About this episode

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump faced off in a final presidential debate marked by sharp exchanges over the Second Amendment and the Clinton Foundation's record in Haiti. Clinton defended her stance on the District of Columbia v. Heller case while pivoting from WikiLeaks revelations regarding her dream of open borders to accusations of Russian state-sponsored hacking. Trump countered by highlighting Project Veritas undercover footage and the resignation of Democratic operatives Scott Foval and Robert Creamer following allegations of inciting violence at rallies.

Secondary developments include the arrest of a Russian hacker in Prague by the FBI, an agency whose expanding international footprint now draws comparisons to a global police force. DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile faced intense questioning from Megyn Kelly over leaked emails suggesting she provided debate questions to the Clinton campaign in advance. Meanwhile, WikiLeaks exposed Chelsea Clinton’s use of the alias Anna Jones to navigate internal strife at the Clinton Foundation involving Teneo and Doug Band. In the UK, NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland abruptly closed the accounts of Russia Today, while in the US, billionaire Peter Thiel faced claims from The Advocate that his political leanings invalidated his identity as a gay man.

Adam Curry recounts a painful coughing injury and a recent dinner at the Austin home of podcaster Lance Armstrong. The show features a C-SPAN caller shouting Bill Clinton is a rapist and a critique of Jimmy Kimmel’s Yeezy Squeezy prank on Hollywood Boulevard. Guest appearances include a heated rant from the Doctor of Common Sense regarding Marian Robinson’s reported taxpayer-funded pension.

CHAPTER 01 / 42 Discussion

Adam Curry Physical Ailment, Pulled Muscle Anecdote

Adam Curry describes a severe coughing fit that resulted in a pulled muscle in his side, comparing the physical pain to a sports injury. He mentions a recent appearance on a Dutch radio show where he struggled to maintain his voice. The discussion details his difficulty sleeping and the intensity of the physical strain caused by the illness.

Yeah, because I'm you know the show must go on but last night actually at midnight a buddy of mine in Holland the guy used to do the radio show with back in the day

01:25 He said, you know, can you do a quick hit and we'll talk about four minutes about the debate. Of course I'm going to do that but I've had this cough and this cough is getting better the problem it's in the lungs In fact, I was listening to Hillary Clinton's cough it sounds a bit like hers I'm somewhat troubled by that And so if you... What you're saying is it's getting better, but it's getting worse. Well here's what happens when you lay down like from going to sleep Oh I hate that kind of cough where you lay down and your worst when you wake up But you wake up because you can't breathe You know when you inhale then you hear all that and then so I'm waking up coughing I can only sleep on my right hand side that kinda works anyway fine but

02:11 Before this I was gonna do this quick thing on his show You know and it was live so I'm like, ah just gotta cough up all this phlegm And just so I don't have a problem during during the couple of minutes. I'm on and I pulled something in my right side like And I almost passed out almost threw up. I mean it was so bad. I'm sweating. Oh my god And it's still here today. CHAPTER 02 / 42 Discussion

Lance Armstrong Podcast, Austin Podcaster Dinner

Adam Curry recounts attending a dinner at the home of former cyclist Lance Armstrong in Austin, Texas, alongside other local podcasters like Dan Benjamin and Brian Brushwood. Armstrong is revealed to be hosting a podcast titled "WEDU" where he interviews figures such as Malcolm Gladwell. The narrative covers Armstrong's art collection, his reputation in the community, and his efforts to rebuild his public image through digital media.

03:05 If you hit the crossbar with your nuts and you want to puke. Yeah, I never had that experience Okay has anyone kicked you in the nuts? I'm sure someone's kicked you in the nuts at some point. Okay how does it feel like you wanna puke? I've never had that notion that I wanted to puke okay well You haven't been kicked hard enough anyway. No no I just never yeah now before we talk about The Debate which everyone is wanting to hear of course Something odd happened yesterday The Apple guys were in town, you know. Of course now they're here quite a bit because they have 6,000 employees here and a lot of the customer care service center including the iTunes and podcaster support system is all in Austin so you know the VP over there at Apple who invited me out last time said

03:57 We're going to have another dinner, inviting a couple other podcasters from the Austin area. And this was supposed to happen on Tuesday." I said, oh that'll be fun and then they changed it. He said, Adam we've changed it to Wednesday and I was all kind of like ready to say no, I don't think so because you know I got to watch the debate again. The reason why is that we were moving the dinner and we've also been invited to watch the debate at a very prominent podcasters house in Austin I'm thinking, hold on a second. I'm the prominent podcaster in Austin what's going on with this? And it's like what?

04:35 So who's the prominent podcaster in Austin? Well, so it was not you. No clearly. So six o'clock Alex no, no, no, no. Six o'clock I roll up and by the way on the list Dan Benjamin from five by five Brian Brushwood uh cool people are some of them locals to local yo the local yokels And I was like, wow this is a fancy neighborhood in Tarrytown which is you know there's it's a fancy neighborhood in Austin. So and you know the gate has opened just drive up and knock on the door who do you think opens? Lance Armstrong! He's a podcaster? Yes! I didn't even know this they should have told me he has a... he's restarting his life I guess and he has this whole concept called WeDo we do sports W-E-D-U

05:27 And so I was like, hey man this is really weird. He said, hi nice to meet you! And his kids were running around and his wife and everyone it's like a big family scene and he was the nicest guy in the universe totally cool And so yeah, I guess what happened was he had started this podcast which seriously is a...I'll put a link in the show notes. It's good! He interviews people like Malcolm Gladwell, we got Seal and all these people and he has a presence. He knows how to do it. I was quite surprised. Uh, it was kind of surreal to be there. And of course you know no one's really talking about the big elephant in the room but I have to say I got the impression from him- What is a big elephant in the room? Uh hello? Lance Armstrong...I mean if you say to anyone you didn't do it yeah well I met Lance Armstrong was at his house The first thing people say is oh did you check the medicine cabinet anything good in there that kind of shit and of course I'm like you know

06:32 He should never underestimate the memory of the American public. We forget stuff, so he's going to be the comeback kid." He's humble man. He knows that... Yeah I'm sure he is. ...He knows everything went wrong. He has to be! So what was interesting besides just meeting him and oh my god, the art in this house. He has a Damien Hirst butterfly church window which is good thing's gotta be six or seven feet high I mean he has an amazing collection of graffiti art Oh! I mean totally totally fantastic so you know then of course after we have a little bit more hanging out with just talking and then let's watch the debate now this was very interesting

07:16 Because I don't, everyone was kind of like being quiet. Like no one knew who was what so no one really wanted to be overly enthusiastic if Clinton said something or Trump said something or Lance's wife Anna obviously a Hill girl and it was they are taking notes and they thought it was taking notes about the debate. I'm taking notes looking at them! It was so interesting And Lance, he didn't even want to watch. He's like I don't want to watch it's all bullcrap and...he probably has a relatively healthy attitude but his wife you know it was really interesting to see at first the cognitive dissonance was very present and Trump starts to say something and she sits next me she looks so I can't even look I can't even listen to him

08:07 Wow, that's really severe. But as the evening went on... It is severe! Yeah as the evening went on and you know there were people who are saying some pretty interesting things in our group and you know both sides of it. I was fun to see that she really got interested and she for instance had no idea what the Heller case was regarding the Second Amendment. You know, she said no fly zone. That's great we're gonna save people's lives you know and actually Rushwood said now down it's you know there's a problem because the Russians will be flying and get into a conflict then So it was don't save too many lives in World War three that's what you just should have said to her you said hey You don't save too many lives in World War three Excuse me

08:59 So as we discussed it, I'll probably...I took lots of notes obviously. As we discuss what happened, I'll come up with a couple things that I noticed as we were talking about it. But anyway, I think that Lance and I are probably going to hookup again. He actually said, ''I'm kind of interested in that spin class thing you're doing.'' Can you imagine me taking Lance Armstrong to spin class? It would be ridiculous. Get him to listen to the podcast, not this class! I'm pretty sure he listens He was very aware Yeah, he's very aware Of course, I wasn't aware of his friggin' podcast Like I didn't figure it out until you know on my way home like oh man, he's got like 20 episodes and it's not too bad

09:46 Well, 20 episodes is just the beginning. You don't even get discovered until you do 100. I bet she doesn't even get that far! Well of course he has the promotion from iTunes they've helped him a lot and thats why you know part of why he did it. And thats why he had the... Of course. ...the leading there Who else was there besides you? Benjamin? Dan Benjamin, I got the list here hold on a second I can tell you exactly who was there. Um... Hey! What?! Say what say what Take notes good. Yes, yes yeah I'm gonna take note here we go We had okay here it is So Dan Benjamin Hattie cook that he's she's the I think sales manager station manager for dance Network 5x5 Brian Brushwood What's the other guy Ryan holiday? He's interesting fellow He wrote the book about lying you know who was a professional liar wasn't him in that book again and we talked about it

10:42 Yeah, I don't remember. Interesting guy it was pretty much all interesting people actually we got a nice little club here in Austin and now that we know we have a club house at Lance's place you know I'm thinking this podcasting is going places! You see how long that lasts once the old lady figures it out Hey... I don't want all these geeks at the house Seriously? It's like me thinking Lance Armstrong is hosting up a bunch of podcasters He's really rebooting. He's reached the bottom barrel, nice guy though but you know it doesn't matter how many times I'll tell someone that they all look at me like yeah he's a dick he's a liar like hey come on man this is America uh the guy knows if you hear about within 48 hours of you know that big was it 2012? I think when when the whole thing happened

11:40 He lost every single endorsement. 48 hours, everybody called. That's why he got that art collection is making tens of millions of dollars year after year for about a decade. Oh yeah! He must be worth over 100 million by the end of Apple. And he speaks Dutch that was pretty cool What? Well not fluent well because I was telling him you know me I grew up in Amsterdam and said I didn't know that about you so well there's a lot you don't know And then he says, oh, Kloetze. Romance! Romance, Lerch! Wait then he says, hey Kloetze. I'm like what? Hey, KrishnaKlote! Because all of his guys in the crew they were all Belgians you know the Belgian guys there that they're the riders of the world and other fantastic cyclists got a huge cycling culture so he learned all the nasty words from this Belgian crew He had good pronunciation too Yeah we'll get that down

CHAPTER 03 / 42 Discussion

Presidential Debate Aesthetics, Hillary Clinton Wardrobe

The hosts analyze the visual presentation of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump during the third presidential debate. Criticism is directed at the lighting and makeup choices, with specific focus on Clinton's red outfit and Trump's suit and tie. Observations include the perceived bias in camera settings and the physical appearance of the candidates under high-definition broadcast conditions.

hillary clinton· donald trump· debate· lighting· makeup

12:35 So just knowing how to cuss in Dutch doesn't mean he's fluent? No, I said he's not. He is not fluent. Anyway so that's where i'm coming into the conversation and uh... Where would you like to start? Well I can start at the end! Oh, there's no better place than that But I would like to get, let's do a little this is going to be probably more pro Hillary because I think. Let's take a look at this debate overall. I think Trump... Wait wait stop we gotta stop the most important thing to me

13:16 I thought Hillary's outfit was dynamite. I really like that outfit, I love the color... You're kidding! She looked like a giant bowl of mashed potatoes No she looked like Mother Teresa on crack at an Easter celebration Now it was so well done-I didn't like her hair at all, at all, at all, didn't like that But it worked so well Oh well It worked so well I totally just the opposite, I thought that dress made her look fat And I liked her hair. I did not like your hair, I like the outfit that I think they didn't make her look fat or fatter than otherwise. But what happens when you wear that color specifically it really makes you look pretty

14:01 in combination with the right makeup and lighting, and contrast that with Trump. Now I got a-I got an issue right off the bat what the hell is going on with his suit? And that tie? Askew not too skinny just the wrong color red...and he was lit like he was you know death warmed over! Death warmed over!! Yeah they seem to have a lot of I don't know, but somebody wrote in saying that one of our producers is a lighting guy and so is his wife. I guess she's a makeup person. They both are bitching about the lighting was terrible.

14:42 skewed toward her and she had so much pancake makeup on that if she smiled too much a big chunk would fall off. Well, two things about that if you look at the background of each shot the actual shading that's you know the level of contrast and that's completely configurable at the operator side but you look at the blue background it was almost washed out they were intentional or not the camera settings and lighting was making Trump look like a washed-out dishrag And I think there was a downside for Hillary when she laughed, which she did a lot and inappropriately even at Lance's house. Even his wife Anne was saying this is not good it makes her look smug but also because of that her teeth looked like these... they almost looked like gooey gray yellow sticks in her face Did you notice that?

15:37 Well, did he have a HDTV? What was the size of it? It was big. It had surround speakers throughout the whole viewing area Was it 4K TV or what do you know I'm not sure. Did you ask? No, no I didn't ask Of course you would! Well, I'll bring along next time when I visit with Lance And also, you'd see the lipstick line on her teeth. I think for the inappropriate smiling she was doing it kind of made her look extra creepy so there was a downside to the light anyway These things are important.

CHAPTER 04 / 42 Discussion

Hillary Clinton Queens Joke, Pulse Nightclub Reference

Hillary Clinton delivered a line during the debate linking Donald Trump's birthplace of Queens to the shooter involved in the Pulse Nightclub attack in Orlando. The hosts discuss the delivery and reception of the joke, noting it received a significant reaction from viewers. The segment evaluates the effectiveness of Clinton's rhetorical strategy in using local geography to needle her opponent.

hillary clinton· donald trump· queens· pulse nightclub· orlando

16:32 Yeah, even though it wasn't quite the way he promised when he was running for the Republican nomination. He's gonna wipe the floor with her! Can't wait to debate with Hillary? Nah there was not too much... There is no floor wiping going on I like Chris Wallace though i thought he was funny Everybody liked Chris Wallace. He was very good, he did it and asked the right questions but I thought that in a subtle way Hillary was the absolute best at getting out of a bind because Wallace actually put her in a couple. A couple times yeah! And here let's start with... Let's just do a couple of these clips. I've got a whole bunch under the name debate. Yeah. Let's start with the best line I thought of the night came a little late to debate but I thought it was delivered by Hillary is very subtle

17:16 But I thought it was just wow, this was written. This is the best line. This is debate the best Hillary line. Got it? Here we go. And our need to stop radicalization to work with American Muslim communities who are on the front lines to identify and prevent attacks in fact, Dozens of people at the nightclub in Orlando, the Pulse Nightclub was born in Queens. The same place Donald was born so... That got a big laugh at the Armstrong household

17:55 Oh, did it? Now you probably got to laugh in the audience even though they had to muffle themselves. Well, well, you know they muted the audience because you'd hear Chris Wallace go oh quiet quiet he really couldn't hear it until you know just was in the background they had the audience. They didn't mic the audience that's right that's what I did that's why when you heard anything it had to be extremely loud but I agree. I thought the comparing Trump to another guy from Queens who killed people, dynamite! Very funny. Yeah and it was subtle and it was absolutely outstanding Here she is this is Hillary on the second amendment which I thought was interesting yeah and I have something to say about that where is it? Oh here it is

CHAPTER 05 / 42 Discussion

Second Amendment Debate, DC v Heller Case

The discussion focuses on Hillary Clinton's debate comments regarding the Second Amendment and the Supreme Court's decision in District of Columbia v. Heller. Arguments are made that Clinton misrepresented the case as being about "toddlers and guns" rather than the fundamental right to bear arms. The segment also disputes the statistic of 33,000 annual gun deaths, noting that a majority of those figures are attributed to suicides.

second amendment· hillary clinton· dc v heller· gun control· antonin scalia

18:42 a constitutional right to bear arms but a right that is reasonably limited. Those were the words of the judge Antonin Scalia who wrote the decision, what's wrong with that? Well first of all I support the second amendment I lived in Arkansas for 18 wonderful years. I represented upstate New York, and I understand and respect the tradition of gun ownership that goes back to the founding of our country but i also believe that there can be and must be reasonable regulation because I support the second amendment doesn't mean that I want people who shouldn't have guns to be able to threaten you kill your members of your family

19:23 Actually, I thought something else was better about it. I have a different clip that extends from that. Well first let's start this...let me just make my comment here. Of course of course she uh A couple of things to note and you know this is not your pet peeve But it might as well be one of them which is that if you support the second amendment You can't have these regulations or the Second Amendment is not about gun ownership at all Let me explain it one more time as with all the amendments These are not rights that are written down and given to us, no. They say specifically Congress shall make no law or Congress shall not abridge or Congress shall not do this." It is a statement of things Congress and the federal government is not allowed to do. And that is completely overlooked and twisted. So yeah what it says if you cannot make any law about

20:18 the right to bear arms because we have that right inherently. So if she says she supports the Second Amendment, she has to support that because THAT'S the Second Amendment! The Second Amendment isn't, oh everyone can go have a gun... Correct It's not about gun ownership Nope Nope. At all! And then she uses, she does a pretty good job during this entire debate of pulling out like I lived in Arkansas therefore... Yeah i want to play my clip about the guns because there were two very important things she said here which needs to be discussed it was quite insane really what she was saying Well, first of all I support the Second Amendment. It's a little replay of yours but we'll get there. For 18 wonderful years I represented upstate New York. I understand and respect the tradition of gun ownership it goes back to the founding of our country but i also believe that there can be and must be reasonable regulation

21:09 Because I support the second amendment doesn't mean that i want people who shouldn't have guns to be able to threaten you, kill you and members of your family. And so when I think about what we need to do We have 33 000 people a year... You know the tweets were going crazy She threw out the magic number! Now we need to say something about this I'll finish this 40 more seconds and then I need to talk about the thirty three thousand from guns. I think we need comprehensive background checks, need to close the online loophole, close the- Bullshit! There is no online loophole and it was interesting- there is no gun show loophole It was interesting John because when she said that The room at the Armstrong house everyone yes head shaking Yes, yes, yes get rid of the gun show loophole. Yes And I don't blame them you know just

22:03 lack of knowledge. because what the District of Columbia was trying to do was to protect toddlers from guns. This was the funniest thing I heard and i don't think anyone else caught it because you have to know what the heller uh... d c versus heller is and this wasn't but this is not even that long ago, this was um 2008? I think? The Heller case And-and It was about a law that

22:56 that requires a gun owner to have their guns unloaded locked with a trigger guard and ammunition and guns separated in two different safes. And that's where she comes up with, well this is so you know the toddler loophole so we don't have toddlers grabbing guns and shooting themselves in the head but that was not at all what the opinion was about or what this case was about it really is an important case because it says the interpretation of the right to be, you know, a well-organized militia the right to bear arms.

23:32 That applies today, not just to muskets and you know not if you have to be a member of the National Guard or anything like that. And so that's very important. So when Trump is saying the Second Amendment is under attack, that's what he's talking about specifically about this case and for her to then say we got to save the children because of the toddlers...that was the biggest bunch of horse crap I've ever heard about that case! Well, should the whole debate seem from her perspective I thought was very well done horse crap also The 33,000 gun deaths

24:16 She derives from the number 32,876 in 2015 which were suicides. 21,000 of those were suicides by gun so 64% of the gun deaths are suicides which puts the number in a whole different perspective Yeah, this is we discussed this on the show before that. The numbers mostly suicides I know but i have like a new people listening to the show from the Armstrong family so We have to let them know they haven't heard This no They've Already Turned The Show off This Curry guy, why did we invite him over? If I'd known... if I'm sorry honey but if I had known. If only I had known! And I would never let him in. If only I've know. I am sorry for interrupting go ahead Anyway the point is that she was I thought the slicker of the two and so far as weaseling her way out of things and the best example of that is next clip

CHAPTER 06 / 42 Discussion

Clinton Foundation Haiti Funding, Charles Ortel Allegations

Donald Trump challenged Hillary Clinton during the debate regarding the Clinton Foundation's activities in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake. The hosts discuss Clinton's claim that the foundation raised $30 million for Haiti, contrasting it with reports of much higher figures and allegations of financial mismanagement. Reference is made to investigator Charles Ortel and his analysis of the foundation's tax filings and charitable ratings.

clinton foundation· haiti· charles ortel· donald trump· charity navigator

25:19 which is Hillary called out on Haiti. Yeah, and responds that was the other clip I had yet you take their money so i'd like to ask you right now why don't you give back the money that you've taken from certain countries that treat certain groups of people. Is this the Haiti one? So horribly, yeah it might be. Yeah it's the Haiti I know because I know what's coming up now Why don't you give back the money? I think it would be a great gesture Well Because she takes a tremendous amount of money and you take a look at the people of Haiti! I was in Little Haiti the other day Okay In The Audience where I was

25:57 Snickering. Little Haiti, that's... What is that? What is little Haiti?! This is the cognitive dissonance that has really... Oh you had to be waiting. I'm surprised you could even keep your hair on the back of your neck from standing out. Before we go along with this clip, so I won't have to say it later Trump made a huge mistake here and I don't know why he does this but he and I think they can get him on this sort I think he's mealy-mouthed. He said certain countries are keeping certain individuals and give the money back

26:34 He uses the word certain countries and certain individuals. He doesn't say Saudi Arabia and women who aren't even allowed to drive there or... Yeah, he did! No no I think you're wrong if you listen to the beginning of that clip which you don't have The beginning is fine i don't care about the beginning The thing that your left with this if you play this clip again Certain countries Hold on John What I heard was he says You giving money to Saudi Arabia He said that and they're throwing it at her. I'm sorry, you're taking Saudi Arabia is giving money to people who throw gays off of buildings? That's what he said right before this right before this. Then he then goes into this. Why does he not continue with the Saudi Arabia? Why is he saying certain countries

27:23 You don't think that's weak? Yes, of course. I'm just saying he did say it in the lead into this. No i know he said it but then he backed off and said certain countries and certain individuals He could have reiterated. I agree, I agree And yet you take their money so I'd like to ask you right now why don't you give back the money that you've taken from certain countries that treat certain groups of people so horribly. Why don't you give back the money? I think it would be a great gesture because she takes a tremendous amount of money and you take a look at the people of Haiti, I was in little Haiti the other day in Florida and I want to tell you they hate

27:59 the Clintons because what's happened in Haiti with the Clinton Foundation is a disgrace. And you know it, and they know it and everybody knows it. Secretary Clinton- Well very quickly we at the Clinton Foundation spend 90%, of all the money that... You should take a look at CharlesOrtel.com to see about THAT huge whopper of a lie, 90%, and it just got better from there! 80% percent of all the money that is donated on behalf of programs for people around the world and in our own country I'm very proud of that we have the highest rating from The Watchdogs that- you know? I gotta tell ya' I think you missed something there I think you missed something really important in your answer

28:43 She, hold on I'm going to bring up my clip here and see if i can get the end for it because of course I had this one as well. But she at a certain point rebuts Trump. Let me see if I can fast forward to get to it, let me just see somewhere here... I think hold on in our own country and very proud of that we have the highest rating from the watchdogs that follow foundations and which of course includes The Charity Navigator who the Clinton Foundation donated two million dollars to their nonprofit who does The Charity Navigator and they went from being on the naughty naughty list to the highest rating ever

29:23 Yes, we talked about this on the show. Yeah I know but you know where's Trump saying this stuff? Well hold on because not everyone knows all this John sometimes you got to reiterate just a little bit. You're grooming the show for a specific audience of people you just met. No I'm always trying, am i grooming the show? I think you missed something important. Listen then... I'd be happy to compare what we do with the Trump Foundation which took money from other people and bought a six-foot portrait of Donald. I mean who does that it just was a stop. Funny line who does that funny line punishing but when it comes to Haiti, Haiti is the poorest country in our hemisphere The earthquake and hurricanes has devastated Haiti Bill and

30:07 I have been involved in trying to help Haiti for many years. The Clinton Foundation raised $30 million dollars." That's what i'm talking about! Where did that come all of a sudden? Where'd that come from, 30 million?! Are you- at first I thought did she forget to say billion because the Clinton and Bush foundation raised billions of dollars billions remember? We just need cash. Oh yeah no I found it I heard that when she said it I didn't miss it Yeah but it's very important Because this can, I mean this is the 30 million we know what that was. That was the illegal not IRS approved Clinton Foundation Haiti fund which was set up in a Florida bank account if you recall and that's where they sent the $30 million to but

30:54 But, but convene... I mean she's saying this because something is coming about this. Something is coming and you can already see the Google pages are updating if you look at people talking about the Clinton Foundation in Haiti it says oh they raised 30 million, 30 million. Are you kidding me? I mean I didn't have time to pull the clips we have clips of billions of dollars that they raised! I thought it was 15 billion. 14 or 15 and i'm telling you this was said for a reason and what 30 billion? Why didn't Trump go, huh?! 30 million! That was insane! Well I agree that this part I do agree why didn't trump say something he doesn't know...I don't think trump's never familiarized himself with the Ortel site Oh no no no no no You're absolutely right

31:44 I just thought that was important because that stood out to me. I'm like, okay something's coming about the Haiti money. Something's coming? Yeah maybe not if she gets the presidency which i think is looking more likely. It's looking good for her. Nothing's coming! Okay but in the next couple weeks something The Clintons do not do anything by accident. I, well i think they do a lot of stuff...I think she's a flubber She is a liar she's a flubber the only thing that I thought that she did well and I think have a clip of this was her... She's a flubber? She's a liar? She's a midnight fluffer Where is the clip on here if you can help me find it where she

WikiLeaks Open Borders Claim, Russian Espionage Accusations

Hillary Clinton addressed a leaked speech transcript where she mentioned a dream of "open borders," clarifying during the debate that she was referring to an integrated energy and electricity grid. The hosts discuss how Clinton pivoted from the substance of the leak to accusing the Russian government of hacking and espionage. The segment examines the rhetorical shift used to delegitimize the information released by WikiLeaks.

wikileaks· hillary clinton· open borders· vladimir putin· energy grid

32:39 Chris Wallace reads a quote from one of the WikiLeaks, which is really good. This is about the banks. She gave a speech to Brazilian bank where she said this was a topic where they talk about open borders and... Isn't this debate's best? Is that could be yeah, I think so. I think that's the one clear up your position on this issue because In a speech you gave to a brazilian bank for which you were paid 225 000 we've learned from the wiki leaks That you said this and i want to quote my dream is a hemispheric common market with open trade and open borders So thank you question

33:24 That's the question. Please quiet everybody is that your dream open borders? Well, if you went on to read the rest of the sentence I was talking about Energy, you know We trade more energy with our neighbors than we trade with the rest of the world combined and I do want us to have a an electric grid An energy system that crosses borders. I think that would be a great benefit This is what's funny So she's saying this And I yell, Putin Russia and everyone's looking at me like what the hell are you talking about? To us. But you are very clearly quoting from WikiLeaks and what's really important about WikiLeaks is that the Russian government has engaged in espionage against Americans they have hacked American websites American accounts of private people

34:20 Yeah, so they were like wow how did you know? How did you know oh? Vision a great visionary. That's right I am the greatest our neck is I thought this was the best of them who hold debate because He comes up with some solid stuff about her and she does what she wants open border She said it many a time that just far as she's concerned to hell at the borders Just let everybody be one half people One happy world And she twists this into, she wants open borders for electricity. For energy! Yeah and energy and electricity. And so okay...and then just before anyone catches her with that bullcrap and says something She turns the Russian bull crap on. This is illegal what you're reading. Why does she say that?

CHAPTER 08 / 42 Discussion

Donald Trump Debate Focus, Project Veritas Allegations

The hosts critique Donald Trump's lack of focus during the debate, comparing his speaking style to the free-association patterns of Ron Paul. Trump's mention of Project Veritas and allegations of paid agitators at his rallies are discussed, though the hosts argue he failed to explain the context clearly to the audience. The segment highlights Trump's tendency to jump between topics, which may confuse undecided voters.

donald trump· project veritas· ron paul· debate performance· allegations

35:12 She did this with I just thought it was so slick the way she did it and everyone bought into it your little group there in the Lance Armstrong's house, but I'm sure we're all in very easily Swayed by she's good. I think she is my agreed Trump Trump when he does his stuff? I have a Trump clip here Mm-hmm. I have this is a trump clipped It says Scott blesses confusing or let's see we lack of focus Lack of what now I want you to explain to me what Trump's saying. Here's where here's where Trump is talking about one thing cuts to another, cuts to another cuts to another and this is Trump's real flaw And I'm reminded of Ron Paul Yeah You remember Ron Paul he'd be talking about something and then something would click in his mind any jump move off That's right. G-jump cut it's a Republican. It's a Republican sickness. I think I don't know what it is

36:05 It's very odd. I think it is because they do free association there as they think and then they jump expecting you, and i could do it by the way yeah i could follow Ron Paul Yeah! I know what he was saying but if you're not someone who can follow Ron Paul You'd think that guy was clinically insane Those people I don't know... Oh sorry Now Trump's the same way, I'm just going to hit it. Mistake number one. Because even when he said that, the clips... What are you talking about? News clips, news packages I don't think he explained this is Project Veritas which we'll talk about I'm sure.

36:56 She's the one in Obama that caused the violence. They hired people, they paid them $1500 and they're on tape saying be violent cause fights do bad things I think the 1500 dollars was a smart thing to throw in there because it made it real and tangible although I didn't really you know It's non sequitur but For people listening, I think are already in. I think they say oh yeah 15 sounds real. Be violent cause fights do bad things. I would say the only way because those stories are all totally false. I have to say that and I didn't even apologize to my wife who's sitting right here because I didn't do anything. That was completely insane that jump was so strange

37:40 It was completely insane. Now it sounds like he had nothing to do with the 1500 or what? It almost sounds like you edited that, that's how crazy it is I'm hearing again. Well totally false I have to say that and I didn't even apologize for that He's also sniffing a lot right now Yeah he didn't follow your advice of blowing his nose real hard Too bad. Saying be violent, cause fights do bad things I would say the only way because those stories are all totally false i have to say that and I didn't even apologize to my wife What he's saying here you did a good catch He says after he says this is what I've heard and this is what we saw on the clips but all these allegations are false cuz his brain just clicked for some reason into something else

38:29 Very strange. In fact, troubling. Troubling. Cause fights do bad things I would say the only way because those stories are all totally false. I have to say that What? He did this...ah! And I didn't even apologize to my wife who's sitting right here because I didn't do anything. I didn't know any of these women-I didn't see these women These women The woman on the plane That was very very weak And here's another thing that was in there. Remember the last show when I was discussing his almost, you know... Almost all those allegations are false or this little comment that he makes where it sounds as though well then some of them were true and we discussed that? Well he just got one other one to those a little... He said almost all these allegations are false Yeah its what he said That wasn't the last show This time

39:21 He says, right in the middle of this he says these allegations are false and then he says I have to say that. What does that mean? It's right in the middle of this whole thing. He drops in, I have to say that as if he's either told to say it by a lawyer or has to say... The way I took is like that was in his mind. I have to say that. I have to make sure I say that during the debate and... That what was in his mind but I think this is double...it's almost like you know... Short circuit! But when he says I have to say that why do you have to say it unless

40:01 Unless you're right shit, right? Yeah true. True I have to say that he says no okay I mean it as always I think the fun stuff was after the debate I don't know if you have a couple more clips here from the debate You want to share with us? I don't think there's anything else that's important. I got the lack of focus Go ahead I think the I will go to that immediate after the debates just to lighten things up a little bit. So before you get into your clips, right immediately after the debate C-SPAN of course has their call ins. Ah yes my favorite! My favorite well

CHAPTER 09 / 42 Discussion

C-SPAN Call-In, Bill Clinton Rapist Claim

A caller named Lance from Phoenix contacted C-SPAN following the debate to praise the moderator before shouting "Bill Clinton is a rapist" and referencing InfoWars. The hosts laugh at the brevity of the call and the caller's ability to get the URL mentioned before being cut off by the broadcaster.

c-span· bill clinton· infowars· alex jones· phoenix

40:42 This is the best one and it's right at the beginning. It's the first call in, right after the debates and this is C-Span. Lance is up first in Phoenix supporting Donald Trump. Lance you're on the air. Hi so I found in this debate that the moderator was much less biased like in the previous ones he seemed they seemed very One-sided and arguing with Donald Trump whereas in this debate He was much more fair And one thing that I was disappointed that wasn't brought up is that Bill Clinton isn't rapist info wars.com bill clinton is a rape All right up next as a call from Where are our people? I'm telling you it's so lame my people should be called all over there on the Democrat Republican and independent line

CHAPTER 10 / 42 Discussion

Election Integrity, Rigged System Rhetoric

Donald Trump's refusal to commit to accepting the election results is analyzed alongside historical claims of "rigged" elections by Democrats. A montage of Democratic figures, including Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, using the term "rigged" is presented to highlight perceived hypocrisy in the media's reaction to Trump. Charles Krauthammer's analysis of Trump's stance as "political suicide" is also featured.

rigged election· donald trump· mika brzezinski· al gore· charles krauthammer

41:30 Even got the URL in before they cut him off. I know, I know! It's crazy. She she she she... Now the big thing unless you have more at the end and of course what we knew would be what everyone will be talking about is Will you accept the outcome of the election? Of course What is implied there if you lose will you concede And I think, although it was...I don't like it at all. I think that is probably the only avenue he had left for these last 20 days before the election to stress the rigged nature and hope that more

42:14 dirt is going to come up, which I don't think it's gonna make that much of a difference. But that's pretty much all he could do. I think that was the only avenue he had and of course it completely detracts from everything else that was said Yeah, in fact I do have one clip which is the Krauthammer analysis of exactly that. Now I listened to the end of the debate on ABC and ABC who i think is flipping it...I think they finally decided they can't keep supporting Trump so I think they're gonna just go after him uh which I have to adjust in the Lerner- Lehner report. Ah yes! And uh... LehnerReport dot com. LehnerReport dot com So Krauthammer had a pretty..I thought the best analysis

42:56 But ABC went ballistic at the end of the thing. The other networks didn't notice it so much to be honest about I checked CBS and NBC and they weren't really on it that much They were on it on MSNBC a little bit, but then as if ABC got the first memo to just jump all over this and they went nuts over this thing. And of course nobody brought up the fact that this is pretty much what happened with Al Gore in 2000 and Al Gore still- Well hold on, since you're doing that I gotta interject because surprise surprise This morning, the people who brought that up. That very point you're about to make was Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC and she made this point It is the case that charges of a rigged or stolen election do not exclusively belong to Republicans

43:48 Democrats and liberals have accused the vote of being rigged or stolen for George W. Bush both in 2000 and 2004, and have done so for years Jonathan Chait wrote a New York magazine in 2012 yes Bush v Gore did steal the election also in 2012 Salon asked is that GOP stealing Ohio? In 2014 Ezra Klein of Vox wrote that 68% of Americans think elections are rigged. And he said they're right in that article. In 2000, Jesse Jackson demanded an inquiry at the results in Florida saying shortly after the election 22,000 people are begging for their vote to count and for its intent to be realized this last vote caused a crisis in the credibility of this election This is a crisis of integrity we the American people deserve better We should settle for nothing less

44:33 In 2006, Rolling Stone published a lengthy article asking was the 2004 election stolen? They also published the interview with Howard Dean which said this. Howard said this... That's what we suspect has happened and we'd like to safeguard our elections so that democracy can still be counted on to work. Later in that year, in October Josh Marshall wrote about Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell stealing the election and a portion of Michael Moore's documentary 2004 Fahrenheit 9-11 tried to delegitimize the 2000 results in Florida Okay, so that's a good overview

45:28 Although, no I don't think anyone ever said it up front. Saying this is probably going to be rigged but the Washington Free Beacon put something together which normally i don't play these things if we haven't made them ourselves and I really didn't want to play this because it has shitty music... not shitty music but they cut it to music as dumb but yeah it's a minute that has to be heard regarding rigged election The thing that is most these are all Democrats animated this election on the Democratic side Has been the sense of a rigged system. The game is rigged against them So there's a sense the game is right if this is what a regular economy about a great system They'll do anything to read the system. It's about the top again Israel Against a lot of people who have done dead level best that the system is really people say the

46:16 the game is rigged. Keeps the system rigged for those at the top, The system is rigged. Their obstruction is keeping a system that has rigged. The game is rigged. We must fix an economy in America that is rigged! The game is rigged and it's not right. A rigged The game is rigged. And the economy is rigged? The American people know that the system is rigged against them. The system rigged against the middle class! All I know, it IS rigged and still rigged. Too many people feel like the system is rigged People say the game is rigged How the game is rigged. Our economy is rigged People feel like the system is rigged against them and here's the painful part

47:02 They're right. You know, the system folks is rigged. It's a rigged system So there you go with all that rigged rigged rigged rigged which no one said anything about then you get him saying rigged and everyone loses their crap Well, there's that. That's a good point but that clip was not something you had to listen to because the Brzezinski clip was dynamite in fact if he hadn't rushed into the second clip I would have given you a clip of the day for that. I really have to work on my skills But that was a great clip, the Brzezinski clip. Because she summarized everything that's been going on for years although she did not discuss the Kennedy-Nixon election which was also fixed and it was rigged I'm not gonna use the word rigged anymore because of what the Chicago vote which was pretty much just fake and so Kennedy became president. And then what happened?

48:03 They killed him. Well, I guess it was rigged against Kennedy in some other sort of way. Yeah, I'll say which is not but let's go with the might as well listen then to Crowdhammer. But yeah, Crowdhammer had a very interesting analysis of this Trump's reluctance to support the results of the election and Trump probably could have done it more gently although maybe from the sounds of it he did the right thing because he's going to get a lot of attention about About some of these votes and I by the way, have always believed that the deep old voting machines were in Ohio They gave Bush the yeah, they were. Yeah fixed Fixed yeah. Yeah Krauthammer so the candidates Trump had a really good night but here the consensus is right he blew it up and

48:54 by a totally wrong answer on accepting the results. And in some sense, I almost admire him for it this was not a gaffe where you say something off-the-cuff and it's what you think but it's wrong You know that he'd been coached on this. You know that his vice president had said of course we would accept the result and his campaign manager and his daughter and you know that he's convinced But this is something he wants to take a stand on. And the calculation, this is political suicide because what was his task tonight? His task tonight was to stop the slide. The slide had to do with people who are grudgingly going over to Clinton who don't want to have held out for a year but for the last three weeks said I can't have Trump. This was his opportunity

49:46 to show that they're not going to change their views on Clinton, but if they could change their views on Trump. To make him less toxic and acceptable as president and less radical yes they want a change agent They think the country's in the wrong track But they don't want a radical who will challenge the foundations of The Republic Yes you criticize conditions You're gonna change Washington etc., but you don't challenge the legitimacy of an election and hold up the prospect of actual non-acceptance. And when he did that, I think it was a terrible mistake." Yeah kind of interesting yeah but it won't play... It won't play. The rigged election by the way according to Joy Reid of MSNBC is really about something else did you know that?

CHAPTER 11 / 42 Discussion

Joy Reid Racism Accusation, MSNBC Commentary

MSNBC host Joy Reid is criticized for claiming that Donald Trump's concerns about election integrity in cities like Philadelphia and St. Louis are "dog whistles" for racism. The hosts mock the assertion that questioning the voting process in specific major cities is an attack on black voters.

joy reid· msnbc· racism· dog whistle· philadelphia

50:42 that Listen closely to this. It's a dog whistle to the far right, to the white work crowd. You mean when he says St Louis? Cleveland? Think about Philadelphia! And what do they all have in common? Black majorities who feel that black people are stealing our elections. That is all it is. There you go. Black people are stealing the elections and that's what he meant

51:19 It's racism, gotcha. Ah thanks Joy. Well I'll tell you MSNBC is just fantastic to watch. Fantastic to watch! I don't know how you can watch it this is now your only... You're the one when I was getting... Just started talking two three years ago and I was getting all those crazy clips from Rachel Maddow banned me from listening to MSNBC because she couldn't take these clips but and now you're the big listener but But from MSNBC, that's a big butt. Howard Dean this is fantastic. There was a lot of confusion you have WikiLeaks we have Project Veritas but we also have yet another release from the FBI

CHAPTER 12 / 42 Discussion

Howard Dean Quid Pro Quo Interview, FBI Memo

Former DNC Chair Howard Dean appeared on MSNBC and seemed unaware of an FBI memo alleging a "quid pro quo" between the State Department and the FBI regarding email classification. The hosts mock Dean for dismissing the official FBI documents as "Russian innuendo" and "meaningless tricks." The segment highlights the perceived failure of the show's producers to prepare the guest for the specific news item.

howard dean· msnbc· fbi· patrick kennedy· quid pro quo

52:05 And, you know these and included in that is the 302. It's the FBI report that the FBI agent wrote up as he talked to Patrick Kennedy from the State Department then he wrote the words looks like they were looking for a quid pro quo ie you scratch my back I'll scratch your back You let us change The security rating on one or multiple emails will make sure you guys get slots overseas whatever and he said quid pro quo now Howard Dean, who is a big wig within the DNC. Used to be used it well but he's still a big way within the DNC He was not prepared! He did not know what was going on with the FBI emails and I thought this was just about the funniest funniest bit i've ever seen on MSNBC So while we have state and the FBI on defense saying that this is not really an illumination of anything how can Hillary Clinton in her team get in front of us

53:03 This sounds like nothing. Who's saying this? This is nothing. The last batch, couple of batches of emails have revealed exactly nothing now who is pushing this notion that there's a quid pro quo in the state department? I just want to make you aware we've got the WikiLeaks stuff going on but this new information is because of the notes that were taken during interviews, the release of information certain redacted portions of conversations between FBI and State and what it meant with that statement for quid pro quo. The assertion coming from the FBI to state So why would anybody suspect that the FBI had done something crooked or criminal? Why would that phrase be used to talk with someone in Hillary Clinton's State Department from the FBI

53:53 That's the bigger question. You know, they're all big questions I don't...I mean this is nothing! This is somebody made this up! This is innuendo leaked by the Russians for their own political gain. Isn't this great? I love it! He's still like, this is Russia! The talking points are in Russia whatever it is You're talking about an email with Russians. It's innuendo, leaked by the Russians for their own political benefit. No no sir this is not Wikileaks. This is not Wikileaks. These are these are documents... Is this Jason Chaffetz' stuff? This is an unnamed FBI official who has made these documents alleging that Patrick Kennedy of wrongdoing that he was trying to help influence what was taking place between the investigation of Hillary Clinton State Department

54:40 This makes no sense to me at all. This sounds like late in the campaign tricks that are meaningless, there's no there there. I don't understand where the there is? There it is! Okay this is not...I gotta interject here. This was a screw up by The Producer. They brought him on Apparently, this is the way I was... When you do any of these shows MSNBC, CNN, any of these shows. You're contacted by one of the producers usually one of the producers line produce somebody does the show that's their response for the show and they responsible for you as a guest and They get ahold of you And they tell you what they're gonna discuss in advance and they ask you questions Do you know about this? Do you know about that? Do you know about this so your automatically prepared or you're gonna go look at it though They'll give you some stuff don't mail it to not be email it too and you can look at and read it

55:33 Obviously, when they booked this Joker I guess somebody didn't do their job because he was just bluffing them. So yeah, yeah, I read that and am all familiar with it or something because this is a complete screw up and i don't think it was the producers fault This should have never happened Well especially not on MSNBC for sure that should never happen But so there were some assumptions made or something and so they got this guy He didn't know what the hell they're talking about because he doesn't know anything about the quid pro quo Memo, which was released by the FBI not by the Russians And he makes a fool out of himself unless they wanted him to make a fool out of himself but that's not The way MSNBC. I don't know how the guys really trying to help them you say no No, this is about you know, it does not weakly. She keeps trying another for ya Some producer guy. I'm sure got

56:23 royally chewed out after that little segment. That was terrible! Yeah, it was not done. The campaign tricks that are meaningless this is there's no there where I don't understand where the there is It is not plausible for Patrick Kennedy to be involved doing something to get the FBI and change the State Department This is crazy We have the State Department on defense saying they're insulted by these allegations While people continue to vet what it actually means, Governor and if there is any connective tissue that makes it look or smell funny. What is the play of Hillary Clinton? The play of Hillary Clinton is to do exactly what she did with white water with conspiracy theories about Vince Foster's suicide with the conspiracy theory that somehow Clinton

57:09 donations ended up going to the Russians to help them put a nickel mine in Canada. This is all nonsense, this stuff's been going on for 30 years not one single scandal that Hillary Clinton has been approved of has ever been accused of or has ever ever been proved and this one won't be either because there's nothing there There's no there-there, nothing there, there's not a their-there Yeah, I told you that was a bad segment. It was amateur hour the way i see it now very amateurs to do that here is catch yeah thank you Here's my favorite Hillary Clinton surrogate supporter, Christine Quinn. This is the woman who runs the women's shelter in New York she has a big wig and she is the one that I alerted you to She's always on CNN and she's making faces And she's very outspoken Is this a continuation of the quid pro quo? Actually it's about the Veritas video Well let's stop because I want to talk about the quid pro quo You got it

CHAPTER 13 / 42 Discussion

FBI International Presence, Prague Cyber Arrest

The arrest of a Russian hacker in Prague involving the FBI prompts a discussion on the agency's expanding international footprint. The hosts claim the FBI maintains a large office in the Netherlands and operates globally under diplomatic cover. They compare the agency's international reach and tactics to the Gestapo, questioning the legality and necessity of a domestic agency operating as a worldwide police force.

fbi· prague· netherlands· gestapo· extradition

58:15 And this is something we've never discussed on the show and I'd like to start looking into it a little bit. Okay, This quid pro quo that's mentioned in this memo had to do with the State Department and giving the FBI more offices or assignments overseas if you could read from it? What does that mean? Do you have any idea because I was thinking about this and I'll play it as clip has got nothing to do with the quid pro quo necessarily, but I want to play this clip because just got me to think about it even more. This is the hacker in Prague. This is an ABC News clip Okie dokie. And in Prague tonight, a Russian man suspected of cyber attacks in the United States is now under arrest at this hour. Local police cooperating with the FBI in a raid at a hotel restaurant in downtown Prague. Sources telling ABC News he has wanted in connection with a massive breach of user information on LinkedIn The US has officially requested his extradition to face charges here Okay

59:13 What is the FBI doing in Prague? And why are they part of the bust? We've heard this before. The FBI's over here, they're over there No it's worse In the Netherlands, the FBI have an office with a hundred people A hundred agents in Holland Yeah, FBI The FBI is like the Gestapo They're not like the SS in Germany, they're like the Gestapo. They are this independent organization that's all over the place in this case all over the world and they are doing a quid pro quo so that you can get some more assignments than some other countries we know there in Prague since it did a bust and you just said I didn't know anything about this 100 of them were in the Netherlands And their all over We hear these stories constantly The FBI is involved They wanted to be involved with investigation of Benghazi

1:00:05 What is the FBI? Gestapo. You nailed it, you know, Gestapo absolutely But this has been going on for a long time and the reason why State Department is involved, it's the same for CIA because you need diplomatic cover. And the diplomatic cover... You hear civilian in the embassy, civilian in the Pentagon. Those are spooks, those are spies so they have to be based out of the embassy I believe That is the rule, because these are not spies who were there secretly. These are registered and every country knows that. And so it's basically more like an office space issue than anything else probably but you know the State Department would have to go through a procedure to bring in more agents particularly because they're the Gestapo! Most people don't want that

1:01:02 That was the part of the memo which was all that was discussed, was the words quid pro quo. And they did mention this none of the news outlets talked about any of this They didn't discuss why would this wasn't so important that they had to keep saying quid pro quo constantly over and over again I'm sure the entire public is baffled by this and in fact Howard Dean didn't even get it when they were reading it to him you know Perseus is bullcrap! I don't know these things from the Russians are the Russian's I just find it's very disturbing that we have the FBI as a worldwide police department represent, I don't know who even who they represent. I guess they're representing us which is fine you know so we need representation but do we need the Gestapo? Yeah what point are you missing America hello

1:01:52 Yeah, we're evil sons of bitches. I think we have to keep tabs on this expansion...I mean what does the CIA think about this? We've already determined that it's possible that the CIA and FBI are loggerheads. So the reason why they can do it legally is because their responsibility towards the financial system. I think there has something to do with why they can do this and its all cyber related No. Okay, so I'm going to find out. I know who to ask him to find out

CHAPTER 14 / 42 Discussion

Project Veritas Video, Christine Quinn Denial

Hillary Clinton surrogate Christine Quinn is shown on CNN dismissing the Project Veritas videos as "doctored" and "falsified." The videos allegedly show Democratic operatives discussing "bird dogging" and inciting violence at Trump rallies. The hosts argue that the lack of a specific denial regarding the content of the conversations suggests the footage is authentic despite the controversial reputation of James O'Keefe.

project veritas· christine quinn· james o'keefe· dnc· bird dogging

1:02:30 Okay, I asked Mark Zuckerberg. He has a director in his office. Yeah Okay as Berg now I didn't actually got once we don't have to play it if you haven't seen the project Veritas video Videos at this point you should see him It's really not appropriate for playing audio only because without the subtitles it gets hard to hear and uh It's just not all that great No, but the video itself I think is dynamite and it is and they still did you know They haven't found the right mix between making the video professional And and making it look authentic

1:03:09 And then they send you the video starts off with this. It made them on it's whoever is editing, it isn't idiot. It has not done well and of course these are the same guys that did the Planned Parenthood video which were discredited and that was much worse than hack job they did there even though they released the things in full but there was a lot of problems with it. This is much clearer however the stock answer and I love this Christine Quinn woman she never ceases to give me beautiful clips She's going to go all out lie. If you can believe what this man is saying here, this Democratic operative he is sending people to Trump rallies Democrats in to try and get them to quote pop off and punch them To show the violence I mean how does, how is Hillary Clinton gonna address this one?

1:03:53 I don't grant any validity to this video at all. Even though you hear him in his own words saying this, how could they be fudging this? You know we've seen many different tapes recently in history over the past few years or so We put together, really focused on attacking progressive groups like Planned Parenthood. And then we found out afterwards that those tapes were cut and spliced and put together in a way that they show something totally different than what happened. I have no doubt doubt in my mind that no one associated with the Democratic Party or with Hillary Clinton's campaign would ever do something like that. It is absurd and look I just wait you don't think the DNC worked with this outside Robert Kramer group to try to stage counter protests? Counter

1:04:46 Counter-protest outside? Yes, counter protest. That's what he says he was tasked with doing. I'm sure that happened and I'm sure the RNC or the Trump Organization set up counter protests outside Hillary Clinton's events. Protesting is completely different. You're saying nobody tried to provoke Trump supporters to violence? No! Absolutely not. It would never happen in Hillary's Clinton campaign In Hillary's Clinton campaign, which is kind of funny how she said that at the end. So she's got the talking point. Yeah Wow indeed right This is the general message and they're just gonna stay on this with the maxin It's a big lie it's a big the big life and it propagates all these like Stalinists yeah well coming from The White House Josh Earnest Spokeshole was asked about to end for those who haven't seen it

CHAPTER 15 / 42 Discussion

White House Response, Robert Creamer Visits

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest is questioned about Democratic operative Robert Creamer, who reportedly visited the White House 342 times. Earnest urges caution in believing the Project Veritas videos, while the hosts highlight the discrepancy between the high number of visits and the administration's attempt to distance itself from Creamer following his resignation.

josh earnest· robert creamer· white house· barack obama· project veritas

1:05:32 It's very simple. And it is exactly what we've said is going on all along, partially funded by the DNC through multiple companies these rallies have had troublemakers that we know they've been shipped in and bused in. We know Soros is funding a lot of it and all of it turns out to be I mean for the evidence we have turns out to be true So surprise, surprise. Josh Earnest for the White House needs to address this and of course none of this can be true because it's crazy. I want to ask you about the Project Veritas videos that have been making rounds late. Does the White House have any reaction to the dismissal or severance

1:06:10 of two veteran Democratic operatives after the release of the latest Project Veritas videos. In particular, I want to draw your attention to Robert Kramer a convicted felon who visited The White House according to reports 342 times also met personally with The President some 47 times the most recent occasion being in June this year. Well that's a lot by the way! 47 times and he saw The President personally? This is the guy who quit?! the guy who is a convicted felon. He went to jail for, you know, country club five months and you know, a year of house arrest and he's the guy saying we got me on. We get these people that pop off well I've been asked about videos that have come from this outlet in the past And each time I tried to urge people to take those reports not at face value Not just with a grain of salt but maybe even a whole package assault because

1:07:08 despite what the name might suggest, these videos have not often revealed the truth. So... You do have people that were sort of shoved out or walked away based on the release in these videos? Yeah and so that is true and uh..so That's why I'm reluctant to comment directly on the videos themselves. I think there is a principle though that I will give voice too which is I know that there was this suggestion In some of these reports that it might be a clever organizing tactic or a clever political tactic to try to incite violence at political rallies. You hear him mention bird dogging, which is what these guys call it in the videotape.

1:07:48 In the video recording I say both we call this bird dogging where he gets people to get up You know get in line at 7 a.m And then there's front of the line and when Trump comes by and the cameras are there Then they'll start to pick a fight with Trump supporters to get it on camera, and they call that bird-dogging And of course that term shows up in the Podesta WikiLeaks email They're talking about bird dogging That is entirely inconsistent with the President's view about community organizing and waging a vigorous campaign. That we should attempt, and we should have so much confidence in the power of our persuasion and in our arguments that we shouldn't have to resort violence. And in fact it is completely inappropriate to resort to violence to advance a political goal

1:08:34 That certainly is a principle that the President strongly believes in. As far as Graham was concerned, with all those visits here to the White House in particular I'm wondering... Is that a reflection of the ethical standards of Obama White House? That a guy like that who at least according to the videos admittedly these videos are in some dispute and some circles seems to be suggesting voter fraud A person who has been convicted felon Who's an often frequent visitor here at the White House It is a reflection, some would argue on the standards of this White House that that's the type of person here with that sort of frequency. And I think at this point I would urge extreme caution and draw conclusions about anybody's character based on a few hours of having looked at this video because time and time again information was released by this organization a lot different than initial reports were. Did you hear that?

1:09:30 little flub there this information well listen to it again time and time and time again the information that is released by disinformation by this organization information is released by disinformative a lot different than initial reports would indicate okay uh-huh yeah that's the official line there from the white house Well, there's a couple of things in here that are very interesting besides the absolute high number of meetings with the president. And I think it wasn't emphasized enough but let's play this clip. This is Lisa Desjardins ending a long report on these videos they showed the entire video on The NewsHour. They played it and my favorite thing we should mention...I'm sure you have a link to those videos. Of course!

CHAPTER 16 / 42 Discussion

PBS NewsHour Report, Democratic Operatives Resign

A report from the PBS NewsHour confirms that Democratic operatives Scott Foval and Robert Creamer have left their positions following the release of the Project Veritas undercover videos. The hosts argue that the resignations serve as a tacit admission of the "troubling" tactics described in the footage, despite the Clinton campaign's public disavowal of the methods.

pbs newshour· scott foval· robert creamer· resignation· dnc

1:10:16 The it was the guy saying one of the two guys that they busted on this was yeah Well, it's what we try to do is get psychos psychopaths out there homeless people crazy homeless people Yeah, and because they'll take the money and do anything. They will And union guys Union guys will do anything they will do anything even lower his voice like at the Union guys They're crazy you don't do anything you want Yeah, so here's the end of the report and I think that the kicker is the conclusion at the end. The Clinton campaign also gave us a statement saying that those behind the video are known to be misleading but that the campaign disavows the ideas and tactics in the video calling them troubling even as a theory

1:11:01 One problem here is we do not have the raw footage from these tapes. We do not have the context for many of these words. We do know this, Scott Fovill has been fired from his job and his boss Bob Kramer has ended his work on the election this year saying he does not want to be a distraction For the PBS NewsHour I'm Lisa Desjardins So the two guys, if this was all in the up and up why did these two guys quit? They don't want to be a distraction John. They don't want to be a distraction. Absolutely I'm sure that's what he said but i'm sure what what he really said as he just kind of did his thing with his hands... I'm through! I've done my job. I'm outta here. Yeah yeah oh yeah That was fantastic

CHAPTER 17 / 42 Discussion

Megyn Kelly vs Donna Brazile, WikiLeaks Confrontation

Megyn Kelly confronted DNC Interim Chair Donna Brazile regarding a leaked email that appeared to show Brazile providing a debate question to the Clinton campaign in advance. Brazile's defensive response, including telling Kelly to "go to Russia," is analyzed by the hosts. The segment highlights the tension between the two and the specific details of the leaked March 12th email.

megyn kelly· donna brazile· cnn· wikileaks· fox news

1:11:45 It's great. This is the dirty tricks we talked about on this show, we've talked about this being that Hillary's people do a better job than the Trump people and all of the Trump people has got this one guy Stone what's his name? Roger Stone. Roger Stone hangs out with Alex Jones and it's amateur hour by comparison I like that at least they're consistent you know these tapes are fake edited but the moon landing tapes are real What tapes I thought they were destroyed. Yeah, exactly They're lost now. I know you have this clip you only have a short a short piece of it I wouldn't mind listening with you to the entire Megyn Kelly Donna Brazil interview

1:12:30 Well, here's the reason I have this short version. It was the little part that was cut off at the end so what i would recommend is let's play this little one of these little short versions because it has got a punchline that I think is funny. You have to punch line right? Yeah you do! I'm just looking for the clip now. What's it called yours mine yeah I think it says Donna Brazile. It says Donna Brazil on Megan Kelly. Oh yeah, here it is! I'm sorry, I got it yes okay yeah I heard of course. Sorry that we've we have this has not been verified this is the nobody will investigation and let me just tell you something if there's anything that I have I will share I don't

1:13:18 I don't have an agenda to smear anybody, but I do believe that you guys did a great job. Go to Russia! You can't really hear the last bit that she said, just go to Russia. I wish I knew what she said at the end there. Go to Russia and you'll see. She said they didn't expect it. They would have kept up the volume up on her if they'd known that she was going in there. So did you see the whole interview?

CHAPTER 18 / 42 Discussion

Donna Brazile Interview Analysis, Project Veritas Defense

The hosts continue their analysis of Donna Brazile's interview with Megyn Kelly, focusing on Brazile's attempts to discredit James O'Keefe as a "convicted criminal." They discuss Brazile's claim that the DNC contract mentioned in the videos was not signed until June 2016. The hosts characterize Brazile's performance as incompetent and panicked as she attempts to distance the DNC from the operatives caught on tape.

donna brazile· megyn kelly· james o'keefe· dnc· debate questions

1:13:55 Yeah, yeah. I think it was tedious really thought it was fantastic because this woman is going down and she's caught in incredible lies! I know its great so the... and some other funny stuff in there people involved in that case campaign to incite violence at the Trump rallies and make it look like Trump supporters were violent when in fact they had been provoked by these folks looking for a fight, say that this was in direct coordination with Hillary Clinton's camp and with the DNC. Scott Fovall, the guy caught on tape who has now been fired said this is how it worked. The Hillary camp pays the DNC. The DNC pays Democracy Partners our group who pays the Fovall Group and that's the group that quotes that quote executes the expletive

1:14:40 on the ground. And this apparently, you know the Chicago thing happened months ago. So she's trying to say I don't... This can't be true because he didn't have a contract. She is little wishy-washy about it but that somehow part of her defense. I became chair on July 28th The contract that is allegedly being referred to was not

1:15:21 signed until June of 2016. Signed, it could have been already enforced maybe just wasn't signed I think all that evidence is out there look when you have a convicted criminal sneaking around your office with imposters that try to... Are you referring to Bob Kramer the head of Democracy Partners? No I'm referring to Mr. O'Keefe in the instance that he has doctored some videos as he's done before, but again going back to this so-called contract that you mentioned Bob's contract according to the notice how it's Bob, you know, is Bob You know she shouldn't have done that at all familiar. No, that was a mistake. He did stop for one second

1:16:02 First of all, if these videos were doctored which is a possibility in today's world. There are technologies that can do certain things you would have heard a denial Or you would have seen people, because the kind of doctoring you can actually do nowadays is discoverable by experts. You can look at zoom in and you can look for anomalies there's all kinds of problems right now I said five years from now i think you'll be able to just bought anything you want but right now you can't take a video like these videos where somebody says something that we get psychos to go punch people out

1:16:41 You get no denial, so why would they be doctored? I don't think you can doctor that well at the moment. That's always to tell instead of saying this is absolutely not true it's like wow these are doctored you know he's a felon... Is he a felon did he go to jail this guy Veritas? It was that crazy... No i think he actually got off even better. I don't know what's so he's got nothing to do with it with the facts but no that's a great way to see here yeah Bob's contract according to the records that i was able to pull at the DNC uh was not signed until June of 2016. Mr Kramer, Mr Kramer, Mr Kramer, step aside

1:17:28 I just want to tell Mr. Kramer... One second Donna, forgive me because i just want to get the viewers up-to-speed who haven't been following this like you and I have. Bob Kramer was the head of Democracy Partners This is one of the groups he's now been fired this is one of the groups that committed these acts He's the man who was at the White House 342 times and met personally according to their records with President Obama in some fashion over 40 times! He has now been dismissed but he's the one saying that there was coordination with the DNC and this is obviously a very well-connected man. He too, is a convicted felon, convicted for fraud. This is obviously not an honest person and yet you were working very closely with him the DNC

1:18:06 Well again Bob, Bob Kramer. Again? I went back to the DNC the other day when this came up after we learned that we had a... I'm just casually there they're in panic mode she is freaking out yeah i just went back casually now A trespasser, a convicted criminal sneaking around our office posing as an intern uh and i asked for the records of mobilized to be produced and bob this was bob bob she is dumb what does she not understand distancing this is so crazy contract with mobile that's dead she's not that smart she's freaked oh yeah and it gets better group besides

1:18:48 and June to help us with building rallies across the country, meaning Democratic rallies. So what Mr Trump was referring to and I'm sure you'll see the results that was something that happened months ago and i have no evidence in know knowledge of that. Mr Kramer stepped aside because he did not want to be a kind of distraction that is even at this point. leaving the company to pursue other interests. You're not fired. Time with his family. Yes, time with the family he needs to go fishing I just witnessed a third debate I went all three debates I thought Hillary did a fantastic job she was not only on the mark in terms of substance and talking about real solutions for the middle class but Donald Trump had an opportunity tonight

1:19:39 She, what solution does she... I'm gonna save the middle class by getting more jobs. She didn't have any real solutions! She's never had a solution for anything. No, she said, I have a plan. I just get so annoyed by this bull crap And she always says, I have a plan and if you look at her website we will set up a plan We're gonna do it, we're gonna change this They always say, we're going to fix this but never how. That's the job. I thought she was not only on the market in will make the decision whether or not he will accept the results. It's the citizens who... It was a controversial comment, we've talked about that. It's the citizens! I feel very strongly about it. You feel strongly about an imposter walking into our office trying to get staff people to do X and Y then come up with this video? No Donna, let's just be clear.

1:20:50 And you can see Megyn Kelly, every single time she does it. You can see her thinking should I tell her my name is Megyn Kelly? Should I interrupt? She does it in a finely finessed way but it was just embarrassing for Brazil. Let's be clear, I've said nothing about my feelings this is about a controversy that has erupted to the point where...I wasn't the one who fired these two staffers The Democrats fired these two staffers so obviously they believe some wrongdoing took place. They stepped aside! Let me just finish whether the tape was obtained improperly or not but no one so far has come out to challenge the legitimacy of these particular tapes put out by James O'Keefe and Project Veritas. In fact, they've acted on them. So you say that the tapes are falsified?

1:21:32 Miss O'Keefe enjoys falsifying records. He did it with NPR, he's done it with numerous sources. But Kelly can I ask you? We're at a presidential debate and Donald Trump made several ridiculous claims tonight. You're dodging them and I hit Donald Trump's representatives with those but now I have you! She's doing the same thing hey hey now we're talking to you not to the other people. Honey I play basketball and I'm just telling you he tried to score on on misinformation. He's trying to score on information that was obtained illegally, Kelly.

CHAPTER 19 / 42 Discussion

Donna Brazile Christian Woman Defense, CNN Relationship

Donna Brazile's use of her faith to deflect questions about leaked emails is mocked by the hosts, specifically her claim of being "persecuted" as a "Christian woman." The discussion explores Brazile's concern over her employment at CNN and her insistence that she did not receive questions from the network, despite evidence suggesting they came via Roland Martin or TV One. The hosts conclude that Brazile's refusal to issue a categorical denial indicates the emails are genuine.

donna brazile· cnn· jake tapper· roland martin· wikileaks

1:22:10 But I have to ask you because you were accused of receiving a debate question before CNN Town Hall where they partnered with TV One. And that, that you had this question on March 12th that verbatim was provided by Roland Martin to CNN the next day How did you get that question Donna? Well, Kelly since I play straight up and I'll play straight up with you. Oh, Kelly first of all, yeah, I'm gonna place it up with your Kelly this is fantastic. I mean, I'm not gonna lie to you now. I'm gonna be straight up with ya. I did not receive any questions from CNN Now this is very important to Donna Brazile because she's interim chair of the DNC But she her salary is from CNN so what? She's very worried that Kelly

1:23:00 CNN is going to jeopardize her gig with CNN. So she has to keep saying, I didn't get it from CNN and didn't get it from CNN and didn't get it from CNN. Let's just be clear. Actually stop the way she's doing this. I think she maybe didn't get it from CNN. She got it from someone. Yes, you got it from TV one but saying that I didn't get it from CNN and emphasizes that she's trying to say I never got a question but she's saying I didn't get it from CNN Right, if you parse it. Oh yeah! It's just a version of lying Well Kelly also makes that clear. I did not receive any questions from CNN Let's just be very clear Where'd you get it?

1:23:41 First of all, what information are you providing to me that will allow me to see what you're talking about? You got the WikiLeaks released a March 12th Podesta email showing you messaging the Clinton campaign with the exact wording of a question asked at the March 13 CNN TV One town hall debate. Where did you get it? As a Christian woman I understand persecution but... Oh we're pulling the God card! ...I would not sit here and be persecuted because your information is totally false. What you're telling the American people... I'm getting it from Podesta's email! Well, Podesta's emails were stolen! Oh yes! You're so interested in talking about stolen material So you deny it? You're like a thief that wanted to bring into the night the things that you found that was in his gutter She's like a thief that comes into the night bringing the things that are stolen oh boy Kelly your bad Kelly Actually back it up because she said something bringing something from the gutter

1:24:36 here we go. Sounds like Kelly. I'm not saying what I came out and said this was unethical, somebody was unethically helping the Clinton campaign he said i love Donna Brazil but this is very very upsetting my understanding is that the email to Donna Brazil... I love CNN! I love Jake Tapper Kelly! I don't want to get fired

1:25:15 He, this is Jake Tapper. My understanding is that the email to Donna Brazile came from either Roland Martin or someone around Roland Martin he said this is very upsetting and very troubling That's your own colleague at CNN it's not Megyn Kelly No isn't that nice how she did that? It's not MEGYN KELLY Who gave you that question Hey, Megan. And she almost does it again. Yeah she switched back to the Megan that's funny. That's a good one. Kelly who gave you that question? Hey Megan once again I've said it and I've said on the record and I'll say it on the record and keep saying it on the record

1:25:54 I'm going to try to validate falsified information. I have my documents, I have my files. Thank God! I have not had my personal email ripped off from me and stolen and given... I would be very careful. I'd be very careful you don't know what's coming Donna Brazil especially since this so-called Russian hack we have the forensics 15 year olds could've done this It was a good old fishing expedition. And these morons all click on it, oh I guess I have to put in my email address and password for Google! Okay, I'll do that. Am I re-registered? Oh, I'm good. Morons!! That's the easiest part about it and I don't know why bother blaming the Russians These are like low level things that most people can just do What is interesting in this forensics report

1:26:49 This group that apparently did this according to the company that did the forensics, apparently they only do this in Russia. They don't hack outside of Russia so if this is their first foray into doing this you gotta think there are guys! There are guy who were hacking in Russia. They expose Russian corruption I don't know. I felt that was like, hmmm okay... That's kind of interesting Stolen and given to some criminals to come back altered They come back altered? Okay CNN in the 14 years i was associated with CNN I've never received anything If I had a blank piece of paper that would basically be the end of this conversation I never get documents from CNN

1:27:39 We know. Again, again from CNN She's so worried about it and of course it's the Clinton News Network she doesn't want to mess that up she does not want to implicate CNN. Cam said sometimes I receive the questions... Now she switches to ma'am whoa! And you know what? You know what? CNN is saying Roland Martin gave them to you or someone at TV One and they were provided to Hillary before that town hall Well, anybody who knows me and there are a number of your colleagues as well. They know me very well I know how to play it. I know what i do before every debate. I know what i do before every show. Even in the show... Just trust me! ...I do my homework, I communicate, I talk but that can just once again let you know that

1:28:21 As far as I know that CNN has never provided me with questions absolutely. Absolutely not. Well, when you said categorically she's just never been accused of being given questions by CNN it was always this other guy or News One or whatever it is out in New York. Yeah TV one so yeah So why does he just deny? No! I never got questioned some these people No. She can't do that, she won't do it! Because she got questions! This is ridiculous...she could have slid off of this-she shouldn't have even done the interview Oh no it was a huge mistake like another minute or so and we're done From time to time I get the questions in advance what were you referring to? because then in that email you offered the exact question That one of the moderators Roland Martin then proposed the next day

1:29:08 So my reference back to you, ma'am. With all due respect and I respect you greatly. And I respect you too. The validity of those emails... If i can only tell you one thing because as you know this whole episode is on the criminal investigation but I could just tell you one thing a lot of those emails, i would not give them the time of day. I've seen so many doctor emails. I've seen things that come from me at 2 in the morning and that I don't even send there are several email addresses... There we go and you had the rest yeah Russia I think that's one my favorite interviews have ever heard someone lying

1:29:53 It's just fantastic. good at the game. No, and she's actually incompetent that was what you're saying that is the most incompetent interview you've ever heard where somebody is being accused of something can't seem to get out it if you want to be overt do what Hillary would do I categorically deny having a question or giving it to anybody I don't know what this is about. If your going to lie, lie!

1:30:29 Yeah, I just lie. It seems to work for other people! Yeah it works because then the public doesn't see oh okay those horrible people yeah I categorically deny this the Russians are responsible these emails have been doctored yes and then you're done But no, she's like well it wasn't these guys. She just beats... I guess she is an honest person. And with that i'd like to thank you for your courage and say in the morning to you John C where the c stands for categorically deny Dvorak. Well in the morning to you Mr Adam Kroger

CHAPTER 20 / 42 Discussion

Apple Podcast Spec, Episode Album Art

Adam Curry discusses his recent conversation with Apple representatives regarding the lack of support for episode-specific album art in the native Podcast app. Despite the feature being part of the iTunes RSS namespace for nearly a decade, Apple has failed to implement it, while third-party apps like Overcast support it fully. The hosts express frustration with Apple's dysfunction in maintaining its own podcasting standards.

apple· itunes· rss 2.0· album art· overcast

1:31:14 On the ground, feet in the air, substance of water. All the dames and knights out there. In the morning to the chat room NoahDinnastream.com record numbers here today once again good to see you guys here NoahDinnastream.com and thank you very much too Wow it was I believe it was Martin JJ again who brought us the artwork for episode 869 swamp of crazy He's streaky he's very streaky yes and it was the presidential truthiness verified seal of approval in sealing wax. It was nice, beautiful piece, beautiful piece. Noahjendaartgenerator.com we appreciate all the work that our artists do always helping us out and I did talk to the Apple guys again last night. I said hey it was your spec this album art per episode could you please put it into the app? And they're all like- Wait a minute let me get this straight they have a spec so you can have for podcasts

1:32:11 Here's how it works. Different album art for different episodes? Here's how it works, RSS 2.0 which is open spec they took that and then they created their extensions which is a namespace so they have all the iTunes extensions these are specific for iTunes slash the podcast app and you know also they took out patents on all of this stuff as well which is okay because they're improving on existing format and one of their specific extensions within the namespace is album artwork per episode. It's in there, it's theirs! This is 10 years this has been in their spec or 9 years but they don't adhere to it and Apple is in a way very dysfunctional because these are the guys that are dealing with this question I've been talking to them for years about this and yeah yeah but they don't...it doesn't happen There's no priority within Apple to do this for some reason

1:33:04 But doesn't matter other like overcast and these other apps do it perfectly well. I'm stunned, yeah? I know I know it's what it is They make a spec, they patent it. We obey like slaves. We obey and then we put this bizarre album art in there that they just ignore. Yeah they ignore it but hey at least when you look at a podcast it takes the album art for the whole podcast and then changes the background color that's a start. Exactly okay guffaw

CHAPTER 21 / 42 Discussion

Executive Producer Credits, Value-for-Value Donations

The hosts read letters and acknowledge donations from listeners who have reached the level of Executive Producer or are seeking "knighthood." Notable donors include John Fouoco, Robert Stewart (Sir Z-nonamus), and Keith Jacobs. The segment includes birthday shoutouts, jingle requests, and a reminder of the show's "value-for-value" funding model.

CHAPTER 22 / 42 Discussion

Chris Cuomo WikiLeaks Warning, CNN Satellite Glitch

CNN's Chris Cuomo is criticized for telling viewers it is "illegal" for the public to possess stolen WikiLeaks documents, claiming only the media has that right. The hosts also play a clip of a satellite feed dropping conveniently as Congressman Collins begins to discuss WikiLeaks on CNN. They mock Cuomo's reaction to the "glitch" as a transparent attempt to censor damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

chris cuomo· cnn· wikileaks· satellite feed· congressman collins

1:41:16 This is Chris Cuomo on CNN regarding WikiLeaks. Also interesting to remember, it's illegal to possess these stolen documents. It's different for the media so everything you learn about this You're learning from us and in full disclosure let's take a look at what is in there and what it means I love this Whatever you do... And what's in there? Nothing! Whatever you do don't you dare go look at that's illegal That's fantastic. How does he come up with that? Why does he say that? I think it was written for him and he probably believes it. Well, Cuomo is on a tear this week and you know when people say oh they cut him off they cut them off... When the host cuts someone off yeah because you know the control room's yelling but when all of a sudden you get a satellite disturbance not only is the timing

1:42:08 of this satellite drop feed interesting. But Chris Cuomo's, his response to it is really what seals the deal for me. This is a Republican congressman and when he starts to talk about Hillary Clinton and WikiLeaks apparently the satellite feed drops or gets yanked. What do you think Donald Trump needs to do to come out on top? Well, on the character issue the public you know two-thirds or more of the public knows that Hillary Clinton's a liar. She can't be trusted and now the two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out with fact through WikiLeaks that she says one thing... Oh no! Alright let's see if we can get Congressman Collins to comment Wait wait don't step on it You gotta listen to it It's the ending that really makes it

1:42:55 Oh no. All right, let's see if we can get Congressman Collins back obviously we just lost the satellite feed that sucks That sucks I love that you can use this for anything here Let's just try John Here's what I want to do You just start talking and at a certain point you're going to say something about Hillary Clinton Go Well, you know We've been doing a lot of research for the show recently And then I think where are you gonna find good material is you go to wikiLeaks Oh no, obviously we just lost the satellite feed. That sucks! It works for everything! Everything. Fantastic I love that. That's great No shame Just no shame And it says if somebody talked to the guy and said you can't talk about WikiLeaks on this show because he when he came back He wouldn't even say the word Wikileaks Exactly

CHAPTER 23 / 42 Discussion

Paul Ryan Chants, Anti-Hillary Protest

The hosts mention reports of an audience in Wisconsin chanting "Paul Ryan sucks" and play a clip of a large protest where participants chant against Hillary Clinton. The segment briefly touches on the growing dissatisfaction with establishment Republican leadership and the intensity of anti-Clinton sentiment among certain voter blocks.

paul ryan· wisconsin· protest· chants· black citizens

1:43:49 So that made it kind of even more fishy. Hey, did you see the clip where they... I don't know if I think I have it but you can't quite hear it where I guess there was some meeting in Wisconsin where the entire audience was yelling what's the name? Oh, oh they were saying Paul Ryan sucks Yeah Paul Ryan sucks is a chant Yes Very funny I thought Do you have that clip I think it might if we look at the list, which unfortunately erased when...or didn't erase but I moved off the screen. I'm trying to find it but it should be a Paul Ryan thing. If there's a Paul Ryan clip clips all here they are. I don't see it in here. I do have a different clip though of a chant 10,000 black citizens in United States

1:44:41 in a protest that sounded like this. I like this. She's killing black people and it just goes on and on and on and on 10,000 feet no you don't have that's more than the yeah it's huge it's huge I know fantastic so

CHAPTER 24 / 42 Discussion

Aleppo Humanitarian Window, State Department Hypocrisy

RT correspondent Gayane Chichakyan questions the U.S. State Department on the difference between civilian displacement in Aleppo, Syria, and Mosul, Iraq. The hosts highlight the perceived hypocrisy of the State Department, which criticizes Russia for humanitarian pauses in Aleppo while calling civilian displacement in the U.S.-backed Mosul offensive "inevitable." The segment features clips of State Department spokesperson John Kirby.

aleppo· syria· mosul· state department· gayane chichakyan

1:45:25 Um, let me see. Well where do we go from here? There is just so much to do here. Well we can jump over to Aleppo which is getting interesting. Yeah let's do that! Yes please. Well then we have a Gyan Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch- Chachakon, chachakon, gyny. That's right everybody she is Armenian but she is a nice bundle of trouble when she shows up on Russia Today RT it is the one and only Gyan Chachachacon! And John what do we have from Gyan today? Well we have a prelude to her first of all she says Prelude clipable lepo and then we have Gyan State Department

1:46:07 and she goes after him. Russia and Syria have announced they will create a humanitarian window for Aleppo on Thursday starting from 8 o'clock in the morning local time both Russia and Syria will halt all military activity in the area medical staff will have access to help the sick and injured, and both civilians and militants will be able to leave eastern Aleppo via two exit routes And Russia's ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin described potential options available for the al-Qaeda linked Al Nusra militants as well. We cannot declare Al Nusra people honorary citizens of eastern Aleppo or honorary citizens of Aleppo. Something has to be done about them One way to deal with them is for the moderate fighters to tell them to go because they outnumber you know Nusra quite considerably Another way for them is

1:46:59 leave the city with the arrangements which were proposed by Stepan Dmytura. Or we must be found to defeat them, they cannot simply be allowed to stay there making life of civilians miserable as they have been doing for such a long time." And while extremists continue to terrorize eastern Aleppo government held areas of the city are also continuously shelled from their killing and wounding civilians and children. Murat Gazdiev shares some his most tragic stories I had to cut it there because these stories were so pathetic. I mean they were just horrible! But let's go to Guyan who finishes up the report. In the meantime our Washington correspondent Guyan Chichakan has been getting reactions from the US State Department to Russia's latest humanitarian initiative inside Aleppo

1:47:48 The US State Department did not sound optimistic about the humanitarian pause announced by Russia for Eastern Aleppo. I guess we'll see, you know there is actually an eight-hour pause and the unremitting suffering of the people of Aleppo that would be a good thing but frankly it's a bit too little to late One of the things that's in Russia's latest announcement is a call on the rebels and al-Nusra fighters to remove mines and other hazards at humanitarian corridors, to allow civilians to leave. The statement says shelter and medical help are guaranteed for all civilians fleeing eastern Aleppo

1:48:30 Last week, when I asked the State Department's John Kirby about the people trying to leave eastern Aleppo he said they shouldn't have to leave. They shouldn't have to leave and they should be being bombed by their own government and by the Russian military Today as the US is helping Iraqi forces retake Mosul The UN and Red Cross say that they are preparing for hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing the battle for Mosul With this, I ask the State Department whether they thought civilians in Mosul should not have to leave This is a major military offensive. It's going to take a lot of time I think we recognize that citizens are going to be and civilians are going to be displaced We've seen this before elsewhere in Iraq And we're trying to learn from those past efforts and by we, I mean collectively not just the United States

1:49:17 and how to mitigate some of those effects. This displacement that's somewhat inevitable in an operation of this scale." So when it comes to Russian and Syrian military operations in eastern Aleppo, the State Department says civilians shouldn't have to leave When it comes to operations backed by the US in Iraq's Mosul The State Department says the displacement of civilians is quote-unquote somewhat inevitable Red Cross said the operation in Mosul will create up to a million more displaced civilians. Wow, there you go! Yeah that's great. That was just great. Someone sent me a... actually it was a real press conference Putin sat down with the International Press Corps in Russia

CHAPTER 25 / 42 Discussion

Vladimir Putin Press Conference, Bargaining Chip Claim

Vladimir Putin is quoted from a press conference claiming that U.S. officials "whisper" to Russia during election cycles that the hostile rhetoric is merely for domestic political gain. The hosts link this to the 2012 "open mic" incident where Barack Obama told Dmitry Medvedev he would have "more flexibility" after the election. Putin expresses frustration at Russia being used as a "bargaining chip" in American internal struggles.

vladimir putin· dmitry medvedev· barack obama· election· russia

1:50:08 And he said, look I'm not going to treat you guys like children. I'm going to tell you straight up what's going on all this tension and what's going on between us in the US. I'm gonna read verbatim what the translation was on the video At the same time, at the same time you know. As a rule we try not to talk about this but they always whisper this to us in the course of every election campaign This is happening not only now but was also the case in previous election campaigns They keep whispering into our left ear and then into our right ear Pay no attention to all of these All of these will pass and we will be friends again This is wrong. It is wrong to use Russia as a bargaining chip in internal political struggles and damage interstate relations That is just not serious enough, to say the least that is my first point

1:50:54 That's a weird translation, but he's claiming... That is very strange. Well it's Russian to English. What he's claiming is that privately they're saying yeah we're just gonna make you look like a bad guy just now and it reminds me of the open mic we had with Medvedev and Obama Oh yeah right I still have that clip Yeah uh I probably do He said something like when I'm elected um Yeah this will be without doubt change once I get in Exactly, exactly. And then once I get into it... No, it's like I'll have more power or more flexibility or something like that Yeah but you're gonna take a beating in the meantime Well of course! That's how we do it. I don't think I have that one John It was a long time ago. I don't know where that is Okay well that's what it was So that's kind of damning

CHAPTER 26 / 42 Discussion

Chelsea Clinton Alias, Teneo Strife Emails

WikiLeaks emails reveal Chelsea Clinton used the alias "Anna Jones" to communicate concerns about the Clinton Foundation and the lobbying firm Teneo. The emails describe internal spying, "hustling" for business at the Clinton Global Initiative, and conflicts with Doug Band. Adam Curry details how he discovered the alias and the "damning" nature of the internal strife within the Clinton family's professional circle in 2011 and 2012.

chelsea clinton· anna jones· teneo· doug band· wikileaks

1:51:46 And Putin speaks some English, man! I know you can do it. You're ruining everything. It's dumb." He just can't... he's not gonna do it. So dumb. Just not gonna do it. You know, I made a kind of discovery as in this last batch—I'm jumping around a bit but just popped out—in this last batch of Wikileaks emails Chelsea Clinton, who is... now we've heard reports that you know they she's a backstabber. She's horrible. She's a troublemaker Now first of all she uses an alias and her alias is Anna Jones And her email address is aj66 at nyu dot org

1:52:28 And you can see this clearly in the WikiLeaks releases. Which, there's something interesting about that... I think it's a code or some kind of authentication thing that Clintons do? If you look at all their email addresses its always HRC22 H67 They all have a number on these email addresses You know what im talking about? Yeah So now why is she AJ66? I think the- I have a reason Okay Because these guys are so technologically backward that they, she had, she types in AJ at NYU. No no there's already an AJ we suggest AJ 103, AJ 66, you know if you've ever opened up an email account on one of these public systems

1:53:17 You never can get your name. I sometimes can, JC Dvorak or John Dvorak and put Dvorak but often if you're late to the game it's like no John Dvorak is taken you have to use John Dvorak 23 yeah i think that's what it is a simple answer Occam's razor well she wrote a very damning email which has some really crazy stuff in here um and uh let me see So she's hanging out. You just get this there's a couple of them, and it's really It's like wow you have just

1:53:58 I think she's actually a good person, strangely enough. So she's figured out that something bad is going on. Hello John, Cheryl, Victoria and Jennifer! Although i continue to respond to people sharing of their concerns about the foundation and or my father's world by telling them that one-I hope they will share their experiences concerns hopes fears with victoria and her team candidly and two-that it's critical as we move to professionalize the foundation for the future and now this is in 2011. So they feel that they were not professional in 2011. It starts with this process, people continue to share things when the... Although I continue to not engage beyond what I outlined above, I do think my mother strongly agreed as a lawyer that I should pass it along to you Victoria and your team, you John and Cheryl's, just to John Podesta here it is. In that vein was told or expressed the following

1:54:50 Today, Doug and I think it's Doug Band who is the boss over there at Teneo which is this lobbying PR group that Bill Clinton started. Doug reached out to someone at Harry Walker who represents my father in all speaking arrangements to ask for a full list of all his speeches how much he was paid for each speech and told the contact person at Harry Walker that all speeches should go through him now not through Terry the scheduler So that's, she finds that odd. That Ilya, i don't know who that is physically saw and caught Justin who i think is their IT guy a couple of days ago reading dad's blackberry and loading the same spyware onto his computer that he loaded onto Barry's computer they're spying on each other at The Clinton Foundation. Spying! That's interesting this is a great oh there's no clips so i can't give you No but there's more

1:55:48 A secret service... Oh man, hold on. I'm sorry! A Secret Service agent told Mark my husband that Justin had asked another Secret Service agent to lie about the parking pass absurdity." I have no idea what that's about but apparently that was important to her. "...multiple people shared with me how upset they were at hearing how Justin referred to my father in the last week in very derogatory ways wide widely sadly..." I don't know why she says that Oscar told my father he knows Justin reads his emails. My father was told today of explicit examples at Clinton Global Initiative, of Doug Ban Teneo pushing for and receiving free memberships and of multiple examples of Teneo hustling business at the Clinton Global Initiative and if people now having quit as CGI

1:56:35 Doug told John Davidson he was never going to forgive him for not reporting that Dad met with you, John on Sunday and that how could John forget who he really worked for? Now I don't know what that means but there's strife. Doug told Terry Kronovich she would never work again in this town if she didn't back him up on everything that was threatening and Elia believes Hannah and Justin have taken significant sums of money from my parents personally some in expenses cars etc and other amounts directly This is pretty damning. I think that Chelsea, now this is 2012...I think she actually like holy shit this thing is a mess! She wants to clean it up everyone hates her for because she's wrecking their perfect game and they left her you know they forgot to read her in or indoctrinate her or whatever but no they're loading spyware on computers and reading the former president emails and this is bad

1:57:31 I was in London Sunday and did a foundation event Sunday evening, and two people separately voiced concerns directly to me about Teneo. Neither of whom I know well, one of whom is a friend of Mark's old colleagues i.e., we know only tangentially and Sarah Latham, who Victoria and Jennifer, I do know well She works for my dad in the White House and lives in London They voiced serious concerns to Barry including telling her that Ilia has called members of the house and members of parliament quote on behalf of President Clinton for Tineo clients

1:58:08 without my father's knowledge and in elegantly and ineffectually at best, and at worst has now precipitating people in London making comparisons between my father and Tony Blair's profit motivations which would horrify my dad. Sarah also told Barry she started working for Teneo as a as Taneo more than a year ago, and then recently stopped because she was so upset partly because of what Doug and Declan asked her to do and pretend was happening for their clients at Davao. So they have clients and they're saying well don't worry we're working on your behalf and I guess they want to report to their clients with lies that didn't end it's stuff they're not actually doing hmm so you go Chelsea i hold her in a whole new light now

1:59:03 Well, that's very interesting. So where did these turn up? WikiLeaks? Yeah! In the wiki... Does anyone read this? Does anyone do any reporting? You can dig into WikiLeaks because they release so much stuff to the point where it's almost as if they cut off what's-his-name's access so we could catch up. And what... Julian Assange. Slow down man, slow down. We need to read some stuff. They're releasing too fast. Slow down But here's how it happened, because I saw an email that said regards Chelsea and looking at the email address like what is this? AJ66. And it even says the name on the email was Anna Jones so I just search in WikiLeaks for that email address boom all of this pops up right there for the taken haven't heard anyone talk about it. Of course not!

1:59:55 Nobody talks about anything because golly it took you what ten minutes to get these emails out of there all that work Not to be fair was about 15. Oh 15 whole minutes out of the day oh I can't imagine a journalist having this suffer Suffer yeah like why when you're just your sacrifices are outrageous Exactly thank you for recognizing my courage Yeah, that's the deal. In fact CNN doesn't even want you to look at any of it because they're trying to bustle you and think there's nothing in there! There's nothing in there! It's illegal man. It's illegal man don't go! Nothing in there... Oh man oh man oh man love it love it love it

CHAPTER 27 / 42 Discussion

El Chapo Judge Assassination, Media Coverage

The hosts critique the brief 15-second coverage on network news regarding the assassination of a Mexican judge who presided over high-profile drug cases, including those involving El Chapo. They contrast the significance of the event—a judge being shot in the head while jogging—with the rapid-fire "C-block" delivery used by major networks to gloss over international news.

el chapo· mexico· assassination· judge· media brevity

2:00:48 Okay, let's play something that is a little off. Well here is a short-short-short! This like... I outlined the ABC, I'll do CBS and NBC too, the model for their news broadcast and they have this one segment where they wrap through a bunch of new stories and get out there within one minute. That's the C block I believe? Yeah yeah it's just in between two blocks Yeah, it's in between two blocks of ads. That's for the affiliate knows is coming? Yeah so here is the... Here as we're in this little sub one minute segment here's a very interesting little story that I think they could have done something with somebody could have done some but now no no just again okay we got it we said it we talked about it this is the El Chapo drug cases it says but

2:01:38 El Chapo. To the index, the stunning headline tonight about the former judge in the El Chapo case video showing him in a moment before he was assassinated while jogging near his home in Mexico A man coming up from behind shooting him in the head The judge presided over several high profile drug cases Wow wait a minute I... 15 seconds! The hell is that? Yeah Yeah, 15 seconds and we're out of here. Have you noticed the rise of this new guy that's actually getting some airplay? No. Who? Evan McMullin? No. Oh, you gotta pay attention to this guy! He is a bald-headed guy... almost bald head he is being run by the Mormon. He's a Mormon This is the Romney camp. He's actually funded by... up in here... go away oh wow that's interesting

CHAPTER 28 / 42 Discussion

Evan McMullin Candidacy, CIA and Mormon Support

The independent presidential candidacy of Evan McMullin is discussed, with the hosts identifying him as a "CIA candidate" supported by the Mormon community and the Romney wing of the GOP. They explore the theory that McMullin's run in Utah is designed to deny Donald Trump electoral votes, potentially throwing the election to the House of Representatives where a figure like Paul Ryan could be selected as president.

evan mcmullin· utah· cia· mormon· paul ryan

2:02:38 No, it's not interesting for you but for some reason... For some reason it is not interesting. It's not interesting to you at all? Okay he is former CIA recruited in college this is the CIA candidate! You've got to pay attention this guy I will He's a Mormon and funded by the Mormons he also worked at Goldman Sachs and doesn't get any better than and you know what he's pretty eloquent And he thinks he can get on the ballot in, I think he said 43 states for sure. Oh this is the guy running for president in Utah? Yes that's the guy yes oh yeah I know about this guy just for some reason didn't ring a bell Yeah he's a spook running for governor in Utah to screw up The Utah vote so Trump cant win It's fantastic this guy

2:03:25 Yeah, CIA. And it's so clear! If they see me... It says I am CIA? Sure I'm CIA. They don't want Trump in it we don't know why We've never figured it out but the CIA want Hillary to be the boss Well they are going all out with this guy I thought that was pretty amazing. You have a clip of him yakking? I'm putting something together, nothing of it's really... He's boring but he's boring in a way that i can see your classic elite republicans loving him and why not? There is a thought that it's possible to

2:04:03 deadlock the election in such a way that Hillary won't quite get her 273 or whatever that number is she needs. And Trump will get it because Arizona's gonna go to Gary Johnson, or New Mexico is going to go to Gary Johnson. Arizona may go to a third party and Utah if they can pull those guys out of the election and then kind of deadlock everything else then would go to Congress and then Paul Ryan and whoever he is can put into president I mean, there is a proviso for the Congress to pick the president. Oh, so that's a long shot. That's never going to happen. But but then in that case they choose Trump wouldn't they? No no you don't have to choose from them You can choose from anyone. But Paul Ryan would steer it towards Hillary? No no do not have to choose one of those two. You could put Paul Ryan in as president. Oh oh I see okay They just get to say this guy Yeah How does...that's cool

CHAPTER 29 / 42 Discussion

Scholastic Magazine Poll, Historical Accuracy

The Scholastic News Magazine mock election results are released, showing Hillary Clinton winning in a landslide among schoolchildren. The hosts note that the poll has been historically accurate in predicting the winner of every presidential election since 1964. They discuss the cultural significance of the "Weekly Reader" tradition in American schools.

scholastic magazine· mock election· hillary clinton· donald trump· weekly reader

2:04:58 Can I be on the list of this guy? I'd like to be on that list. Yeah, you can be on the list! Yeah, I'm considered... Well, you can be on any list you want but it's not gonna get in. Alright, I got a clip- This is the clip that really bugs me the most And I didn't know about this until it was brought up. Kimmel brought it up and I didn't know about this because if I had known about this, I'd have been keeping eyes on this. This is the way...this is your betting matrix. This is what you use to make bets! This is The Scholastic Magazine presidential poll. Some early results are in Scholastic News Magazine You remember the weekly reader? Yeah, I remember the weekly reader. I used to love the weekly reader

2:05:41 Of course you did. Did you have the weekly reader when you were a kid? Oh yeah, we had all the Scholastic stuff. I love that was good Some early results are in Scholastic News Magazine You know remember the weekly reader you get that in school and your kid It's still around and every four years they sponsor a mock election where kids from all over the country Get to cast a vote for president The results from the poll have been correct in every election since 1964 The kids predict who will win and this year Hillary Clinton won in a landslide she beat Trump 52 to 35 percent the other 13 voted for Spongebob I think. Yeah well that's good yeah well Kimmel did Kimmel did a man on the street

CHAPTER 30 / 42 Discussion

Jimmy Kimmel Yeezy Prank, Hollywood Boulevard

A segment from Jimmy Kimmel Live is discussed where pedestrians on Hollywood Boulevard are tricked into praising fake "Yeezy" sneakers that are actually cheap shoes with fur and a compass glued on. The hosts critique the "man on the street" format, noting how it makes participants look foolish for the sake of television. They describe the ridiculous features of the fake shoes, including "Yeezy Squeezy" technology and edible laces.

jimmy kimmel· yeezy· kanye west· prank· hollywood boulevard

2:06:26 That it's long, I have a long version of. We don't have to play it now we can play at the end. Oh no! I like Man on the Street This is... this is a little different and I want to point out a couple things One that almost everybody in this clip was white There was maybe two black people here but there were almost all whites The first girl that talks is white And this premise is ludicrous and it's really very disheartening to hear some of these things. You know they edit them, but in this case I don't think you had to do much editing. Oh yeah, I saw this genius segment! You have to kind of see the shoes though

2:07:12 to understand how ridiculous it is. which is a lot, but that's for two sneakers so it really only $600. Anyway we decided to do something sneaky with the new Yeezy We went to store in Chinatown here in LA. We bought a pair of shoes and there was special two pairs for twenty five dollars So twelve fifty a pair when we added a compass to the shoe. We glued on some fake fur, so now we're looking at about $14 a pair and then we took that cheap pair of sneakers out on Hollywood Boulevard and told people they were the new Yeezys and these are very real opinions of very fake Yeezy shoes

2:08:03 You are a Kanye West fan? Yes. And are you a fan of Yeezys, the Yeezy brand? Yeah! Okay cool here's the shoe what do you love about this shoe I love it It's different attractive um I like the furry hair on it Are you a Yeezy fan? yes I have a big... Although I really liked this bit I don't think it works if you can't see it I didn't think seeing it was that important. The shoe, we can describe it It's a cheap tennis shoe that they glued some fur on the top of it so its all furry

2:08:42 It's got a big compass right where the shoelaces are And it's the stupidest looking thing, but the compass is what I think was the best for really interesting really different Yeah, I would say it's really nice. This is a company. It's a compass That's amazing yeah I need me a pair of these so you got the compass right here. So you just let them know where you walking at You got the first

2:09:22 I feel like i would be able to jump higher in these. That fur is cloned from Kim Kardashian hair oh wow it kind of looks like some hair yeah this clean, this clean the suede was specifically designed to feel like kim's backside that's what her butt feels like? Yeah Wow! Wow! If you push the compass in look at how the shoe kind of adjust size to become a little bit smaller I feel it. It's called Yeezy Squeezy technology. That's cool! Yeah. That's Zazz! Stop, didn't you stop on a dime? You can't stop on the dime. Edible laces Try take a bite out of that guy was actually eating the laces What does it taste like? It tastes really good

2:10:18 I never know you can eat shoes lasers, but finally did it for each pair of these shoes sold Kanye will plant a tree in Israel That's crazy guess how much they actually retail Probably like four to five hundred. I really think A thousand? Seven, eight hundred dollars. I know it might be more so they definitely don't look like they're two for $25. No, definitely not. 100% not. I love you Kanye! Love your shoes keep planting trees in Israel! I'm gonna die! I know why everyone was white...I know why Hello? Why? Oh yeah, okay So first of all man on the street we know how it works You only pull out the pieces that are funny and work for your bit

2:11:11 Any black person who had those shoes in his hand would go, get out of here. This is crap! Now there were two black guys that were buying it including the guy who ran and said they stop on a dime. Nah he was brown Well... The whole thing is an indictment Yeah And yeah you can make anybody look like an idiot You can do this sort-of man on the street bit But this one was to me beyond the pale It was these people were so stupid Yes, and yeah if you're in Los Angeles and somebody pulls over you want to get on TV So you just act enthusiastic. You might become like on the Price is Right where you jump around in a costume But I don't know I find it very depressing. I have a quick correction apparently The House of Representatives Is limited to choosing from amongst the three candidates who received the most electoral votes Not just anybody or then Trump would get in Wow

CHAPTER 31 / 42 Discussion

Trump Debate Performance, Final Campaign Days

The hosts reflect on Donald Trump's debate performance and the remaining 20 days of the campaign. They suggest Trump missed opportunities to effectively challenge Clinton and speculate on potential "October surprises," including health issues for either candidate. The discussion touches on the media's unified opposition to Trump's candidacy.

donald trump· hillary clinton· debate· campaign strategy· health

2:12:15 Well, that would be a backfire. It's not going to happen just I was wrong about that part of it but yeah it's not gonna happen because the Hillary is gonna from the sounds of it she's gonna get 52% of the vote according to the kids who were never wrong and that'll be that well you know the bookies are also never wrong they were never wrong about Brexit except they were Well, they were wrong about Brexit but apparently they've thrown in the towel on this election. And when you start looking at it Trump has made lots of mistakes I'm still irked by his all and I can't wait to debate Hillary! I can't wait he made a big deal out of that. Big deal big deal. And failed to perform

2:13:01 And everyone's out to get him. So I agree with that, everyone is out to get him so... But also I would say that unless there really let up and I don't think so, I think it will be tripling down they're still worried about it They have too, they can take a chance Yeah they have to We still have 20 days and Hillary can pass out in front of the microphone There are all kinds things could go wrong for her but.. I think he was drinking water again to entice her cough I really think so. I'm telling you, he made a mistake. He should be right in the middle of something very important. Blow his nose a couple times and say, I'm sorry, I've got the sniffles. Excuse me, excuse me, I've got the sniffles. Why not? There was a pretty big article in Wall Street Journal about radio stations in United States who are now so desperate to make money

CHAPTER 32 / 42 Discussion

Radio Industry Debt, Streaming Video Desperation

The financial struggles of major radio groups like iHeartMedia, which faces $4 billion in debt, are discussed. The hosts note that traditional stations are turning to streaming video with ads out of desperation to generate revenue. They contrast this with their own "value-for-value" model, arguing that the gatekeeper era of media distribution is ending poorly for debt-laden corporations.

iheartmedia· radio· streaming video· debt· value-for-value

2:13:59 As we know the largest group of radio stations I heart They are now, it's about $4 billion in debt. They can't service the debt. They're in real trouble. You know we have five commercial breaks an hour on radio jammed with five to six spots I mean It's insane so they have to come up with more ways to make money Guess what they're all doing including WABC WFAN WMMS Cleveland I mean these are big big stations These are these are you know cornerstone stations? They're all doing streaming video with ads Can you believe that? So thank you. Why this is people are always saying, Oh, you should do video. That'd be great. No, it won't be great. You want to know why people keep asking us to do video? It's I don't know either in, but I guess it's fun. We're not a video show now and you know what? You don't want to see me taking into Retson and doing all kinds of stuff. Well actually maybe you do

2:15:00 Well, some people do. But generally speaking when podcasts are made into videos they look like a bunch of jerk-offs with big giant microphones in front of them and headphones And they're just doing the audio podcast with a camera on them. I don't find that interesting, and never liked it when Don Imus started doing it? No no no. I didn't think that Howard Stern was that entertaining on the video. He would bring some girls to show up... Yeah when you have the guests on then its fun to watch of course. When we have the girls take off their tops okay well thats kind of interesting but no, no its dumb! I know It is so odd.

2:15:38 But not only that, they're doing it out of desperation. Desperation and NPR... Look I love Lee Masters, I'm sorry Jarl Mohn but he's out there touting oh we have a huge ratings increase we're doing great dude it's an election how can you say? Oh we're great! It's an election no wonder you're up Now, I'm telling you none of this ends well for anything that needs distribution as a gatekeeper which is why we a long time ago almost into our 10th year decided screw it. Value for value is the way to go We call it the vow of poverty.

CHAPTER 33 / 42 Discussion

Anniversary Donations, Knighting Ceremony

The hosts process a large volume of "99.99" anniversary donations and perform a knighting ceremony for Keith Jacobs and Stuart Fawcett (Sir Z-nonamus). They acknowledge various well-wishers and donors from across the globe, including Germany, Canada, and Australia. The segment concludes with the traditional list of "hookers and blow" items for the new knights.

CHAPTER 34 / 42 Discussion

Peter Thiel Identity, The Advocate Controversy

The Advocate magazine published an article arguing that billionaire Peter Thiel is "not a gay man" despite having sex with men, because he does not embrace the "distinctive identity" or cultural struggle. The hosts mock this application of identity politics, where political alignment is used to gatekeep sexual orientation. They discuss the implications of "gay" being defined as a political identity rather than a personal preference.

2:24:46 Cream with Bear Fillings, Bong Hits and Bourbon, Ginger Ale and Gerbils, Sparkling Cider and Escorts, and... Mutton & Mead. Head on over to noageneration.com slash rings And Eric the Shill will hook you up! Make sure you tweet it out when you get it in. Meth sluts? Yeah moonshine and meth sluts yes It's a popular combo in the south. It's been on the list for a long time Long time Ummm Little controversy in... Oh wait, no. I want to talk about something else. Advocate! The Advocate magazine You're familiar with the ad? That's the gay magazine Yes And i would say they are the premier gay magazine It is really a newspaper, I believe Is it a newspaper? Could be But this has been around for a long time and its really more for gay men than any other of the LGBTQ plus community

2:25:47 Okay, they posted an article headline Peter Peter Thiel Peter Thiel he is the you know He's the guy who? At the well first of all a Silicon Valley guys in the board of Facebook. He sued Gawker out-of-existence or help sue them out of existence not a well loved guy and so they say Headline Peter Thiel shows us there's a difference between gay sex and gay And they make the argument that because he is not... Here, the idea of being gay as a distinct cultural identity is now under new pressures. That brings us to Peter Thiel and then I go on talk about how we mentioned that at the convention by the logic of gay liberation Thiel is an example of a man who has sex with other men but not a gay man because he does not embrace the struggle of people to embrace their distinctive identity

2:26:45 Wow. This is mind-blowing to me! So gay is not who you love, which I hear consistently... It shouldn't matter who you love or want to sleep with? But he's not gay because he does not... He's not a part of the community. Mind boggling they're doing this Yeah, well I don't know how mind-boggling it is but to me it's like oh not a surprise. In all this identity politics I think this sort of thing could have been anticipated Okay, well I wonder if he has a new pronoun for this. That's what i like to know We do need a new pronoun gay not gay Gay not gay No homo you can just call me no homo? No homo there we go yeah my pronoun is no homo even though i have sex with men! I'm Peter Thiel and I approve this message Colorado schools in an uproar

CHAPTER 35 / 42 Discussion

White Privilege Survey, Colorado School District

Employees in the Cherry Creek School District in Colorado were reportedly required to take a survey on "white privilege." The hosts describe the 26-question survey, which asks staff to score their ability to avoid the impact of racism. They criticize the exercise as a form of "shaming" faculty and question the timing and effectiveness of such diversity initiatives in public schools.

white privilege· cherry creek· colorado· survey· education

2:27:44 Here's why. Some Cherry Creek School District employees are not happy tonight because they had to take a survey on white privilege Would this make you uncomfortable? Well, it did for the Denver 7 source who anonymously sent the survey our way which we showed around Students did not have to take it but we had this senior at the Overland Prairie campus Take a look 26 questions like Because of my race or color, I can comfortably avoid ignore or minimize the impact of racism on my life. A score of five if the question is true zero if never true." It was designed to make people aware that their experiences whatever they are wherever they come from

2:28:24 are not exactly the same as other people's. A district spokesperson says the survey is not new, it has been around since 2003 to help staff make students of different backgrounds feel welcome and represented good timing because now years later 45 percent of the student population is not white this work works and we will continue to do it so its interesting way of teaching people someone by shaming them I guess somehow I have no idea. It's pathetic and it's only for faculty so we need to make you aware of your white privilege with a quiz, maybe it is a great idea? No its not a great idea, you know it. Its just dumb. You're right! It's dumb.

CHAPTER 36 / 42 Discussion

RT Bank Accounts Closed, UK Media Ostracism

The UK-based accounts of Russia Today (RT) were closed by NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland without explanation. The hosts discuss the reaction from British media figures, including an editor from The Economist who stated that anyone with RT on their CV would be "unemployable." They view the bank closures and professional ostracism as an arbitrary attempt to silence the channel.

rt· natwest· royal bank of scotland· the economist· censorship

2:29:19 I got a couple of clips from the RT get their accounts closed. Yeah, their accounts were closed just unceremoniously in Great Britain and the UK and nobody knows quite why here's the story about our T accounts close in UK The decision of NatWest Bank to close RTUK's accounts without any explanation has caused a storm of reaction from our viewers RT's received many letters of support and solidarity after the bank said it would no longer provide its services. Many of our viewers have also called the bank decision arbitrary and in attempt to silence the channel, a top trade union official has also offered his help towards he sending solidarity to RT in the face of outrageous actions by the banks backed by the British government anything I can do to help just let me know

2:30:11 After RT received a notice of the closure of its accounts, we launched a hashtag in social media. Hashtag BankSit to garner reaction and there was plenty along with messages of support some also welcomed the news One tweet said that decision to close RT's account was better late than never I don't know how that works Or why, I mean that's... Well here. Yeah? They just closed the account didn't get a new any bank can close your account. Oh sure of course! It happened in the show but yeah please don't put that out there um but i mean it does have not seen any follow-up it just seems like an incredibly rude thing to do yeah it was the royal bank of scotland too which is a corrupt operation so it's some sort of corruption now this was the interesting part this story went on and on but they did

2:31:04 They asked a bunch of different people about how if you work for RT, you're never gonna get a job. You're never gonna work again and I found this interesting and then there's a punchline too which is not in the clip but I have it at the ready This is the clip our team means unemployable respected editors say working for RT deems you unemployable in future I think we could do a bit more with ostracism. I'm quite happy to say that if anyone puts the CV on my desk and on that CV, I see they worked at RT or Sputnik or one of these things... That CV is going into the bin." While over on British commercial radio, the mere mention of RT can prompt the mother-of-all rants

2:31:48 certain people. RT, let me tell you Brian about RT by the way let me tell you about RT is a successor media channel owned by the Russian state what I'm astounded by what i am shocked by in fact what I'm appalled at is a number of nominally liberal democratic human rights advocating British citizens succumbing to Russian propaganda Okay, now the first guy that was on this little thing where the guy says somebody shows up in a CV with RT on it. It goes straight to the bin that guy mm-hmm He's one of them top editors at The Economist oh Oh nice Geez yeah, yeah, I guess whose bags? I tried to get economists has turned into a douchebag operation Yeah The lady who's running into British woman

CHAPTER 37 / 42 Discussion

Poland Visa Waiver, Trump Campaign Promise

Donald Trump met with Polish-American leaders in Chicago and promised to push for Poland's inclusion in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. The hosts discuss the long-standing grievance of Polish citizens who are excluded from the program despite being a NATO ally. They explore theories regarding why previous administrations have refused to grant the waiver, including historical tensions and legislative hurdles.

poland· visa waiver program· donald trump· chicago· immigration

2:32:45 She was on MSNBC, I tried to get a clip but it couldn't really clip. It was just all offensive and crazy and not at all you know just very partisan extremely partisan which is kind of the economy... She's ruined the magazine completely Yeah i agree well no one else thinks so only we think that. We're the only two who have noticed this! Hmm what does that say? Oh I did come across one thing just because we've talked about it, about this you know the fact that the Polish cannot just they're not a part of the visa waiver program. We discussed this a couple times throughout the years like every other EU country I think every EU country there's a visa waiver program but not in Poland and yeah and then this by the way despite if you remember when George Bush was president him going on and on about how much support

2:33:42 the Polish give us in our war efforts and Iraq and elsewhere. He made a big deal about it, and while he was making a big deal they were bitching about this! And we wouldn't change it." And I think one of the theories is because of the high amount of Jewish lawmakers compared to the average population, that there's so much anger about World War II and the Poles that that's why they're doing this. To somehow spite them for at least... That's what the Polish think That's the word I get. Yeah, well could be here Trump did something interesting trump in fact began the day in Chicago on the northwest side he met with Polish American leaders who say Trump vowed if elected to push for Polish citizens to be able to visit the US without a visa something polish Americans have long fought for If I am in The White House

CHAPTER 38 / 42 Discussion

San Leandro Sculpture, Naked Hillary Statue

A 55-foot sculpture of a naked woman titled "Truth is Beauty" was unveiled at a tech campus in San Leandro, California. The hosts mock the city's description of the art as an emblem of "innovation and human potential." They also mention a controversial "naked Hillary" statue in New York that was knocked down by a passerby, noting the public's polarized reaction to political art.

san leandro· sculpture· hillary clinton· statue· bay area

2:34:39 The Polish people will be honored. Remember that, they deserve it." From there it was on to Bolingbroke to raise cash outside Trump's fundraiser. Smart move! Well yeah a little too late... Too little, too late We have a local controversy Ah! A fabulous town by the way anyone in the Bay Area will kind of laugh about some of them some other things said in this report This is the San Leandro 55-foot woman Revealing sculpture is raising some eyebrows in the East Bay Sky 7 was above the San Leandro Tech campus where the sculpture truth is beauty will be officially unveiled tonight during a campuses grand opening. The 55-foot naked woman can be seen by BART passengers at the San Leandro station something a giant naked woman is just a bit too much

2:35:34 The city says truth and beauty is an emblem of the transformation of San Leandro as a center of technology, innovation, and human potential. Ah! Fantastic. Everyone who lives in the Bay Area laughed at that last little comment. It explains it. San Leandro's just a little, you know it was like a never-ending suburb of Oakland that has been there forever. They used to always be red lines so you had two little towns, San Leandro and San Lorenzo right next to each other and San Leandro is always the white town and it was, you know, it's a nice enough place in the San Lorenzo as the mixed race town which is also a nice enough place but this not the center of technology or the capital of anything

2:36:18 San Leandro, it butts up against Hayward on one side and it butts up against Oakland on the other. And you know... The report is laughable! The only good thing its got going is the 55 foot naked woman which was made out of some sort of gauze or something that hardly even looks like that naked but okay. Did you see the naked Hillary statue in New York? I saw it was after somebody knocked it down. Yeah, there was one lady who was so mad she would whenever someone tried to pick It up she would stomp on it and then you sit on it and she would not let them disparage Hillary It was quite a bit yeah, I have that in the show notes And what is it now eight seven zero dot no agenda notes calm? What's funny about that statue when they knocked it down he'd made this weird noise No

CHAPTER 39 / 42 Discussion

Margaret Trudeau History, Rolling Stones Anecdote

A brief discussion covers the colorful history of Margaret Trudeau, mother of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The hosts recount anecdotes about her time at Studio 54 and her alleged associations with members of the Rolling Stones during the 1970s. They suggest her "cool" past reflects on the current Prime Minister's public persona.

margaret trudeau· justin trudeau· rolling stones· studio 54· canada

2:37:11 I gotcha. And only other thing I have really in the discovery world, I did not know this Justin Trudeau's mom Margaret Trudeau she has quite a history. She was married young and going well she was very famous because she blew all the Rolling Stones Oh, I didn't know that. Yes! Yeah. Wouldn't surprise me though. She was a club Studio 54 girl. Okay. She was crazy Studio 54 and she would go on the tour bus and hang out with The Rolling Stones...I had no idea. Huh?

2:37:53 Where'd you get this little tidbit? Dated. No, my friend Jack Ponte he someone was talking about how Canada is so great and I don't know many any reply back said no yeah how about it he literally said how about his mom who blew all the Rolling Stones which i thought was a great line like Linda Ronstadt and she blew the Doobie Brothers but that's just hearsay! I didn't know that though...I think that actually makes her kind of cool and you know Justin gets a little bit on him then I would, uh... I was listening to, watching ABC and there's a native ad kind of a native ad that they ran for because all these new shows they run something that they're gonna run on the network. And they're gonna play The Pumpkin Show or The Charlie Brown Pumpkin Show and it gets a big celebration that he's got this... They've invested a lot of money in this mazes made but play this clip you'll understand what's going on then you hear my complaint about this Charlie Brown native ad. Google Flights and the Hopper app which claims- Sorry

CHAPTER 40 / 42 Discussion

Charlie Brown Native Ad, Peanuts 50th Anniversary

ABC is criticized for running "native ads" disguised as news stories to promote the 50th anniversary of "The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." The hosts describe the promotion of Peanuts-themed corn mazes across the country as a corporate synergy tactic. They express their personal dislike for the Charlie Brown specials, calling them boring and outdated.

charlie brown· peanuts· abc· native advertising· corn mazes

2:38:55 Sorry, my mistake. Yes. Corn mazes are all around the country this time of year but none like the one we're seeing in Livermore. Peanuts is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown by creating peanuts themed mazes all around the country there are more than 90 of them Sky7 flew over this one in Livermore you can see the maze and all the peanut characters there reminder it's the great pumpkin Charlie Brown airs tomorrow night at 8 followed by Toy Story of Terror at 830 right here on ABC 7. Yeah yeah that's the way to do it, that's the way to do it! And by the way this thing should be in public domain they just show this good Charlie Brown's pumpkin October whatever its called

2:39:39 This is 50 years old and they're still playing it. And I never liked that, I like the Christmas specials...I've never liked the... I don't like the Christmas special either! They all suck. Charlie Brown is not a good thing to show on television. It's boring, the voices are...don't ring true? It's not funny And it's old, but it was produced 50 years ago and they're still showing it. Well they probably have the rights and its free for them or they have a long term deal Come on you know how television works You know how it works I just find it to be annoying Now Google The native ad for Google was different Although it was on ABC again another native ad But as far as product that was thinking I'm gonna hold this clip For our tech segment that we'll probably do in the next show So were not doing the... We're not going to play it?

CHAPTER 41 / 42 Discussion

Marian Robinson Pension Claim, Doctor of Common Sense

The hosts play a clip from YouTuber "The Doctor of Common Sense" discussing a report that Michelle Obama's mother, Marian Robinson, is set to receive a $160,000 annual pension for her time as a caregiver in the White House. The YouTuber delivers a heated rant against the Obama family's spending and the perceived corruption of the taxpayer-funded benefit. The hosts note the intensity of the commentary.

marian robinson· michelle obama· pension· barack obama· youtube

2:40:33 No, let's play it on Sunsun. Okay? I have one thing that I just thought it was humorous. This is a YouTuber guy, he's called the Doctor of Common Sense and it says... He's great! This black guy and he sits in his car and does this podcast, this YouTube podcast And there was piece of news that came out that we could have just reported on but I figured I'll play this and you tell me when you've heard enough of him but he's going to give us the news. So welcome to Common Sense TV, I'm your host The Doctor Of Common Sense. I don't know if y'all heard it or not, but Michelle's mother Mrs. Robertson is scheduled to start receiving a pension for $160,000 dollars for her pension because she has been a caregiver to her granddaughters You heard about this story? Yep So it's 160 thousand dollars a year pension because she worked for 8 years taking care of her granddaughters and the doctor of common sense takes issue

2:41:38 I don't understand how we become such a wimpy nation to allow this fraudulent piece of crap, Barack Hussein Obama. Who's been living like a freaking billionaire off the taxpayers money spent $10 trillion dollars his manly ass wife who don't even know how to walk like a freaking woman into the White House half has been trapped His mother probably had never even left Chicago now she's a freakin world traveler on the taxpayer dime And now we're going to give her $160,000 pension because she spent eight years in the White House.

2:42:18 for the damn children. Ain't nobody ask you to bring your ass up in the White House and take care of them children, I mean our children! Now hell we gotta pay for it This bastard rips the country off with 10 trillion dollars He and Michelle Obama takes vacation after vacation S.O.B been golfing for years And now we gotta pay his damn wife Mimi 160 thousand dollars pension And you think that this goddamn country is not corrupt? No, I listen to them. Yeah, just the Mac Daddy days. Yeah, I don't think really delivered I mean that was kind of his... He peaked. Jumped the shark. He peaked after that exactly All right, that's all I got and my voice is gone and i'm falling down from agony in pain

CHAPTER 42 / 42 Discussion

Show Wrap-Up, End-of-Show Mix

The hosts conclude episode 870, looking forward to the show's ninth anniversary. They sign off from Austin and Northern Silicon Valley, thanking the producers and the chat room. The segment transitions into the "end-of-show mix," featuring various sound bites, listener-submitted tracks, and the "adios mofos" catchphrase.

2:43:28 Well, you guys sounded good. You sound a pro. You hung in there?
