About this episode

President George W. Bush marked the 20th anniversary of the September 11 attacks by delivering a controversial address that linked foreign terrorists to domestic political dissidents. This rhetorical shift coincides with former CIA Acting Director Mike Morell characterizing the current security landscape as a generational conflict requiring permanent intelligence expansion. Meanwhile, the Pentagon faces renewed scrutiny over the 2001 announcement by Donald Rumsfeld regarding 2.3 trillion dollars in unaccounted transactions, a mystery compounded by the destruction of the specific accounting office during the attack.

Global tensions escalate as the U.S. military admits a drone strike in Kabul killed ten civilians, including seven children, despite initial claims of a successful operation against ISIS. In the United Kingdom, Health Secretary Sajid Javid abruptly scrapped plans for mandatory vaccine passports, while Denmark removed all remaining COVID-19 restrictions. Domestically, President Joe Biden issued a stern ultimatum to the unvaccinated, as Moderna announced a combined mRNA booster for COVID-19, influenza, and RSV. These developments occur alongside reports of the Department of Veterans Affairs potentially withholding benefits from non-compliant veterans and United Airlines placing exempt employees on indefinite unpaid leave.

Cultural shifts take center stage as Dr. Julie Ponesse is dismissed from Huron College for her stance on medical ethics, and a Sacramento teacher is exposed for promoting Maoist ideology in the classroom. The episode features insights from the No Agenda community on the rise of digital currencies and the death of Shining Path founder Abimael Guzman. Adam Curry and John C. Dvorak analyze the physical tells of public figures like Jen Psaki, comparing their involuntary movements to deceptive behaviors identified in CIA interrogation manuals.

George W. Bush, Domestic Extremism Speech

President George W. Bush delivered a speech on the 20th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, drawing parallels between foreign terrorists and domestic extremists. Bush characterized both groups as children of the same foul spirit for their disregard for human life and national symbols. Critics argue the rhetoric targets political dissidents in the United States rather than addressing groups like Black Lives Matter.

00:00 Life is a scam. Eight more podcasters and broadcasting live from the heart of Texas Hill Country, we're in FEMA Region Number 6. In the morning everybody! I'm Adam Curry And from Northern Silicon Valley where nobody's celebrating 9-12 Why not? I'm John C. Dvorak It looks like Vaughn and Buzzkill...in the morning! Gee, I don't know why Both my sisters celebrate their wedding anniversaries on 9-11

00:43 Were their marriages a disaster? No, no. But it's just...it's a weird thing because Tiffany got married first on 9-11 and then Willow got married...oh maybe it was the other way around I don't remember but if it was all pre 2001 so it was really weird. Hey! Congratulations guys! Yeah lots of flags out in the hill country yesterday I, as they mentioned in the news though. I thought this was over going to be overblown. I didn't see any by the way there's no terrorist attacks. They should celebrate the fact that for 20 years The media has been predicting terrorist attacks on 9-11 Yeah first anniversary of 911 we can expect terrorist attacks! The fifth anniversary of 911 and we can expect terrorist attacks You always could expect it but which hasn't been it That's what you should be celebrating

01:38 Another 20 years, actually 19. Next year will be the 20th anniversary of the media being wrong for twenty years. There was... Two clips by the way Well yeah good let's do that for a sec there were there were a couple of highlights I thought the highlight of the day was President George W Bush who had a rousing speech in which he said the following The security measures incorporated into our lives are both sources and reminders of our vulnerability. And we have seen growing evidence that the dangers to our country can come not only across borders, but from violence that gathers within. There is little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home But in their disdain for pluralism In their disregard for human life In their determination to defile national symbols They are children of the same foul spirit

02:44 And it is our continuing duty to confront them. I wish you got that, that shows what a douchebag this guy was from the get-go Unbelievable what he just said there! I know and what he...I guess he was referring to the Capitol policeman who shot Ashley Babbitt in head? Is that what he's talking about? At first I thought he was talking about Black Lives Matter who were destroying symbols You know symbols, national symbols they were destroying statues I thought it was Black Lives Matter, but the general consensus is no. No! It's you in the Hill Country! You are children of foul spirit. Foul spirit... It's a good one by the way. It's a great term. Foul spirit. Yeah well he was pretty good at coming up with that kind of thing you know? The axis of evil and all the rest

CHAPTER 02 / 50 Discussion

Mike Morell, Generational War on Terror

Former CIA Acting Director Mike Morell appeared on CBSN to discuss the resurgence of Al-Qaeda and ISIS following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Morell described the conflict as a generational fight that will involve the children and grandchildren of current Americans. The commentary is viewed as a rhetorical effort by the military-industrial complex to justify continued military pressure and intelligence spending.

03:36 Everybody was out yesterday. Everybody was on the TV, everybody came back, everybody had something to say and the two most egregious ones were Condoleezza Rice Mike Morrell is making a third comeback. He's waiting for his trophy for Comeback Player of the Year. Let's listen to Mike Morrell on CBSN, which of course is the JV CIA team. incredibly easy organizations to degrade when you have that intelligence and you have that capability, that military capability. And you use it when you take your eye off of them right? When they've when you've degraded them and when you take your eye off of them, there are very easy organizations to bounce back Oh, so in the immediate aftermath of 911 we degrade al Qaeda

04:37 But we take our eye off them when we go to war in Iraq and they bounce back. And so by 2006, they're as capable as they were on September 10th of 2001. We've seen this with ISIS. We've seen it with al-Qaeda in Yemen. So extraordinarily important that we maintain those defenses that I talked about and we maintain that intelligence and military pressure on these groups going forward because this is a generational fight, Emery. My kids are gonna be fighting this fight and my grandchildren are gonna be fighting this fight." Oh! What's the guy looking for? A new gig?! This is your military-industrial complex ramping it up

CHAPTER 03 / 50 Discussion

Kabul Drone Strike, Civilian Casualties Investigation

The U.S. military's final missile strike in the Afghan war, initially called a righteous strike by the Biden administration, reportedly killed ten civilians including seven children. Investigative reports indicate the target, Zomari Ahmadi, was an aid worker loading water canisters rather than an ISIS operative loading explosives. General Mark Milley defended the intelligence behind the strike despite evidence from the ground contradicting the military's claims.

mark milley· zomari ahmadi· hellfire missile· isis-k· kabul

05:16 Let's get ready, because you know we're focusing here. It's going to happen over there. Twack-a-mole! Let's talk about the competency of this but I'm gonna skip...I have my two 911s with us but let's play this first since you just played that guy This is the missile story update from Fox The last known missile fired by the United States in the Afghan war on August 29th, which the Biden administration called a righteous strike might have actually killed 10 innocent people including seven children and a US aid worker. The shocking report basically shows step-by-step video of Zomari Ahmadi reportedly loading canisters of water into his trunk to bring to his family

05:56 The U.S. military was surveilling the man and thought those jugs of water could be explosives, and that Ahmadi was communicating with ISIS! So the US launched a Hellfire missile obliterating the man's car in his driveway in a dense residential neighborhood. Military officials said the drone strike might have killed three civilians but The New York Times now tallies 10 innocent people killed Army General Mark Milley said the strike was valid because there was reasonable conclusion that there were explosives in the white Toyota and that the US had very good intelligence, that ISIS was planning some type of vehicle attack. But The New York Times reports it spoke to witnesses on the ground who say Mr. Ahmadi had multiple passengers in his car that day that denied loading or seeing any explosives and that Ahmadi was not related to ISIS. Ahmadi had worked as an electrical engineer since 2006

06:49 Here's what I don't understand about this part of the story. I thought it was the special, the RX-9 that had the razor blades flip out and slice everyone to bits all i saw was a big crater an explosion. This was supposed to be this, you know very little collateral damage just sliced everybody to bits. Well let's just take a couple of things here one this intelligence that Morell is bragging about is apparently piss poor No! It's spot on it's spot on. This is New York Times passing on the CIA's message to discredit Joe

07:28 It's to discredit the military intelligence because I don't see Joe being...I mean, I see Joe coming out smelling like a rosewood after you think about it. But the second thing is the other part was just lie! There was a lie about this chopper device whatever-the-hell it was. Yeah. This is...Morrell should be...why are they even putting him on the air? Ah well again CBS and And he had more to say, John. He's not done! The military-industrial complex in this case the CIA version of it is just back

CHAPTER 04 / 50 Discussion

Taliban Governance, 9/11 Passport Anomalies

The classification of the Taliban as a terrorist organization is questioned given their role as the current government of Afghanistan. Discussion shifts to anomalies from the September 11 attacks, including the discovery of a hijacker's passport in the debris and unconfirmed reports of aircraft debris on high-rise buildings. A recently released, heavily redacted Saudi report on the attacks is also noted.

taliban· terrorism· 9/11· saudi report· hamburg cell

08:04 It's fear porn, it can happen anywhere. Whack-a-mole is gonna happen this is how it goes! So it brings me now to Afghanistan and the Taliban I think that you know many would consider the Taliban a terrorist organization and now it is forming the government in Afghanistan and the U.S... I love that Many would, you know, I think many would think the Taliban as a terrorist organization And by the way, you can stop right there and ask yourself When was the Taliban a terrorist organization? This has been dropped on to public now, this concept. The Taliban is a terrorist... What have they done outside of Afghanistan and what have they done in Afghanistan besides

08:46 rule the country with an iron fist and using methodologies we don't approve of. But what, where's the terrorism part of the formula here? Well they harbor... I'm just asking you, you must know! Yeah no I think what they, the only stretch you can make is that they harbored terrorists and that used to be... No it's not the same I know, but that's... Hamburg Germany! The Germans. The Deutschers. The Germans the Deutschlanders they've all had most of the 9-11 stuff came out of Hamburg. I read all the reread everything did you see the new Saudi report heavily redacted that came out yeah how are the Taliban a terrorist organization? Well okay i'm gonna tell you if you just let me speak

09:31 The reason we know that the Taliban is a terrorist organization is because we found a passport not far from the blast zone just like on 9-11. Oh, okay. Well that would do it then. Do you remember the passport? The magical passport? Yeah! The lone passport sitting in the middle of the street That was my favorite Now my favorite actually was never reported but a friend of mine who is one of the editors at PC Magazine lived in a tall bui...in a high rise not too far from 9...the neck..the 911 target and on the roof of the house there was a pilot or somebody's head

10:13 Oh God. With a helmet on. Nice! Wait, with a helmet on? Yeah there was a helmet on the guy that's where I understood it yeah But this was someone in the aircraft? Yeah Hmm. That sounds suspicious. It's kind of an anomaly, falling from outer space could have been a Russian cosmonaut Let's do it quick one two three from Condoleezza Rice and she's also completely complicit More for Morrell I was gonna skip Morrell but you want to hear him? You wanna hear this? Yeah! Okay alright here is Morrell He always got messaging going on he is worth listening to This is it Here we go

CHAPTER 05 / 50 Discussion

CIA Intelligence Collection, Afghanistan Withdrawal

CIA Director William Burns testified regarding the increased difficulty of collecting intelligence on Al-Qaeda without a military presence in Afghanistan. The agency's fundamental responsibility moving forward involves monitoring terrorist rebuilding efforts to prevent future threats to the U.S. homeland. Additionally, the role of the CIA in monitoring Afghan poppy fields remains a point of strategic interest.

william burns· cia· al-qaeda· afghanistan· poppy fields

10:52 So, it brings me now to Afghanistan and the Taliban. I think that many would consider the Taliban a terrorist organization and now it's forming the government in Afghanistan and the U.S is maybe not negotiating but certainly in talks with the Taliban in order to get American citizens out of the country What role do you see the U.S playing, and in particular CIA's involvement moving forward when it comes to Afghanistan? CIA's involvement in Afghanistan is pretty simple We have to figure out a way, CIA has to figure out a way To continue to collect intelligence on the terrorist groups operating there who might pose a threat to United States

11:36 when we were in afghanistan and we had a large military and say it's president yes it was easy to collect that intelligence or not there anymore right now it's gonna be much more difficult director burns is has said that the end congressional testimony uh... but difficult does not mean impossible so we're going out to figure out how to collect that intelligence particularly on Al Qaeda, watching their capabilities. Are they rebuilding them? And watching their plans and intentions. And if we see them rebounding to the point where again pose a threat to the homeland then we need to speak that loudly to the administration and Congress

12:20 And hopefully then the president will act right to degrade them before they can attack us. But that's the CIA fundamental responsibility going forward here. Fundamental is to kick it off again, and that's their fundamental responsibility now. They got to worry about the poppy fields as well. Yes, that is the bottom line of course. Here's Condoleezza Rice 20 years ago on 9-11 then National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice was inside the White House when the US was attacked We spoke with her a short time ago and asked her if America is less safe with US troops out of Afghanistan. We are safer than we were on September 11, 2001 but we're not yet safe Nora. Stay safe! We gave ourselves 20 years when there was not another attack like that scale where we developed

CHAPTER 06 / 50 Discussion

Condoleezza Rice, FBI and CIA Coordination

Former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice reflected on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, acknowledging the failure of the FBI and CIA to detect the original plot. Rice highlighted the subsequent creation of the National Counterterrorism Center to bridge the gap between domestic and foreign intelligence. She expressed remorse for the missed warning signs while defending the actions taken by the administration at the time.

13:08 intelligence assets on the ground. But of course it's sad that on this day, the Taliban is back in Afghanistan and in control I don't think it had to be that way but It's bittersweet. Mmm-hmm slammed Joe Let's ask let's find out how terrorism has evolved because that's really what we're supposed to be worried about And how do you think the terrorism threat has evolved? of 9-11. We actually defeated that organization if they can reconstitute that then we've got a different kind of terrorist threat than we have currently. Al Qaeda, it's all al Qaeda. No they've been defeated they're gone. No no there's no... Who do you think? Al Qaeda! We took our eye off the ball their back that's what Morrell said

14:14 Looking back 20 years, there were a number of missed warning signs. The 9-11 Commission said that the CIA and the FBI had failed to detect the plot and of course then CIA Director George Tenet said the system was blinking red Do you wish that some things had been done differently? I wish we had been organized differently. And we had a pretty hard boundary between what the CIA did and what the FBI did, The FBI worked intelligence internally, the CIA externally that in fact you have to think about how threats outside

14:50 inside merged together. We're in a better position now through the coordination of the National Counterterrorism Center, through the way that the CIA and the FBI can now cooperate to share intelligence... Wow! How about a tell there huh? This talking about the FBI and the CIA coordinating... Terrorism center... Cooperating... Through the way that the CIA and the FBI can now cooperate to share intelligence Yes, I wish we'd been organized differently. And I will tell you Nora, anybody who was in a position of authority on that day does feel remorse for what happened that we could have seen it coming. So easy! I still believe that we did everything that we knew to do on that day but by definition we didn't know enough. My uncle taught me a lot about CIA interrogation really about lying...I can't remember when i was young

CHAPTER 07 / 50 Discussion

Body Language Tells, CIA Interrogation Techniques

Observations of public figures like Jen Psaki and John Kerry suggest specific physical tells, such as sticking out the tongue, may indicate deceptive behavior. These involuntary movements are compared to techniques discussed in CIA interrogation training. The discussion posits that such behaviors are the body's natural reaction to delivering false information.

jen psaki· john kerry· cia· body language· interrogation

15:41 And he said there's a couple ways, you know the cough is always a tell. But something Psaki has been doing lately is sticking the tongue out even if it was just a little like John Kerry does this a lot Oh Kerry does it constantly looks like a lizard he does it so much and that is your body going bullshit Just trying to spit out the bull What is there yeah? Is there any way trying to wash your mouth out. Yeah, I'm saying is there any does he did he ever discuss the ways To defeat this because there are plenty of people that never have tells they just lie like a rug and they just go on and on Oh, yeah No, you know where else a good example never be never has any tells no The bottom line is join the CIA will teach how to lie that

16:27 That's what it is Never forget the two towers just forget that third one. Yeah, they didn't do there's a bunch of table I have only two clips you had a bunch yeah But my two clips gave me new information I've come to light oh okay? I didn't know any of this stuff although I did To be honest about one of them I think was one of these Mandela effect differences. So, is the US safer today than 20 years ago? We asked several former officials who served in senior positions over the past two decades their collective answer could be summarized as yes but

CHAPTER 08 / 50 Discussion

Flight 93, Target Theories and Debris Anomalies

Former Congresswoman Jane Harman claimed the U.S. Capitol Dome was the intended target of United Flight 93, contradicting earlier theories about the White House or a presidential compound. Discrepancies regarding the debris field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, are discussed alongside a past statement by Donald Rumsfeld suggesting the plane was shot down.

flight 93· jane harman· pennsylvania· donald rumsfeld· shanksville

17:18 We are safer. We have done a lot to prevent another major catastrophic attack. Jane Harman was a Democratic Congresswoman from California, a leading member of the House Intelligence Committee. She was walking to the Capitol Dome when the 9-11 news broke. The dome where I was headed was the intended target of the fourth plane. Oh! The one that crashed in Pennsylvania So you know this is kind of personal... oh That was never my understanding. My understanding was the White House or... I didn't know- My understanding, you see this is what I mean This is like new information that's come to light But now I don't know that it's true because my understanding during the era which was the first three or four months of the event after the event when there were all kinds of interesting stuff going on There was

18:10 The thought it was headed for some bush compound that was out in the middle of nowhere. Oh, I hadn't even heard that one! That's the first one i heard but anyway crashed the middle and nowhere and there is a bunch of anomalies with that flight. Yeah like a very small hole in the ground with absolutely zero baggage limbs wheels, engines anything. In fact there was a debris field spread out over... what was it? 10 miles or something Well we had the clip that you had discovered where Rumsfeld said they shot the plane down Yeah I think i might have that here we go yes I do thanks for reminding me Imagine the kind of world we would face if the people who bombed the best hall in Mosul

CHAPTER 09 / 50 Discussion

Pentagon Accounting, Missing 2.3 Trillion Dollars

On September 10, 2001, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 trillion in transactions. The subsequent attack on the Pentagon hit the specific office responsible for tracking this money, leading to the suspension of the war on waste in favor of the War on Terror. Unreleased surveillance footage from a nearby gas station remains a point of contention for investigators.

donald rumsfeld· pentagon· 2.3 trillion· defense budget· 9/11

19:02 Or the people who did the bombing in Spain. Or the people who attacked the United States in New York and shot down the plane over Pennsylvania and attacked the Pentagon. And then of course there was this butte the day before 9-11, September 10th. The same Donald Rumsfeld then Secretary of Defense. It's the Pentagon bureaucracy. He said money wasted by the military poses a serious threat In fact, it could be said that it is a matter of life and death Rumsfeld promised change but the next day... The world changed And in the rush to fund the war on terrorism The war on waste seems to have been forgotten My 03 budget calls for more than

19:58 $48 billion in new defense spending. More money for the Pentagon when its own auditors admit the military cannot account for 25% of what it already spends According to some estimates we cannot track 2.3 trillion dollars in transactions It was so crazy that the airplane that crashed into the Pentagon hit the office that tracked that money That was crazy. And what's really crazy about that, as we recall... Everyone remembers all this stuff too if you start reminding them which is that the gas station near the Pentagon Oh yeah! Which had an outside recording it was recording ahead of cameras

20:40 It recorded the jet coming in and sliding along the ground and slamming into the Pentagon. And that tape has never been released, and never will be released, and they will not release that tape. Why? Is there somebody sitting on top of it? Was King Kong throwing it? What's the reason for not releasing the video? National Security man what's wrong with you What's what's and what okay national security? I think we can dredge all this stuff up, and you're talking about it forever So let's go to the other clip which has new information Just after the 9-11 attacks president George W Bush tried to reassure a shocked and terrified nation The resolve of our great nation is being tested but make no mistake We will show the world that we will pass this test so now 20 years later did

CHAPTER 10 / 50 Discussion

Michael Morell, Second Wave Attack Predictions

During the 9/11 attacks, CIA officer Michael Morell briefed President Bush on Air Force One regarding a predicted second wave of attacks that never materialized. This historical inaccuracy is compared to modern psychological operations, described as a mass amygdala hijack designed to keep the public in a state of fear. The isolation of lockdowns and the trauma of 9/11 are cited as ingredients for mass formation psychosis.

michael morell· air force one· al-qaeda· mass formation· amygdala hijack

21:31 The U.S passed that test, NPR national security correspondent Greg Myrie has the story As President Bush flew back to Washington on Air Force One following those remarks on September 11th he was accompanied by Michael Morrell the CIA officer who briefed the president daily Morell was in touch with CIA headquarters which had given him heart-stopping intelligence that he had to urgently relay to the president The message was what happened that morning was the first of two waves of attacks against the United States. In the end, there was no second wave and in the past 20 years The only deadly attack carried out in the US with a direct link to Al Qaeda Was a 2019 shooting by a Saudi Arabian aviation student that killed three people at the Pensacola Naval Air Station Huh? So Morrell Huh Relaying

22:30 Defiant intelligence which missed the first attack completely predicted a second attack and that never came to pass? What is wrong with these, what is wrong with this group who's running the operation. Well we're just gonna have to presume that all of this is misinformation and disinformation just for the sake of doing it, but War on Terror 2.0 is going to be very interesting to see the media who has to make choices now between the pharmaceutical industry pushing pushing pushing pushing boosters boosters boosters boosters and their actual informants who are all intelligence within the government slash deep state whatever you'd like to call it. They have the reporters we should mention well that's yeah but that's my point is that they get all of their information from I mean look at what do you see on television how often do you see someone from the military as a pundit? Zero times, it's always FBI CIA mostly CIA

23:30 Yeah. Now they got a couple of FBI guys, but they're so bad! They always look really collegiate... Really snazzy and snappy. His face says spook Well that's a good point this uh I mean maybe it's just softening us up the whole vaccination booster thing body blows boom boom boom boom we're punching the public down beating them up making them weird, you know. Oh the unvaccinated plague of the unvaccinated punch-punch-punch and then they come in with something else maybe and here's my boy Here's the kicker because Morel still in play because he was in that last clip from 9 11 And there is now we still floating around saying stuff Is that if something happens like let's say five years from now That will oh You know that there it is a second wave We predicted back in 2001

24:27 planting the seed or it should come now. While what's happening now is we have a mass amygdala hijack underway because I mean, the pain of being isolated locked up and not wanting to go back to that that is what part of the mass formation ingredients, the pain of isolation but also the pain for many people millennials too you know of 9-11 the fear Whoa man, we're just gonna be a... everyone's neck is going to be bulging. And amygdala is gonna try and come out of your mouth. You got a lump on your head on the back yeah so you can pretty much do anything with people now anything and I think I'm susceptible to it a little bit too

25:17 But I see it everywhere around me. People are in bad, bad moods. Well we're all susceptible to it that's the problem thats the reason this show exists. Yes because you and I keep each other in check as best we can, but it's also to allay... It's also the audience and the producers listen for the same reason which is that you triangulate on this bullcrap. And it works! So they aren't freaked out constantly except the ones who go overboard then they go nuts. Well if we're done with 9-11 Afghanistan etc I think so yeah like I don't know I think I may have more Afghanistan let me take a look okay you're gonna bail from Afghanistan Afghanistan.

CHAPTER 11 / 50 Discussion

Refugee Resettlement, Lutheran Social Services Funding

Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area is scaling up operations to resettle Afghan refugees following the Biden administration's increase of the refugee cap to 62,000. These organizations, known as Voluntary Agencies or Volags, receive significant federal grants, totaling over $1.5 billion in some years. Critics argue the financial incentives for these nonprofits are rarely scrutinized by mainstream media.

kristen peck· lutheran social services· afghan refugees· volags· biden administration

26:07 I was this wasn't so this is resettlement of the Afghani stonies. Yeah, they got it. I guess all these different religious organizations that you always yeah, like so the Catholic no, it's they get money from the government to do this billions of dollars billions. I want I got a three-parter here. I want you to listen to The Great NPR reporter who they discuss at the money there's money but not one time does the reporter and I don't understand what their thinking Says how much per person they don't want to do I think they're actually told not to ask these sorts of questions because people would be Upset oh by knowing how much per person. What was this? Remember, do you remember when Obama came to Austin because Austin is headquarters in

26:54 to one of the largest Christian-based, or I don't know if it's Catholic... It was religious based. They're all right this one here is religionist. This is a Lutheran one. They all are! This this is the big scam and they love it because it is truly billions of dollars. It's an unbelievable amount of money And of course that's never brought up in this discussion Well no But if you're a reporter Why don't you, this is the first thing you bring up. How much money are you getting per refugee? Because these people come on and this woman's a good example of this woman who comes on that you'll hear she is the sweetest thing ever She is just sweet and she's kind of... You know, she just seems like, you know, little sweetie And it's like there's no mention of them all we're doing for the good of humanity Who knows what good you're doing it for

27:49 and why you're doing it if we don't know the amount of money. So this should be at the front of the questioning, but let's just listen to this... This is a little sappy but let's go with Resettlement Org One. My name is Julie Pinesi and this message is about mandatory... Oh I'm sorry! It says... Ugh! I'm so sorry that was a complete mistake on my part Do you play her? No, no. Sorry about that it was I was confused as the Pentagon rushed to fly Americans out of Afghanistan ahead of the withdrawal deadline last month The US military also evacuated tens of thousands of Afghans many of whom worked with American and allied troops during the conflict

28:36 So far, more than 20,000 Afghan refugees have arrived in the United States where a number of organizations are helping them begin the resettlement process. To learn more we called Kristen Peck she is the CEO of Lutheran Social Services at the National Capital Area, a nonprofit that helps newly-arrived refugees in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Kristen Peck welcome thanks for joining us! Thank you so much for having me on Could just tell us a little bit about how your organization works with Afghans who left the country in the past few weeks. Absolutely, as you mentioned LSSNCA is a refugee resettlement organization that's one of the core services we provide and through that program we've been welcoming our Afghan allies We've served approximately 500 individuals since the end of July by the end of September we expect to serve upwards of 1,000 people

29:31 For an organization that in the past four years served approximately 500 people a year, this has been a significant upscaling of all of our staffing and processes and systems. We're meeting every morning to rethink how we're doing things so that we can ensure we are providing the best services possible. I just want to mention just sort of amplify what you said under former president The Trump administration slashed the number of refugees allowed into the country to just 15,000. President Biden has raised that cap to just over 62,000 and the former president also slashed the resources to pay for resettlement so I'm just wondering well first I just want to hear about what you normally do and has that change in administration sort of changed how you do things or what you're able to do?

30:21 No, no. There'll be none of that so hold on a second the president Biden raised the cap to 62 thousand well that was the first weekend from 15 000 yeah So these are called these are called Volags Refugee voluntary agency and I have some data for you on this there nine of them Well nine refugee settlement grants went out I'm looking at 2018, it's about 1.5 billion dollars. Good money? It is very good money and that was just for the children!

31:06 Yeah, well this is... But it's an epic scam. It truly is and these been the I'm not against nonprofits making you know the officers making competitive rates with commercial business but this guy's making bank. It's like or I think it's one case I remember was just making millions and millions of dollars The uh This goes on she of course this has never brought up in the conversation supposed to all these poor refugees but you will hear If you remember a clip from about two or three shows ago where someone says, these guys that we're sending them over there they expect to get a free house. Yeah Remember? Yeah sure

CHAPTER 12 / 50 Discussion

Afghan Parole Status, COVID Testing Discrepancies

Many Afghan evacuees are arriving in the U.S. under parole status, meaning they have not been fully vetted or granted Special Immigrant Visas. While organizations provide temporary housing and food, questions remain regarding the lack of COVID-19 testing and mask mandates for refugees on transport planes. The disparity between the treatment of refugees and the American homeless population is highlighted.

afghan refugees· parole status· npr· covid testing· resettlement

31:47 Well, there are the free houses are involved. They got the word is out and if you're also at the beginning of this clip to woman says that many of which helped us during these random people, many of them just as randos managed to get on the plane. All right let's go to clip two sorry. I think that context is really important in the last year of the Obama administration for example LSSNCA served 1600 refugees approximately That was our record year And then during the Trump presidency, due to the more restrictive policies we were serving approximately 500 individuals a year. And so that was a significant downscaling of our program staff, our support staff all of the infrastructure that we have to support program and service

32:36 The services we provide, they include things like picking up allies or refugees at the airport or Fort Lee or wherever they may be. They include providing temporary housing while we look to identify long-term housing. We provide housing assistance in terms of rent. We have people who've been walking into our doors, who have been traveling for quite a while. And they're arriving with just the clothes they have on their back so we've been providing clothing and food and just other basic needs. Can you share any anecdotes from people

33:22 Who have just arrived and just put some of their stories... Stopping tape for a second. I mean, what's going to happen to these people? Okay sure they're being taken care of but then what's happening next next next where do they go? But why don't we have homeless in this country and they're all over the place Yeah What's being done about them? Do they get the billions of dollars that you know, they can find a house for me Clearly the way to go is is hop over the border come back A lot of hollow Akbar crap and then get yourself a house and some clothes and some meal learn how to put it I

34:01 turn people into a postcard right or you know picture on the wall but just if you could just give us a sense of what some other stories have been oh by the way you got to turn off your no agenda social alert blip it's coming through this coming through your clips it's really is real almost unnoticeable if not paying attention I'm paying attention, i notice it and its irksome. Yeah you can silence your... And there's a couple of clips unfortunately they're one of these embedded clips that i cant find the youtube version or anything so i have to play from the no agenda social player So you have to race... So i cant turn off the beep Beep! Beep! Beep! There is a setting You know? There's a setting I cant find it It's at the top of your timeline

34:46 It's a little like... I haven't seen it. If i can find it, ill turn it off. Okay. I just want to help. You're not helping you're just annoying me. Believe me. The beep beep beep annoys me enough! I know im just giving you a friendly tip we can help sorry to annoy you Sure. So one of the concerns I have right now are the persons who arrive, who are being paroled in and these individuals have also assisted US missions but perhaps their visa wasn't completed before the evacuation so they're coming in on another status

35:25 And so these individuals are not eligible for the full range of services and benefits that our government offers to special immigrant visa holders. The other day we had 12 individuals walk into our office who had parole status, they had- Hold on what status? Yes, did she say parole status? Parole status which means you've been stopped and You're not fully vetted or yeah. You didn't fill out the paperwork there's something wrong with you The other day we had 12 individuals walk into our office who had paroled status and

36:09 They had identified a leader in the Afghan community who referred them to us, but they'd been living in a tent for several days. They arrived with only the clothes they had on their back. They've been traveling for quite awhile. Sounds like East Riverside and Austin! Their immediate needs were showers and food. We're talking really basic needs here. And NPR Ipsos poll says that actually most Americans favor welcoming Afghans to the United States right now, you know some criticism of the vetting process, you're hearing some complaints in kind of conservative media circles but

36:49 But have you heard any pushback from people in the community who say this is happening too fast or we're not ready for this or anything of that sort? I'm gonna ban clips like this from NPR. You stepped all over the funniest part! Well, there you go make them shorter. Just play the very end again and just listen to the tone in this woman's voice complaints in the kind of conservative media circles, but have you heard any pushback from people in the community who say this is happening too fast or we're not ready for this or anything of that sort? No.

37:27 Sorry, I didn't know you had a six-minute shaggy dog to the punchline. Was unaware of that happening! You're right and I really don't care everyone's coming into America anyways it's not just South Americans coming in through the Mexican border with Texas and California Everyone is coming in. I'd probably rather have Afghans too But it's much more egregious when you hear literally someone... You're describing a homeless American on East Riverside in Austin, but they can't go to you. They can if they claim to be Kefkandy! That would help yes The thing about this whole thing and this woman is nooo Which you ruined Jesus okay I'm sorry I've ruined it I have it as an ISO

38:22 The whole thing is, it's like another level scam and the reporting is so piss poor. They're never asked how much money they get per person and maybe they're doing it for the money. They are never asked about are these people tested for COVID? It seems like a top news item at front of every news story wouldn't you ask this woman Are these Afghanis tested for COVID We see them flying over, they're on these planes. They're not wearing masks? How come they don't have to wear masks?! There's none of these questions are being asked! It is just all pandering and it's disgusting! Not only that but Mr President what's up with your son with the hookers and the blow in the meth I mean come on one question why it was a little information big guy

CHAPTER 13 / 50 Discussion

UK Vaccine Passports, Policy Reversal

UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid announced that the British government will not proceed with plans for mandatory vaccine passports for nightclubs and large venues. The reversal comes after the UK achieved high vaccination rates, suggesting the threat of passports was used primarily as an incentive for uptake. Journalists in the UK expressed confusion over the sudden shift in policy after months of preparation.

sajid javid· vaccine passports· united kingdom· bbc· vaccination rates

39:13 It's hard to deconstruct when there is nothing there. That is really quite sad, but... You can't deconstruct but you can condemn which I enjoy doing myself. We do like doing that. Well overnight John, breaking news a big bombshell out of the United Kingdom did you hear the bombshell news? No! This is going to blow your way this is let me get it right the UK Health Minister where is he here? I forget his name and he was on the BBC on that late-night talk show where the guy has, Marr i think his name is. And he has one guest and that was the UK Health Minister with this information! It's fair to say most people probably instinctively don't like the idea of saying you must show your papers or something to do what is just an everyday activity but we were right to properly look at it, to look at the evidence

40:10 But you're not doing it? Well, what I can say is that we've looked at it properly and whilst we should keep it in reserve as a potential option. I'm pleased to say that we will not be going ahead with plans for vaccine passports You will NOT be going ahead too! We will not be going ahead This is baffling for people! The Minister of Secretary said just a day or two ago It'll go ahead for nightclubs, it might go ahead for other big venues The Vaccines Minister was in Parliament saying I don't much like it but its the right thing to do And now your coming here saying well let's not do it Well, I think we were absolutely right to look at it. Other countries... Hold on! Stop the tape! Is the interviewer who's a journalist is he actually irked that they're not going to do it? It sounds to me as though he's got a dog in their hunt

40:56 Well, if you listen to him he says what? What wait a minute. He says it's baffling! It's baffling and the reason is baffling is because the Home Minister said just two days ago... No I understand that he did that but his last comments were more like I don't get it we should be doing this. Instead of reporting he's taking a side on the issue Oh it's a good point well here's the voice of the people Not the voice of... Exactly. Neither of these two guys is representing the people, I think that's pretty clear. Just a day or 2 ago it'll go ahead for nightclubs it might go ahead for other big venues The vaccines minister was in Parliament saying I don't much like it but its the right thing to do and now you're coming here saying well let's not do it

41:40 Well, I think we were absolutely right to look at it. Other countries have used this measure or looked at it and discounted it but... They're very common in France you know that they are coming into Scotland as well? But they should be looked at in combination with other measures so many countries at the time they implemented was to try and boost their vaccination rates and you can understand why they might have done that We've been very successful with our vaccination rates so far obviously there's more to do So this is what it seems like, now that they have I think their number's 83% vaccinated in the UK? In the target groups or whatever. Now that we threatened you with that y'all went out and did it! It worked so we can just pull it back

42:26 He said exactly that. He said the reason for doing the passports and all of the other bullcrap is to get more people to line up and get the jab. And then, all of a sudden it's not important? And then it's not important. Which is what we've been predicting on this show since the beginning I also think it's very important for a government and they still are representing the people to some degree when you have, you know really only little under 20% unvaccinated You've got to keep some people around just in case. I mean 100 percent is bad idea If it all goes awry. Right, if it all goes away and everybody gets sick you have nobody to blame but yourself so vaccination rates also want at least you wanna I think 20% is a good number you wanna keep them on vaccine you can blame them for everything yeah and I think that they'll be happy with 70 percent which we're very close too

CHAPTER 14 / 50 Discussion

European Protests, Denmark Restriction Lift

Denmark has lifted all COVID-19 restrictions, returning to 2019 norms due to high vaccination levels. Conversely, large-scale protests continue in Paris, France, where citizens are clashing with police over ongoing mandates. The divergence in European policies is expected to create pressure on the Biden administration to justify continued mandates in the United States.

denmark· france· paris protests· vaccine mandates· liberté

43:21 And I predict this is going to happen with these mandates as well. This is a complete botch, but just staying in the European region for a moment... So we have the UK announcing it's done no passports don't worry about it good to go you have Denmark saying just it's we're back to 2019 no restrictions anywhere anything whatsoever they also have a very high vaccination rate so there they're also saying well although they're not coming out and saying it like this dope but I think they're saying oh we got enough now. But meanwhile in France, in Paris this was yesterday

44:00 Now that's not a small group of people who are yelling, Liberté! And the cops were losing to them. The cops were being pushed back... The cops just kept on walking backwards retreating every single time So we'll see if maybe they'll do the same thing when they reach that 80%. I don't know how far there. I think France is a lot further off than we would be led to believe and this of course, is either they're gonna have to come clean and by them I mean the Biden administration that okay it was really just get us up to a certain number and were going to do the same as the UK

44:47 They have to say, oh we got 10 more percent to go or you can't do this in today's connected world. People will be asking I think maybe there might be a...maybe! We might witness the journalist in the United States who says Mr President how come the UK has no vaccine passports and we're still doing it? That could happen if it was obvious enough what is going on. They'd be asking Jen Psaki Well yes excuse me exactly The walk away Joe doesn't take, he takes maybe one question a week. Yeah so the president came out yesterday after a trial balloon was let up early in the morning I think...I don't think it quite made the show of course this always happens on a show day and he comes out and he slaps down the glove with some fighting words against the unvaccinated Fed Up! Well first of all

CHAPTER 15 / 50 Discussion

Joe Biden, Vaccine Mandate Speech Math

President Biden delivered a stern address to the nation, stating that his patience with the unvaccinated is wearing thin. He cited data claiming only one in 160,000 vaccinated Americans are hospitalized daily, while one in 5,000 experience breakthrough cases. Analysis of these figures suggests approximately 35,000 breakthrough cases occur daily, leading to skepticism regarding the vaccine's overall effectiveness.

joe biden· vaccine mandates· breakthrough cases· pcr tests· hospitalization

45:48 He lies all the time. And he started off by lying. Good evening my fellow Americans Why would he say good evening? This was five o'clock, it was two o'clock on the west coast That was just dumb I'm sure you have some clips of him saying some stupid shit. No, oh you don't? Oh good okay well then i'll just have a few short ones and then I have some important short ones So just some of the dumb stuff like that thought this was cool What makes it incredibly more frustrating is we had the tools to combat COVID-19

46:29 and a distinct minority of Americans supported by a stink minority of elected officials. A stink minority, John? He can't say distinct he comes out as stink! Supported by a stink minority of elected officials. Ladies and gentlemen your president uh then... Stink minority is his show title far as I'm concerned yeah well i had already written him down now this is where the president started to get real you've been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us. So please do the right thing. Cost you what? But just don't take it from me, listen to the voices of unvaccinated Americans who are lying in hospital beds taking their final breaths saying if only I'd gotten vaccinated... If only! What was last week's meme

47:22 A couple weeks ago we had all the news reports of the guy dying in the bed always scripted and sometimes staged. Oh no, oh my goodness you have no idea CNN went all-in on this! All in! We want to continue our COVID coverage tonight by showing you what a COVID patient struggling to breathe looks like This is what happens to people when every weapon in our arsenal is not used to its fullest potential or even the most obvious one, the vaccine. We warn you this may be disturbing to some but it's necessary up close just what this nation is fighting patient by patient. Yes Randy K has this story already. You are watching The Desperate Attempt To Save A COVID Patient's Life

48:03 This 75-year old woman is having serious trouble breathing and is in desperate need of oxygen. So this patient was being maintained on noninvasive ventilation and unfortunately failed. So they did the six minute piece on this woman, and they're showing the tube going down they explain what it's called how it works I mean just really really gruesome details these horrible horrible people no no they listen to what the president said but I listened too! And I have some questions let's just pretend that we could have a little tat-ta-tat with Beijing Biden here

48:42 I would say, Mr. President you talked about some numbers i'd like to run the math with you now tell me about the odds of me having to go to hospital if even though i'm vaccinated? I know there's a lot of confusion and misinformation but the world's leading scientists confirm that if you are fully vaccinated your risk of severe illness from COVID-19 is very low in fact Based on available data from the summer, only one out of every 160 thousand fully vaccinated Americans was hospitalized for COVID per day. These are the facts. Quick back-of-the-napkin math there Joe that's over a thousand people per day it sounds little different when you put reported that way. One in 160 thousand? That could never happen to me!

49:37 But Mr. President, you made it even worse when you talked about breakthrough cases people who get sick just get sick after being vaccinated if you get COVID-19 in fact recent data indicates there is only one confirmed positive case per 5 000 fully vaccinated Americans per day they're as safe as possible And we're doing everything we can to keep it that way. Keep it that way, keep you safe." This was an amazing way he put this! He made it sound like after just talking about 160 thousand one and 160 thousand...he made it sound incredibly, and we should probably listen to it again, that one in five thousand was even better than one in sixty thousand did you catch that?

50:24 Yes, and it's so off the wall because one in five thousand is a super high number. 35,000 people a day will have breakthrough cases if in the summer according to the data fact! Well your odds of getting COVID because I looked into some of this do some extrapolations mathematical extrapolation So is around one in a thousand unvaccinated of getting a positive test as just being a COVID patient? Right, right. PCR plus sign You got it you got one in a thousand

51:04 So if one in 5,000 are vaccinated then your odds yeah you've improved your odds from 1 in a thousand to uh one and five thousand. Five to one. You have a five and five to one better. You're better off by a factor of five if you get the vaccine so it's just reasonably I think that if he said that it would have been less dubious? No I think you're confusing the numbers. One you have a one in 5000 chance that you will get sick, not hospitalized but sick even though you're vaccinated. That's what I said. Right! But that means that there are 35 thousand people a day who experience a breakthrough case this is not small No i didn't say it was small The vaccine is a dud We need... It probably is a dud Yeah its a dud and then don't worry about it because we are ahead of the curve Let's stop

CHAPTER 16 / 50 Discussion

Moderna Triple Vaccine, Testing Expansion

Moderna announced plans for a single-shot mRNA booster that combines vaccines for COVID-19, the flu, and RSV. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is committing $2 billion to purchase 300 million rapid tests for distribution to schools and food banks. The move toward recurring boosters is described as immunity as a service, requiring constant participation to maintain fully vaccinated status.

moderna· mrna· rsv· flu vaccine· rapid tests

51:59 I want to remind everybody that before this whole, when this whole thing began a couple there was a couple of memes not memes but absolutes that were floating around the public domain. One was coronavirus is similar to cold virus there has never been a vaccine that's ever worked against coronavirus and this came up in the conversation early on before the vaccines were developed And to this day, I think it still may be true that you can't do a vaccine against the coronavirus. That works! I agree with all and Biden himself he says we've been working on this for 20 years well that depends on how you look at it

52:42 I'm now thinking, yes you can create an mRNA quote-unquote vaccine no matter how you administer this mRNA and it will... they're going to do the... hold on. I have it here because they just announced this Moderna is going to do a single shot vaccine booster for COVID and flu and RSV so it'll be a triple treatment. What's RSV? Respiratory syndrome or RVS I'm sorry, it's RVS I guess respiratory viral syndrome that all the kids are having after the mass debacle

53:26 So maybe, yeah it works for three months six months maybe nine months. But then you have to get it again! It's immunity as a service that's what they're offering here. They're offering that here and mind you people when the boosters are approved and we'll get to that... You will be unvaccinated immediately. You will not fully vaccinated. You will just like lepers like we are cast from society unvaccinated creating pandemics. But don't worry about it because the president has figured it all out, we're doing testing we've bought a crapload of tests I wonder if it's the one that Bill Gates and George Soros purchased not too long ago just wondering if that company might have something to do with it?

54:16 We'll also expand free testing at 10,000 pharmacies around the country. And we're committing $2 billion to purchase nearly 300 million rapid tests for distribution to community health centers, food banks, schools so that every American no matter their income can access free and convenient tests This is important to everyone. Now how many unvaccinated are there, John? That you understand this number that keeps getting bandied up? 80 million. 300 million tests for 80 million people! It'll work great for three and a half weeks Mr President then you're out. Well nobody's getting it tested over and over and over... Okay everyone has to be tested at least twice a week. Twice a week that's the rule

CHAPTER 17 / 50 Discussion

Julie Ponesse, Ethics Professor Dismissal

Dr. Julie Ponesse, an ethics professor at Huron College, was dismissed after twenty years for refusing to comply with a university vaccine mandate. Ponesse released a viral video arguing that coercing individuals into medical procedures is ethically wrong and violates the principles of critical thinking she teaches. Her case has become a focal point for the debate over academic freedom and bodily autonomy in Canada.

julie ponesse· huron college· western university· ethics· vaccine mandate

55:09 Now this is truly the emails that I've received from all over the map and it's about five to one, five say holy crap look at this note that my work sent me. I'm done, put in my notice, I'm getting out of here there's always one that says I have to choose pray for me I'm going to get my jab today because i just can't afford not do it So there's a lot of those. Well, let's listen to this woman who is this poor and the only thing that makes us interesting it's not all script you won't like it's a little maudlin This is the woman who is It's all over the net. This one of those has been passed around. This is professor Julie fired one My name is Julie Pinesi and this message is about mandatory vaccinations I am a professor at ethics at Huron College at The University Of Western Ontario

56:10 It's one of the largest universities in Canada. Today I'm going to teach you a short lesson on the universally accepted ethics of coercing people into medical procedures, I'll be the example My employer has just mandated that i must get a vaccine for COVID-19 If I want to keep working at my job as a professor, I have to take this vaccine Here is my conundrum My school employs me to be an authority on the subject of ethics. I hold a PhD in Ethics and Ancient Philosophy, and i'm here to tell you it's ethically wrong to coerce someone to take a vaccine if it happens to you don't have to do it If you don't want a COVID vaccine, don't take one End of discussion It is your own business

57:08 But that is not the approach of the University of Western Ontario, which has suddenly required that I be vaccinated immediately or not report for work. So with the school year beginning in a few days, I am facing imminent dismissal after 20 years on the job because I will not submit to having an experimental vaccine injected into my body I've had plenty of vaccines in my life, but I've never been forced to take one. It's always been my choice. I don't work in a high-risk environment. I'm not a doctor in an emergency room. I am a teacher and university professor. My job is to teach students how to think critically—to ask questions that might expose a false argument. Questions like says who?

58:04 Who is the authority giving this order? Should I trust them with control over my body? Ooh, allow me to interrupt with a quick one minute clip from Justin Trudeau about this very person. We know that the only way to move forward as a country is to move forward together and to listen to each other and to learn from each other not to affix labels not to allow hate to fester in corners of our society. And yes, we are seeing vocal hatred and intolerance rising in some pockets of our communities and the question that all the rest of us have to ask is what do we do? Do we sit back and say oh let's leave them space

58:52 for their anti-vax beliefs, for their misogynistic beliefs? Because we don't want to ruffle the boat. Ruffle feathers or do we stand up? Do we say no not in Canada! Not in our Canada We leave room for everyone and we stand up for each other in Canada. That's what we've done over these past six years, that's what we will continue to do." So we don't put labels on people and uh...and we listen to people even if it's those evil anti-vaxxers with their misogynist message! Holy crap Canada

59:31 What the hell is he talking about, a misogynist message? It's because anti-vaxxers hate women. They're incels! They're republicans! They live in Texas even though they are active in Canada. This guys off the rails. He said ruffle the boat. Ruffle the boat... what a doofus Do you want to play more of this, Julie? Or can we... Well I you know if you can cut to about two-thirds of the way through the second clip so you hear her heard the way she finishes. Okay I got it right here When a person has done the same job for the satisfaction of her employer for 20 years is it right or is it wrong to suddenly demand that they submit to an unnecessary medical procedure in order to keep their job

1:00:25 In this case, the procedure is an injection of a substance that has not been fully tested for safety. It has not yet been shown to be effective. It is designed to prevent an illness that poses little threat to the employee. The employee is not allowed to ask questions. She may only submit to the procedure or be fired No, that's actually wrong. This is what's going on they're not being fired no no no no it's you just told to quit! They're really trying to get the same with the nurses now you do have to quit now if you fire me know we're not firing you have to quit. It's a crazy situation there are plenty of people who get fired yes but this is one of them she got fired literally or be fired To my first year students Is this right?

1:01:21 Or is this wrong? I already know the answer. That was amazing, Julie. Sorry! Yeah there's a lot of pain out there it's just stupid and that's typical government you know what you know what is finally happening though I'm really happy I've always said who's gonna save the world not The Hams but seriously it's the dudes named Ben and the dudettes name Bernadette And the term is let it burn. I've seen this from several IT system administrators who, surprise surprise you know they're sitting there in the back room and they have their own world and they probably don't even agree with what you're doing at your company They are very anarchistic often and they love freedom Here's an example my company wants me to develop a vaccine passport website

CHAPTER 18 / 50 Discussion

IT Administrators, Vaccine Passport Resistance

System administrators and coders are reportedly refusing to build vaccine passport infrastructure for their employers on principle. Some IT professionals have threatened to walk off the job, potentially leaving critical systems vulnerable. This internal resistance coincides with concerning data from Israel showing a high percentage of hospitalized COVID patients are fully vaccinated.

it administrators· vaccine passports· dead man's switch· israel data· workplace resistance

1:02:22 So I developed a site to display results of COVID testing early on in the pandemic, but now they want to expand it to include a vaccine passport section. I've notified my supervisor this is not even about the vaccine that it goes against my principles. I won't do it! I'm the only person in the building who can code and if it weren't for me this place would burn to the ground let it burn Dudes named Ben are gonna walk off the job and it's gonna be very sad for a lot of companies particularly, you know The just over 100 which is not as small company. The funny thing about two dudes named been lots of them They're used to not working I mean they cannot work because they know they can always do something on their own that can freelancers A lot of things dude name Ben whose talent it can do come in and save some other company

1:03:12 So they can do that. They can let a place burn to the ground or just throw a wrench in there, lot of them throw wrenches into it. We haven't heard about this much lately but in the past many of them have thrown wrenches into the works. A dead man's switch or some crazy thing that happens maybe a year later after their gone. That cant be traced back to then kind of thing some terrible it'll help accelerate the inevitable which is clear this are the government of the United States but I think all these douchebags around the world they want to cripple everything. Although this is what makes the UK so weird, like they're just gonna bounce back 100%? Is it possible do you think that the data from Israel that shows that only 25 percent of people in the hospital are unvaccinated ergo 75 percent are... Do you think that that data might have freaked them freaked the UK out and they went oh crap

1:04:09 We might as well just stop right now. Instead of saying, hey this thing didn't work in the way we expected let's just bounce everybody back to freedom and hope they don't see what is really going on? Well somethings up. Somethings up with the UK, somethings up with Israel and the fact that now were hearing oh we shouldn't be looking at Israel for that more future. Yes of course! Don't look over there! No no no but Israel is almost fully vaccinated. No forget Israel! Meanwhile, the Swedes won't allow anyone to go there. You can't visit Sweden if you're from Israel and Portugal just threw the hammer down on that. And that's unvaccinated! It is weird anyway... But we need to look at yes it is falling apart this is very stupid of him I think this is 20th 25th amendment level stuff This is are you insane?

CHAPTER 19 / 50 Discussion

Leana Wen, Travel Privileges Controversy

Dr. Leana Wen suggested on CNN that the Biden administration should restrict interstate travel to vaccinated individuals, framing travel as a privilege rather than a right. Legal experts counter that the Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld the constitutional right to travel. Wen's comments are criticized as an attempt to use government coercion to force medical compliance.

leana wen· cnn· interstate travel· constitutional rights· vaccine requirements

1:05:07 This is breaking the economy. Luckily not the really small parts of it, which you know restaurants and bars they're not a hundred people but anyway what the... here's the people we got to pay attention to CNN is that they are just evil and this talking point went out far and wide This is the ex-Planned Parenthood lady, Lynn Waye whatever her name is who's always on CNN. Oh she's terrible I have a clip of it... Well we might have the same one I'm gonna play it now because this is the talking point that everyone is supposed to throw at and by the way this is

1:05:45 100% political has nothing to do with anyone's health. I absolutely think we should have that requirement, I think it was a major oversight on the part of the Biden administration to not issue this yesterday and we have to talk about the reason isn't so much that we need to keep our train travel and plane travel even safer they are pretty safe although i definitely think that having a vaccine requirement would make it even safer and probably encourage many people who are vaccinated or who have young kids and want to protect them, maybe it'll help to encourage those people to start traveling again. But there's an even bigger reason too which is I think we really need to make it clear that there are privileges associated with being an American that if you wish to have these privileges you need to get vaccinated travel and having the right to travel interstate... It's not a constitutional right as far as I'm as far as I know to board a plane

1:06:40 And so saying that if you want to stay unvaccinated, that's your choice. But if you wanna travel, you better go get that vaccine. I think she is very wrong about that. I think the freedom of movement- You know, the Supreme Court has a couple times decided there's a constitutional right to travel. You can't be restricted! Yeah, yeah. But she thinks it's good and she calls it encouragement which would really be a horrible person. She is the biggest creep on television. And unfortunately this message is going out far and wide and even showed up in... That's right! In my hate clip! It's back!

CHAPTER 20 / 50 Discussion

Scott Galloway, Kara Swisher Mandate Support

On the Pivot podcast, Scott Galloway and Kara Swisher advocated for harsh vaccine mandates, including the potential withholding of Social Security and unemployment checks for the unvaccinated. Galloway, recently returned from Ibiza, argued that the government must act as the connective tissue for society through science-based mandates. Their rhetoric is compared to historical collaborationism, drawing sharp criticism for its authoritarian tone.

scott galloway· kara swisher· pivot podcast· ibiza· vaccine mandates

1:07:18 This is the liberal intellectual elites from the Pivot podcast, Kara Swisher. And I haven't had a hate clip in awhile because her partner Scott Galloway was vacationing in Ibiza as you do as a middle-aged bald man. What? Oh yeah! No, it's true he went to Ibiza Wait, that guy went to what? To pick up the chicks at a pizza? Oh yeah. He's divorced so he's roaming around. He's a total douche! That's what makes him so great

1:07:55 He is great, you're right. Okay great. So they come so they're back and they're back together for the first show in a month since he's been cavorting around... Well let's stop for one second. Let me mention this to back up Ibiza is lot of people don't know what Ibiza is. Ibiza is this party island it's a party Island off the coast of Spain I believe yes And anyone who, you don't go there for anything other than to be wasted and party and have a lot of sex and throw a lot of money around. Spray champagne on chicks. It's mostly a bunch of good looking guys and gals that are younger

1:08:41 And then there's a bunch of old farts with a lot of money and there's a bunch of whores. Hello? Yeah, well he's very rich you know He's taken all his teachings as a professor and he's invested very wisely so he says himself And he is a consultant for the same companies he invests in I don't know what he's doing Anyway, he was back and so the first thing they talk about is the mandates like holy crap. What do you think Scott? What do you think of the mandates? So what do you think what do you think about this Scott while you were away you were saying we weren't worried did I do that right or what? About the Delta variant except for when you're traveling

1:09:17 Well, we did say about eight weeks ago that one of our predictions was the vaccine mandates in the corporate world were coming. And people said I can't do that's illegal it's absolutely happening and unfortunately everyone's mad at these mentally ill people showing up at school board meetings and understand that everyone's mad Facebook and other media companies for spreading misinformation. People are mad at podcast hosts who've been dewormed, but the thing that trumps all of them – and this just so I'm an equal opportunity hater here – I think Biden's shown a tremendous lack of leadership

1:09:52 We need to ask Americans the government is here to be our connective tissue and the government Embraces something called science and they have resources He's been very strongly pushing this he says much harsher you want to get on a plane You want to cash your Social Security, Medicare unemployment check? Fine. We've decided we've decided you want to show up at a public school for God's sakes when I go to Africa I have to take tons of vaccines. A lot of government mandates have not worked they haven't gone through in California even like these requirements have died in local and state legislatures. I just don't buy it. I think the government if they wanted could find a lot of ways both carrots and sticks

1:10:35 Now you see why I hate listening to these people? Wow. It goes all the way from, be on welfare and get a vaccine slave... Can't cash your check without a vaccine. You want to travel? What kind of mentality is this? It's beyond me. It's very dangerous. There's nothing but sincerity here. Garden of the Beast John, garden of the beast right here Yeah yeah And he's dead serious and he just thinks he is so self-righteous. She is the same way, she says oh yeah that's a great idea we should make sure people can't catch it they should be shot why don't you go out and shoot them? You didn't get vaccinated boom! No no let's not say... They won't go that far this isn't going to stand this isn't going to happen This of course now purely political It's not the point The point is to discover these people

1:11:35 is the point. They really have to be identified, these are dangerous people! These are not Americans Here's the problem I have because you're right they're not What I plan to do with the big collaborators is, after we figure it all out what kind of a hoax this was and really it's all going to be media. The doctors that whole system is gonna break and they're gonna try... It's gonna be universal health care or whatever meanwhile people are decentralizing getting concierge medicine they're doing their own schooling so we have a real rift between what the government wants provide

1:12:14 But when you collaborated in World War II with the Nazis, after the liberation they shaved your head and dragged you through it paraded you through the street. With Scott Galloway I don't know what to do. That's very bold. But Kara Swisher... That's your joke! I got it. Kara Swisher is she's gonna be... You can shave her head. She'll be shorn she will be shorn It's... these people have, I think that once they come out of the hypnosis if they ever do. I think they'll be deeply ashamed. They need years of therapy for this shit they said Well here is my little couple clips which i stole

CHAPTER 21 / 50 Discussion

Domestic Travel Ban, Media Talking Points

A coordinated media talking point has emerged calling for a domestic travel ban on unvaccinated Americans. Figures like Zeke Emanuel have publicly urged the president to implement digital verification systems and ban air and rail travel for those without proof of vaccination. This push is seen as the next phase of the administration's strategy to increase vaccination pressure.

zeke emanuel· domestic travel· vaccine mandates· media coordination· talking points

1:12:54 This is COVID, not enough. This is not really a true super clip cut but it's not bad. COVID, not enough." I don't think the president went far enough. I was hoping that he would ban travel by unvaccinated people beginning in November. I also thought the president should have embraced a digital difficult to counterfeit verification system. There are more mandates I wish you would have given. mandating vaccines for air travel, train travel or interstate bus travel would also be important. I don't think it goes far enough. I actually think that what Zeke said about interstate travel was exactly right. I will say he didn't go far enough if you had...I would have loved to have seen him but i know it was a step too far to have a domestic travel mandate for vaccination. Yeah didn't go far enough same thing so it's all the talking point

1:13:53 All of them, all of them need to be head-shaven. Now Australia... I don't know what else to say about Australia. It's so pathetic! By the way they do have big discrepancies in Brisbane Everyone is walking around free everyone is fine and happy So it seems that only certain states Yeah, the ones run by the liberals. The commies! The Chinese sympathizers those are the guys that... how they got elected hey I mean he's always bitching about Governor Inslee being such a turd up there in Washington and you know even though she didn't but I could throw it at her

1:14:37 You voted for him. You got him in." I didn't vote for him, you didn't vote for him but what did you do to keep anyone else from voting? Nobody did enough! What'd you do against them? Here is an independent senator from Canberra So I'm not, this might be like the AOC of Australia. Not quite sure who she is but man did she make it clear? I think people are getting quite agitated right out there now outside Pete and those anti-vaxxers out there on that 20 30 percent

CHAPTER 22 / 50 Discussion

Australia Lockdown, Church Closures and Beach Fines

In New South Wales, Australia, churches remain closed to the unvaccinated, and police are using loudspeakers on Bondi Beach to enforce mask mandates and social distancing. Rumors suggest some Australian hospitals may be using Ivermectin exclusively for vaccinated patients who contract COVID-19. The extreme enforcement measures, including the use of surveillance drones, have sparked international concern over civil liberties.

australia· new south wales· bondi beach· taser drones· ivermectin

1:15:12 The ones out there protesting on the streets and doing that sort of thing, I think you're going to find the rest of us coming at you lock stock and barrel. And we're going to be putting pressure on you fairly hard because the rest of us that are trying to do the right thing by the country and our kids and get vaccinated and do the right thing I think for you, we're going to start to get even more agitated and we're going to start to get more hardcore. And I think that's what you're gonna see massive division out there and it'll be us on the front foot. That's what I think is gonna happen. I think that if the tide is going to turn on those anti-vaxxers out there and you are really going to feel the heat. So fighting against her potential constituents even? No, they're not good constituents. They've got to be killed. Shoot them! A couple updates I have from Australia currently in New South Wales the churches are closed they will reopen when 70% of the adult population is vaccinated against COVID but then of course only for the vaccinated unvaccinated people will not be allowed to attend churches or religious gatherings

1:16:16 And any unvaccinated person attending church will be in breach of the public health orders. And people are breaching all the time, this is New South Wales itself Bondi Beach this is hilarious. To everybody that's lying on the beach please remember you are a breach of the public health order if you're not wearing your mask Please put your mask on, otherwise crimes will apply. Also remember social distancing is vital We're not out of business yet and if you are outside of the 5km LGA again you are a breach of the public health order Thank you for complying and thank you for helping us keep the LGA safe

1:17:08 There's people on the beach. It's a beautiful day, but on the beach and they're yelling at them to put your mask on! They get girls in bikinis with the masks? That is crazy. I heard...I got a rumor from one of our Down Under producers The rumor is that hospitals are using ivermectin On patients with COVID-19 In the hospital who have had the vaccine But not an unvaccinated Which would be truly evil. Why would this be? Well, because they would heal people who got sick from the vaccine but not the ones... Right right that's a funny bit It wasn't sent to me as a joke. It's a joke though if you think about it Oh it's a sick joke but yeah I guess its'a joke Let me see I have a couple of uh... Let me play these two clips Laura Logan was on The Tucker Show

CHAPTER 23 / 50 Discussion

OSHA Record-Keeping, Vaccine Side Effects

The Biden administration directed OSHA to stop requiring employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccinations to avoid discouraging uptake. This policy change occurs as reports from the UK indicate teenage boys face a higher risk of heart problems from the vaccine than from the virus itself. Additionally, Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted he does not have a firm answer on why those with natural immunity are required to be vaccinated.

osha· biden administration· vaccine side effects· natural immunity· anthony fauci

1:18:05 I'm con- I'm, yes. And she did a good bit on what's happened with OSHA. Ah yeah this is the trick that uh... The Biden administration used. Does she explain the whole trick? Yeah i think she does right how it works? I think she explains the whole thing but this is two parter Uh you know just a couple things that she's As an anchor, her script wasn't well written so she's fumbling with the prompter and she also has a tendency to not keep her head in one position. That doesn't bother me, what bothered me was the lighting and the makeup because... The makeup was bad, the lighting was bad, somebody doesn't like it! Because you know there was make up down to her bottom of neckline but she had a V kind of open outfit on an just underneath when she leaned over or spoke it would just go dark and look like shit I'm just saying this would not happen on our network John

1:19:05 No, no definitely not because someone would get fired it would be the makeup artists who are easy to come by and they get fired easily. Go on Instagram you can find a whole bunch of them Yes, and some of them are quite talented. But she does have material, of course whether this is all written by the staff, he's got a good staff over there she just presents it but here we go this is an oh this is a good story The Occupational Safety and Health Administration or OSHA was established in the 1970s to inspect workplaces and establish standards to prevent industrial accidents but starting this summer the Biden administration gave OSHA a new role

1:19:46 Joe Biden told OSHA to start hiding information from the public to promote the COVID vaccine. Until this summer, OSHA required employers to retain records of any worker who suffered a serious side effect from the vaccine. Then in June, OSHA's guidance suddenly changed to this Quote, OSHA will not enforce federal recording requirements that require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination. That was a major change especially since we're still learning so much about these vaccines and their possible side effects

1:20:26 Just hours ago, for example the Telegraph in Britain reported that quote teenage boys are six times more likely to suffer from heart problems from the vaccine than be hospitalized from COVID-19. And in Israel where more than 80% of adults are vaccinated COVID cases are spiking. Israel now has one of the world's highest daily infection rates. Shhh! It's me on the Israeli A So it continues, part two. But let's look at the facts on average more than 98% of COVID-19 patients in the United States survive that number is well over 99 percent for every age group except for the very elderly whether they're vaccinated or not

1:21:19 Meanwhile, we know that millions of Americans have natural immunity from previous COVID infections. Studies show they have far greater protection than the vaccine can provide. Tony Fauci was just asked about this on CNN if people have natural immunity why do they need the vaccine? He couldn't answer As we talk about vaccine mandates, I get calls all the time. People say, I've already had COVID, I'm protected and now the study says maybe even more protected than the vaccine alone should they also get the vaccine? How do you make the case to them? You know that's a really good point Sanjay. I don't have a really firm answer for you on that. That's something that we're going to have to discuss regarding the durability of their response

1:22:04 Discuss the durability of the response. I don't have a firm answer for you on that So why are we forcing people with natural immunity to take the shot? For that matter, why are illegal immigrants exempt from Joe Biden's order The Biden administration won't answer those questions either Of course our media is fine with all this That's such a groovy spot on the dial man. It's like one hour a day with no advertising of any significance except for drinkable vegetables Did you have the same? Super whatever that's and and then Larry Elder This is this it's most twisted Larry elder always popping up with their relief factor

CHAPTER 24 / 50 Discussion

Larry Elder, California Recall Election

Larry Elder has emerged as the leading Republican candidate in the California recall election against Governor Gavin Newsom. Despite his popularity, the national Republican Party has been criticized for failing to provide significant financial support for the campaign. Critics suggest the party may prefer California to remain a one-party state to serve as a negative example for the rest of the country.

larry elder· gavin newsom· california recall· republican party· relief factor

1:22:47 Man, that relief factor. Have you ever seen those ads? They have... Yeah! They gotta be very successful they pay people these are not cheap people to get Larry Elder's not expensive Oh come on it's got to be at least 500 grand for the flight of that campaign I really don't think so What kind of whore is this guy then Well, it's another issue. He's a right-wing talk show host on the radio. He's your governor commands soon to be your governor Yeah, they're not gonna vote out Sir Nathan Lee well by the way I'm glad there was just that just to change it since you brought it up hmm III think that Larry Elder things is a red herring and I think he we I really now I don't trust the guy why is even running because he

1:23:32 He is in the lead because he's the biggest name even though all the other bonehead Republicans are trying to run and they, the Republican Party from this from the national level on the state level refuse to throw any money into this into the campaign to get rid of Newsom. They just refused to do it and John I think his name was John Cox the guy around before who was a doofus has a few lousy ads and meanwhile they got Obama, they got Michelle. They get everybody out here doing Democrat ads I think California's the Republican Party has given up on California or they actually liked the idea that California is all it is a one-party state It stays that way so it can be used as a bad example

1:24:20 Everybody's in on the scheme. This thing is a scam, this whole thing California. Well life is a scam but now back to the... Life is a scam! Now back to the death and destruction caused by the pharma biosecurity state and our elected representatives Sir Nathan Lee reminded me of the Hippocratic Oath And we did a little bit of back and forth. The Hippocratic Oath, which I mean if if I asked you what is the Hippocratic oath? You'd probably say what I would say something like well you know I won't do no willing known...I will not harm anyone on purpose. Does that kind of sum it up? Yeah something like that Well the true full Hippocratic oath which doctors swear to is somewhat longer When did they swear to this? Did they do at college? I think they do

CHAPTER 25 / 50 Discussion

Hippocratic Oath, Original Greek Text

The full text of the original Hippocratic Oath includes pledges to Greek deities like Apollo and Asclepius, as well as prohibitions against abortion and surgery for kidney stones. Modern doctors rarely recite the ancient version, which also mandates that physicians treat their teachers as parents. The reading highlights the disconnect between historical medical ethics and contemporary practices.

hippocratic oath· apollo· asclepius· medical ethics· abortion

1:25:10 I think they do. Well, you take the Hippocratic Oath...I'm quite sure they have to repeat it! I don't think so No? They should well shall i read where is the evidence of this? I have no evidence I'm just guessing You have no evidence that's not true I don't know we'll find out We have the best producers in the universe I'd like to read the Hippocratic oath to you I swear by Apollo the physician and Asclepius and health, and all heal, and all the gods and goddesses that according to my ability in judgment I will keep this oath and this stipulation. To reckon the one who taught me this art equally dear to me as my parents, to share my substance with him or her, and relieve his or her necessities if required

1:25:57 to look upon his or her offspring in the same footing as my own brothers and sisters, and to teach them this art if they shall wish to learn it without fee or stipulation. And that by precepts, lecture, and every other mode of instruction I will impart a knowledge of the Art to my own children and those of my teachers, and to disciples bound by a stipulation and oath according to the law of medicine but none others." I will follow that system of regimen which according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patient and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. I will give no deadly medicine to anyone if asked nor suggest any such counsel and in like manner I will not give a woman a pessary to produce abortion." I didn't know that was in the oath!

1:26:43 With purity and with holiness I will pass my life and practice my art. I will not cut persons laboring under the stone, but will leave this to be done by those who are practitioners of this work into whatever houses I enter I will go into them for the benefit of the sick and will abstain from every voluntary act of mischief and corruption." And further, from the seduction of females or males of free men and slaves—whatever in connection with my professional practice or not in connection with it I see or hear in the lives of people which ought not spoken of abroad. I will not divulge as reckoning that all such should be kept secret." While I continue to keep this oath unviolated, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the art respected by all people in all times. But should I trespass and violate this oath, may the reverse be my lot." Yeah nobody's reciting that. And I think a lot of Christians doctors wouldn't recite it because of all that God stuff at the front

1:27:43 Yeah, well it's the gods of Greece. It's all that's idolatry! It's beyond that...it's paganism. Well it is the Hippocratic Oath. It is the one referred to by doctors. I'm glad you read because to be honest about it I don't think anybody myself haven't heard in its entirety? No, me neither. And I don't think any of the producers have...I think that you've done us all a service but it just proves to me that this is nothing that's-it's just people bandy it about! Yeah, I will say this is older than Jesus. This is pre-JC Well, I would hope so. Yeah me too! So just deconstructing what's going on around us...I'm not too worried about this long term i think that people will be desperate to get people back You mean the workplace problem? Oh yeah the workplace oh yeah This is not going to pan out this is going to just this is it's so destructive

CHAPTER 26 / 50 Discussion

Herd Immunity, Natural Infection vs. Vaccination

The concept of herd immunity is being redefined by public health officials and figures like Bill Gates to mean 100% vaccination rather than natural population immunity. Many families report that nearly all members have contracted COVID-19, yet official narratives continue to downplay the role of natural antibodies. The Delta variant's high transmission rate among the vaccinated further complicates the traditional understanding of herd immunity.

herd immunity· bill gates· delta variant· covid recovery· antibodies

1:28:46 and I think we'll see a workplace violence, increase suicides. Once you get to the point if you have 500 thousand people dead from COVID and you have, if you look at it start to do the calculations how many people must have had COVID to have that many dead. It has to be...the population has either I'd say probably less than five to ten percent of the public has not had COVID or a shot if that many Everybody I know has had COVID. JC's had COVID, he had the COVID cough. It was first time ever heard it and nobody hadn't... Jessie had COVID because she couldn't taste or smell anything My Mimi had COVID She was down for a week and half and she couldn't taste or smell anything Uh everybody except myself and Jay have had COVID

1:29:41 I know. Everyone in our family except the keeper and I, everyone's been vaccinated some have gotten COVID after being vaccinated but... So if we're not at herd immunity i don't know what herd immunity is it doesn't exist? Herd immunity you only can get with vaccinations John. Only herd immunities only when 100% of all 7 billion people have been vaccinated that's what Bill Gates said So this thing is pretty much, I mean yes the Delta variant's going in there and it's getting people sick. It's not killing as many they don't like to discuss that but... Let's just go beyond the vaccine for a second In The Garden of the Beast I bring it up because that's yeah I think you disagree Great book But its written by a diplomat

CHAPTER 27 / 50 Discussion

United Airlines, Unpaid Leave for Exemptions

United Airlines became the first major U.S. carrier to mandate vaccines for all employees, announcing that those with approved religious or medical exemptions will be placed on indefinite unpaid leave. The company stated that customer-facing employees with exemptions will not be allowed in the workplace until the risk of COVID-19 is deemed low enough. This move effectively bypasses the legal requirement for reasonable accommodation.

united airlines· vaccine mandate· unpaid leave· religious exemption· medical exemption

1:30:31 in Nazi Germany ramping up to the Second World War and it's a diary of him and his family, what they witnessed. And it really explains how you get... I don't think its nowhere does it talk about how this really was mass hypnosis that kind of question throughout the whole book But what I'm seeing now, and I'm hearing CEOs and I'm seeing them all you know obviously it's part of the ESG they can't be left out. They have to virtue signal now there are 200 CEOs saying yeah we're all in on this we got United Airlines everyone has to be vaccinated And this is the thing that is really evil about them

1:31:15 Oh, a second. I have this two-parter quickie from NPR. The friendly skies of United Airlines are working to be the coronavirus free skies. They were the first U.S. airline to mandate the COVID 19 vaccine for its employees and yesterday United said that they will put their unvaccinated employees on temporary leave starting October 2nd Yes, so if you have an exemption you will also go on leave. Well for those employees who remain unvaccinated some of them are getting exemptions right from the vaccine mandate either medical exemptions like they had it already

1:31:53 employees who are granted one of these accommodations will still have to go on leave starting October 2nd. Let me ask you, is that paid or unpaid leave? So for all of our employees that have either a religious or medical exemption that cannot be accommodated in the workplace they'll go on unpaid leave it varies by work group but for customer facing employees those employees will be on unpaid leave until the risk of COVID is low enough that we deem it safe Yeah, let's see how many people want to come back and work for you then. This mass formation this massive hypnosis this can be used for anything right now it's just vaccines and we know that the pharmaceutical guys they want to do booster after booster after booster and mix it up with new stuff or next year so get your mRNA booster for Pfizer the Pfizer for the flu and for coronavirus and... That's the Moderna one yeah

CHAPTER 28 / 50 Discussion

Veterans Affairs, Withholding Benefits Claim

Reports suggest the Biden administration may attempt to withhold health benefits from unvaccinated veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Legal analysts predict such a move would face immediate challenges in court due to the litigious nature of the U.S. system and states' rights. The proposal is compared to a death panel within a universal healthcare framework.

veterans affairs· va benefits· vaccine mandates· lawsuits· states rights

1:32:52 Well, everyone will do it. Of course! It's a good idea But this type... because now it is melding into the political landscape in the United States worse than anywhere else I think although maybe Australia we're just trailing them by a bit not much how do we get out of this? We have guns You are the one that says that'll never happen What won't happen? Yeah, it's always guns guns guns. You're the one that's skeptical if citizens in America will fight the government with their guns No but it just is a threat I don't think we will fight them government with our guns Well when do people start snapping? Australia is out of control there's no way were gonna do what Australia has done It's out of control! It's ridiculous what's going on in Australia and I'd say Canada second

1:33:47 That Trudeau guy that guys off the rails. We don't have that here where people do have some pushback People are losing their jobs John they're losing Oh, the job sting is interesting yeah this interesting if this is this is where people start to freak out and now the VA Biden ordered the Veterans Affairs Administration, the VA to withhold health benefits from unvaccinated veterans. Are you kidding me? That's a lot! The other thing is our litigious systems are a lot different than

1:34:23 than the Queen system up in Canada or Australia. Yes, absolutely! Absolutely! And so we... States' rights everything we got a lot going on here We'll sue them Yeah and that's the lawsuit right there That's not happening There is no way the VA is gonna pull that off They're gonna get sued Anyway, what is all this about? Oh we got to you want you. This is an example by the way Which does not help the government's case against universal health care There's your universal healthcare death panel it's a death panel mm-hmm so see this is not working out Well good to talk about and then where at least somebody's discussing it which isn't the No Agenda show best podcast in universe but You know

CHAPTER 29 / 50 Discussion

Corporate Boycotts, No Agenda Social

Consumers are being encouraged to boycott major corporations like Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot in favor of local businesses like Ace Hardware. Meanwhile, the decentralized social media platform No Agenda Social, based on Mastodon, is seeing increased activity as users flee the censorship and negativity of Twitter. The platform provides a space for community networking and job opportunities without algorithmic interference.

1:35:12 There's a lot of lawyers that are just... I know, and i'm with you there but meanwhile a lot of people are hurting because they are having to make difficult choices one way or the other. It's not this is not cool! I think the most important thing we can do is remember and um because their heads will be shaven when it's time but also Amazon Walmart Home Depot 3M You know just we just got to stop frequenting these places Stop buying from them As hard as it is. ...taken over lots of huge segments of the economy... It's hard not to buy from Home Depot. You know, you can get it from Ace. Ace is not a... Ace is the place with the friendly hardware man. Wrong! Ace is the place with helpful hardware folks. Do you see how commercials work every year? How jingles work? No we love the jingles!

1:36:09 That's how jingles work. Yes, well me they always offer there's always something wrong with the jingles I want to go into the donation segment, but I just want to say that noagendasocial.com is a good place for people to... Blow off steam? Well you blow off steam but also people are looking for work and there's opportunities and then you can get it from any Mastodon account with this is the time where the meetups are really important if you got some decisions yeah go ahead. I have to mention something about No Agenda Social So I'm not gonna say who this person is, but it was somebody that was just about to get tossed from Twitter on and off. And she's just a... She has all these crazy posts! She just post and goes nuts. And she post and posts and posts and posts

1:36:57 So I said, you gotta go over to Noah Jenner. So I gave her the account totally over there some time ago so she goes over there post and put she goes nuts She's posting like a maniac but because it was no other use suck There's none of the negative feedback again at Twitter not good threats We're taking you deep letter all those threats of D platforming It's much less hate yeah The maelstrom of hate that's that is Twitter That didn't exist on No Agenda Social. And if it even crops up, somebody condemns it. You should be here if you're gonna be that way." She bails and I haven't seen her for months she's just oh no this is no good. I don't have anybody pushing back! I find that to be quite interesting

1:37:44 One more clip before we dump out of this because we just don't have any more at the moment other than deconstructing what these people are doing and they certainly have no good intent but just what's happening around the world, zooming out it's unsustainable what they're trying to do. And I agree with you all the lawsuits and states rights and this may be very interesting time for states to say you know what shove your federal money up your butt You know, we don't need you. We'll make our own rules the way it was intended to be United States But this is what they're doing to you and it is the pharmaceutical biosecurity state these are several senior doctors

CHAPTER 30 / 50 Discussion

North Carolina Hospital, COVID Number Manipulation

Leaked video from a North Carolina hospital system shows senior doctors and a marketing director discussing ways to make COVID-19 numbers more scary for the public. The discussion includes counting recovered patients who are still in the hospital for other reasons as active COVID cases to inflate statistics. The hospital defended the staff involved, claiming the public overreacted to the leaked footage.

north carolina· hospital marketing· covid numbers· fraud· recovered patients

1:38:24 and the marketing director, North Carolina Hospital System discussing the COVID-19 numbers and what we have to do. And you'll hear very clearly who the marketing director is. So those are numbers that would put out as far as... This is a doctor. Get into details of floor work? Right Those other numbers are certainly out there. I guess my feeling at this point in time is maybe we need to be completely a little bit more scary for the public.

1:38:59 Make it a little more scary for the people. This is what the marketing director was saying in the meeting. That wasn't, hold on... I know this because of very... I've seen numerous breakdowns of it that was not the marketing director The young girl was the marketing director Oh really? This is this is the senior doctor?! Holy crap! That's even worse! I thought that she was the marketing director No, the marketing directors that young girl Because you get to kind of effeminate doctor he pops in for a second And he's like, we can talk about that offline. I thought that he was talking to the marketing director or in any way it doesn't matter these old woman these every single one of these people is sick in the head That's what's going on here. Those other numbers are certainly out there Maybe we need to be completely a little bit more scary for public

1:39:51 Then there's another comment, as I completely agree. There are many people still hospitalized that we're considering post-COVID but we're not counting in those numbers so how do we include those post COVID people in the numbers of the patients we have in the hospital? So is that all the people who have been in the hospital since the beginning of COVID Well, or that are still in and not something that I can take to someone else. But I think those are important numbers of patients that are still in the hospital that are off the COVID floor but still occupying the hospital for a variety of reasons. You're hearing fraud in progress.

1:40:30 I'm sorry, we were calling those recovered. Now if you look at the dash for they're listed as recovered but do think it from our standpoint we would still consider them a coven patient because there's still building. Yeah, so I think that needs to be highlighted as well because once are off isolation and drop from the code numbers. That's exactly right too. So I guess the context we could put around this what you're hearing is the medical version of Hollywood.

1:41:20 When John and I, you know when we do our television Hollywood producer thing. It's disgusting for people outside to hear that but you never know about that And this is how the hospital is running their own version of Hollywood They're a scam The total is total scam! That old lady was just pathetic and then the hospital sent out a letter defending her Oh God Of what? Well, you know it was just a mistake and I don't have the letter in front of me but it was an apologetic letter saying that the public was overreacting. They defended this battle axe

1:42:03 Instead of firing her on the spot, which is what she had all kinds of tenure. She's a very senior doctor there So when it comes to North Carolina This is this hospital should not be frequented. This has happened in this happening everywhere You know this is happening everywhere. Oh no It's common I'm just gotta become but the fact that it got out We know what happened the public got to see it and then they defend it No No, they... that's not the way it works. When you screw up and you blow it like this You get fired! Well thats because they know there is no news reports about this There was no.. I don't have a single news report About this video There was a news report by the local TV station Okay And it was written out and thats where we figured out who is who And did that station catch fire overnight? By any chance

CHAPTER 31 / 50 Discussion

Medical Boards, Threatening Physician Licenses

The American Board of Pediatrics issued a statement threatening to revoke the licenses of physicians who disseminate what they deem to be COVID-19 misinformation. Simultaneously, reports from Alex Berenson indicate that the federal government is restricting the supply of monoclonal antibody treatments to southern states like Florida and Texas. This is viewed as a punitive measure against states that have resisted federal vaccine mandates.

american board of pediatrics· medical licenses· misinformation· monoclonal antibodies· alex berenson

1:42:54 The station's report was borderline pathetic. Yeah, of course they had the follow-up note from the hospital of course They did have to know but then they soft peddled the whole story It was reported but it was pathetic And there was no man in the seat, there wasn't anybody over the microphone to stick it in someone's face and ask a hard question. There was none of that. Which is the way it is with everything nowadays because these guys are lazy they're terrible The American Board of Pediatrics released to their doctors a statement about the dissemination of COVID-19 information and I'll just cut straight to the chase. Expertise matters, board certified physicians have demonstrated they have stayed current in their field spreading misinformation or falsehoods to the public during a time of public health emergency goes against everything our boards and our community of board certified physicians stand for screw the Hippocratic Oath

1:43:50 The evidence that we have safe, effective and widely available vaccines against COVID-19 is overwhelming. We are particularly concerned about physicians who use their authority to denigrate vaccination at a time when vaccines continue to demonstrate excellent effectiveness against severe illness, hospitalization and death not so much transmission or getting COVID at all And they're threatening doctors with loss of their license to practice. Australia has banned ivermectin in the southern states of the United States, this is according to Alex Berenson monoclonal antibody treatments are being withheld they can't...they're not available

1:44:37 They're not sending them. Do we have to all move it to Florida where they're gonna have just clinics all over the place? No, no they're they're not in the southern states. They're not letting them go to Texas, to Florida, to Louisiana... They are specifically stopping that from flowing according to Alex Berenson Yeah, I'm not buying that. If that was happening in Florida DeSantis would be making a fuss he's got enough trouble It's brand new John maybe we'll find out today! I mean it is a show day after all...I mean we are from the future We're not always like everyone else yelling after the news No they don't want to treat people That's all were talking about is treatment and Merck is one of the worst at this so I called the guy okay

CHAPTER 32 / 50 Discussion

William Campbell, Ivermectin and Merck Wokeness

Nobel Prize winner William Campbell, a co-discoverer of Ivermectin, expressed frustration over Merck's public denigration of the drug for COVID-19 use. While Ivermectin is a generic drug derived from Japanese soil, Merck's corporate website now focuses heavily on ESG goals and social justice rather than pharmaceutical innovation. The company's stance against its own historic product is seen as a move to protect newer, more profitable treatments.

william campbell· ivermectin· merck· nobel prize· esg

1:45:17 I phoned up. You rang him? I rang the 93 year old guy who was one of the inventors of ivermectin and won a Nobel Prize Oh! I found out where he lives, I found out his age... I could add two and two, I got lucky and hit his phone number on the first try Wow So I chatted with for a minute He wouldn't tell me anything about defaming of ivermectin but said that would have a statement that would be released on Friday and I gave him my email address, I got his email address and sent it to him. I'd never heard nothing since. Something is up." And I'm kicking myself, I thought I clipped it the keeper sent me a clip that ivermectin although generic the actual...I think the term bacteria which ivermectin is made because its not synthesized. Ivermectin is grown

1:46:13 It comes from, I did some research on this myself. Oh good thank you! It comes from the soil sample in Japan that's where it was discovered and by the way One of the other antibiotics was discovered in some soil sample in South America, and I can't remember which one but somebody might remember. But it was a soil sample and they found this substance that was in the soil that just killed everything. And so they developed it... This was 30 years ago. This guy that I talked to and his partner who is Japanese guy And they came up with ivermectin and it turned out to be very useful for river blindness. Was this William Campbell who you talked to? Yeah, I talked to William Campbell. He answered the phone!

1:47:00 No, it's William Campbell. Actually he doesn't sound that way. He sounds like a guy who is... Tired of shit? For a guy who is 93 I want to sound that way when I'm 93. Yeah, who is this? You probably fit right in. Hey! It's me. I am one of you what are talking about? So apparently Merck owns that Yes, that they may have loved with unclear if they'd license it to India to make it so cheap But Merc has a they have a you know the it's not just I'll go bake it in the meth lab. You've got to have Merck's Cooperation now, I'm sure there's no way that would be as it is in public domain after 30 years To get the actual that dirt

1:47:50 My understanding is Merck owns the dirt. Not, not the you know like Monsanto owns other seeds not not the process or anything You can sell it and market it but I think you still have to wind up going to Merck to get a clearance So Merck made a big fuss and told people not to use Ivermectin for COVID Exactly And so I which was I think what got this Campbell guy irked because he used to work for them He was still on payroll and as one of their Nobel Prize guys. So I went to the Merck website, and I'm looking at it... It is the most woke thing I've ever seen! There's nothing about drugs or helping the public

1:48:31 It's fighting, I got it right now. Fighting for health equity from inside the healthcare industry is at the top of the whole Merck website. This is the Merck website! We invent for life three ways to support LGBTQ plus community What's that got to do with anything? Harnessing tech to eliminate distance in a virtual world nothing to do with drugs. It's one thing after another about wokeness ESG baby ESG economic, sustainable social goals and governance. Yeah that's our future. Connecting employees with NGOs for impactful three-month assignments and they send a bunch of people to Africa this is not what I'm wanting from my drug company these people are just a bunch of woke a-holes Hey how do you spell Merck? Is it M E R C K yeah merck dot com You can go to the website look at all like wokeness

1:49:28 It's like this the people that get into these companies and create the situation there. These companies are gonna be ruined forever I just registered Merc dirt calm Come on man, come on man merc dirt That's what we're gonna call it now. MercDirt. It's gonna be a... MercDirt will become, maybe, a website for dirt on mercs. Oh! Well we have it so everything is good to go and with that I'd like to thank you for your courage in saying the morning to you the man who put The Sea into 100 collaborating CEOs ladies and gentlemen Mr John C Devorais

CHAPTER 33 / 50 Discussion

No Agenda Community, Art and Apps

The No Agenda community continues to grow through the Troll Room and new podcasting 2.0 applications like Castamatic and Breeze. Episode 1380 featured artwork by Nessworks, incorporating the horse paste meme and references to a classic Twilight Zone episode. The hosts emphasize that the donation segment contains vital original material and anecdotes often missed by casual listeners.

trollroom· podcasting 2.0· nessworks· twilight zone· wolfman jack

1:50:09 Well in the morning it airs, there's a man named Curry. Also in the morning ships to sea boots on the ground feedin' the air subs in the water. Hey and in the mornings all the names of knights out there. All the dudes named Ben and dudettes named Bernadette thank you for your courage for all you do The hams are the backup to you so don't mess it up In the morning to the trolls over there in the troll room. They've been very helpful today Troll room dot IO is where you can join You can join a band of thousands of trolls who they don't even have time to hide under the bridge anymore Because there's so many cool shows that just they got it get up and troll because that goes right along with no agenda stream calm and you can listen to the live shows or you can

1:50:53 And listen to some of the recorded podcasts which all stream 24-7. Trollroom.io, definitely a place to go hang out Let's count the trolls for second hands up trolls let me see how many we have today Oh my! 2171 Low Decent Is this decent enough? Do you think it is low? Yeah What it supposed to be for Sunday? It should be 23 Then the trolls are disappointing Bring in more trolls, trolls please. Or meet us over as we mentioned earlier at the fabulous noagendasocial.com you can follow John C Dvorak at noagendasocial.com Adam at noagendasocial.com from any Mastodon server and it really does work

1:51:38 And John gave a perfect example of the, a lot of the benefits earlier and this is uh...the place for community right now. In the meetups people you gotta get to meet up this is where you can network with people who at least are not gonna be nuts I mean well you know what I'm saying? Not nuts in a bad way! Not nuts in a bad way at all Now let's thank the artist for, let me see episode 1380. Eight zero we titled that one Trans Money and the artwork was the oh this was Merck Mechton boy! We go from Merck Mechton to Merck Dirt. Nessworks did this one it was a classic No Agenda product pack shot I think it kind of had everything in there he did a lot of work I felt on the horse

1:52:29 You know, it was kind of a cool way to integrate the horse paste meme. Had the horse paste ivermectin for rectum so put that in there I mean It hit all the buttons on a day which I think was good piece we had some difficulty Yes Well, I had liked the piece by sir net Ned With the two cows and the field one of them with the devil head. I just thought that was hilarious neither but the particular devilhead he used was the same one at had entranced William Shatner in a very old Twilight Zone episode. Oh, where he was stuck in the restaurant with this little machine predicting the future and he couldn't get out of there. A very good episode but you did-you hated it I've never said once I hate any art ever

1:53:25 And then I also kind of liked another attempt by Darren O'Neal. And I want to say something about Darren O'Neill, so I listened to his pre-show little radio thing that he does and it's always kind of like...and he does these little bits and he's got these little sayings and he drops this and drops that and he moves it along, plays a lot of hard rock. It dawned on me what it was about Darren O'Neill on that show that was, kind of rang like reminiscent of something. And Darren O'Neal on his when he does this radio guy, disc jockey 1960s 70's disc jockey. He is more like late seventies. Okay late seventies disc jockey but yeah maybe but he said he is about one inch away from sounding exactly like Wolfman Jack

1:54:26 Hmm and you listen to him the next time he then listened to the almost not quite like this He doesn't quite get to hear but he's uh He's got a wolfman jack quality hmm Alright, so I don't know if he thinks that's good or bad. What does it have to do with the art? Well because i'm talking about his piece and it reminded me that I wanted to mention these sounds like Wolfman Jack okay well He didn't know this is the in-the-morning piece where he's got a bomber and he's got some girl painted on the side With her leg up in the air And this is another You know if you blurred it So actually looked like was painted on the bomber

1:55:14 It could use the blur tool a little bit. He's just throwing shit against the wall he's like let me see I might get lucky He's not getting lucky no, he's not sorry What was wrong with the the no-mean tweets by sizzle Tron? I used that this morning for the live tweet there was the the Capitol building melting down in red goo In hindsight it kind of liked that one which one its It's like three rows above. It's above the fear factor horse paste on the cracker? It's above it? Above and to the left Did we see that one, or did we saw that one? I don't see what you're talking about Okay well... I don't know what your looking at I'm on a different page then, i dunno I dunno what your talking about Anyway we looked at couple of different ones and uh Correct The Record also had a package that wasn't bad

1:56:16 I like the wicked, the witching stick. That was kind of cool Yeah, I just thought that was just... yeah too bland. And a wishing stick very rarely is that thick It was not anatomically correct nor was the... it's more like the guys really did like it was like it's a stick with a dick on it. The CIA tried to do or was this nice fox tried to do the CIA Ken doll? None of that worked none of that worked No no comic strip blogger trying to fool us into putting up a picture of a fiend female genitalia. Stop that! That's a leak. So in all, you know I think we're all little lost right now and I don't feel like we have good direction with art...I would say that last batch of art was not up to par. It's all up to par but it just were lost where struggling or flailing with our arms. Yeah it must be really lot of it has to do the content of the show

1:57:18 I thought it was the art director, namely you. No we're the...I share an art directing job with you! Okay right i'm the guy that hates. You're the hater Well we thank Nessworks for the album art for episode 1380 those of you using podcasting 2.0 app and oh I might uh I wanted to say that There's two new apps now. One is Castamatic and Breeze has updated so now you can boost with a message, so there's lots happening there and all of them are able to display artwork as chapters and Dreb Scott always does a great job putting that together And then you probably saw them flipping by right now if not rewind it take another look You don't know what you're missing along with the good content in the donation segment Do you know many times?

1:58:09 I'll say, Tina and I will be talking about the show and i'll say you know we talked about this. She says, I didn't hear that! And I know why she thinks the donation segment is just donation segments sometimes The donation segment has so much original material, it's pretty hard to imagine. Exactly if you think it just... I'm not saying she thinks this but people will say oh no everybody 45 minutes of shoutouts! I didn't donate so I don't care I'm gonna run through it again and they miss out on there's a lot of anecdotes in the donation segment there's a lot of the new memes that come up that crop-up that people start to use stem from from the donation segment

CHAPTER 34 / 50 Discussion

Executive Producer Donations, Knighting Ceremony

Tony Cabrera and Andrew Protzman lead the executive producers for this episode, with Cabrera contributing profits from the No Agenda shop. Jeffrey Audet and other producers received de-douching and birthday wishes in exchange for their financial support. The segment highlights the value-for-value model that sustains the show without corporate advertising.

1:58:49 I want to make sure everyone knows that the Keeper has a lot to do. So, you know...I don't blame her for skipping a segment or two. She could put the earbuds in and she could put the Walkman on her belt. Who else listens to all of our other damn podcasts in this house and tells me what's going on? Well, I know one guy who doesn't. That is Tony Cabrera. He's at the top of our list. Ah! For our executive producers and associate executive producers indeed Yes, Tony came in with 1336 and he's actually the guy one of the guys that runs the no agenda shop Yay And this is a share of the no agenda shop profits. It's finally ready as promised He says whoo nice just spinning ours to get their cut there this morning You'll get it check in the mail nice so you do artists look

1:59:39 You're getting the check as well, he says. Thank you for all your amygdala-shrinking work! Catch me out with an ISIS baby and a goat karma, por favor. Unfortunately none of the artists will be able to cash the check without being vaccinated Well I think a lot of artists are vaccinated. It's been a while since we heard that one. This is true and Andrew Protzman comes in next, and he is in Kansas And I couldn't get ahold of him I tried to write to his the email address was dubious it didn't work That he put in this note or not the note but in the PayPal entry

2:00:27 But he did get a note into the PayPal thing for any contributed $1,000 I just asked him so you want to be an instant night of some sort or give a knighthood to somebody Never could get ahold of them. No, it's too bad and he says in the morning Thanks for de douching me well didn't we give met? I think we deduced him previously. I remember this name Protsman Well, let's de-douche him. Of course! Global Producer Support, Trans and ESL Teachers

Producers from Toronto and Australia contributed to the show, including ESL teachers affected by China's recent crackdown on foreign educators. The hosts acknowledge the diversity of their audience, including trans listeners and nursing home residents. Frontline Doctors, Ivermectin Pricing Concerns

A listener report detailed a negative experience with America's Frontline Doctors, where a prescription for Ivermectin cost nearly $400 and took five days to arrive. There are concerns that the organization may be shifting toward a profit-driven model as founder Simone Gold explores media projects. Producers are advised to seek alternative sources for affordable medication before they become ill.

Zinc is the variable when it comes to losing your sense of smell and taste We actually should mention we got a note... A review more of Frontline Doctors Not a good review Oh yes! We need to read this note Do you have it? Yeah, I do. John and Adam, I caught COVID mid-August after Black Hat Conference in Vegas as soon as I tested positive I went to Americasfrontlinedoctors.org to get a prescription filled out of form entered my information there was no direct contact with any doctor or PA they wrote the prescription and forwarded it to a pharmacy that will fill it and mail it

2:12:11 The pharmacy called me, let me know the prescription was going to be nearly $400. They even tried to slip in zinc and vitamin D and C into the prescription so I saved money by not filling those. The whole process took five days before the ivermectin arrived and by that point I was feeling a lot worse and taking it did not seem to have an effect. I decided to not take the rest of it and keep it for family so they can use early after diagnosis." He says, my advice if you plan or he or she if you plan on using Ivermectin get a hold of the medication now so you can use it as soon As you need to So you won't have to wait five days like I did also Ivermectin may be cheap But somebody's making money on it and I will say I've heard that there's been a split in the frontline doctors group If this scam of just selling Ivermectin for 400 bucks And we have pictures of the blister pack You can get was in a newsletter not the last one but before that

2:13:05 a photo of the brand and everything else is three bucks. So there's a difference between three bucks for a complete regimen of ivermectin plus doxycycline, plus zinc and for three bucks? And now it's 400 bucks come on! I mean if you go down to Mexico at the airport it's 100 bucks... ...and that's high! Oh it's way high We appreciate, but there's been rumblings. Frontline doctors I think Simone Gold may have caught a little bit of Hollywood fever. Yeah she's living with an actor and they've got all kinds of plans and they're building studios. There is nothing worse than a Hollywood fever! Yeah ivermectin can't cure that sadly

2:13:52 So yes, the idea would be to get it sooner rather than later. There are I think freedoctors.org or freedoctors.com probably? There's a couple of yes we have to find these guys so people can bypass this what's turning into a scam from the sounds of it Yes if it wasn't already Okay, I lost my place here. Where were we? That was Aaron Gracie Lovelace. Now we're at Eric Constable from Jacksonville, Florida 233 and Eric says no jingles no karma Thanks Eric constable Jacksonville Florida perfect love it did We do a call of douchebag call out for Christopher? Associate Executive Producers, Karma Requests

New knights and dames were inducted into the No Agenda roundtable, including Sir Don and Dame Nancy of the Confused. Producers requested various forms of karma for health, job searches, and real estate transactions. The sad puppy meme in the newsletter is credited with boosting donations to sustain the show's infrastructure.

CHAPTER 38 / 50 Discussion

FDA Booster Meeting, Moderna Half-Dose

The FDA's advisory committee is scheduled to meet on September 17 to discuss booster doses for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Moderna is proposing a half-dose booster, which critics suggest is a strategy to double their sales volume. The World Health Organization continues to oppose boosters in wealthy nations while much of the developing world remains unvaccinated.

fda· moderna· pfizer· boosters· world health organization

2:24:32 We go out we hit people in the mouth All right, where were we Well, I think we're done with COVID for now. You have some more Biden clips? You gonna play Biden? Eh...I don't think i have that much more Biden. I still had some booster stuff but that's not interesting other than the timeline actually this should be known for people because it's a mess. Moderna said that it started its application for its booster dose of its Covid-19 vaccine this is actually going to be a half dose 50 micrograms compared with the 100 dose level

2:25:20 for the first two shots. Now saying that it tested this in a small study of about 344 people and saw robust antibody responses of more than 40 times against the Delta variant, so this will go to the FDA ahead of that September 20th timeframe that The White House and its health advisors have put out as the week they plan to start offering booster doses broadly to the general population. And just yesterday, The FDA's advisory committee set a date of September 17th, that's the Friday before that week to meet to discuss Pfizer and BioNTech booster dose. That application coming in just at the end of August for that vaccine and so we'll hear that public hearing about boosters and guys this could be really interesting discussion because not all of FDA advisors believe that booster doses are actually needed right now

2:26:11 because the vaccines appear to hold up so well against severe disease. So that will be a very interesting meeting, we'll see if they vote in favor of this and that puts the regulatory process in place to start this and then we'll see how they handle Moderna's application as well which is just starting to come in. Johnson & Johnson folks might be a little bit further behind as we need to see those data and the J&J shot got started rolling out a little later than these two. Yeah prediction from me no booster not gonna happen No booster. What? I don't think they're going to do it, they're not meeting about the boosters... The FDA advisory committee this is the ones who have a problem with it they don't want it because of apparently because of the Israel data

2:26:52 These are not, you know it's an advisory board. The same happened in the UK. The advisory board three people quit they're walking away saying no you should not be doing these boosters meanwhile Moderna is doing half a dose so they can sell twice as much I don't...I have a hard time they're not gonna meet until the 17th So do you think there still going to hold on? Well they do have a lot of pressure from the WHO and the UN who don't want it at all then they can always use that as an out Dare you, exactly. If based on your thesis that they could use that as an out because the World Health Organization and the UN in general and a lot of the other I don't know drinking clubs they've all decided that wow well you guys are just hogging everything sending it to Africa yeah send it to Africa and of course you know our Brazil you know there's another place is

CHAPTER 39 / 50 Discussion

Brazil Drought, Climate Change Inflation

Brazil is experiencing its worst drought in 91 years, causing water levels in the Parana River to reach historic lows. The resulting energy shortage has led to increased electricity tariffs and food inflation, putting pressure on the government of President Jair Bolsonaro. While climatologists point to the La Nina effect, many are using the event to advocate for global climate change policies.

brazil· bolsonaro· parana river· la nina· inflation

2:27:47 Brazil's an interesting target of the media because now they're going after Brazil for a couple of things. Bolsonaro, and not... drought! What's his name? Bolsonaro. They hate that guy. Ah yes we were moving into climate change good I've got some stuff So here is Brazil in its drought As we've reported many times in this podcast, Brazil is dealing with one of the worst COVID outbreaks in the world. The government has struggled to keep Latin America's biggest economy afloat during the pandemic and now it faces a fresh challenge – one of the most severe droughts in Brazilian history. Water levels in the Parana River – the second longest in South America have reached their lowest point since 1944

2:28:35 Camila Mota from BBC Brazil told us more about the droughts. They are very common in the northeastern part of Brazil near the equator line where it's usually very hot and at some point climate gets closer to desertic but that's not the case here. The Paraná River you mentioned is located in the southern part of Brazil which is going through its worst drought in 91 years, specialists say this has been caused by the La Nina effect which usually cools down the ocean surface the country and reduces the amount of rain but climatologists argue that climate change is making these natural phenomena more extreme so that might be the explanation here. We have a reaction in from listeners, let's listen to one. I'm Otavio Esquivoni, I live in Canoas Rio Grande do Sul Brazil

2:29:24 So in regards to the drought, what I'm most afraid of is the impact it might have on inflation. And to make things worse one of the measures the government has taken to fight a drought is to add a tariff on our electric bill in order to discourage energy consumption. We know we haven't really been paying attention but ever since we were talking about transmission lines underwater or over water, or over land underground but specifically underwater. A lot of people emailed me there's a lot of high voltage DC cables underground being pulled all across the United States as part of the Green New Deal I don't know how they finance it but maybe its private that is also possible very possible But there are a lot of DC high voltage lines getting run

2:30:17 They're serious about this. Why are they using DC? They've got to still convert it over to make it so it works in a house, we don't have DC in our house! Yeah well this is a long argument that neither you or I are qualified to have there's a lot of pros for doing a DC if you believe the wind power is away to go...I personally looked at it and I don't see how it makes any sense financially It obviously doesn't make any sense, it makes sense somebody knows how to make money Yes Let's play the second part of the Brazilian thing Brazil too. So of course I cannot ask the government to make it rain, however i would be glad if they could take measures to curb inflation. I was struck there Camila, I can't ask the government to make it rain! I did think well he could try but it wouldn't be much good is this what people are talking about in Sao Paulo?

2:31:07 It is. Inflation has been a main topic here in Brazil, it has gone up over the past few months and not only because of the energy prices that the increasing tariffs that he mentioned it was announced only this week so people are very angry about this but as the drought also affected crops it also had an impact on food prices so you can imagine what we're going through here Camila Mota speaking to James Reynolds Climate change is also having a profound effect on animal life. A new study published in the journal Oceanography documents how the number of North Atlantic right whales has plummeted in recent years. Oh man, the right whales? I've never heard of those... Well you have now! What's interesting is all this climate change talk but very little talk about the completion of Nord Stream 2

CHAPTER 40 / 50 Discussion

Nord Stream 2, EV Tax Incentives

Gazprom announced the completion of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which will increase the flow of Russian gas into Europe. In the U.S., a new $3.5 trillion budget bill proposes a $4,500 tax incentive for electric vehicles, but only for manufacturers with unionized workforces. This policy favors domestic companies like GM and Ford while penalizing non-union manufacturers like Tesla, Toyota, and Honda.

nord stream 2· gazprom· klm· tesla· union jobs

2:32:02 Which that dropped out of the news. Oh, yeah Well it's been completed that was a two days ago or so why? Yeah So its its completed gas prom announced it and of course This is the evil gases gas was from Russia But more importantly It's the gas that's flooding the market we like to say oh used to sell too So I'm not quite sure how that fits into climate change conversation And there was a couple other things that were kind of interesting. Oh, the Netherlands KLM Here's how you screw it up KLM did this big promotion? You know they're getting everyone's you know They got to start flying people and marketing and I said well, you know we're doing now We are going to stop serving meals That consists of meat on all flights which by itself is an interesting message to give

2:32:55 Particularly if you only plan to do it in economy and not in first-class business. I read that in the Dutch newspaper, oh yeah that's rich! What a bunch of idiots how can they this typical government you know quasi government airline Royal Dutch Airlines they always got to do something stupid Some clarification from our president when we were wondering what this meant. You know, the looks like a tornado they don't call them that anymore that hit the crops and wetlands in the middle of the country in Iowa and Nevada I mean it's just across-the-board So we wondered what he was supposed to call the tornado And many people answered The correct answer was Derrico

2:33:52 And the president said Iowa and Nevada, he meant Nebraska. Close though Joe! Close. Oh that's interesting... Well he has a prompter he is reading from I think that was off the cuff This is why they don't want to... It's off the cuff, but this guy is the limit for fucking up. Toyota and Honda are getting very mad at the latest climate change tax benefits. This is a new proposal and I think it's going to be part of the $3.5 trillion whatever-it-is reconciliation bill budget bill

2:34:40 In there is a tax incentive so you can this is what what really made Tesla fly amongst the elite when they first came out was it seven and A half or five thousand might have been seven and a half to seventy five hundred. Yes, $7500 you could immediately deduct top line off of your income that's why a lot of people went for their second car or whatever, maybe for the... just also the virtue signal. Yeah give me a Tesla! You could make it case that the Tesla, the earlier ones, the newer more expensive ones not as much but you can make maybe with the Tesla 3 you can do this but you can make a case that the Tesla doesn't cost anything yeah I've seen the math and it looks like oh car's free well now the that diminishes after 200 thousand cars produced uh but in the new three and a half trillion dollar

CHAPTER 41 / 50 Discussion

Carbon Capture, Iceland Climeworks Plant

A new large-scale carbon capture plant operated by Climeworks has opened in Iceland, using fans to suck CO2 from the air and bury it underground. Despite the high-tech presentation, the plant only captures 4,000 tons of CO2 annually, a negligible fraction of the 40 billion tons released globally. Critics argue the project is more about generating carbon credits than making a meaningful impact on the environment.

carbon capture· climeworks· iceland· co2· carbon credits

2:35:31 whatever boondoggle there will be $4,500 tax incentive but only for car manufacturers who make electric vehicles that have unionized workers. This is how Joe gets his good paying union jobs and Toyota and Honda they like to use non-union jobs or they're not unionized and the thing's unfair it is unfair of course its unfair But the president did promise good paying union jobs. She got to hand it to him and CBS this morning Did I did not understand the point of this report after doing the math here in Iceland history is about to be made The world's first large-scale attempt to directly capture carbon dioxide and bury it underground This are the collector containers so that exactly where there

2:36:28 air comes in. Julie Gosselvez is an executive with the Swiss company Climeworks today it will start operating these 96 fans powered by a nearby geothermal plant as soon as the fans are on every ton of co2 that's removed is a ton that actually helping fighting climate change and not contributing to global warming but I have to say this is smaller than I thought it would be, Good thing or a bad thing? Well, this is actually a very good thing. This is compact and can capture and install a lot of CO2 The carbon dioxide first gets drawn into these collectors And then it's sent here Comes in here Processed in this room and mixed with water

2:37:11 Inside this domed building, it gets injected into the ground. It's trapped in two stones How long does it stay there? More than a thousand years So how much carbon dioxide is this thing gonna suck out of the air every year Yeah so the capacity of this plant is 4,000 tons That's a drop in the carbon dioxide ocean Nearly 40 billion tons of CO2 are now released into the atmosphere every year Much of it from fossil fuels What kind of a dumbass machine is this? Who's trying to kill us all? Four thousand tons is nothing. Well, besides the point why would you do this and by the way carbon dioxide sequestration which was developed by the oil refining companies and available and was ready to be put into use during the crap in trade bill if you remember jobs jobs jobs yeah it's nothing new

2:38:10 But it's taken from the effluent, it's not taken from the atmosphere. No! Yeah they're literally taking away from the plants. Go away plants Why don't you just get some Agent Orange and spray all over this place? That'll do it Hey so four tons of CO2 now can you get a carbon credit for each ton of CO2 right I would think. Which is only $40! So you're talking about a hundred bucks is 40 bucks? Hey, it's just a bottle of wine In a year this whole thing results in 160 thousand bucks worth of credit card... What grogus where'd you get this bull crap story CBS? CBS! Oh CBS is CBS man Yeah CBS the morning news not just any old uh shuck and jive outfit Well let's switch gears and go to this

CHAPTER 42 / 50 Discussion

Communist Indoctrination, California Classrooms

A Project Veritas investigation exposed a Sacramento high school teacher, Gabriel Gipe, who admitted to indoctrinating students with communist propaganda and Maoist imagery. In Southern California, another teacher is under investigation for encouraging students to pledge allegiance to a Pride flag instead of the American flag. These incidents have fueled a national debate over the political neutrality of public school educators.

project veritas· gabriel gipe· sacramento· pride flag· pledge of allegiance

2:39:04 Commies in class part one. A northern California teacher boasts about indoctrinating students with... I'm sorry, can you do that with a little more reverb or something? Can you give me a little let's do it right yeah needs an appropriate setup commies in class! A northern California teacher boasts about indoctrinating students with communist values in his classroom Another teacher in Southern California is under investigation for suggesting her students recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Pride flag. We hear more from NTD's Eileen Ng. Project Veritas released a video exposing a high school teacher admitting he indoctrinates his students with communist ideas. Gabriel Gipe, an AP government teacher in Sacramento could be heard talking about turning his students into revolutionaries. 180 days turned him into revolutionary.

2:39:57 The public school teacher believes in a change of cultural propaganda and tries to convince people that socialism is needed. He gives his students extra credit for creating an opposition at events In a student news production called Tiger Talk posted on YouTube, the political spectrum in images of Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong are the background. Guipe said there are three other teachers that share his view NTD reached out to Guipe, the school principal and Natomas Unified School District but did not receive any response by deadline Where was this from the reports from NTD new Tang Dynasty, right? There's the only ones who cover stuff like this. Yeah Well, there's something big going on between the US and China particularly in the media Yes, well, this is true

2:40:44 It's not I think it has been going on. Well, I have two clips when you're ready. Let me just play part two of this and then do a comment In Orange County Southern California another teacher is under investigation for posting the video on social media suggesting her students salute the pride flag instead of American flag in the TikTok video she said she took down that American flag during pandemic because it made her feel uncomfortable She packed it away and does not know where it is My kid today goes It's kind of weird that we just stand and then you know, we say it to nothing and I'm like Oh well You know, I gotta find it. Like I'm working on it. I got you In the meantime, I tell this kid We do have a flag in the class that you can pledge your allegiance too And he like looks around he goes oh That one

2:41:32 In a public statement, the school district said, So the teacher felt uncomfortable with the American flag in her classroom. Yes, this has been taught by the media that lots of American flags is Trump is Republicans as MAGA is QAnon is horrible scary yes it's American flag is frightening so and then she's joking she said was heard giggling about the fact that you got the kid to pledge allegiance to the gay flag

CHAPTER 43 / 50 Discussion

Classroom Surveillance, Social Sentinel Software

Texas schools are reportedly using Social Sentinel software to monitor students' social media posts and emails using artificial intelligence. While the company claims the tool is for preventing violence and suicide, privacy advocates warn it creates a pervasive surveillance state for minors. Some parents now support the installation of cameras in classrooms to monitor teacher conduct in response to these surveillance measures.

classroom cameras· social sentinel· dallas morning news· ai surveillance· student privacy

2:42:18 And she thought that was hilarious. Yeah, yeah! She's out of work This brings me to the point there should be cameras in classrooms I've talked to you about it I still believe it is true that cameras have been in the classroom for the last year or two because all the zoom meetings and the rest of us camera in a classroom For all practical purposes. I think they should be installed in classrooms And parents should be able to watch the teacher teach the kids and see what they have teach them. I think that as a parent, when my kids were younger and they came back with some of these cockamamie ideas about Christopher Columbus was a slaver and you know, the colony should go which is very Californian thing. I'd like this here lecture on this. I'm going to agree with you and i'm going to tell you why because

2:43:12 I'm definitely on the fence about this idea. On the last show, I kept an article and put it in for this show notes as well from Dallas Morning News. Texas schools are surveilling students online often without their knowledge or consent. Campuses are using technology to watch students' email web history and social media posts in what they say is an effort to protect them. Well, if that is true then that goes for you too pals. Definitely! I'm all for your idea now and who the hell do these people think they are? That's unbelievable what you just said. Telling me?! Well i'm glad you came around to the idea so now I can use it as a theme

2:43:56 The school rooms, today's school rooms are run by... Most of the students are there. I'm sorry the teachers are fine but there's these bad apples out there and they're loudmouthed and their communists and i'd like to identify them and you do that with a camera in the classroom Yeah, I think that...I'm on board. As I said, I'm on board with this now This is crazy Let me see what else this article said There was something more to it that I wanted to...yeah the actual software The package is Social Sentinel Social Sentinel scans more than a billion posts on social media every day against more than 450,000 words and phrases that indicate potential harm. It then uses artificial intelligence to identify potential threats of violence and suicide! So do the kids... how does it? Are they putting something on the kids machines or are they just monitoring the kids via social media

2:44:57 Social... well, that's unclear of course. Social Sentinel co-founder Gary Margolis has said in an interview so not to the Dallas Morning News that the service doesn't surveil or monitor students because it merely scans public social media posts. Now that is bullshit And even then, so you're creating a list. You're giving it to a company and say check these kids make sure they're not saying anything wrong if they're if they're not doing the right thing how many times do I have to hear this in my life now? Do the right thing! Do the right thing! You've got to do the right thing everyone get a vaccination do the right thing be on the right side of history be at the right thing poor people So for some reason CNN is on a complete anti-China kick

CHAPTER 44 / 50 Discussion

China Crackdown, Tycoons and Celebrities

President Xi Jinping is implementing a series of drastic policies to redistribute wealth and discipline China's tech tycoons and celebrities. Companies like Alibaba and Tencent have faced massive fines, while unpatriotic celebrities are being erased from Chinese social media. This new cultural revolution is seen as an effort to reassert Communist Party control over all aspects of Chinese society.

xi jinping· alibaba· tencent· jack ma· social credit

2:45:49 They're really laying it on thick. Two reports from CNN, uh...on the same day two completely different reports this is about that will start with a shorter China's character. So before you play it so to see and it's not getting their cut? That's what I'm presuming yes well listen. China's ruling Communist Party having just celebrated its 100th birthday is implementing a series of drastic policies upending everything from multi-billion dollar businesses to pop culture Socialism with Chinese characteristics, as it's called here. The party is returning to its self-acclaimed motto of serving the people led by an increasingly powerful Xi Jinping. He really wants a disciplined regime and disciplined people all dedicated to the party in many ways and making China strong

2:46:41 And it means weakening some of the country's biggest tycoons. In recent months, Beijing has targeted some of China's most successful companies imposing harsh regulations and fines on ride-hailing company Didi and tech giants Alibaba and Tencent It's coincided with restrictions on materialism and the flaunting of luxurious living President Xi is gone a step further calling for our redistribution of wealth to close a widening income gap The crackdown has also extended to Chinese celebrities. Those accused of tax evasion or simply being unpatriotic and sometimes even without explanations, not only cancelled but also erased from Chinese social media and online streaming platforms

2:47:23 Well, they're not all crazy there. I kind of like that you know put the celebrities on notice look out celebrities Don't get too famous don't get too cocky because the potty might take you down And this was just like a buck 15 of a much longer piece Probably about eight minutes on China again from CNN China's ruling Communist Party having just celebrated its 100th birthday is implementing a series of drastic policies and upending everything from multi-billion dollar businesses... Wait, is that exactly the same? No. How's that possible? Sounds so far exactly the same. Hold on. Kinda strong! And it means weakening some of the country's biggest tycoons. Oh shoot this is... Did I cut the same one twice?!

2:48:07 Hold on, you liked it. It's long- it must be longer hold on. He's gone a step further calling for our redistribution of wealth. Ah yeah that wasn't in there. Pentec giant? No! It was! What the hell?! Yeah redistribution of wealth was like a sore thumb. But this is longer! And the check... The crackdown has also extended to Chinese celebrities. It is longer, but I don't know why. Simply being unpatriotic and sometimes even without explanations not only cancelled but also erased from Chinese social media and online streaming platforms. Must have had a tag You can't get too high you can't get too famous and you can't get too wealthy

2:48:43 Some are calling it a new cultural revolution. Harking back to the 60s and 70s when then-communist leader Mao Zedong led a movement to purify the party, as he put it but many say an obvious effort to reassert his control in a power struggle It led to brutal crackdowns on free thought mass imprisonments and death though in today's China There is no question who's in charge Now my question to you Is this, is it really CNN who's all of a sudden decided oh we haven't gotten our cut we're gonna point out all these horrible things or is it maybe just manifesting what everybody wants here?

2:49:21 We want to, you know have the social credit score. We want to be good citizens. Ooh that's a pretty funny idea and then it's kind of a manifestation exercise I would say your half right...I'm gonna give you 50%. Okay It's what CNN would like to see here Well they're definitely manifesting That's what the douchebags at CNN would love to see Yeah they would But this is but I have lots of people are like, what do you guys...I haven't heard Horowitz and DHM plugged in a while. Have you guys been talking about the Chinese companies? Did they just really screw them over? No it hasn't been a topic conversation we've mentioned that would talk about Jack Ma and the fact that the Chinese are getting a piece of the action of these companies that should be free to make their money no not really okay all right any not in any major way alright

Digital Currencies, US-China Diplomacy

The Bank of International Settlements is urging central banks to accelerate the development of their own digital currencies to compete with private cryptocurrencies. In diplomatic news, China's new ambassador to the U.S., Qin Gang, reportedly told American authorities to shut up during a private Zoom meeting regarding ongoing economic disputes. The blunt rhetoric signals a hardening of China's stance toward the United States.

central bank digital currency· bis· qin gang· zoom meeting· crypto

2:50:14 Well, you know it's kind of related and this was a story that came out yesterday from I was this business insider Central banks must roll up their sleeves and urgently speed up their work on their own digital currencies before crypto Upends the current financial system according to the Bank of International Settlements So now they're pushing I was like, hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up! We got to be like China. Got to get the money under control we gotta control these people. Hurry up! That's how it feels. Then the Sputnik... so here is the Russian saying something about the Chinese

2:50:58 China-US relations have denigrated considerably blah blah. Here's the point, a Quinn gang China has recently appointed ambassador to the United States has reported reportedly urged American authorities to keep quiet if the ongoing spat between the two economic superpowers cannot be resolved diplomatically and here's the quote if we cannot resolve our differences please shut up Quinn reportedly said in a private Zoom meeting. Can you just imagine that? Shut up! We have the clip, we have the guy saying shut up It was why are you roughing? Just don't rough I don't know if there's shut-up in here... Here it is. Shut Up! There ya go So that's China Let's go with... I got the commies, I've got the Pope trip, Mary Trump

CHAPTER 46 / 50 Discussion

Pope Francis, Shining Path Founder Death

Pope Francis is traveling to Hungary and Slovakia, where he is expected to address environmental concerns and meet with marginalized communities. Meanwhile, Abimael Guzman, the founder of the Maoist Shining Path guerrilla group in Peru, has died in prison at age 86. Guzman was responsible for a decades-long insurgency that resulted in an estimated 70,000 deaths.

pope francis· viktor orban· slovakia· shining path· abimael guzman

2:52:00 Promoted and I think on an NPR segment. Let's do the Pope, let's do the Pope! I'm interested in the Pope. Yeah, the Pope. Pope Francis leaves Rome tomorrow for visits to Hungary and Slovakia his first foreign trip following intestinal surgery in July As NPR's Sylvia Paglioli reports, the Pope describes it as a spiritual pilgrimage to two countries on the periphery of the European Union. The Budapest leg of the trip will consist only in the Pope celebrating Mass at the International Eucharistic Congress Vatican watchers suggest that brevity of the stop – only seven hours underscores the Pope's criticism of anti-immigrant policies of nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban

2:52:42 The official schedule indicates they will meet, but not in private. The three-day visit to Slovakia includes encounters with its first female president, Zuzana Kaputova a staunch environmentalist who shares the Pope's concerns over the fate of the planet. Francis will also meet representatives of Slovakia's large Roma population and leaders of the Jewish community decimated under the country's pro Nazi regime in World War II. Bad use of the term decimated But okay. It's always a bad use of the term, we've never heard it done correctly Have we seen the Pope get the jab? We would never... Yes! Actually there was a photo of him getting the jab There was a photo- Okay there was a photo Alright good I believe so Well is he gonna do a booster too then? I wanna see him get jabbed Everyone has to- Kamala Joe everyone's gotta do the jab on TV again too

2:53:34 I think so. If it comes to being that assault solution, there was an interesting report on NPR about it and you don't even remember this because I just whoa! I just barely remember it there was a group I think it was in Chile or Peru that was a bunch of communists called The Shining Light And they were based out of, I think they were influenced by the Chinese. It was 30 years ago and they just killed a lot of people that would do it having nothing but problems this is kind of thing you run into with these radicals and it could happen anywhere mostly in South America's not gonna happen here

2:54:13 I don't think, but it's just an interesting report and i'm surprised that NPR wasn't more sympathetic because they are left wing. But they played a pretty straight story the founder of the shining path guerrilla group in Peru is dead at the age of 86 NPR's Philip Reeves reports. Nearly 30 years have elapsed since Abimael Guzman was captured while hiding in a safe house amid a conflict that brought havoc and misery to Peru he has been held ever since in a maximum security unit built especially to imprison him In 1980, Guzmán, a Maoist philosophy professor declared war on Peru's government and led thousands of leftist insurgents in a relentless bombing and assassination campaign

2:54:57 In the following two decades there were 70,000 deaths. A truth and reconciliation commission found just over half of these lives lost were caused by The Shining Path Peru's government said Guzman died Saturday after developing an infection President Pedro Castillo described him as a terrorist responsible for countless deaths Philip Reeves NPR News At least they reported on it that surprising by itself. Nobody else did no very surprising Yeah, I'm on it very much. I always look at obituaries. I was like oh the first person to do this that I always have to go I gotta read it man It's like shit if you achieve something and its imprint You know there it is and then everyone's like man whatever just reads over it kind of sucks. I feel like it's karma I like this guzzing the fact that they had them they built a prison as entire prison specifically for him. That's Then you're the boss man

CHAPTER 47 / 50 Discussion

Right to Repair, Software Licensing Monopoly

The Federal Trade Commission is investigating manufacturers that use adhesives and proprietary software to prevent consumers from repairing their own devices. The trend toward licensing everything from software to hardware is traced back to early tech pioneers like Seymour Rubinstein, who championed the End User License Agreement (EULA). This model allows companies to maintain control over products long after they are sold.

right to repair· ftc· apple· seymour rubinstein· eula

2:55:54 That's how it goes. It's cool! Just one before we take a break, this is something we talked about years and years and years ago part of I think we were discussing the light bulb conspiracy the planned obsolescence of manufacturing and how the United States is particularly good at coming up with it And I guess China is really good Well they everything they make us planned obsolescence one way or the other But then there was also the right to repair and that keeps coming back every couple of years as you know everything becomes more and more difficult to repair yourself, automobiles technology. And increasingly the same companies kind of claim that it's like it's not even your car really

2:56:40 You know Tesla is driving as a service. You pay subscription for certain features and there was report about this on ABC In industries ranging from electronics to farming, to medical devices the right-to-repair is gaining traction The basic premise it shouldn't be so hard to fix things when they're broken in simple terms how would you describe the right-to-repair? It's the idea that you bought it, you own it. It is yours to do whatever you want with and you shouldn't have to ask permission from the prior owner like the manufacturer to be able to fix it." It's a familiar concept when it comes to fixing old cars furniture or shoes

2:57:25 But as more products get embedded with computer chips and software, getting a repair isn't as easy as taking it to the local corner shop. Anything that has a chip in it right now is probably impossible to repair without using the manufacturer Critics say some companies are setting up unnecessary roadblocks and regulators are taking note. In a May report to Congress, the Federal Trade Commission, the FTC warned manufacturers are making repairs harder like using adhesives that make parts difficult to replace limiting the availability of spare parts or making software unavailable The result can mean higher costs for consumers less competition and more environmental waste

2:58:08 I'm a little disappointed that they didn't. Isn't it Apple that actually makes it illegal for you to do anything, to open up your device? They have some legal thing in their terms of service... Well, not always legal but they will brick it! Yeah exactly, they'll brick it. You know what was it? Sonos speakers did that too That's disgusting. Now, I want... this harkens back to... This began this whole idea which was a genius thought at the time was started by and I credit Seymour Rubinstein then the guy who ran the did The Word Star in some of these early products. Word Star? Holy crap! Going back in time with The Sound Divination

2:58:48 The Seymour Rubinstein, who was the last I saw him was a few years back. He lived in Benicia. I think it's still around as you find out he and he gloated about this. He says he invented the idea of the software license and he told me once he said I don't see why everything's not licensed. Why shouldn't everything be licensed? That way you have control and it rattled off all the benefits of licensing and what's better for the company that licensed the product, because then you can take liability and throw it out the window, because in a license they can say we're not liable. If the thing blows up and pokes your eyes out too bad, cause you signed off on it to EULA

2:59:34 the end user licensing agreement. And he said that he thought everything should be licensed, cars anything you buy a set of silverware it should be licensed. You don't want to buy it? Don't sign the license you can't buy it. It was like...it was a very weird form of monopoly if you think about it and this is what's coming to pass now I'm blaming him! So much douchebaggery going on with it. Yes, oh so much douchebaggery and throw a chip in and it's all licensable and they can cut you off You know what? And also shrink flay shit here's something I've been wanting to ask you for months finally I just remembered do you still consume from time-to-time From central not from Central Market from Costco the Italian sparkling water in the green bottles

3:00:31 The Italian sparkling water in the green bottles is usually obtained from Whole Foods. Oh, okay. Fine! Whole Foods... Have you had that recently? In like the past month or two? No I haven't. What happened? I wanted confirmation. I believe they have changed the carbonation, i think they're putting a lot less carbonation in as I set the glass down and I always have one during the show and I know that these things were it was always carbonated after several hours now its a dud after about two thanks! I'm gonna show my school by donating to No Agenda imagine all of people who could do that oh yeah that'd be fab

Eisenhower Farewell, Decentralization Outro

The episode closes with a recording of President Dwight D. Eisenhower's 1961 farewell address, warning against the rise of a scientific-technological elite. The hosts recommend Jacques Ellul's book, The Technological Society, as essential reading for understanding modern technocracy. The final musical mix focuses on the theme of decentralization as the ultimate path to freedom from corporate and government control.

dwight d. eisenhower· technological elite· jacques ellul· decentralization· newspeak

3:16:53 I have three. First of all, I have the no. No. Right right right i got it It's just a way you can...no! I have so inspiring So inspiring? This relates to the show Yes yes And then sure Sure Sure, well you know we might be able to do something maybe it cuz no is No That would be good if we could combine it with something. I think I have some Possibilities oh this is so creepy Kind of like that one like how creepy is that guy? It's your president Get back stay with no yeah hold on we got a couple more

3:17:46 No joke. Okay, that's child abuse from one of our producers what is this one? Stay skeptical. Ooh I like that with the fry at the end. I didn't hear it oh sorry no I mean I heard it but I couldn't understand it stay skeptical Oh stay skeptical and then we could follow it up with no But I think get vaccinated. No, that's the combo to me Well yeah but the get vaccinated needs to be boosted by about 5-10 dbs Okay well i got dog business! I got a whole ball of them bruh Standby It's just he so creepy soft Get va... No What do you think? Do we use those two? Yeah let's do em Any last clips before we get out

3:18:37 I do have a couple. I have the one minute 54 seconds of Eisenhower's giving his speech... Oh, you know that would be great to end with because producers brought this to our attention Yeah it is part of this big speech about the military industrial complex but it's about technology and science and science and academia A little bit Yeah, we can play that. Well it's interesting to listen to in context of coronavirus and COVID sickness and vaccines... And is from the 1950s! ...and he was a president and this was his farewell song, his swan song I'm leaving you with this knowledge and we never listened to him. Akin to and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial military posture

3:19:31 has been the technological revolution during recent decades. In this revolution, research has become central. It also becomes more formalized, complex and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for by or at the direction of the federal government Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery has experienced a revolution in the conductive research partly because of the huge costs involved. A government contract

3:20:24 becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers, the prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by federal employment projects allocations and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded yet in holding scientific research and discovery in respect as we should We must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite. It is the task of statesmanship, to mold, to balance and to integrate these and other forces new and old within the principles of our democratic system

3:21:15 ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society. The scientific technological elite, ain't that the truth? And this reminds me to remind people to read the book from Jacques Elluel called The Technological Society and read it from beginning to end it's quite good! That is your homework there will be a test everybody on Thursday so make sure you get here bright an early for your media deconstruction we'll have a test on Eisenhower Only one end of show mix for today, but it's a good one.
