you know, just the timing of everything and... Anyway so I'm still holding fast to what my insider says that something in the Caribbean will happen next. There was another rig that overturned in Louisiana although apparently it didn't have any oil in it maybe just some oil to keep the generators running but it overturned That was a mobile inland drilling unit. Of course, you know it's like when you buy a 10-speed bike and all of sudden you see ten speed bikes everywhere So that's the way the news works but this so it's not unthinkable that You know because Gazprom is a part of the big cabal the Gazprom said hey, you know what? We'll just gonna tell these guys over in North Korea to go and get pissed off with the South Koreans will go to them A little bit they'll blow it up Don't worry what's taken care of

30:47 And the timing was interesting, May Day, Earth Day. Just all of this stuff we've got at the same time that we've got the nuclear stance that we're taking. It's just there is stuff going on that we know nothing about, it's not being reported on of course by mainstream media. No its pathetic yeah but we are keeping our eyes on and when you have the president saying I'm sending in SWAT teams you gotta go like hmm okay somebody should've grilled him on that swat team thats important You don't send a SWAT team unless there something going on

CHAPTER 11 / 33 Discussion

Barack Obama Cheating Allegations, National Enquirer Report

The National Enquirer published a report alleging a cheating scandal involving Barack Obama and Vera Baker. The publication's history of accurate political reporting, such as the John Edwards case, is cited. Speculation suggests the CIA may be using the story as a warning to the administration, while Michelle Obama's public focus on childhood obesity is framed as a potential distraction.

barack obama· vera baker· national enquirer· cia· childhood obesity

31:24 Why bother asking questions when you can just read the press release? Alright, so what's your other story. No no you do some I got clips Well i got some clips too Really?! You got clips this week Yeah! I actually edited them Wow Do you want my clips? No Here is one okay it not a clip But we have mentioned many times and that's why I read the magazine or you can call it a magazine. The National Enquirer is of course well known to have ties to the CIA, and we know that there is a big war between administration and the CIA We've talked about them many times on this show And they're usually when it comes to political gossip They are pretty much spot-on I would have to say Oh yeah What was John Edwards? They had everything on that guy Nobody had that

32:20 Well, they had it and they were right. So the big one this week and you can't avoid it when you're at the supermarket Obama cheating scandal shocking new reports I've been wondering yeah, I wanted to talk about that a little bit too Obviously this is some in the girl by the way It's kind of pretty yeah Vera Baker Yeah Vera Baker you look her up You look up Vera Baker and hit images on Google And you can see our And, you know she looks like the type that would be a home wrecker. That's so unfair! If his schlong is hanging out of his pants she's not the home wrecker

33:00 Yeah, I don't know. So it is unfair you're right so uh... It's unfair and sexist Totally yeah that was our show we are unfair and sexist basically so what do you think? What's the deal? You think just the CIA decided to blow this up Well i think the CIA decided to blow it up It doesn't do any good after the election its just embarrassing I dont know where it going to go well I think it one of those One of those warning things look you know what you say it does. It doesn't mean anything Okay, just to be really sexist and racist at the same time dude You don't want your black wife pissed at you okay? Because you cheated don't you think she's been pissed at him since for years if you ever see her Just looks pissed I don't know And but don't you think she already would know about this

33:54 Well, I think just like Hillary you know she had there's a whole nother agenda set for her You know she just has to sit out a couple years in the White House and And then she'll show we shall be secretary of state or something like that. No who knows what? I don't think this is news In that family hmm and she may have been brewing brooding on it for a long time. I mean she seems She's always looked like the angry wife to me Well, maybe just her demeanor. I don't know But, uh... And of course the question is who did Vera Baker actually have? By the way don't forget that he stuck her with this childhood obesity thing. Which had you could just see her... She's like are you saying my ass is fat?! Is that what your saying Barack! That basically what it is right? It's like hey baby, hey baby, guess what you've got a new assignment Yeah you can't be talking about fat children if your ass is too big

34:55 That is ultimate though, isn't it? Yeah totally. That's really bad when you think about it. I do like to pay attention to that stuff because... Well we'll see where this goes but obviously the Salvo... I consider the piece in The Inquirer, I don't think its going anywhere but I consider it a salvo like we know what's going on and can do more if you don't do something or other We don't know the backstory, so it's just like all we can do is look at the surface of these things and figure out if something else is going on. That's what I'm thinking. Right... Well meanwhile of course we've pretty much forgotten about the Fort Hood massacre Yeah right whatever happened to that guy? Yeah Hassan

CHAPTER 12 / 33 Discussion

Fort Hood Investigation, Congressional Subpoena Defiance

The Obama administration has reportedly defied congressional subpoenas for documents related to the Fort Hood shooting involving Major Nidal M. Hasan. The Pentagon and Justice Department argue that releasing investigative records could jeopardize the prosecution. Critics suggest the withholding of information is suspicious and contradicts promises of government transparency.

nidal hassan· fort hood· pentagon· justice department· subpoena

35:46 Major Nadal M. Hassan, so once again the Obama administration has defied a congressional subpoena for the Fort Hood documents because you know this story there's two stories you know one is the lone crazy gunman story which all everyone always seems to go okay I believe that there's lots of crazy people And then of course there's the probably what actually happened is that a whole bunch of guys went nuts Shot shot everything up because they didn't want to be returned Iraq or Afghanistan The long and the short of it is the Obama administration refuses to release the reports, the interviews Testimony to Congress. Wait a minute this is the transparent government Yeah exactly yeah That's disgusting no they just

36:44 Here it is, the Pentagon. After days of negotiations the Pentagon and Justice Department have formed a Senate committee they would not comply with congressional subpoenas to share investigative records from the November 5th shootings at Fort Hood Texas which killed 13 people The agency said that divulging the material could jeopardize their prosecution Of Major Nidal M Hassan, the accused gunman The Pentagon did budge in other areas, however saying it had agreed to give the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs access to Hassan's personnel file. Woo! Gee thanks." So they're just holding back on it and that's suspicious to say the least And I don't understand why unless you know they've got something to hide

37:35 Yeah, there's something scurry about this whole deal. Now we have nobody on the inside on that one to help us out And how come no we don't and how come Rachel Maddow is not all over that well? Doesn't reflect well under president so I have a couple of clips that are kind of interesting I've know if you watch 30 rock I haven't watched it many times, have not watched it recently. I think the show is brilliant The show is brilliant but they keep pushing these... now they're pushing the censors to an extreme and they're getting the damnedest things through almost as though they are so bored because the shows got it by the way The shows never had ratings It's award winning, it wins award after award Yeah lot of insiders watch it But yeah big joke is no one watches

CHAPTER 13 / 33 Discussion

30 Rock Script, NBC Censors

The television show "30 Rock" is noted for pushing the boundaries of broadcast censors with increasingly perverse humor. A specific clip involving a character's "toe ring" is highlighted as an example of dialogue that likely bypassed network standards. The show's critical acclaim is contrasted with its historically low viewership ratings.

30 rock· nbc· tina fey· censors· ratings

38:28 Well, that's NBCs problem. Because they're a messed up network but the fact of the matter is the show is brilliant and it's extremely humorous in very perverse ways so I had like a jaw dropping moment when I got this particular clip thinking, what? Did anybody go over this script or was this ad-libbed. I can't believe they even let this censors like this bit go through play it. Hey Jenna so nice to meet Paul interesting guy how much do you know about him well I lost a toe ring and I'm so I say a lot no I mean what he does

39:13 They probably didn't understand it. Unbelievable! I'm listening to that... What? They're trying, they're doing anything they can to get ratings How bad is it when you have something like that in your script and no one talks about it Nobody talks about it nobody cares nobody notices No! They say what can we do?! Let's get more weird That show of course is well known for also pushing the agenda. They put global warming stuff in there, they're definitely on board with the propaganda. Well it's Hollywood. Yeah! You're in... I mean that whole thing is not Hollywood. So we got some climate change clips and we've been sitting out... Wow yeah do we?

CHAPTER 14 / 33 Discussion

Climate Change Debate, Meteorologists vs Climatologists

A study by Yale and George Mason Universities indicates that many Americans trust local weather forecasters over public figures like Al Gore regarding climate change. The tension between meteorologists and climatologists like Michael Mann is explored. Historical context is provided regarding 1970s scientific predictions of global cooling.

al gore· michael mann· yale university· global cooling· meteorology

39:57 Let's play my climate change 1 and 2 and see what it says. I can't remember, these have been in the rundown for weeks on end. Check it out! The ice caps are melting! The polar bears are dying! What is this from? Do you know now? I can't remember. A recent study... It's not Bret Michaels by any chance, is it? No. By Yale and George Mason universities found that 56% of Americans don't trust public figures like Al Gore and Sarah Palin on climate change as much as they do the local weather forecaster And your seven-day forecast will show those showers... ...and the climate change scientists

40:36 They're scientists. They freely admit they haven't always been effective spokespeople for their cause I plead guilty, i don't think we've done the best job that we could have done Penn State's Michael Mann is one of the scientists who last year had his emails hacked and quoted worldwide by climate change skeptics as... So this was a, now I'm remembering. This is either Nightline or something on PBS and they were showing the difference between the climatologists and the weather guys, the meteorologists

41:17 and this debate, it was a very interesting debate because the meteorologists made a lot more sense than these other guys who are just all in. I don't know, climate change too... There's no serious debate within the scientific community about the reality of human-caused climate change. No debate! Of course there is no debate It's funny because they're on a show where they are debating. Part of your job is to convince all of us, isn't it? I don't see my job as convincing anybody of anything... No! You just have to believe what i say! I went to school dammit!! ...I see my job as scientist making sure that the public discourse is informed by an accurate understanding of science And that may be one reason doubting meteorologists had such huge opening to convince the public otherwise

42:06 But then again, I'm a ditch digging meteorologist. Just a bachelor of science." This is the biggest forecast of them all and the stakes are much higher than whether to bring an umbrella down... Now unfortunately I don't have notes on this anymore but I did a lot of research that we'll probably bring up in future show but in the 70s you can look this stuff The science was in and all the climatologists then of course were predicting global cooling. except for one guy who apparently spent with global warming the whole time and there's another guy who has been global cooling to this day the whole time but then for the most part it was always climatologists that were convinced that we're gonna have global cooling is going to be the worst thing ever and they are huge articles in Time magazine in Newsweek and its and it was the same and you'd hear the pitch was exactly the same as the... Same script, exact same script. Exact same script! Yep

CHAPTER 15 / 33 Discussion

Chicago Climate Exchange, Carbon Trading Fraud Allegations

Investors Business Daily published an article titled "The 10 Trillion Dollar Climate Fraud," detailing the financial structures behind carbon trading. The Chicago Climate Exchange, founded with help from the Joyce Foundation while Barack Obama was a board member, was recently acquired by CME Group for $604 million. The move is characterized as an attempt to hide the scheme from public scrutiny.

al gore· chicago climate exchange· barack obama· cme group· carbon credits

43:04 I don't know. Well, so this is why our Wikipedia page has been ruined by this Churba character. So the global warming Whether true or not, there's a lot of the people who are claiming that this is horrible and happening and it's all because of us. Are the same people who stand to make a lot of money? And we've talked about this many times on the show We've shamed Al Gore for his business dealings and I'm happy to see investors business daily which i would say is a reasonably well regarded

43:43 No, absolutely. In fact Horowitz is a huge fan of that publication especially the weekend edition I guess Okay so here it is titled The 10 Trillion Dollar Climate Fraud And it outlines exactly what we have mentioned on this show. In fact, I should probably do a little... We told you so! Ha! So why- It starts right off well senators from froth over Goldman Sachs and derivatives A climate trading scheme being run out of the Chicago Climate Exchange would make Bernie Madoff blush and its trail leads to the White House is exactly what we told you

44:18 Wow, I just did something really weird. I tried to use my finger on the screen of my Mac to scroll the page Whoa that was strange Thinking it was an iPad Lost in the recent headlines is Al Gore's appearance Monday in Denver at the annual meeting of Council of Foundations An association of the nation's philanthropic leaders and he said time's running out We have to get our act together. You have a unique role in getting our act together." And it goes right on to say, how... Do you find it odd that despite all the climate gait and the scandals and the arguments that are legitimate by lots of scientists? I mean there's just amazing number of heavy hitters that thought this thing is something bogus about it and they want to talk about it more than not convinced

45:10 that this is just as though there's no nothing happened. Nothing has happened, right? We're marching, marching, marching in the same direction. Oh yeah! Do you find it odd I mean it's almost like you know it's almost like a little kid covering his ears and going I can't hear you... You know kind of thing. It almost reminds me of that extreme Yeah but John when you have Bret Michaels Possibly not appearing on the final live episodes of celebrity apprentice. How can you even be bothered with any of this? So this just going back to To this gore thing and I love that investors business daily a very serious publication and yeah, yeah You're right Let's see if anyone jumps on this Of course they won't because the whole thing is a scam everyone in everyone everybody wants in on it He set up the Chicago Climate Exchange which is

46:10 Now a part which was this guy named Sandor. I mean we went through all of this stuff who by the way is the guy that claims that the climate trading of carbon credits could be at 10 trillion dollar market, which is why everyone's shutting up about it. They're like hey how can I get in? But what you need to know is that the client the Chicago Climate Exchange was set up with grant money from The Joyce Foundation and on the board Of The Joyce Foundation was Barack Obama Oh really? Yeah, we talked about this on the show. So he's all in? Of course he is all in! Everybody's in on this scam and... It's a form of taxation Well the cap-and-trade will be but then another thing that wasn't reported And the cap-and-trade keeps marching forward how can that happen? Well they've changed it to remove pollution But then on Friday and I'm sure you didn't see this reported

47:05 Atlanta-based CME Group has agreed to pay $604 million for Climate Exchange PLC. This is a London based operator of the Chicago Climate Exchange and Chicago Climate Futures Exchange, $604 million The combination of climate exchange's emission markets and ICE futures and OTC energy markets is an important and logical strategic combination. So what they've done is, they've seen that the heat is on right? They see oh my god shit man you know the heat is on all this and everyone's looking into Gore's investments and yes there are a number of ex-Goldman guys who have built this trading company so now they're going to hide it in another group

47:57 And they've just folded it in. It's going to be harder to track, we won't be able to point to evil Al because he'll be on the outside of it all and this gets no play not a small deal by the way more than half a billion dollars for something that doesn't even work yet Yeah, that's pretty amazingly expensive. Just based upon future possible revenues and this is the trading desk This is like a computer It looks like a PC it's like a big-ass computer that they paid a lot of money for But you're right and maybe I should just get into the Bill Maher show briefly. It'll take me into trains but when you hear you know this propaganda and everyone agreeing on this show

CHAPTER 16 / 33 Discussion

Bill Maher Panel, Green Jobs Bubble

A panel on the Bill Maher show featuring Chris Matthews, Laura Tyson, and Ross Douthat is analyzed. Douthat argues that the Spanish economy suffered from a "green jobs bubble" similar to the U.S. housing crisis. The discussion highlights the economic risks of government-subsidized alternative energy sectors.

bill maher· chris matthews· laura tyson· ross douthat· spain

48:48 And let me just tell you who's on the show. Chris Matthews, of course from CNN's Hardball. Ross Douthat from The New York Times who actually made the most sense on the show and then Laura Tyson! She is the one that scared me the most she is I guess now on the President's Council of Economic Advisors? I think. She's been on many presidential economic advisory boards, of course i should point out she is also a director on the board directors of AT&T Eastman Kodak and she is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She's one these Pelosi kind-a like women so she's the scary one because you know her job is actually to inform the president

49:35 of economic conditions, make economic choices and to communicate that to the world. And here they are in the Bill Maher show and this will eventually lead into trains which is very funny but it's all about global warming and how we have to go green. What is going to take for America understand that even if we don't believe in global warming the rest of the world does? Stop right there! That's pretty crazy stuff to say that. The rest of the world doesn't believe that Yeah, no they don't at all. It's bogus I mean they turned it back in Australia and they won't subscribe to it in India definitely doesn't buy it

50:14 and China doesn't buy it. Who is he kidding this guy? This guy is an unbelievable stooge. By the way, Hardball is MSNBC I'm sorry I stand corrected thank you chat room yes here we go And they're making money off of green technology You hear in the background Yes that's a great idea! They are making money off of green technology! They are not And the only guy who's saying it smartly is this Ross guy. Some people are, but here's... I mean, I believe in global warming. I'm not sure I always believe in green jobs though. If you look there's a reason that there are many reasons that we use oil but one of the reasons we use oil is that its still cheaper than the alternatives and maybe that you're right. It's cheaper than the alternatives! Right. I can't quite hear what she says. Play it again. I think she says cheaper than the alternatives

51:05 I think cheaper than the alternative. That's what i think she says Cheaper than the alternatives and it may be that you're right, we should write this She's a mumbler Oh she's frightening! She's really scary Really scary We should be taxing it but The problem you get into with green energy Green jobs and so on is that You have to sit around And try and pick winners You have to say we are going to invest in this And we are going to invest in this and so on And next thing you know One of things that happened one of them Many difficulties the Spanish economy has run into recently is that they had a green jobs bubble. It was basically like our housing bubble except... I love that this guy is saying this, it's the New York Times guy! You wouldn't expect to make so much sense but he's absolutely wasn't the only problem of course in Spain but he's absolutely right. No no, Spain was all-in on this deal and they went bankrupt doing it We were subsiding you know mansions in the suburbs and they were subsidizing... What?

51:59 She keeps mumbling. I know, it's really hard but... I tried to separate some of the stuff she is saying because at a certain point they're all talking and she just keeps talking and talking like you know like shut up slave! I'm talking people usually stop talking when i talk in Washington And she just keeps talking, like ugh shut up. This is why the case... No, look. The strongest... Unfortunately the guy is not media savvy and then he doesn't round off his point and then he loses it And everyone jumps all over him which is like... Yeah! What's-his name? Mara jumps in there and kills his point Of course because Mara just got a new deal for 30 episodes and he's gonna propagate Like heroin in The Godfather It's the future I love that analogy

CHAPTER 17 / 33 Discussion

High-Speed Rail Debate, Amtrak Profitability

The feasibility of high-speed rail in the United States is debated, with references to European and Asian systems. Critics point out that Amtrak fails to turn a profit even on the densely populated Northeast Corridor. Proponents argue for a stronger public sector to modernize national transportation infrastructure.

amtrak· high-speed rail· chris matthews· acela· infrastructure

52:54 It's like heroin the godfather it may kill us all but hey who cares right? It's making money and it's just and this is why the case it is a future that strong. That's like heroin in the Godfather, it's the future come on. No no what the mob is gonna be making money. You know you know the trouble with you guys you turn listen listen Chris no you're not getting anywhere with this you're not get anywhere because the way you look at these little boutique industries like look this Chris Matthews I gotta call him out, homo. Listen to what he goes off John. He just like you got it all wrong You're wrong, which is what they learned at MSNBC Europe you go to Europe again on a train it goes 365 miles It's fantastic you know they get the channel They're doing all this stuff with fast transit and this kind of the channel is not fast Okay The channel goes underwater and its look

53:51 the investors in the channel lost their shirts. They lost billions! Yeah, it's a huge is money losing scheme ever and is not cheap to travel on the channel you can get an easy jet for 50 bucks fly almost anywhere in continental Europe and the channel which by the way drops off in France she still got a drive five hours to get anywhere outside of France. It'll take you to Paris? No, of course not It's expensive. Yeah, it's really expensive like 210 bucks or something to take the thing yeah and they're still losing money yeah good deal. We got what Amtrak? That's a great job! I do not have one day remember him fast transit across the United States be in Chicago in a day across the country couple days did you hear that it gets better just don't even comment it just gets better being Chicago in a date yay

54:46 I can poop to Burbank Airport and be there in a couple hours. In a day, yes fast! Be up and down between New York and Florida on fast silent trains people would love them they would jump in those trains. That's Green Jobs Amtrak can't even turn a profit on the Northeast Corridor. The most high-level... See, the Ross guy's getting shut out but he's saying look Amtrak can't even turn a profit on the Northeast Corridor which is true! And that is the place if you're gonna make money in the train business and and the only place it's practical isn't the Northeast Corridor because it's very competitive and if you can't make money there what are you going to do with this shot? A shot to Chicago that takes a day

55:29 And Amtrak can't turn a profit because it sucks. That's what he said. No, Bill! That is bullcrap. The Acela is one of the greatest trains in the world. It's run by the government. You need to have strong public sector and stop this idea that free enterprise is going to do everything. But we already have heavily subsidized rail industry. Where is that? Where is it? It's called Amtrak. Joe Biden has been, I mean a lot of people are pushing something. The fact is you need to fit everywhere else the world knows that the way to get around is fast you know no frictionless fast-moving train this is the meme John like we're behind everybody else in the world knows it were stupid we have to be well we have to jump on the bandwagon. How can you wait a minute how on one hand do they go about the strong public sector aka Amtrak

CHAPTER 18 / 33 Discussion

Federal Deficit, Energy Tax Proposals

Laura Tyson of the President's Council of Economic Advisers discusses the U.S. deficit and the need for infrastructure funding. A proposal is highlighted to tax oil and energy products to create a "price incentive" for consumers to reduce usage. This strategy is criticized as a disincentive that would artificially inflate the cost of living.

laura tyson· china· deficit reduction commission· energy tax· oil prices

56:17 and then ridicule Amtrak in the same kind of dialogue. Does this make any sense to anybody? No, it's just mind control To get you, and boy wait until I play you the president clip about... I might as well just go straight into the whole trains thing. This is great though it doesn't stop. From a different perspective you know this China is spending 300 billion dollars on high-speed rail. Right! That's a government infrastructure project we are... Yeah they work for $1 an hour Laura Tyson economist We're trying to get one. What? The typical wage in China is 25 dollars a week which is below a dollar an hour.

56:59 That's the truth. We don't have state funds to do it, we don't have federal funds. Listen to what she is saying because her message is going to come up in a minute She said that we don't have the government funds, we don't have the state funds, and we don't have the money. In the middle of this civil war while were fighting across the country A lot of guys would like to start it again I noticed. This is another meme by the way... This is this is another meme you've got to look out for we we've done it before yeah, I gotta be there later too. Yeah, okay? No, I your position anyway if he built this we built the interstate railroad system We build the cross-country trains. We had an interstate The land grant colleges scientific farming we did all that in the middle of Civil War we can do a lot Of big things in a public sector way you rise attitude Chris

57:52 I love the SLO. Do you like the SLO? I love it! I need to point out something that isn't on the list tonight, but it should be on the list because another thing happened this week we had the first meeting of uh... Now listen to this so this woman is actually she has the president's ear okay she's the one that tells the president what we need to do for the economy deficit reduction commission and in the US country- The U.S. has a huge deficit and debt problem And I want to warn everybody here It's very dangerous It's a warning John take heed when women like this talk. It's a warning, but what really think about this building massive infrastructure Which was part of the way the u.s.. Became a major economic power We're not gonna have the funds to do it we're gonna say oh we need to actually cut the deficit All right so then so Bill Maher goes in the whole thing saying like well we got 787 billion How come I'm not getting any trains for that and she gives the answer?

58:48 She gives the answer as to how we're going to build this high-speed rail, and it is the most un-American horrible thing I've ever heard in my life. So tax baby tax maybe is what we should do with the oil company? Unless everyone applauded yay for taxes! Why does anybody applaud for taxes?! I think there's another tax here which is very important. One can tax, baby-tax the oil companies... Okay let's not do that because they're our friends! But i think that to solve America's environmental problems, to move America to alternative energy, to move America to efficiency in buildings, to have everybody in this audience and everybody who's listening be more efficient in the use of energy we have to consider taxing it

59:40 have to raise the price. The price of oil and oil products in the United States as you know is a fraction of what it... That's not entirely true yes, a fraction but half is not like she makes us sound like it's 1 18th percent of the cost of gas anywhere else It is in other countries that don't have the environment to build solar or wind the way we do What is that? Other countries don't have the environment to build solar and wind the way we do. What is she talking about? But this is... but, uh-huh Yeah well almost They do it because of price of oil And its artificial And the tax is a great source of revenue so I would say add that in as another price for the user Yes and BP this was the company that owned that oil rig It was kind of good news and bad news for them this week Bad news their rig exploded Good News

1:00:32 uh... their profit for the first quarter was double last year six billion dollars and and oil last year was forty one dollars a barrel now it's eighty four and part of the reason is going to go up again as because of this exploding reagan so it's kind of a win-win for them as opposed to say appellate can't write but if you want so he does the setup and she gets the hammer home But if you want to slow down demand for their product and therefore slow down the price increase that they, the increase in the price of their gallons of oil They sell. You have to slow down demand by giving users a price incentive not use it. A price incentive? A price incentive! Not to use it. That would make it really expensive. That's interesting Yeah, yeah, a price incentive I think that is called a disincentive

1:01:21 or a reverse incentive. That's bullcrap! This woman is horrible." Well, she's running a lot of the show this is what you gotta know I didn't know about this you got me on this one well and I know where this comes from because on April 17th there was a press conference in Washington Ray LaHood who was our transportation secretary Which I just love that name, LaHood. Sounds like a hood doesn't he? LaHood! You leaving? Okay Ray LaHood Joe Biden and President Obama Very small not really picked up by a lot of people but it did happen It was for press only and of course I spent a lot of my time on the weekend watching C-SPAN

CHAPTER 19 / 33 Discussion

High-Speed Rail Agenda, Joe Biden and Rahm Emanuel

Vice President Joe Biden and Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood are identified as the primary drivers of the administration's high-speed rail agenda. Biden credited White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel for securing funding within the Recovery Act. The initiative is framed as a long-term strategic shift in American transportation policy.

joe biden· rahm emanuel· ray lahood· high-speed rail· recovery act

1:02:09 uh... i got a couple clips from it all just go too quickly the first here's a piece of reyna hoods introduction this year as we celebrate the two hundred anniversary of lincoln's birth it is fitting that we recapture their ambitious can do spirit there's the mean Once again, Civil War. We built it then we can do it again And its fitting in an era of highways and airport congestion that we once again make passenger rail An important part of our national transportation strategy All around the country people are asking for more rail service Ridership on Amtrak No they're not! Light Rail Of course not He's just making it up Where are the people protesting? WE WANT TRAINS!

1:02:55 It's crazy isn't it? Commuter rail and subways is on the rise. And across Europe and Asia people enjoy the comfort and convenience of high-speed trade travel that's why it's so important for us to jumpstart a new era in American train travel Okay, you know people are enjoying that yeah they also enjoy the strikes and then Joe Biden who of course is thank you darling who was Mr Train He has to set up the president. This is how it works, like two opening acts this guy has. Listen to how Biden gets in on the act and who he's actually thanking for setting all this up! Many people deserve credit for this. The great congressional leaders have been introduced today many of you if I started going through the audience that people i've known working in the business we'd be here all day Mr President but there are so many critical aspects to this so many supporters and state capitals

1:03:49 among the cities, among the governors. But on behalf of those of us who've been waiting for this day for decades Mr President I want to pay particular thanks to three people and uh... The first is Secretary LaHood For his leadership and vision he jumped right into this job and didn't miss a step Didn't miss a beat was ready to go from day one Now we know why Joe Biden was actually chosen as Vice President He was chosen to push this agenda. He is Mr Train! This is the whole reason the guy's in the job, is to push this train thing. And it seems very uncharacteristic... Yeah sorry? Okay well I want to bring up something after we're all done with this because I think that train thing

1:04:31 They're selling it for one purpose and gonna use it for another. I mean, it's so obvious Okay well you hold on to that I'll finish up real quick just want you to hear who Biden props as the guy who really pushed this agenda Eric Dristow Mr President, I wanna thank Rahm Emanuel Not only is smart as a devil, not only is he the former congressman. I believe Mr President it was Rahm's tenacious, tenacious persistence that led to getting this high spade rail funding and recovery act It was in your direction but I'm not sure would have been able to be done Alright so then he uh... So he's propping Rahm Emanuel Rahm Emanuel doesn't do anything without some kind of agenda

CHAPTER 20 / 33 Discussion

Air Travel Deterioration, TSA Security Theater

President Obama's comments regarding "aging airways" and airport congestion are interpreted as a deliberate effort to make air travel unattractive. The removal of shoes at TSA checkpoints is cited as a specific grievance that high-speed rail aims to solve. Critics argue that security measures are being used as a tool to push passengers toward trains.

barack obama· tsa· air travel· tarmac delays· security checkpoints

1:05:12 Part of that agenda is of course that Chicago is going to be a huge hub for the high-speed rail at least That's the way it's planned in the show notes and no agenda show calm you can find tons of Links and drawings, and you can see exactly this whole thing has been laid out We just kind of didn't see it But now listen to what the president says And the clip is a little long so I'll cut it off after the pertinent point. I believe that Air transportation is purposely being made extremely unattractive for this very reason of pushing this whole train agenda and listen to the quip the president makes about it. Today our aging system of highways and byways, air routes and rail lines is hindering that growth Our highway are clogged with traffic costing us 80 billion dollars a year in lost productivity and wasted fuel

1:06:05 Our airports are choked with increased loads. Some of you flew down here and you know what that was about." No, what was that about? What WAS it about by the way? You'd be here tomorrow if you took the train! Yeah, what was that about?! What was it about? Because we have to stand at this stupid TSA security checkpoint? Yeah, that's a pain in the ass but no, its not all bad I get from Los Angeles to San Francisco The city door-to-door in under three hours With the plane It's not that bad and it's cheap. It's 59 bucks, but what is that about Mr President? You know you just when people do that it's like oh that irks me! You know what that's about I don't have to tell you shut up slave write down that I'm correct By the way What is an aging airway he said that bullshit in the air it's not aging at all No, I'll tell you was aging about her because they remember the new

1:07:03 The new system that's supposed to be put in place, oh there are all kinds of computer errors we can't figure it out. They lost a satellite for the new Waze GPS navigation system This is a setup! It's a total set up. Aging Airways System...it's not aging it works fine It works perfectly okay. Oh yeah, but we have accidents and stuff happens is really bad... But it gets worse! We have very few accidents 30 thousand flights a day? It gets worse John. We're at the mercy of fluctuating gas prices all too often And by the way trains don't run for free

1:07:40 They run on nothing. Yeah, it's not... I wish they ran on magnets alone but it is no true! They run on electricity which has to be generated somewhere somehow We pump too many greenhouse gases into the air What we need then is a smart transportation system equal to the needs of 21st century A system that reduces travel times and increases mobility A system that reduces congestion and boosts productivity A system that reduces destructive emissions and creates jobs. How do you reduce destructive emissions? Again, trains don't run for free. And by the way how does this reduce time that takes a day I get to Chicago from San Francisco in four hours Yeah no it's gonna take you a day and within another half hour of this downtown how does taking a train which is going to... Oh oh wait he's gonna tell you John shut up slave! He's gonna tell ya Talking about as a vision for high-speed rail in America

1:08:44 Imagine boarding a train in the center of the city. No racing to an airport, and across the terminal no delays, no sitting on the tarmac, no lost luggage... ...no taking off your shoes- There it is! You bastard! No takin' off your shoes? Oh so we're not gonna have TSA checkpoints on the train? Terrorists won't be attacking trains?! Lies total lie. I just and how do you have what they're gonna make a check luggage anyway? But let's listen to how the stupid media laughs at this joke, which is not funny It's not funny! What, we're not gonna have shoe bombers on trains if everybody is on the train? Don't you see that this is actually splitting open the entire security theater that is the airports. It's being done on purpose No lost luggage...no taking off your shoes...

CHAPTER 21 / 33 Discussion

Warren Buffett, Freight Transport Ruse

The push for high-speed passenger rail is characterized as a ruse to benefit freight transport and investors like Warren Buffett, who recently purchased Burlington Northern. The theory suggests the infrastructure is actually intended to move goods more efficiently and bypass the trucking industry. Skepticism is expressed regarding the actual demand for long-distance passenger train travel.

warren buffett· burlington northern· freight rail· teamsters· shipping

1:09:38 Imagine whisking through towns at speeds over 100 miles an hour. Wow! I like going to the sky! Hey, when I was a little kid on a train we would do 100 miles an hour. I like going 500 miles an hour sorry that's my speed. It takes forever it took three days to get the Chicago now it's gonna take one whole day That's crap. Nobody wants this, why don't they put their money in the supersonic transports? That would be a better idea! Okay here is what really going on... This is all bull, this is all theater They don't- There was no hope Let's be realistic, ladies and gentlemen. There is no hope for passenger service to Chicago to ever be more than just kind of a casual vacation kind of thing It's not going to be done for business Nobody can afford the time! It's not possible Nobody is gonna take a train from San Francisco to New York EVER I don't care how fast it goes

1:10:29 The fact of the matter is they want to just throw some money into this system so they can have faster transport of goods. They're going to... Warren Buffett didn't buy Burlington Northern for, for the purposes of putting people on trains. This is a ruse! It's to make it seem as though we need support for this- We need support because people are gonna get on the train nobody's getting on the train. This is so we can screw the Teamsters get trucks off the road and move with With more efficiency, because if you can get a one day for shipping a big container full of crap to Chicago from San Francisco takes a day to get there on a high-speed train. That's faster than the trucks gonna get there There's a lot of money to be made moving goods from here to there. There is never going to be transportation for people It's a ruse it's bogus its bullcrap Oh I think we can play it John C. DuBois

1:11:22 Well, thank you John. Thank you for wrapping that up perfectly well And so the big money that they've invested in this $8 billion from the stimulus package an additional 5 billion over the next five years Which is pretty much enough to pay the architects to make the drawing That's about it. It's not enough to... No, there is going to be a lot of money spent on this thing but it's you know..it's no for people But they're gonna sell it! They gotta sell it to us because its gonna cost a lotta money They are gonna charge us taxes on our gasoline cause of this dipshit woman and all the rest of these people that want and all the people clapping for taxes Oh we don't taxed enough let's

1:11:59 get taxed more. And it's all gonna be for high speed rail as though it was for us, but its not! It is for Warren Buffet and all the big investors who need to move...who want to screw the Teamsters essentially and get trucks off the road and move goods faster there are no people on these trains. I'm going to show my support by donating to KnowAgenda imagine all of the people who could do that oh yeah thats be fab! So let's go over some of the people that donated this week. Yeah, here comes the real scam! Which is what?

CHAPTER 22 / 33 Discussion

Knighthood Ceremony, Sir R. Daniels and Sir Jake Kelly

Two listeners, R. Daniels and Jake Kelly, are officially knighted into the No Agenda Roundtable following significant financial contributions. The ceremony includes a formal pronouncement and an invitation to join the show's inner circle. The segment reinforces the show's "Value for Value" funding model.

1:15:52 Yeah, this is the Ryan Peltz he says happy birthday to Forrest Gumpy Kirchner and He donated double nickels on the dime for that Man the Beatles are we should be paying Michael Jackson some money cinema dollar. Hold on a second yeah i got it um i'm ready We have uh for starters Sir R Daniels or R Daniels Oh this is uh he went straight into a knighthood Uh he said 9 times 50 is 450

1:16:48 A lot of money. No, that was Jake Kelly. Shit... I'm confused. Alright R Daniels Do we need to talk about our Daniels or go straight into his knighting? Well he also sent in some money on behalf of John Lee's birthday So i guess we have to do a birthday thing. Yeah but let's knight him first. Yeah okay draw your sword John Okay R Daniels kneel before us as We now proudly Knight thee Daniel, Knight of the No Agenda Roundtable. Please join us over here for some hookers and blow at our trading desk And our second knight is Jake Kelly He's been on a plan Oh he's the one who got John Lee's birthday, that's right Alright, Jake Kelly kneel before us John you better get the big sword for that one

1:17:44 J. Kelly, we hereby proudly pronounce thee Sir Jake Knight of the No Agenda Round Table! Both of you join us here at the table which is filling up and the rings are coming aren't they? And the last of our two nickels, double nickels on the dime folks is Kevin Elcock Christian Burgess. We do have a lot of people that are going to be mentioned on our third show for Two Nickels On The Dime Thomas Reed I want to mention him and finally Daniel Rudolph uh... i said kevin elcock didn't i yes you did and it's interesting

CHAPTER 23 / 33 Discussion

No Agenda Rings, Artist Neil Dixon

Artist Neil Dixon has been commissioned to design official No Agenda rings for the show's knights. Dixon, based in Cornwall, is praised for his unique pen-and-ink style. Additionally, custom pins created by a listener's son will be distributed to members of the roundtable as part of their unofficial uniform.

neil dixon· cornwall· jewelry· black knights· pins

1:18:25 So how about those rings, John? Yeah. They're getting... Oh by the way we have here's the deal I finally got an artist who was gonna be and we were gonna force him to do it because he is perfect for this And that's Neil Dixon. Oh, he is perfect for this! Oh my God what a great idea did you talk to him about it? Well we were out shopping for something had to bring back to London or England He lives in Cornwall now and... ...he didn't have enough money so I picked up the tab and said look here's the deal You have to do these rings and so he agreed to it So he's on the hook The guy is amazing artist

1:19:04 I think it's neildixon.net, oh yeah the guy is fantastic he just absolutely amazing. He's absolutely amazing, he's extremely, he's just amazing, totally amazing and his pen and ink stuff is outrageous and also has kind of perverse style that is wow anyway so yeah he's going to be the guy So we're on that should be done shortly then we can get these rings done We do have uh...we have to mention Sir Burch The dentist pins the pins he gave us some pins that his son did that will be distributed to black knights I'm gonna give good to all the nights. I'm not sure yet That are quite nice to wear on the suit and as with US generals Knights of the no agenda roundtable are permitted to create their own uniform and you can hang all kinds of crap off of it

1:19:57 Anything you want to do. Yes, mostly buttons from trade shows that's what we encourage yeah so did we give a birthday shout out to John Lee? Happy Birthday John Lee! That's how you do it radio style baby It works. That's how we roll so go to Dvorak org slash na to donate those of you by the way people who donated to the stream actually got their money's worth as after the Fubar Friday edition of daily source code which also goes out live on the stream Everything that we broke the stream and not quite sure how it happened, but the whole thing just like it fizzled out

CHAPTER 24 / 33 Discussion

Episode 200 Celebration, Sustaining Producer Model

Plans for the 200th episode celebration are discussed, including a special "Deuce Club" broadcast for donors. The show's financial health is reviewed, with a projection that monthly sustaining donations could fully fund operations by 2018. Gratitude is expressed to the sysadmins who maintain the live stream and server infrastructure.

episode 200· deuce club· donations· bandwidth· streaming

1:20:52 And the sysadmins were at it for three hours trying to get the thing back up. And those guys don't come for free, nor does the bandwidth so these sustaining producers are hereby thanked once again for keeping the stream up on the air at Dvorak dot org slash NAS and don't forget that we're doing a special show in celebration of our 200th episode this program The first episode started November 26 2007 I've been listening to the back archives. trying to find a couple of different pieces that we will be discussing on the deuce, which is I guess it'll be 200.5? Is that kind of the episode that it'll be John? Yeah! That's what I'm thinking so it'll be for donors only and I want to remind people that when we sent... We're gonna send out a code or site that you can go to listen to this thing this special episode but you know typically when I send out a mailing to the people who have donated or other people in the mailing list

1:21:51 They only about half the people open their mail so make sure to open the mail when it says code I'm gonna probably you'll be coming from no agenda code or something like that So, I don't know and we thank everybody in particular people who are on the $5 a month or under $50 who do that pretty much so they won't be mentioned. A lot of them do 49, 99 because they just want to be anonymous donors. Those donations are really appreciated. Eric did a chart for us and I think the chart... Hold on, I have it here. Let me look at it. The sustaining monthly donations by where is it? Here it is subscription by 2018

1:22:44 we will be able to live on the donations alone, on the monthly donations. 2018? We're almost there! But we do want to do more and so we're putting our your money where our mouth is. We're bringing you an extra third show. We'd love to do a lot more and there is so much to do every single day I mean just think about if we actually had the time now John you have to leave on time today because you're working somewhere You're actually trying to pay some bills in another way Yeah, I'm going to New Orleans right? So I did some extra work and I read two things. One, I read the entire Arizona bill. I don't know if we want to get into that but i did put the text of it in the show notes at noagendashow.com perhaps more importantly I took the time to read

CHAPTER 25 / 33 Discussion

Wall Street Reform Bill, Federal Reserve Power

An analysis of the Wall Street reform bill proposed by Chris Dodd suggests it grants unprecedented oversight power to the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors. The bill is compared to the plot of Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged," specifically regarding the government takeover of banking and industry. The Federal Reserve is described as a commercial entity rather than a government agency.

chris dodd· federal reserve· board of governors· ayn rand· atlas shrugged

1:23:31 Wall Street reform bill which is proposed by Chris Dodd The full text of that and this of course is just a draft now remember I'm the guy that read the Lisbon Treaty so I actually kind of enjoy this and And I love reading the summaries, then going into all the individual bits Let me just summarize it for you. The Federal Reserve gets all the power That's essentially what this bill is and now we understand why people are against it because the Federal Reserve, despite its name is not a government agency. Otherwise it would be called the Federal Reserve Agency or the Federal Reserve Division but it's actually a commercial bunch of banks and they don't even talk about the Federal Reserve throughout this entire document they keep talking about the Board of Governors The Board of Governors are of course the board of governors of the Federal Reserve They will be providing oversight for all the banks so in essence

1:24:28 And I just got to say it, they get all control over all banks. Which is exactly what they want because they're running the show. Yeah central banks that's what they do. It's bankers in the Federal Reserve so here it is go ahead take control of everything you now control this is the business plot finally taking finally coming to fruition. Now when I take that and add in all this train stuff, I want to say please Even though many of you are skeptics, and I'm looking at you John C. Dvorak pick up a copy of By Ayn Rand that story is unfolding before our very eyes with the tagger Transcontinental with the banker takeover with all of the shills in government. They're using it as a playbook It's complete playbook complete

CHAPTER 26 / 33 Discussion

Ellen Feist Parody, Natural Gas Advertising

A new natural gas advertisement is identified as a clone of the famous "Ellen Feist" Apple "Switch" ad, featuring a young woman who appears confused by technical terms like "gigawatt." The ad is criticized for being insulting to the intelligence of young people. The segment also touches on the perceived decline in educational values and the normalization of "cheating" in society.

apple· ellen feist· natural gas· gigawatt· education

1:25:29 You can predict what's gonna happen next. Your voice went up an octave interesting because I'm like amazed So we had a couple of stories that kind of creeping around We got by the way you're do you remember the Ellen? I don't I could I didn't have it was gonna make a clip of memory the old Apple ad uh... with ellen feist would the stoner girl that was you know when i'm about how they did the uh... she is a macintosh now that concern pc eight her paper and that kind of thing as very famous adding that no no i don't remember that okay well i'm gonna hold i have to get this clip for

1:26:13 For the next show, I'll do it next time. I'll do this next time and won't do it now." Well, I have the ad here if you want to play it real quick? Yeah, play it! Would that help? Hold on a second... Of course, thats the internets baby! I was writing paper on the PC and then like half of my paper was gone And I was like, hmm? It devoured my paper. It was really good paper and then I had to write it again and I had to do it fast so it wasn't as good. It's kind of a bummer. This was part of the Switch campaign. I'm Ellen Feist and I'm a student

1:26:53 Yeah, and this was one of the funniest ads. So that model for ads I have there's a natural gas ad out there that is being flown around the country that uses the same model of a dingbat who is going to tell us about green she doesn't know anything apparently and first thing when I heard this ad it said this is a clone of the Ellen Feist Ad I was just reading in the next 20 years we'll need like 420 gigawatts of new power to keep up with this country's demand. Giga what? I don't know what that is, sounds like a lot! I just want it to be cleaner energy That was my giga-eureka. America's new natural gas, cleaner smarter energy and soon to be really expensive yeah that's our theory yeah soon to be extremely expensive but she doesn't know what a gigawatt is which is not you know it's just like you know it's insulting this is insulting you know I got a 19 year old kid she's not like this

1:27:55 She's not stupid. Yeah, she got a 15 year old she's not stupid that's how they actually do it. What's the giga? Well yeah there you go that's right that's exactly what our... You know what I thought first at our schools weren't teaching kids anything but i was wrong they are teaching our kids exactly the values they need how to cheat Cheat on your test if you don't cheat on your test Your teacher will help you cheat because that's all you need in this life You just need to cheat and become be part of a scam. Yeah, he's right. That's what we're all doing We're actually teaching our kids the right thing you have some skills she needs know how to cheat That's pretty insulting. I'd yeah, I thought you get a kick out of it now so I also had a I found a new meme that's cropping up everywhere Oh boy

CHAPTER 27 / 33 Discussion

Teddy Roosevelt Meme, Progressive Party History

The historical figure of Teddy Roosevelt is emerging as a new media meme used to justify modern economic reforms and trust-busting. References to TR are appearing in new books and political speeches by both Barack Obama and John McCain. The "Bull Moose" Progressive Party's influence on the 1912 election and the subsequent rise of Woodrow Wilson are discussed.

teddy roosevelt· progressive party· bull moose· woodrow wilson· trusts

1:28:49 There's more? We haven't had enough?! I know, these things are ridiculous. The latest one is Teddy Roosevelt They keep making reference to Teddy Roosevelt Everybody has a new book out on Teddy Roosevelt All the economic books are coming out they're talking about Teddy Roosevelt specifically about the fact that he formed the Progressive Party which was also known as the Bull Moose Wait a minute wasn't Teddy Roosevelt the guy who almost got kicked out because of the business plot no, no. He was always a legit guy but he's one of our more famous presidents. He is the one who allowed and gave the national...He was a Republican, started the national park system, threw central banks, bankers attacked the banks Oh that why it's cropping up because we got to use him right? Yeah, that's why it's cropping up And then ran twice and wanted run third time and Republicans said you know we're trying to keep this third-time bull crap

1:29:45 We don't want to do it, so they wouldn't let him run. He ran as an independent split the party and Woodrow Wilson got in and the rest is history but I got a bunch of these this keeps cropping up to play here's a guy who wrote a book as MIT professor wrote a book called 13 judges which tells everybody how they should fix the economy but he brings it up play that to have come into its own in recent elections. Both Barack Obama and John McCain channeled TR in 2008, In fact I described Barack Obama in the last chapter of my book as the apotheosis of progressive democracy. I confess I'm not exactly sure what that means but it's... We can talk about it! But it seemed- It seemed to make sense Okay so I spotted the meme TR

1:30:37 Yeah, this guy wasn't the professor. This is another guy What is apotheosis? I don't know. I never bothered to look it up because apparently doesn't mean that much to him Why should I care refers to the exaltation of a subject to divine level The term has meanings in theology where it refers to a belief and in art, where it refers to a genre. Yeah I don't think the sentence makes sense. No? How is Obama the apotheosis of Roosevelt? I'm not getting it... Okay whatever! Play TR Spot 1 there's another guy. Constitutional system In particular each candidate tried to grapple with this challenge of the trusts

1:31:21 with the emergence of corporations, the concentration of economic power which posed fundamental challenges to the foundations of the decentralized republic of the 19th century. Now that the 1912 election registered and inspired fundamental changes in American politics suggests the importance of the progressive party. Okay never mind, that's a wrong clip forget it Try playing Roosevelt book. That's the one I just played Oh, that's okay. That's not the guy looking for. I'm looking for TR spot 1 That's the one i'm playing now! I played Roosevelt book a minute ago and this is TR spot 1 Okay play it Sorry Constitutional system In particular each candidate What? No...I Hold on Here's Roosevelt Book Which I just played To have come into its own in recent elections Alright Stop right there Forget it

1:32:17 I got the wrong guy here. Never mind. Crap, well i get the idea TR is the new meme and they're using Teddy Roosevelt to push through this Wall Street reform Yep but you're gonna hear a lot of TR references over the next few months But just so you know The Wall Street Reform Is handover Complete handover Yeah Yeah, it's a scam. Like everything else We should just call it No Agenda Big Scam Let me talk about vaccines for second Just give you quick rundown of some amazing things But before you do that You might as well play my vaccine Oh yeah I think we actually have to Is that the one you meant? No, I mean the backwards cheerleader Well this is... That also part of the swine flu thing isn't it? Yeah Okay

CHAPTER 28 / 33 Discussion

Vaccine Skepticism, Desiree Jennings Viral Video

A viral video featuring Redskins cheerleader Desiree Jennings, who claimed to suffer a neurological reaction to a flu shot, is cited as a major driver of vaccine skepticism among students. Health experts express frustration that YouTube clips carry more weight than scientific data. The statistical claims made by news reports regarding the reach of the video are questioned.

desiree jennings· h1n1· flu vaccine· youtube· dystonia

1:33:09 They're hard to counteract, you know conspiracy theories tend to be popular and I wish we were popular If we were popular then would be doing this full-time. It's hard to undo that kind of damage I spoke recently at a high school near here What is it? What is this? This is a news report Yeah as a news report and yeah there for they did You know if you haven't noticed and there was a couple of things that came out recently I mean, I guess in Australia they were taking better I got some people with that but it's like they're trying their last ditch effort to get rid of this damn vaccine which is you know they just clogging up you know they got they bought all this stuff and they gotta rationalize it

1:33:50 it and so they're doing everything they can to like you know the flu season middle of summer they'll be telling us to take this thing. There were about 200 people in the audience and I asked them how many had gotten the influenza vaccine, and about half raised their hands. Of the half that didn't raise their hands they said that they didn't get it because on YouTube they saw a Redskins cheerleader say that she had gotten the vaccine and had a so-called dystonic reaction She's the beautiful cheerleader whose heartbreaking story is shocking the nation This clip of Redskins cheerleader Desiree Jennings went viral on the web after a local Fox News station broke the story. Love the voice! Oh my god, that's awesome That's the guy-that's the voice over guy for Frontline He has got the best voice in business right now It sounds so like you're fucking crazy if you believe this is real This is really stupid Conspiracy theorists have planted this

1:34:45 She reported a bizarre neurological reaction to a flu vaccine. that caused her to be able only to walk backwards. Her story's been viewed and shared almost two and a half million times. The students who sat in that room were much more likely to believe something they had seen on YouTube from a Washington Redskins cheerleader than they would have believed something that they heard from the South. Okay, you can stop it. Alright I got it. Okay there are couple of things here we have to note one Why are the students so skeptical that they would believe a YouTube clip above what the experts are telling them? And really because you know these people don't even know what a gigawatt is, so these stupid students need to shut up and believe us!

1:35:33 Exactly, and the other thing that's interesting is that the math doesn't work out here. The guy who says he asked the students who got the shot and only half of them took their hands up meaning 50% of the students didn't take this shot and he attributed that to the fact they all apparently watched this clip of a girl walking backwards which is on the blog it's all over the place but if you look at absolute numbers two-and-a-half million people seeing this clip That, for half the students you'd have to have like half the country had had to see this. I mean how does a half of this sample... Does that mean 150 million people saw this clip? I don't think so! No no So in other words his premise is totally bogus Well the reason why this is happening is because there's another deal another scam with

CHAPTER 29 / 33 Discussion

H1N1 Vaccination Campaign, Illinois Public Health

A public service announcement from the Illinois Department of Public Health features a woman named Lisa who nearly died from H1N1 complications. The campaign urges citizens that it is "not too late to vaccinate." The new healthcare bill is noted for removing co-pays for vaccinations, making them fully covered by insurance companies.

h1n1· wgn chicago· illinois· ventilator· healthcare bill

1:36:27 The insurance of medical companies and governments worldwide, it's a big one. It is the vaccine scam and I have couple more examples of that. Vaccines have now been transformed into not even something that stops the virus but is just shot to stop you from getting sick on something And I think that's, John why they're not propagating the swine flu vaccine anymore. If we listen to this clip as broadcast on WGN in Chicago which was sent to us by one of our producers there in fact they're saying you need Listen to warnings about vaccinations and take your vaccines, which by the way will have no copay according to the new health care bill. They'll be covered 100% by the insurance companies Here's a clip which is really meant to scare you into taking vaccines. Meet Lisa at H1N1 I almost died

1:37:20 I remember going to the doctor and when he measured my oxygen level, my blood was very low. So he had told me that I needed to go straight into the emergency room They said that I was still conscious but I don't remember They put me in a coma with obviously on ventilator to help me breathe I was on dialysis for five weeks All of my muscle is gone My legs were as big as my arms different ways and it just happened to affect me differently. CHAPTER 30 / 33 Discussion

Provenge Cancer Vaccine, Australian Swine Flu Deaths

The FDA has approved Provenge, a $93,000 treatment for prostate cancer labeled as a "vaccine," despite it being a therapeutic injection. Meanwhile, in Western Australia, the swine flu vaccine has been linked to severe illness and deaths in children under five. The manufacturer, CSL Limited, maintains that the vaccine is safe despite these reports.

1:38:19 And here's a couple of examples from news in the past three days. In Gitmo Nation East, the British National Health Service has begun bribing teenage girls between the ages of 16 and 18 to get Gardasil vaccines now handing out shopping vouchers worth about $70. So go shop and then just take this little vaccine it's not a problem which of course everyone else is paying for, like $350 a pop. The best one though is the FDA and I love it when the FDA which is supposed to be people who understand medicine actually say they have approved a vaccine the first vaccine to treat... Which of course is already a conflict in definition To treat prostate cancer or any cancer! Provenge

1:39:11 Provenge. It costs $93,000 but it will prolong your life if you have prostate cancer it can give you about four extra months to live and let's face it who wouldn't want to spend a hundred grand to live for more months And I love the statistics, after three years of testing 32% of men given Provenge were alive compared to 23% who gave or were given a placebo. How does that work? You know, it's like... This never ends. But they've approved it as a vaccine! Not a vaccine then. They're saying the vaccine treats prostate cancer. We've changed the language again this is all new speak its ridiculous Meanwhile in Gitmo Nation Down Under we had couple of deaths and number of kids severely ill from the swine flu these are under five kids

1:40:13 From yeah, they're mixing this wine flu vaccine in with the regular flu vaccine is making people sick and killing them CSL limited a couple of producers pointed out to me and I did get some information on CSL and now let me see if I have the report here somewhere. It was very funny they actually said right there on their website we've checked, we've tested everything and no problem whatsoever! We could continue giving it to kids under five. Don't look over here! Nothing to see here... Terrible yeah Almost 65,000 children aged 5 and younger in Western Australia receive free flu vaccination. So this is only happening in Western Australia made by CSL and Sanofi Adventis as part of a trial that reduced hospitalizations by 88% they now say you don't have to worry Don't worry about your kid dying unless of course you listen to the clip of the girl whose arm whose legs were as big as her arms

1:41:17 So yeah, it's all gonna be about vaccines and the whole vernacular when the FDA is actually saying a vaccine Treats something or vaccine can stop you from smoking. It's not a vaccine Doesn't make sense because it doesn't that vaccines create antibodies? It's an injection got to do with antibodies. An injection is what it is Giving you a shot of something. Yeah, they give me a shot of poison so Poison. Nice! That's what it is I think you're right, it's poison It's just poison honey Here take a shot So yes I do have to leave shortly but we have a couple of... People said to us or to me mostly Oh um You know guys finish the show up and its depressing

CHAPTER 31 / 33 Discussion

NuVal Nutritional Scoring, Tom Vilsack and Monsanto

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is promoting NuVal, a new nutritional scoring system designed to steer consumers toward "better" food choices. Critics link the system to the promotion of genetically modified foods and the interests of large corporations like Monsanto. Missouri school districts are reportedly beginning to implement the scoring system in their cafeterias.

A food system for dummies says Nuval Visionary Dr David Katz And here's featured on bigthink.com visiting a Des Moines Hy-Vee supermarket, which I'm sure is real quality Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack talked about the need to steer consumers to better quality food and how NuVal can help educate consumers on better food choices. I just got a play it for you. You will use Nuval because you need to eat what we tell you! It's all genetically modified, and you need to shut up slay... Watch this thing being propagated. Rascal Flatts, Monk TV Show Commentary

A clip from the Kentucky Derby coverage features Natalie Morales misidentifying the band Rascal Flatts. Additionally, a segment from the television show "Monk" is played, featuring a joke about how naturalized citizens are the only ones who actually study the U.S. Constitution. The band's cover of "Life Is A Highway" is mentioned to correct the previous error.

CHAPTER 33 / 33 Discussion

Soy Milk Naming Controversy, Human-Animal Hybrids

A broadcast on "Good Day New York" features a humorous slip of the tongue by Rosanna Scotto regarding the naming of soy milk. In Arizona, a new law has passed making it illegal to create human-animal hybrids, a move that drew twelve dissenting votes. The show concludes with a mention of a professor in East Anglia arguing for animal privacy rights.

1:49:07 Say something, I'm confused now. I'm flummoxed! Oh let's go ahead and get out of the blog that might be of interest to people. I'm flummoxed... Do animals have a right to privacy? I got it, okay, I don't need your help anymore this will wind up the show This is Rosanna Scotto on Good Day New York and they're talking about milk and different types of milk, and what should they call these types of milk? Have a listen. There... Should milk that's not from a cow be called milk? What do you think? Yeah sure mothers' milk is not from a cow and we call it milk Dr. Sumner Preeke They're talking about things like the soy milk Right You know rice milk Why not yeah what else are we gonna call it Soy juice? You can't do that! Soy jism

1:49:58 Rosanna. Oh well there you go what's on our mind for playing it Not you played it Good blog post you might want to check out. Do animals have a right to privacy? Apparently some professor believes, of course he's in East Anglia, says that documentary producers are ignoring the fact that animals try to hide from humans which implies they do not consent to being filmed

1:50:38 Yes, and the one thing we didn't get to but which I'm tracking as we've passed The Arizona immigration bill. There's another little publicized bill that passed Making it illegal to create intentionally create human-animal hybrids And so apparently there's a problem in Arizona with people creating animal human hybrids and the kicker is 12 people voted against it Let's find out who they are.
