Russia has imposed a symbolic fine on Google amounting to $20 decillion (a 2 followed by 34 zeros) for blocking pro-Russian channels on YouTube. The fine doubles every day it remains unpaid, leading to a figure that far exceeds the total global GDP. Kremlin spokespeople admitted the number is largely symbolic but urged Google to take the matter of censorship seriously.
